I'd go even lower then 1 if it was on here for rating. We phoned in ahead of time to reserve for a team. They were not ready and refused to be ready. brought one drink out at a time and complained when we said you missed one. took two hours to get food. children were crying. They also told a friend who phoned in for delivery that they do not deliver. This was just some of the stuff that went on. Estevan sask. has the worst pizza hut in sask.The poorest service and rudiest emploees in the world.

I've been reading the ratings and comments on Pizza Hut and feel like I must clarify some things. One thing I'd like to clarify is that not everyone who works for Pizza Hut are "losers, idiots, immature, or uneducated". A lot of the people who work for the company are still in high school or in college and quite a few times I've found a lot of the servers being smarter and more polite than the customers. The servers make $2.13/hr plus tips and its often horror stories like these that make everyone think its ok to only tip a dollar or two. It may be true that from time to time you will end up with a wrong order but a lot of what is being said is false. First off, Pizza Hut will NEVER say a delivery will arrive within 30 min because it takes 25-30 min to fully cook a pizza along with any sides you may have ordered. The person whom you're ordering from will always say it'll be an hour or less. The only time that information will change is right before closing in which it will take an hour or up to two hours but only because of an increase in orders and because only one delivery driver is on staff once there is only an hour left of the store's delivery and carryout time. Secondly, online orders in a ton of cases, WILL MESS UP. A lot of customers will call in to complain that their orders weren't correct or never came and a lot of the time its the customer's fault because of not knowing how to properly operate the website or forgetting to click the submit button. I've even seen cases in which someone will come to pick up an order or call up angry because it was never made because someone else ordered the pizza and cancelled it without informing anyone else. Thirdly, to the people who think that our wings come in numbers of 10 and so forth, they don't. They come in 8. Anything said about someone ordering more than anything that can be ordered in multiples of 8 are lying or just can't count. Quick facts: I don't always like Pizza Hut because it is true that they treat their STAFF unfairly but I've always seen customers get treated great. (There are rare cases of jerks though). Please tip your server, they work extremely hard for what little money they have. You may think they only bring the drinks and food but they also have to take care of delivery window, calls, cleaning the ENTIRE store, angry customers, carryouts, they need to cook and box the food at times, clean the dishes, prepare food for the next day, deal with perverts, kids who like nothing more than to throw their food or color on the walls, and anything that the customer doesn't like (whether it was the server's fault or not) will get blamed on them. Once again, they only make $2.13/hr plus tips for only about 5 hours daily. Also, tip your delivery driver. Their butts are on the line if the food doesn't get there on time but in cases in which food doesn't get to the customer in time its usually because a mistake was made or the food took longer than anticipated. This is not the driver's fault, its the cook's. They make $7.25/hr plus tips but that gets used up in gas. Have respect for the people who clean for you, laugh at your perverted suggestions, cook your food, and bring it to you for about a dollar or two extra. Always remember, to get respect you have to earn respect.

I usually give a store the benefit of the doubt when it comes to food. But my experience with the pizza hut in alvarado tx has progressively gotten worse. When I was on active duty I worked part time at a dominoes, and there were standards on the quality of product...ie. if a pizza came out of the oven and there was any tomato sauce showing, we would fix it, Also if the order was like a deep dish super supreme with extra cheese pizza you had to run it through the oven 1 and a half times. Anyway, a few times from this store the pizzas have come slightly raw, and I had to put it in the oven. The last one was so raw my oven couldnt even fix it. Contacting the store, and placing an order takes longer than the delivery, because apparently since my area code for my phone isnt local?? Luckily a new dominoes popped in great service quality food and it has a drive through. I like pizza hut, i just wish the alvarado, tx store would step it up. Sad to say the little pizza hut shack in Iraq was better...really?

Nov. 16, 2011, I thought I was going to have a quick meal. So I venture into Pizza Hut, to pick-up some wings, you known the special that happens on Weds.. While placing my order, I notice the cook coming out of the bathroom and in to the kitchen. I did not see him wash his hands, a he enter the kitchen. When I both out to the attention of my server, they try to insist he washed his hands. Then another server went to the kitchen and told the cooked, what I started. He insist he washed his hands, then I guest, out of spike, I seen him touching every piece of wings with his hands. Then he came out, with my wing, to try to convince me he had washed his hands. I explained to him, he might had washed his hands, after he used the bathroom, but when he touch the bathroom door handle, he could have contaminate his hands. Then not washing his hands as he went into the kitchen, he could be contaminating the food. He looks at me and state, it was possible, like now I was going to take the food. I am so tired of these food places being so lacks with good hygiene. So people be careful with who prepare your food and where you eat, because Pizza Hut don't care how they serve you.

Pizza hut in laguna hills, ca on Alicia parkway is HORRIBLE at customer service. The guy on the phone lied to me saying he was the "call center" and needed to transfer me when I called because my order was already 1 1/2 hrs late!! Then, he Hung up on me. I called back and after waiting forever they said there were power outages every 5 mins (which there aren't bc we live near there) and our order hadn't even started yet bc they lost it. However, she pulled it up in the system right away, so she lied again! Then dhe ssid that new orders were being filled first and yhey couldn't get to ours for another hourand a half. They suck. DO NOT EAT AT PIZZA HUT. THEY HAVE NO CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ARE EXTREMELY RUDE.

First I ordered my food online when it should only half my order should up do when I called the manager there was nothing he could do to make it right. So I ask for corpate he said he didnt have the number. Then he hung up on me E

I am unhappy about the fact that many sites list Pizza Hut job openings and the locations are not actually hiring. Many times it is listed and that same day I call they say they are not hiring for those positions. I am upset because I feel that job seekers waste their time filling out applications for jobs that are not there. It is unfair to waste our time when we could have been filling out an application somewhere else. Please stop "pooling" applicants on sites like snagajob.com.

i want me and my wife to pizza hut in jordan in swafeha and we order pizza and sald the sald bar was so bad that smel so bad nothing was frish and the pizza was cold it will be nice if u can send some one to chik it out i think this is bad for pizza hut please do something so we can injoy eating at pizza hut like we do in the u.s.a its only the name they use in jordan but for sure not the servise

The Pizza Hut on Navarro in Victoria is a loser starting with the Manager. They can't seem to follow simple instructions and get a delivery right. They are rude to their customers. When they screw something up really bad they take no measure to make it right for the customer. Pizza Hut according to this website you need to clean house and get you competant/professional people working for you. Do you read your reviews. YOU HAVE A PROBLEM!!!

Hey trust me please never go into the Thomson Ga Store at all. I work on the road with country music recording artiest. Been with Lady GaGa, rick springfield, billy joel, Lady Ant, Jason Aldean. But there is a large Big Guy name Raynard he is Fat and nasty and he works in the drunk. He told me to make my pizza my self if i wanted it made right. there was alot that went on but i tell you i have got the number and contact for the president and headquarters contact thaqt would help anyone out that needs any info. I too would give a 0 if I could. The Pizza Hut in Lexington Kentucky( New Circle Road) should be shut down. The staff there is very nasty, and so unprofessional! The manager stated to me on the phone that he had been there for 8 years, and you sure can't tell it! I wish come one from the main office would give them a suprise visit, and see how they treat their people!

my self and co employees work for a very large industry in Pooler Ga. We have over the years ordered many pizza's from the Pooler pizza hut (912-330-8129). Tonight we placed a to go order and were told it would be delivered in 30 to 40 mins. 1 hour later we called and were told by the manager(female) that she tried to call back to confirm our location. This was a lie, we are the security for our company, and can not leave our desk. Another hour went by and we called back to check on the status of our order. It was obvious she was not concerned. She also stated she was the manager. She only said she would cancell the order. If this is the best your company can do for managers and service, I can assure we will not use your establishment again, of course I'm sure you could care less. However looking over the numerous complaints eventually it will hurt your business.Hopefull in an already poor economy your company will suffer. We promise to spread the word in our small town of the poor service we recieved and the lack of concern from your manager.

The Pizza Hut on Abrams Rd in Dallas treats their customers terribly. I have been ordering pizzas from Pizza Hut for 25 years and have spent thousands of dollars on pizza for my three kids now in college. The delivery driver said F You to me and the manager hung up on me when I told her about the incident. I called corporate office three times to be put on hold for 15-20 minutes then disconnected every time. It is obvious that do not care if they lose a loyal customer.

If I could give zero stars I would. Myself and my husband ordered one of the meal deals from Pizza Hut this evening. Because I am dairy intolerant I ordered my pizza without cheese. When it was delivered, mine came with cheese. It was sent back and a new one made however when this one came it had ham instead of sausage, no chicken and pineapple instead of green peppers. How on Earth they managed that is beyond me. We gave up and asked for a refund, sending back everything else that had come with the order and the manager of the store told me he would not refund me because the money from the order goes to a different place as opposed to where it goes normally if it's paid for in store. After he spent 20 minutes talking over me, shouting over me, insulting me and telling me that I would listen to him or he would hang up; I said that if he was refusing to refund my card payment then he could refund it in cash. He refused that as well and then hung up on me. I am now having to wait until Monday to call their customer service line to see what they are planning to do about this dreadful service. This of course will incur more cost for me, along with me having to now buy yet more food to have for dinner tonight. Utterly ridiculous.

I have eaten at Pizza Hut in Boardman, Ohio many of times. It seems like every time I eat there something is wrong with my food. I ordered about 3 different pizza's one night, I was told that my order would be ready at a certain time and had to wait another 30 minutes after I had already got there. When my pizza was then brought out to me my taco pizza was nothing but beef, my second pizza was burnt and over cooked, and the third one had absolutely no cheese. I haven't ate there in months and today decided to give it another chance. My order was short and sweet, a plain cheese pizza. Now you're probably thinking how could someone mess that up? Well of course they did, eating this pizza was like eating raw dough it was horrible. Both of these times, yes they have given me free credits, but that is not something to keep me coming back. It is like every time I go there something different is wrong. Enough is enough. Due to the past negative Pizza Hut experiences that has happened every time I have went I will no longer be visiting any Pizza Huts again.

I just experienced the WORSED customer service by the Manager in your Norwalk location on Firestone and Pioneer. As soon as my family & I walked in the Manager and some other female looked at my family which are children's laughed & continued to stare making us feel uncomfortable. I asked her if there was any reason why she continue to stare & if I knew her.. All she could say was excuse me.. I felt like If she was stereo typing my family because my girls had just finish playing their sodtball game.. I would NEVER order food from Pizza Hut again.. This should tell you the type of people pizza hut hires.. Disrespectful, immature, unprofessional , by far the worst service I have ever received!!! Extremely disappointed by their rude behavior.. There's plenty of people that are need a job and are more than willing to treat people with excellent customer service. Extremely Disappointed!

I've orderd pizza and wings from pizza hut numerous times and they were messed up so I called the store and the person who answered phone gave me a credit which is fine but I'm on lunch break and don't have much time when I ask to talk to the general manger they put me on hold till the line goes dead I just want my food done right. Talking to the general manger would be ok to maybe she/he could. get this problem resolved my ticket says store number 010691

I am very disappointed in an order I placed couple months ago. The order came to me cold and was very late. I didnt even feel like eating. They said they would give me credit but never did. Please call me 214 235 6321 I need a voucher or something.

I work in Liwiston,Idaho at Pizza Hut. I just thought the people would like to know. Pizza Hut Has Sold-Out. They are now owned by Spokane Valley Pizza. They are a crappy Corporation to work for. The company is going to pay its delivery drivers $3.00 less per hour when the driver is on a delivery. they will use tips that customers give the driver to compensate for the difference. and pay the driver $1.07 per delivery for milage. The company charges a $2.00 delivery charge per order and the driver gets $1.07. and will now make less then minimum wage for delivering. they say we are making minimum wage because of tips. this is just another big company crapping on the little guy. I HOPE THIS WILL MAKE YOU WANT TO STOP ORDERING PIZZA FROM PIZZA HUT.
