placed an online order last night at 8, it never came. this is the Hillsborough avenue location in Tampa Florida. placed the order again at 10, this time i called instead of doing it online, was told the online system was acting up and order would arrive in ~45. order never came. i called again, to find my number had been blocked, i could literally no longer call the pizza hut on Hillsborough avenue, today several times i also tried calling, woe-and-be-hold my number is still blocked. really, if i was joking, this could not be more amusing, who do you people hire to work for you? i considered driving up there to ask just what the heck was going on and why they lied blatantly about my order, but to be honest I'll just talk with my wallet at dominos lol. regards, joe
I have eaten Pizza Hut Pizzas many times. But the pizzas I got from your Pizza Hut in Anadarko, Ok were the worst pizzas I have ever tasted. I ordered three different pizzas to go, but what I got when I got home and opened them they were not whattt I had ordered. I ordered thre large pizzas different kinds, one was suppose to be a hand tossed chesse, one was meat lovers hand tossed, and one was a suprem pan pizza. What I got was a pepperoni, two others I don't know what they were, but they were all flat crust and very sorry. If the workers had been paying attenion instead of cotting up with each other maybe they woul have gotten my order right. This was on Thursday 10/13/2011 @ 4:30 P.m. when I picked them up. I'm sooooooo disappointed in the pizza hut on George Jenkins Blvd in Lakeland FL I've been ordering pizza from them for years but tonight 10/12/11 9:30pm I ordered a thin crispy bbq pizza and some wings the man on the phne said it would take about 45-1 HR I was fine wit dat but after almost and hour and a half I called the manager said her driver broso down Ans she had to make new pizzas yea right .......anyways after two hours my pizza gets here I was fine bout the time whatever so I go to eat my pizza n its pepperoni remember I ordered BBQ so I call da lady (manager ) by the way the driver was still at my house and she starts giving me attitudes and hangs up ..........well I will never order pizza hut again
Hi, I ordered two pizza's today to be delivered. After an hour went by I called back and they said they delivered them to me. I gave them my card number over the phone and they charged my card and gave someone else my pizzas. I called back again to say they should have charged my card without an impressions of the card. They said they can charge it over the phone. I never got my pizza and they charge my card. I ask to speak to the manager and after about 5 min he came on and ask me the what the problem was. He said he could deliver the pizza's but by now everyone already just got something to eat here because two hours gone by. He said I gave him the wrong address. I told I gave him the correct address and he called my a liar. I ask him his name and he said Ed. I said I'm Donald Rhodes what is your last name. He said he would not give me his last name. I told him I wanted my money back on my card. 25 dollars and change for two pies.
i went to the pizza hut in odenton and there were several employees in the back preparing the pizzas and they were loudly cursing this isn't the first time this has happened. the young woman taking my order was clearly embarrassed at the behavior of her coworkers and repeatedly apologized for their behavior. this particular store has a habit of burning my pizza many times i ask for square cut but it never is.
Hello. I am writing to complain about the cleanliness, the attitudes, and poor customer service at a particular store. The pizza hut in Madill, Oklahoma, has got to be the worst place to go. I think it is better off being tore down. The people here are rude! I have called in a manager before nothing was done. I am fed up with this place and hoping the corporate office would do something please!! I love pizza and would hate to have to give it up because the employees. Ok here is a couple of examples: my family and I come in to enjoy a nice dinner together. No one greets us for 10 min. They seen us too, but kept on walking. About the fourth time they walked by us, we went ahead and found us a table. Then we had the waiter come tell us his manager is ms because we went and sat ourselves AND wanted us to move. I said no we are not! No one came to sit us! I asked for a phone number to call her in. Another time, we come in. It is the same woman I called in that is our waiter. She was SO rude! I asked for another waitress, but didn't get my wish. So we did not leave a tip at all. She glared at us while we were leaving. Tonight my finance and I came in, we were not greeted again for probably 5 min. While we were up there. We seen the waiter stick his finger in the sauce after he poured it!!!! Also, most of the tables were dirty. The bathrooms were not kept up. There was no paper towels and toilet paper everywhere. Then gave it to customers!!! What kind of sick people do you guys have working here!??? We were astounded!!! Please work on the staff and cleanliness!!!
We ordered 2 large pizzas, 1 order of chocolate dunkers, 1 order of cheesesticks, and a 2 liter pepsi at 7:11 with an estimated delivery time of 7:41. At 8 our food still had not arrived and called to check and was told that our order was on its way. At 8:20 our food still had yet to arrive we called back and this time we were told that it had just left and then spoke to the manager. He explained to me that they were busy and that they had ran out of large pans and were having to make 2 mediums instead. I told him that i understand being busy but i do not appriciate bieng lied to. He said that he understood and said that he called the driver and that they had 1 more stop before us and then they would be here and that he would give us a $25 dollar credit for our next order. Once again I told him that i understand being busy, i also use to work in a resturant and completely understand, i was just very unsatisfied with being told 2 different things 2 different times. Finally at 8:40 we recieved a phone call from the delivery driver trying to explain to me that she hadded ended up with the wrong drinks but still had a pepsi for us and that she was trying to drive slow because her "tag light was out and trying to avoid the po-po". Extremelly unprofessional. But finally she arrived. With the pizzas and drink. No dunkers or cheesesticks. Not to mention the pizzas were cold and boxes soggy from being in the warming bag. She driver vaguely appologized and sayed that she would call her manager, make her next delivery, and be right back. We called back to the store and finally got in touch with the manager again, after being put on hold four times, and explained the problem. Once again he tried to blame it all on being busy and said that they would have them here shortly. He aslo said that he already had a $20 credit on our account for next time, down from $25 the first time, and that he was sorry. The rest of the order just arrived at 10. Almost 3 hours since our order, cold and smelling like stall cigarette smoke. After speaking to the manager, again, he said that he would refund or order but still this type of service is absolutely terrible. This was not the first time we have had problems with Pizza Hut. Luckily theres a Dominoes in town.
Found piece of someone tooth in a stuff crust pizza in shreveport la. No one has called even after a complaint at the store or internet. im complaining due to poor costumer service at a pizza hut in nogales az . Servers take there time to take orders also I seen a weitress taking the costumers food holding the food close to the chest while approching towards the costumer. I think thats against osha regulations.i as a costumer it gaved a bad impression .the server who served us took a while to refill our cups because she was to busy talking to coworkers . Theres eaven other days that the servers wont walk us toward the table (as a sign says to wait to be seated) there always talking behind the computers and ignore my faMilt so these been happening for a while and is getting rediculouse and I wont dining in to be treated poorly.
I'd like to know if there are actually any Pizza Hut restaurants that honor the $10 pizza ad. The one in Tuscola Il doesn't. I hate seeing ads on TV, then call the restaurant only to discover it's just the old bait and switch. $17 for a $10 pizza special? What a rip-off. Either stop running the ads or get your franchisees to honor it.
Let me start by saying, I love pizza hut! The service of one store in las cruces nm is changing my mind, the store is located on missouri ave. Las cruces n.m. One mile from my house it takes an hour and half to recieve my food and its always cold. I have complained and even stopped ordering from pizza hut! I contacted the pizza hut on Maryland Avenue, NE, Washington DC, to order a pizza. This occured around 12:30pm on a weekday. The message popped up that my order was received and it would be delivered at 3:02pm. What, 3 hours later. I tried to call repeatedly, to cancel the order but the phone rang and rang each time. I will not patronize this business. I should stop the charge on my credit card but I do not know where the order stands because no one is answering. I do not think it should take 2.5-3 hours, to deliver a pizza and the drive is only about 15-20 minutes, if that, down to the office. Doesn't make any sense.
I order some wings from Pizza hut on Parsons Avenue in Columbus Ohio last night they messed my order up. I called them back and they did the same thing again by the time I called back last night they was closed. For one when I order wings I always eat with the bone in not breaded. the sent the first one boneless the sauce was just sitting on top on the wings I had to shake the box in order to get the sauce all over the wings. the second time they came out the wings had no sauce on them I always order my wings from there and I guess because it was late and they was getting ready to close they did not care about the order or my food.
You fraudulent motherf-ers...I use to patronize your (you ARE representing Pizza Hut) restaurant but after this rip-off I WILL spread the word to steer clear of your business. There are too many competitors out there to tolerate internet fraud from a chain like this...Domino's of Papa John's sounds pretty good right now. ok I am really irate right now. I recently called and placed a order for delivery as I usually do since my fiance works during the day and takes the car and I work overnight. I placed the order using my MasterCard and they took the money off my card brought the pizza to my door and ask for my ID and my MasterCard. I didn't have my card on me cause I let my fiance take it with her to work just in case she needed gas or whatever. They said they couldn't serve me and the man left my door with my food which I already paid for because I didn't have my MasterCard on me I have my ID bill statements bank statements and they still refused to serve me my food that I already paid for. Also they would not refund my money back to me right away they said it will take 3-5 business days. I only had just enough money to get some food left on that card and now I can't get anything to eat until my fiance gets home. Its BS because I ordered from pizza hut and plenty of other places before where my ID card was well over enough info and was just fine. This is like my 6th time ordering from them and they never asked for physical copy of my card until now, my ID has always been enough. If I am paying the money and I have all my card numbers why do they need to see my card? when I shop online or order food from other places they never ask to see my card.
I'm writing this letter to complain about the customer service at the location in Casselberry fl. I ordered my pizza and was told my pizza would be here in 30min. When the pizza man arrived at my house I proved to him he was late. He agreed and told me to call the store and they would handle my issue. I payed the man and he left. I called the store and the store manager argued me wrong and hung up the phone. I called back hoping it was a mistake and was placed on hold for long periods of time. I called a few times and after asking to speak to the manager each time she would pick up and hang up. I feel that this is horrible customer service and something needs to be done about this untrained manager at this store.

Pizza Hut used to be good and now it is just horrible. Minot Nd I believe it was 1531 S Broadway. It was raw, floppy and stuck to the paper in the box. The pepperoni and mushroom came as mushroom. One pizza hut it is so burned it burst like glass and the other is wet and floppy. Get it together and quit ripping off the public.

I told her not to worry about it, to take her time that she was doing okay only to have another co-worker come and yell at her to answer the phone, really she is in the middle of taking an order and why cant you answer the phone?? I was horrified at the way the employee's were acting. When asked for my money back because I couldn't wait any longer, (I had to go to work) the manager was rude and acted like I did something wrong, she never said sorry about the order mix up... Pizza Hut I like your pizza more than anyone else in our town, but the customer service is horrible....
