$10 for ANY pizza ANY topping Any Crust is completely false advertising! Just go order yourself a 3 meat pizza for $10. You won't get it fot $10. That's too bad. I really like Pizza Hut food but I don't want to be deceived. If they will deceive me on the charges mabe they will about what's in my food. There are plenty of good pizza places out there.

1/13/12 well the pizza hut in Sumter on 441 sucks ass csuse I have called four damn times to make and order the girl that placed my order gave me my total and said it would be ready in 45 minutes then I call back two hours to ask where my food is and why it hasn't been delivered to my house like it was suppose to be they inform me that they have no damn order for me well then I went off and told them that they better find my order for me cause I know what I ordered and what time i called and if they needed me to i would bring my phone up there to show them what time I called and that it was there pizza hut that I called. Then I ask to talk to a manger and he gets on the phone I end up going off on him and he told me no mam that want be neccesary what did you order I told him what the hell that I ordered. He said oh sorry mam we found your order and it was put as carry out well i told him that i didn't want that shit it was cold i wanted new food cooked. So he did well tonight i called tonight and they did the same thing they didn't put in my order in so I went off on the manger and he got nasty with me and asked me why i was raising my voice told him cause I was tired of that shit and he needed to get employees that know that the hell they are doing or he needs to fire there as. So need lease to say that I asked him if he was going to take my order or not so i could go get my daughters medicine before nine. He was like mam why are you still raising your voice I said because I need to go get my daughter medicine so I need to get this shit ordered so we did. But I didn't like his attitude he was a very rude ass hole so I called the headqauters and made a complaint we see what they do.
Lewiston Idaho You need to bring Joey Reed back as your manager. When he was running the store the service was 5-stars. As a few others have stated for the Lewiston Idaho Store the service sucks and your order is screwed up and they refuse to fix it or make you whole again. My order was for a birthday in December and we ordered 7 pizza's and 7 bread sticks. The Pizza's were the wrong crust and the wrong toppings on most of them. So my advise is get Joey Reed back and keep him..I know I can get some of the pissed of customers back.
I just went to pick up a pizza and they wouldn't let me have it unless I showed ID... This is the most ridiculous thing I have EVER heard...so are they saying that everyone in the restaurant has to show ID before they serve them? and everyone they deliver to?...I think not...!!! showing ID to pick up a pizza, you have got to be kidding me...but they weren't...( and yes I was paying cash.)

Okotoks, AB Canada. Pizza Hut served us RAW Deal. Jan 11/2012. Today me and my 4 kids went out fo my daughters 5 bday... The usual Pizza Hut we go to. Everything started out fine EXCELLENT service and in the biggining good food.. As we began to eat my son started on his bonelesswings.. BAD CHOICe soon after starting to eat them he not into a rather large wing and saidtqst funny as normal parent would told em eat it.. Bad again. The wife however quikley inspected chicken RAW pink as punk if I could upload pictures would! I toldwaitress showed her when a "David" came to our table offered to make new ones obviousley that wasn't happening. Then informed us that's what happens to some chicken when dead.. LoL we collected RaW chicken and demaded we not pay for em. He refused unless we gave him the RAW chicken. Needless to say VERY POOR judgment for an already struggling location Needless to say CHECK YOUR CHiCKEN! We spend average of 6o+ dolllars every 2 weeks that will be no more over the inability for "david" owner and cook of our meal to amit his fault make situation right. Shame 1 poorly managed and opertated location. Ruin it for a Pizza place I'd enjoyed for years!.. Waitress staff were excellent and wish them all best.. RAW DEAL. Jay!
i rate pizza hut and there corporate headquarters the worse fucking pizza place ever.ill give them NO fucking stars. im sick of the corporate bullshit and promises that they give people. fuck pizza hut. we were long time pizza hut fans but after getting screwed this last time by the headquarters people, pizza hut can now go stuff there stuff crust pizza up there ass. the pizza hut on 6200 Albemarle Rd, Charlotte, NC 28212 is such a joke they sent us 3 pasta dishes with the same wrong order. we wanted the chicken one and they kept sending us the one which has onions in it which my wife is very very allergic to. hello dumb asses we called being nice about it every damn time after the 3rd time we had enough.so we called what was supposed to be the HEADQUARTERS and said they would give us 40$ back for what we spent and everything, so after ordering a few things the other day, like 20$ worth, suddendly everything was gone and they wont do shit for us. what a fucking waste of a corporation. and ill be suprised if they actually have enough balls to post this.(the truth of pizza hut) mandkbowker@yahoo.com
I was trying to order 2 pizzas (Meat Lovers and Super Supreme)online from there new promotion they have where it says on the website and on the tv commerical. ANY PIZZA, ANY TOPPING, ANY SIZE for $10 but when we get the total its $15 per pizza when we call the store ask why they tell us thats corporate headquarters who does the websites and tv ads they do not honor the ads.I was told by the store managers that their fanchise only honors up to 3 toppings for the Meat Lovers & Super Supreme unless I cant read when it says ANY PIZZA, ANY SIZE, ANY TOPPING that means I can order what I want. So if you see a tv ad for pizza hut deals forget about it cause its a BIG LIE cause each store we have its own set rules I understand that each fanchise is independently own but you are still PIZZA HUT.
my wife ordered pizza, bread stick and chicken wings from Pizza hut, when I started eating chicken wings they were very salty and seems like old chicken wings or so. After I finished eating We watched the movie and then went to the bed. Around mid-night my stomach from right hand side started to pain. there was something wrong with the chicken wings. I am going to see my doctor tomorrow.
I order Friday 1/6/12 at 10:40.. Stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and 8 boneless BBQ wings. I waited until 12:25am to call n question where my order was. There was no number to store on fuqua in Houston, tx 77045. So the 7134345566 answered n advised me my ordr was being delivered and the store was closed but delivery still in progress. I waited and at 2:00ish in the morning recieved a call to contact mgr my order will not be delivered due to oven issues. I called same number 1/7/12 stated a mgr will call me back.. No call of course. I called 1/8/12 wanting to place order instead asked for manager. Spoke with him and was trying to place an order. He told me I can't place an order cause they are too busy.. How in the hell will a business turn down money. I will go with my first mind n stick with dominoes.. No more stuffed crust for me!
This is my first review thought the office should know 818 W. Kennewick WA, has the worst pizza in town. all bread a little souce very little meat hardly any cheese. just thought the office should know they had lost an other customer
Well where the hell do i begin. I have ordered 4 different times and all four times the customer service in Charles Town WV is shitty. The first time i ordered when i was in Winchester which is thirty minutes away and i got there and all the employees were singing and dancing around i waited at window for 15 min while everybody had their fun and when i finally got waited on my order was still not done. Of course when i got it home i had no marinara sauce for my wings. So the second time i went i ordered online for delivery with an estimated time of 40 min well an hour and a half later i was delivered a cold pizza and they forgot the soda i ordered. I gave it a third try i ordered wings online estimated time of 20 min i get to the window the woman tells me it would be 25 more min for a 8 piece wings. I left without the order and a manager called me bak and said my order had been ready all along but the cashier didnt know it. So today i gave it another try you know breadsticks a mild 8 piece wing and a pepsi it said estimated wait 22 minutes, yea ok. I wait 25 min get up to the window i see inside all the employees running around the place 10 min later i honked the horn of course nobody hears me. So i call into the store twice as i wait i hear my call ringing inside the store but no answer so the third time they answer and finally give me my order, wrong got bbq wings not mild like i ordered and cold ass food. Im tired of the place and will not go back. Its a waste of time and money.
Jan. 6,20012 I ordered the box special: 2 med. pizzas, 8 wings and bread sticks. I also added an extra order of chicken wings on line. I received a call from the store on Camp Bowie West in 76116 from a girl (who was as sweet as can be) and said my card was declined and we ran it again and went threw. After that she said out pizza would be here at 8:20. It was about 7:30. At 7:40 our pizza was delivered by a really nice man with HOT and Fresh yummy food. The man was whistleing as he left! I just wanted say that not all Pizza Hut customer service has gone down the drain! To tell you the truth, I usually order from the competion who is with-in a block from Pizza Hut. For me, customer service and quality of food is always the most important; in that order. I was completely blown away from the two persons I dealt with! They have gone 100% beyound my expectations! (Especially in today's world where every other person you deal with are rude to the customer) I feel that good recognition is given where it is due and this team at this store gets my service in the future! Good job to the Management team! Thank you for having a crew who still believes in making the customer happy!
I am tried of the Winslow Pizza Hut, I called them first and they told me that I was told that if I go online and order I can get any pizza for $10.00, so I tried to place the order but the deal wouldn't come up so I called them back and the lady said that when I place the order, they will enter the coupon when they receive the order. The same women called back and stated that she recieve my order (3 pizzas)and she quoted me $36.43, and it would be 30-45 minutes. When the delivery man came he quoted me $53.25. My husband and myself told him that was wrong that it should be $36.43 and he said that he needed to call in and talk to the manager and get the corrected price. When he called in I ended up talking to him and he started telling me that was just for carry-out orders. I explained to him that 2 of his employees told me that it was for either and I received the quote for $36.25, he then stated that he would have to call his manager and see what he could do. The delivery man left with the pizzas, I told him that and that he needed to get with all his employees and tell them the same thing and get them on the same page. This is not the first time they have done this to us, regarding quoting one price when placing the order and then another one when the pizza comes. If this is the way pizza hut is going to do there business we will not be going back to pizza hut again. We will get Captain Tony's Pizza, they will be glad to have our business. This is not the way you do business with anyone, especially your locals who always tries to support your local businesses and helps pay your paycheck.
Hi my name is Marco i just oder a oder of pizza and bufalo winds 40 minutes we got the oder on time but we start to eat one slide of the pizza and also pices of the buffalo wimgs and my son find out that the pice of wing came with a big pice of hair or a black stuff atach to the pice so we all start to trouw a way the bufalo wings also i loke And looks so ugly to descrybe but I tolld my son to call back to the manager on duty to the pizza store that we oder just to let them know what just hapen and durin that tiime I hear my son talkin wjth alavatin boise so i took over very polite I metion to him what we oder explain to him what we fount and request to return the mony we still have all the oder ready to be pick up and the manager on dury at this location 9:24pm store #315962 his unswer was we do not gave any time to go upther and give you the money back so brin it to us wil just to find out he band it me from this store I could not bolive what just hapen no only the pizza hot the one I do been eating for the last30 years and never got any problems as so ever I get bandit from for there mastake will I did what I have to do go step by step now I go the next step corpal and nations wide and ofcorse health department for a investigation on this matter now the price is not the problem the problem is the prinsipal of this matter a a ugly stuff like hair ball in the food
i live in somerset ky,the pizza hut south does best to piss people off by telling people that it will be one hour to get your pizza after you sit down,they do this very often so they wont have to wait on you,it just keep getting worst,it is plum sorry ,i have never seen a place of business do this so they dont have to wait on you,they dont answer the phone and have people walk out due to no service,i would stay away from this place if in somerset ky. poor management and very sorry people,i would rate this place lower than one star ,but like most places like this web site will fall on deaf ears thank you
Just wanted to share my experience with you. I have nothing good to say about the service, pizza, or value of Pizza Hut. I have bought Pizza Hut for over twenty years, but will NEVER buy another thing from this company. I called today to order a pizza, because my last three store pizza pick ups left me unsatisfied with the customer service. I called the delivery line 913 648 8888 and got a "girl" on the phone with a very deep voice. I asked for the box special and then ordered hand tossed pizza. The girl told me that was the only way the pizza came and then put me on hold, when she came back I told her the rest of my order. She then put me on hold again. When she got back on the phone I told her it was rude to keep putting me on hold. She then argued that it was okay because she "told me" she was going to put me on hold. I paid for my transaction and we disconnected. I then called back and talked with "her supervisor" who couldn't care less that his "employee" was rude or condescending. When the pizza arrived it was a square hand tossed, which is somewhere between the original hand tossed and pan, something I would NEVER order because we don't like the taste. My husband then called again and spoke with a man who claimed to be the "highest manager" in the store. This call was redirected to a call center in Pennsylvania. He expressed that his name was Josh and that we "got what we ordered" because that is the only way that the "special" came. When we asked for a number for corporate office, we were told that there is not one. So, then we were transferred to another supervisor and again told this was the "highest supervisor in the building." This person was not even apologetic about the service, misrepresented pizza, or the quality of the experience. We were again told that there was "nothing" that could be done for us, there was no number or email to send complaints to, and that basically we were done. The call was ended by your personnel and that was done rudely as well. I will say we are done with Pizza Hut, the service, and the personnel. I will also say that I am done being quiet. I will tell everyone I know about my experience and get on every website that will allow me to rate Pizza Hut and the subsidies.
On Dec 20,2012 I walked in to The Pizza Hut on Piedmont Rd, Atlanta. After waiting for the counter person to deal with another customer, I began placing my order for a pizza to go. The counter person interuppted me twice during the orde to get my phone number and name. When he finally got to taking my order he began rolling his eyes and shaking his head no. At that point I walked out and went elsewhere for dinner. I did nothing that should have caused this type of treatment from the counter person. I am gay. On the way to the gourmet pizza restayrant, I called back to the restaurant and asked for the manager. The same gentleman who mistreated me at the counter answered the phone and identified himself as the manager. He immediately began attacking me for leaving the restaurant. I thanked him and told him I would contact corporate. I emailed corporate on 12-21. I received no response. Only when I told them of my plans to begin blogging against them did they contact me. PIZZA HUT OBVIUOSLY CONDONS BIAS AND MISTREATMENT OF GAYS. I URGE EVERY GAY PERSON AND ANY OPEN MINDED PERSON WHO BELIVES IN EQUAL TREATMENT UBDER THE LAW TO BOYCOTT PIZZA HUT. I WILL.
I just ordered a pizza it was delivered to me an hour late my pizza and bread sticks were not hot i had to reheat my food that should've already been hot this was very upsetting for me and the person who delivered the pizza showed no concern or apologized for the delay im very upset and from here on out i will never give pizza hut anymore of my business
