This restaurant has become the worst food establishment in the area for over a year now. Consistantly bad service , consistantly poor quality product and just overall a very unsanitary place. I order a dinner box on Xmas Eve , specified well done and what I got was raw pizza dough and raw chicken. Now, I warned the clerk Jeanette that if I didnt hear from someone by Monday , you guys will be hearing from channels 3,6,and 10, because I am just fed up with the place . You guys are going to kill someone with salmanella poisonig, and I refuse to let that happen. It is now Tuesday 7pm, and no one has responded. So just a fair warning the news will be getting the raw chicken photos and the board of health will be notified . I gave the raw chicken to your on duty manager Jeanette to show proof of the complaints lodged against this restaurant for over a year now. So I now have to go a step further. It is ridiculous, the manager there has NO Clue of what he is doing, and always has an attitude, when you show him what's wrong. I understand you have a new manager however this place needs to be shut down and a complete overhaul done , and I am going to do my best to make it happen. I have a complaint we ordered delivery at 7:32p we were told pizza would be delivered at 8:20, i call them back cuz we have company waiting to eat supper and our company has to leave cuz its late. I call delivery and they say they got buzy our order just went out. 30mins. Later nothing , i call delivery and ask for a supervisor , and supervisor wont get on phone and employee tells me they ran out of dough and that it was on the oven an hour and 30mins. Later and that it would be free. But thats not the principle of the matter , the deal is they lied that it was on its way and it wasnt instead just saying we messed up your order, and then i call amd tell me they ran out of dough.where does honesty and good customer service at and go. going back to ordering from local places they dont see to get your order wrong. If they do they dont act like it was your fault they got it wrong when you show them the receipt that plain out shows the order. My complaint is pizza in anchorage on boniface, and is the family night meal box really breadstix made into pizza was kind of shocked when i went to pick up a a slice and it came apart in the shape of breadsticks if thats how all the deals are or it was just some idiot working tonight thats got to be the worst concept for pizza. never eating pizza hut again

On dec 20 I ordered two pizza from the seaford de location and our order was wrong when u called back to make them awear I was on hold for thirty mins and got no answer so I called back the next morning and spoke with the manager Brittany she offered to remake our order on the house when I get there she explains she took the time to cut fresh products do to a mushroom allergy and because of Brittany I will remain a pizza hut customer she made sure we were hsppy and went beyond need to make sure there was no way mushrooms touched the pizza she really cares about the customer! We need more people like her

Actually less than poor. I ordered a pizza family deal for $19.99 on 20Dec2001 at exactly 12:48 pm - pizza arrived over an hour later. My debit card was used to pay for food in the ammount 27.31. The receipt was for the total ammount of 27.31. Upon checking my debit card balance I discovered $4.00 had been added after being signed. It appears that someone add themselves a $4 tip.Store located at 4605A Jackson St., Alexandria, LA 71301 phone# 318-443-6000. My address is 174 Sunset Drive Alex., LA 71301. My daughter usually orders and her name is Laney. I want all of my money back plus some sort of apology for someone changing the total to 33.71

I have ordered from the same Pizza Hut location the last 3 years. Each time I have ordered, its always been the exact thing : 2 personal pans with the same ingredients. In fact,over the years when I call in to give my phone number,they know me by heart, and just say " the same thing,Darryl"? I say yes. Last night I get different guy,with a heavy accent,take my order. Wh en I get to the drive up window a guy brings me a large pizza. I tell him that's not what I ordered. He takes the pizza back, another guy comes to the window,asks for my phone number,gets rude with me because he was having a hard time typing in the number. I told him I ordered 2 personal pans with...and before I could finish he says "no you didn't because I took your order"! I couldn't believe the guy was calling me a liar to my face,and every time I spoke he would cut me off. He claimed I ordered a large hand tossed something or other. I told him to just forget it, and I kindly paid and left. The location was in Garland,tx. I will start back going to Dominos.

Well we ordered the pizza special 2 med pizza,wings,bread stick deal. the price was 24.88 the driver came i signed the credit card reseat and put a line thru tip and marked total 24.88 and gave the driver a cash tip.. Well upon checking my bank it was posted 28.88.. i called the store told them the problem... they said they would invesgate. anothor manager called to day and question our problem my wife enplained the problem again to him and told him the other mgr was suppose to credit back our account.. I couldn't check till 2pm cause bank was doing maintance and the 4.00 is credit back to me. But they asked who the driver was you need to come up with some method so they no where a drive goes or the driver needs to keep a log or put his name on the ticket he delivers to.. i don't know if the driver change the 4 to a 8 or not but im alittle sour over this and don't like problems like this don't get me wrong the pizza was good but this kind of makes me learrey of ordering from hut again... and why do you have a delivery charge lot of the other one's do not also... but just thought i'd let ya know you need to id the drivers on delivery.. thanks

I ordered 20 wings for my wife before her surgery in Casper,Wyoming. After they told me it would be 30 minutes, they never even showed up. An hour later I called and they told me they lost the hotel room number. They didn't even bother to call me to inform me what was going on after I paid for it. they made it sound like they were just going to forget about it and make us wait. 45minutes later they showed up at 1045 with cold wings. My wife could not even eat them because she cant eat after 10:00pm bc of her surgery. They threw in a 2 liter soda to try to make up for it. Now she is going into surgery on a empty stomach. I will be sure to tell everyone what happened and you ha;ve lost a loyal customer. Maybe you should re train your management about how to handle unhappy customers. I'm very upset about this.I have an account with pizza hut and if you care about your customers you can identify me there I have the receipt and look forward to your response .

I ordered The Big Box and paid for an extra topping on box pizzas, I also asked for and paid for an extra sauce for my breadsticks. I didnt receive my extra toppin on one of my pizzas and i did not receive my extra sauce...When i called the store and spoke with the manager that was very very rude like it was my fault, she told me that she would replace my pizza, mind you that ive alrdy waited 45mins for my pizza and she wants me to wait another 45 mins. I tell her ok bt how are you goin to make this right, because at this point im not a happy customer. Shes says there is nothing she can do other than come get this pizza and give me another one. I tell her I will just contact corporate and she futher tells me that they dont answer to corpoate!!! Wow so she thinks she is above getting in trouble. I would like to say to her...guess what, everybody has a boss. Will neeever eat pizza hut again!

I would like to bring to your attention the unprofessional experience I had tonight at your location at 5600 so and 900 e, Murray UT. I walked in with a friend, and a young female employee stood ready to take our order. I told her I wanted a vegetarian pizza, and she asked what size. The store was unfortunately out of pan pizza, as well as any sort of cheesesticks, which is understandable on a busy saturday night. My friend and I decided to get the large size, and discussed whether or not we were going to add pineapple. We decided to do so, and asked the employee to add pineapple to the order. The order was placed and paid, and we sat to wait. As we waited (the only ones in the store at the time), we noticed that all but one of the employees was busy texting on their phones, including the girl who took our order. I am not sure as to whether or not that is against your policy (though I have a sneaking suspicion that it is), but they were being quite blatant about it, not bothering to hide it at all from any viewing customers. When our pizza was ready, I checked it before leaving. I have made habit to do this at Pizza Hut because literally every time I have gone to this location my order has been given to me wrong. I do not make a big deal of it because I, too, work in customer service and know how it is to have a customer become upset over something small. This time, however, I mentioned to the young man who brought out the pizza that there was no pineapple, even though I had ordered it. He went back and summoned the girl who took our order. The girl came up front, looked me in the eye, and said, "You didn't order pineapple. I repeated your order three times." First off, she didn't repeat the order even once. Second, I find this to be a very poor way to deal with a customer who brings up a complaint, valid or invalid. I answered that, yes, I did order pineapple, and that she had stood there while my friend and I had discussed, then specifically told her to add pineapple. She replied, rather condescendingly, that she wasn't listening in on our conversation. I stood there in shock at the rudeness of her tone, not feeling the need to plead my case to a girl who stood in the back while the pizza was being made texting away on her cell phone. I again replied that I had ordered pineapple, only to be refuted with a "No, you didn't." Then, and only then, did she offer to "throw" some pineapple on there, or make a new one, stressing that we would have to wait another fifteen minutes and making it sound like a major inconvenience. I, instead, asked for a refund. I was sick of being told I was wrong. Honestly, it wasn't the fact that my pizza had been made wrong. I would have taken the "thrown" on pineapple with no qualms, or been pleased at the offer of a refund that seemed easy to give. I was very upset at being told multiple times in a row that I was wrong before being offered any option. I was very disappointed when I looked at her name tag, and saw it read: "Shelby Management Team" After leaving the store, I reached my car quite upset. Instead of getting in, I turned around. I felt like my frustrations were quite justified and that I should try to convey my frustrations in a polite and professional way to Shelby. I felt that an employee of any company, let alone a manager, should know how to handle a customer complaint much more professionally than I had just experienced. I entered the store, and Shelby was still standing at the till. I told her that I was quite disappointed in the way that she had handled that as a manager. I told her that we had indeed ordered pineapple, that I did not appreciate being told I was wrong so blatantly and rudely. I also told her that whether or not I had ordered pineapple, the customer is always right. I again told her I was very disappointed in her customer service. All I got in return was an "okay." I turned around and left the store. I do not plan to ever return. I'm not sure what your qualifications and training are for managers in your business, but I can assure you that while your "management" acts toward customers like this, you will no longer receive my business, my families business, and I will be sharing this experience with friends as well. You have lost a lot of business because of this young girl and her horrible customer service.

The same person works at the Pizza Hut in Leominster, MA.. The same bad service is given when we go there (Last night will be our last). Not only was our order wrong, but another couple never even got a chance to have theirs as it was never cooked (TWICE)!!! Management or personnel have got to change. When there are only a few tables with people at them and you have to wait 45 minutes, that is unacceptable!!! Do not go here and think you will be served promptly.

I called to place a order on Thursday Dec 8, 2011 for 2 large pizza and a order of wings for delivery. They told me the pizza would be there in 45 minutes after waiting 1hr I called back to see if my pizza was on the way they told me yes that it left. Still waiting another 45 minutes I called back and come to find out they tell me they dont deliver in my area after 6pm... So why couldnt they call and say that and when I called to place my order. And when they ask for your number theyour address comes up they should have realized that before they took my order and took the money off my card... I still havent recieved my money back from them 31.01... I will never order fromm pizza hut again

My delivery order was 1 hour late. The pizza guy gave me an excuse that since I ordered online they didn't see it right away. I still tipped him though, only to find out that the food was extremely cold and I wasn't missing two items from my order.

They canceled my order bcuz rhey cldnt reach me. When I called to c where it was the guy who answered the phone was so rude an hung up on me. When i called the next day to complain the manager didn't seem to care. Offered nothing in return for his employee being rude an disrespectful I will NEVER order from pizza hut again. They hv poor customer service!!! I have order pizza from pizza hit on broadway in Vallejo since 1999. In the past five orders I put in they have messed up my orders back to back. Today the messed up my order even when I talked to the guy that was making my order And told me he would have it done right. I just called like 20 minutes ago and the guy had to remake the pizza over for the third time cuz he Got it wrong again. This kind of work is pushing my business towards some were else I have been waiting for an hour an a half for my lunch at work. I live in Laconia,NH. Last night I got off work late and my wife and I decided to have a pizza after seeing an add in the local paper. It was a Pizza Hut add for $10.00 any pizza, any size, any toppings, dine in, carry out, or delivery. It did not say any where on the add prices and participation may vary, or any other such exclusions. I do understand that it would cost a bit more due to local tax and or delivery fee. What I couldn't understand is that the person on the phone told me that my order had to come to at least $12.00 before tax before they would deliver it. I really like Pizza Hut pizza and this is the first time I've been a little upset. Let's see if you can correct this or change the add.

I cant believe the person who made the comment about pizza hut not having the dough when they ordered online. I work there and this happens all the time. EACH STORE DOES NOT HAVE THERE OWN WEB SITE!!! its one huge website that you place your order on AND THEN, it directs your order to the closest pizza hut. How is each store supposed to post what they do and don't have. And your mad because they called and told you they didn't have it. Here is the big SECRET shhhhh... all the dough is frozen. yess even the hand tossed. It gets prepped then proofed and if the projected sales are lower than the demand for that day. Guess what, we run out of Prepared dough. You can eliminate that problem by being a little old fashioned and using your t-e-l-e-p-h-o-n-e to order and talking to a REAL PERSON. And hey, usually if you order and they tell you that they have it and have to call you back because they ran out, then they give you a discount.

Domino's pizza tracker is just them making the process public. There's not actually a tracker in your pizza or any of the cars. The pizza corporations have people that have sat and figured out exactly how long it takes from the time the server hits enter into the computer with your order, down the make table with toppings. how long it cooks for based on oven heat, oven speed and the thickness of the pans, how many minutes on the cut table, then when the delivery driver is dispatched out of the store, we have a "foot time" and OTD "out the door" time and percentage that shows on all of our computer screens. Everyone busts rear keeping our time within those parameters, Respectfully I mean even our competition. Tracking your pizza online is just showing you what step of the process your pizza should be at because of when you clicked enter. So rather than Get upset, its actually a lot of work from a lot of people to provide flawless service with a smile. Every job has some kind of intensity. even what may seem like a simple pizza place, has blood sweat and tears put into it, and sometime people make mistakes. All the people I work with put in their all. Try cutting people a break sometimes, no one likes making a mistake.If after that there are still problems then I'm all for being somewhat firm with someone, especially when you feel disregarded, disrespected, or ignored. Oh yeah, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESSES ARE VISIBLE FOR YOUR DELIVERY DRIVER! Thanks :)

Im sorry but i have nothing good to say about my local Pizza Hut. They ALWAYS put me on hold for at least 8 minutes, and they are Always RUDE , KURT, and Late delivering our pizza.Once 2 hours late! Unfortunate that my boys like the pasta and pizza. I do tip always even if the service SUCKS.It's not brain surgery its pizza cooking and dekivery,plus a little customer service.I know, I was a pizza maker in high school so I am aware of the pressure and demand. But get over it. If you cant hack it then work somewhere else. If people would just do thier jobs and stop crying all the time maybe the service would be better. VERY UNSATISFIED.
