As far as I'm concerned Pizza Hut deserves a zero. I placed my order at 7:03 pm called at 7:45 because I wasnt sure if i gave them my apartment number, the pizza hut employee I spoke with claimed they had it on file, and that our pizza was "in route". At 9:15 we call again and are put on hold for 7 minutes waiting for a manager. We hang up call back and yet again get put on hold for 5 minutes. Then I go to the pizza hut to attempt to resolve the issue. Come to find out my order was sent to a Pizza Hut farther away whom was currently "not answering Their phones".whatever that means. I called corporate with little success. All in all i ordered 1 stuffed crust pepperoni pizza three hours and forty minutes ago and still have no pizza

LAST MONDAY PIZZA HUT ADVERTISED "ANY PIZZA, ANY CARRY OUT " FOR THE 20% DISCOUNT. WHEN I PICKED UP MY $10.00 PIZZA THEY DID NOT HONOR THE 20% DISCOUNT. THEY GAVE ME THE EXCUSE THAT IT HAD TO BE "DELIVERY" ONLY. THE AD DID NOT SHOW THIS, THE AD SHOWED IT AS CARRY OUT ETC. WHEN CONFRONTING THE MANAGER HE THEN USED THE EXCUSE THAT THIS DISCOUNT WAS NOT FOR THE "LARGE". WHAT A SHAME AS I HAVE BEEN DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM FOR A VERY LONG TIME. IS IT TIME TO CHANGE TO ANOTHER PIZZA RESTAURANT??? POSSIBLY. RIPPED OFF IN FL. FOR A LOUZY $2.00 THEY MAY HAVE LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER.

Last night I ordered the big box dinner from my local pizza hut. Everything looked good right up until I took a bite out of a slice of the Chicken Alfredo pizza that we order. There was a rock in with the chicken and cheese after hearing and feeling the rock I, of course spit out the rock and went to check my mouth which I discovered my tooth was chipped. My wife called our local store and told them what was going on and they laughed at her ten hung up when she called them back they told her to bring it up there.

I work for Pizza Hut and a lot of the posts on here concern me a bit. As for rude employees, there are a few stores out there like that, but the bulk of them are run by nice, friendly people. With the Big-Dinner-Box, I know at my store we were not anticipating such a high sale rate. Every day we have to prep more dough part-way through because we dont have enough pans to make it until we sell some. The first few days there were not a lot of sales, but once it hit TV and the internet, sales skyrocketed, and it is likely that those stores didnt expect that. Dont give up on all Pizza Huts because of one bad experience at one store. Also, when the store runs out of something, we put it in the computer, but it doesnt tell this to the internet processing system. At my store, we just give two circular medium pizzas, small breadsticks, and 8 wings if we run out of the square dough. (Not all Pizza Huts are bad!)

I am very mad at two stores in Rockford first of all I order once a month or so I called once to get a delivery all I had was a hundred so they wouldn't take my delivery ok I under stand that one I live between two store less than a mile away from me one told me a hour and fifteen min so I called the other store they said they couldn't deliver to me I'm in the restraunt bisness I understand but the one thing I know is the customer is always right so on that note I know why Papa johns is growing and your not I count order a pizza from you so I order one from them they were not rude they did not say no. U guys should learn how to treat your customer or just close your doors it's a bad economy you should want bisness by the way you lost my bisness

Ordered wings and they where medium wings but when I got them they had no sauce I called the store here and the manager argued me down instead of trying to fix the order or see if he could bring me a small cup of sauce for my wing he got offensive and said after a while he didn't himself personally which I doubt I took pictures so I know he is lying plus the box has no sauce in it I live on a base in fort Polk la I have just arrived back home from overseas and this is the service I get I should've just dealt with the ppl in afghanistan for another year 3184470060

Today I order the Big Dinner Big Box Meal on my local Pizza Hut online. Moments later I received a phone call from an employee who stated that they were out of the dough for those pizzas and cheesesticks. She asked if I wanted something else. I told her no and requested a refund. She then stated that it takes 3 days to put the money back on my Visa. I was pissed, to say the least. I spoke with the Manager and asked for my money TODAY in cash. So I went to the store and got my refund. Now, if Dominos can have an online tracker to track your order from the time of preparation to delivery, then you guys can have something in place for the stores to indicate if they are out of something BEFORE someone places an order AND pays for it. This was disappointing and inconvenient for me. Furthermore, I also received word today that you guys actually pay the Caucasian managers MORE than the African-American managers. I hope this is not true because this is 2011. Racism and bigotry should be a thing of the past. Anyway, I now have a bad taste in my mouth when it comes to the name Pizza Hut. As far as I'm concerned, your reputation is nothing and your practices and policies hold no merit. I hope that if you really do pay "certain" employees more based on the color of their skins that you will be exposed for the hypocrites you really are!

I eat pizza.hut 5 days a week. Why? Im a manager there and have been with the company for 4 years. It is a wonderful job and my staff are all great unique people. Just want you all to know not all pizza huts have rude people. My staff and I are all very polite and happy to make you pizza. Just wanting to say don't let a couple bad eggs ruin the brand name. There are bad pizza huts out there im sure but there are bad restaurants of all names.out there. It depends.on the staff! Tip tip tip were people not punching bags.

we order pizza special called the big box dinner from the pizza hut in Madison, Indiana. After my daughterin law told them the order, when it finally came the order was wrong she had order a medium pizza with extra sauce and bacon and the other pizza was extra sauce and cheese.. she called them back to let them know that the order was wrong.. they did not give her extra sauce on either pizza, then instead of bacon they put mushrooms. She highly alligic to mushrooms. they said they would bring the new pizzas but its now been over an hour again.. they also did not send the marinara sauce or the ranch dressing with the order. We feel that they should have put their order on top of the list. they didnt read the order back to her and didnt give her a time that the pizza would even been delivered the first time. They should be made to give credit on all pizzas cause of the fault of the staff of pizza hut. this is very surprising from this pizza hut.

I had made a big order and they dinked it all up just like they did last week i asked them to fix it and the were rude and gave me the run around and i asked for my money back they said no. Good Morning, I am writing this email due to a $10.00 plus 6% for taxes in Florida. I live in Boca Raton Fl. I requested the local Pizza Hut to delivery my pizza as I am a disabled person as well as an Army Vet of the Vietnam era, was a member of the 101st Abn Div. I am not safe to drive a vehicle and have turned in my Florida Driver Licence; thus I requested my pizza delivered 'am not able to pick it up myself. Please re-think your policy of deliveries for $10.00; there is a delivery charge and taxes is equal to $5.00. Pizza Hut's thin crust vegges is the pizza i think is the best in the Boca area. Again please rethink Pizza Hut's policy on delivery and the $10.00 pizza. Will call the 800-948-8488 tomorrow in the AM, Texas time zone. PWebster

Last Wednesday we ordered a large two topping pizza. We picked it up in the time we were asked to use (15 min) and the pizza was dry and cold. A frozen pizza would have been 10X better than the lousy Pizza Hut pizza we received. It was horrible and we will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again. A $1 frozen pizza would be better than the crap they served us. They should be ashamed of serving such poor pizza to customers that have bought their products for more than 30 yrs - that won't happen again, and we hope others will read this and chose to go elsewhere (like McDonald's, which would have better pizza that this crappy company). Don't get foole - go elsewhere if you want good pizza. This company doesn't care about you, your opinion or your repeat business.

Let me guess...You work at pizza hut. Quit blaming the customers for everything. Its not our fault if you are overworked or underpaid. I have worked in the restaurant business for 10+ years. You are explaing issues and trials than any pizza place can go through as though it's somehow the customers fault. Not everybody leaves dollar or two tips. I wait tables and I have worked in pizza places. Sure a customer can mess up but has it ever occurred to you your company makes it way harder than it needs to be to order a pizza. I can even get my local store to answer the phone to place an order. And every person I have dealt with there is rude as hell. They sound like you. It is our fault (the customers) that your employer sucks. GET A DIFFERENT JOB. I'm reading these comments and it looks like people all over the country are having the same stupid problems with the food or service. It sound just like what I deal with in Columbus, OH.

Willoughby Ohio tried to get one over me,don't believe the sign that promises pizza if they don't open the box for you that is s free pizza.The manager took the sign that states such apromise.I got hood winked.Then she tried to tell me that her coworker already opened it as she brought it down from the hood of the oven.Shame on you Miss Manager for to insult your costomers.Social media is a beautiful thing.A posted promise should stay up and most of all backed up.Sha me on you to Pizza Not.

You know i used to hate the pizza hut in Monahans TX, they never got the order right, and if they did it tasted like crap or was delivered cold, and hours late.......But i took a chance the other night and low and behold i walked in and the lady at the register i think her name was Alice said hello to me with a big smile and when she asked my name i told her she got my pizza's and opened the boxes to make sure my order was right,she then checked me out and for the first time in about 3 yrs she asked me if i would like peppers and cheese packets......My experience there that night made me think that there was still hope for this pizza hut after all, my wife even said the pizza was very good that night.....Thanks to Alice and all the new staff and managers at our Monahans pizza hut.......

Hate to be the person to bring bad news!! The pizza hut on Patterson st/coliseum dr is poorly operated!!! Everytime we order there it's a problem! This particular time the messed up on our order and asked us to wait for the rested if the wings to cook. For the inconvenience I asked if they could discount the bill give us a free soda.. Well, the young lady was okay she wanted to work with us; but her Manager was very rude and disrespectful. So, she discounted the bill and we ordered 22 wings. We asked for extra sauce and he pitched a fit about we can't give everything away!! What happen to customer service comes first!! They got our order wrong; we had to wait on them when it was already 45 minutes late getting the order!! The store unit#002844 has a problem everytime we go there!! I'm really disappointed and will not support such poorly attitudes when I work with customers everyday!! I feel like I was not treated the customer service I deserve!!

i'am very please with the pizza hut on 4205 georgia ave in washington dc theres this one young lady her name is iris i belive she is so nice always greets guest and lets you know about specials please keep up the good job and it would be nice if the other young ladys where more like her they are very rude and one of them does'nt even speak good english.

Ok I'm giving this store a 3 star rating being the service was good, the food was good. What i'm upset about is that they offer a special for "carry out" only for 10.00 a pizza. well last night I had 9 children so I couldn't "carry out" my pizza so I had to have them deliever it which cost me more in the long run it cost me 29.00 for two pizza's where if I was able to go get the pizza's it would have only cost me 20.00. I just think it's unfair to the people who don't have the ability to drive to pick up the pizza's to have to be charged more because they have to send out someone to deliver the pizza's. You have a lot of widows, people who don't have license or car to pick up, or simply in my case had way to many people to fit into my vechile to go pick it up. If anything maybe charge for a delivery charge (which I believe they do on top of the pizza prices anyways) but let's not descrimate against the people who don't have access to getting to pizza hut. Left a message for corporate to call me back hopefully they will get this issue taken care of here in iowa. I don't want anything free just maybe change their ways to be fair to everyone

So let me get this straight, the service at Pizza Hut is borderline. I just ordered delivery and once I recieved my pizza I asked for Parmesan cheese and red pepper. I was told that pizza hut no longer gives out those items that if I wanted them I was supposed to ask when I made the oder and would be charged extra for them. I am outraged, what's next are we going to be charged extra for the box. What are you guys thinking. I know that your competitors are forcing you guys to make deals that are low but don't start making up crap to charge us for that you have supplied free since you began. You guys have just lost another customer and from the reviews that are on this page you seem to be loosing them by the second.
