Pizza Hut Corporate Office & Headquarters

thanks okotoks for obviously making five bread sticks, cutting them in half, and then charging me for ten. its stuff like this that ,makes me want to call the bbb on you. it may only be a couple of bucks here and there but over the course of a 100,000 people it has turned into a quorter of a million dollars.

My family has been regular customers at Pizza Hut #025342 for six years. Tonight, we ordered the usual: 2 Hand Tossed pizzas, wings, etc. We received the pizza and the crust was very thin. We called the store and talked to the manager who prepared 2 additional pizzas and had them delivered. When we received the second delivery of pizzas they were the same as the first. I called the manager and informed her that we order pizza's every week and ask if she was able to review our order from last week. It was the same as this week. I informed her that the pizza crust was much thinner this week. She tried to insist that I was confusing the crust type. To my surprise the delivery man, James Phelps, provided the best explanation and customer service. He should be in the manager's position because he knows how to communicate with customers and provide reasonable explanations. Unlike the manager who kept trying to tell me I didn't know what I ordered, even though I order the same thing weekly. Yes, sometimes we do order pan tossed, but the pizza's we ordered this week and last week were the same, but what we received was different. And we know what we ordered. Please acknowledge Mr. Phelps for a job well done. Due to his service I will try to order a hand tossed pizza next week before finding another Friday night restaurant to feed my family.

I stopped going to pizza hut for some time due to poor service and quality of food. Most recently I went back. For 3 weeks the pizzas were great. However, yesterday when I got home with my pizza and was shock. The thin crust was burnt, the toppings were dry and it was very salty. When I called to talk to your manager, I got nowhere. She stated that we don't use salt and that the thin crust should be crispy. I said yes crispy, but not burnt. I'm sorry to say that you have lost a customer again. PS I bought 2 pizzas, and my veggie one was OK. It was the first one that came out while the meat pizza sat under the oven heat for too long, due to the fact that your cashier was handling take out and in house service with no help.

Oh Jan 14th We were driving home from my sons play about 9 pm on very slippery unplowed roads, when one of your drivers got so close to our car you could not see his head lightS !!! But you could see the sign on top of his car. He then passed us on this 25mh zone then flew up to the main st. which he also flew back to his Pizza hut home through a grocery store parking lot. Then because he new we had followed him to complain he backed into a spot so we could not get his plate number. I went in to talk to a managor and that guy was slow to respond and So I tried to stop the driver from making his next delivery till I could talk to the managor. He just laughed and smiled and pushed the door open. I am sorry to say I told him I would get him F-in fired. Well that finally got the managors attention. He came out and said he could not do any thing even when I said you should pull him form the roads. *He is representing you company*. He said I'll tell the district managor. Well two weeks later while ordering pizza who do we see but the young punk driver strolling in. Then When I said I don't want my pizza till this guy is off the roads for your company the punk just laughed kicked the door open infront of the new mangors (yes the other one got fired 2 days later and now two new ones were hearing my complaint about this guy) well they said it has to go throught the district managor. So I called the District managor and told him what all happened. He told me about the other guy not doing his job that is why he got the boot. And then said he had heard about this Punk driver and his attitude in the store so he will take matters in his hands. **I mean really this guy has YOUR LOGO on his car going door to door!!** Well Last night I got a call back from the district managor saying he was never written up before (probably because the store managor that got fired was not doing his job) So he could only give this guy a warning. A warning !! He has your logo on his car, tailgates, kicks doors open, and just laughs because he owns you!! You the PIZZA HUT company is scared of a punk that works one night a week risking his life and others to deliver pizza. Really is the pizza worth a life? Well I am spreeding the word NOT to get your pizza from this building!! And I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and now I will NEVER eat here again !!! I will get my fingers working on Face Book and call up my local schools and let everyone know to have there parents and buses watch out for this guy. NO PIZZA IS WORTH SOMEONES LIFE !!

In Lorain, OH, the Wing Street doesn't answer their phones, doesnt call to confirm orders, and the pizza is always cold and very late. This place is going to lose many customers because they can't get their act together.

I have loved pizza hut since I was a kid!!! Pizza hut is a joke now, I tried ordering a cheese lovers pizza for $10 and I was told that they can't do that!!! Yes I'm a vegian!! Since when did cheese coast more than meat and why advertise any pizza any topping $10?????? PIZZA HUT YOUR SUCH B.S!!!!!! MAYBE PAPA JOHNS WILL TREAT THERE COUSTEMERS BETTER!!!

Memphis, TN Store #4040 Knight & Arnold I called in an order for one $10.00 chicken pizza, but what they charged me for was for 2 meatlover with stuffed crust pizza. Which in turn made my account overdraw by $ 15.23. And on top of that my bank charged me $ 35.00 for the overdwawn fee plus 5 days later charged me an additional $35.00 extended over drawn account fee. 1st I call back to inform them of what i called at that time was a mistake & was told that I needed to bring in the sales ticket, because it was purchased with an debit card, so I did. The manager Martha was very RUDE. But because I needed this resolved I accepted all yhe mess she was feeding me " like theres nothing she can do. She will submit this to the store owner and he may or may not get in touch with me. So since then 7days later I've gone back up to the store and tried to speak to her or anyone that can help. She came up to the front counter and slamed thi print out of Card Refund Request on the counter and walked away. Once I looked at it , it only have the amount of the pizzas. WHAT ABOUT THESE ACCOUNT OVER DRAFT FEES. This is their mistake.

I don't know about you but the pizza hut in our area sucks its and groebeck texas . we called to explain what was wrong with the pizza but they argued with us and said the pizzas right now don't care what you had to say . the manager was very rude and did not care what we had to say

Store is open until 10 pm. Arrived at 8.55 to order pizza to take home and have a salad while we waited. The salad bar was in the process of being taken down and we could not get a salad even though the store is open another hour. Missed sales, poor customer experience and no repeat business!

My daughter did work at the Pizza Hut in Clayton, NC . When she was employed there, she was promoted from waitress to shift manager. She worked there over 1 year. During her time as a shift manager, which she was for 3 months, she was still making minimum wage and never got a pay raise, even when she asked about it. That was the reason she quit. Now that she is no longer employed by them, they still refused to give her back pay and the difference for her promotion. This Pizza Hut is also bad at answering the phone, and having their employees work when they are sick. And they handle food.Plus they are refusing pay for the week they held back on her. Someone needs to do something about all these problems. We have called Corporate and are waiting for someone to come back from lunch to talk to them. Wow this is terrible.

I ordered two lg pizzas and i was charged three dollars extra the commercial says $10.00 any pizza any size any crust any topping but the employee told me in Wa the cost is $11.00 per pizza and they charge $ 2.00 for stuffed crust that is false advertisement i will be contacting the Better Business Bureu and see if that will help cause contacting the corporate office got me nowhere and the on the other end of the phone was very rude.

In Washington State the 10.00 dollar pizza deal from pizza hut is 11.00 dollars. We are told that is because the min. wage in Washington state went up and that's what they charge in our state... This is a big ripoff for everyone in Washington because it's not fiar to not honor the 10.00 dollar deal in Washington state..... Thanks for nothing..........................

CALLED TO ORDER PIZZA ON 01/26/2012 IN SPENCER,IN. THEY INFORMED ME THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY HAND TOSSED OR DEEP DISH PIZZA.THEY WERE OUT OF DOUGH AT 07:40P.M. ON A THURSDAY. THAT IS PRETTY BAD WHEN YOU CALL PIZZA HUT AND YOU CAN'T BUY PIZZA. THATS LIKE GOING TO TO MCDONALDS AND THEY TELL YOU THEY DONT SERVE FAST FOOD.

I just came from the Pizza Hut on Gumwood Ave in Hampton Va. I had one of the most unprofesional experiences of my life. I ordered my pizza over the phone and showed up to pick it up. I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes while three employees walked back and forth in front of me and said nothing. Meanwhile two other customers came in behind me while i was waiting, the manager told me to step to the side because the other customers pizzas were ready. When i asked "What about my pizza" The manager told me to step to the side and wait my turn. Anyways that is the last time i deal with the rude people of Pizza Hut. DOMINO'S from here on out!!!!!!

The pizza Hut on Eastway, has the worst service I have ever seen, I have been here in charlotte for 8 months, and i have been ordering pizza from the eastway location every week with no problem, now I called lastniht to order and they told me they don't deliver here after 5 pm, when I wanted to know why, they couldn't give me a reason, so our night clerk called and they tolod him that a worker had been robbed here which we know isn't true because my husband is the manager here and we are here on the property 24 hours a day, and we are in the process of remodeling all the guest rooms, so we have very few customers, and also if a driver from pizza hut would have been robbed here we would know because the cops would have been called and that hasn't happened. so the district manager called back and asked to speak to the manager her, and he said no driver had been robbed that their driver said someone here had been rude to them, but they couldn't tell us a name or phone number of the person who they claimed did this, when I asked for the cooperate offices number they gave me a false number. so for anyone who needs to make a complaint about a pizza hut location, this is the correct number to do so, 1-800-948-8488.......we will not ever order pizza from there again, their food isn't all that great anyways!!!!!

Last year I was enticed by their 'any 3 toppings' $10 deal. I ordered one of their pan pizzas with extra cheese or maybe it was 1/2 pepperoni, half extra cheese. Anyway, I was charged more than $10. I inquired why and was told that cheese is not a topping. Since when is cheese not a topping? Apparently they make their own rules. Does this come under 'bait and switch'? False advertising? Whatever it is, I didn't like it because it's underhanded. Shame on you Pizza Hut.

I don't know who came up with your new commercial, but it is the most disgusting commercial I have ever seen besides the pig in Geico commercials. You don't need to replicate Credit Score.com commercials. Good Lord. I am not sure if I will ever buy another pizza from you. I mute the stupid thing every time it comes on.

I have been watching the Pizza Hut commercials on TV and we decided to get the special advertised. So I called the local PH to order the special and they informed me that they "do not participate" in that offer. I told them I would call a Pizza Hut in the next town and they said that the same person owns all the PHs in a 50 mile radius. My question is why are we seeing PH commercials in this local viewing area when NONE of the PHs honor the offer??? I call that false advertising!! Do you really think these restaurants should be called Pizza Hut if they don't honor PH advertised special offers??

the pizza hut employees in raymondville texas don't know how to answer the phone,we had been trying to call for about an hour. My family and I had to go in when it was cold out and my kids are little, due to the fact that they don't pick up the phone and to our surprise the place was empty except for one couple, and the phone was just ringing and ringing and ringing, my husband asked them if their phone was broken and they just laughed, We decided to dine in and when we placed our order they didn't have anything no hot wings, no pasta, nothing just pizza and they didn't even cook it right. There was about 7 employees at the time and I did not complain because they were just kids with attitudes and I wanted to make our family dinner time nice with no drama. This is the only Pizza Hut in our little town but its no wonder that now our next pizza chain will be Little Ceaser so I wonder who will be getting all the profit this year and who will go out of business. I am not the only one that complains everyone does I see it on our facebook pages from the locals. Get it together or get new employees and a new phone.

i live in manning sc and the pizza HUT that you all have here is really sorry the people who works there are rude and its a nasty place to eat at.... I have ordered a pizza it wasnt cooked all they way and it was terriable...... i do not reccomend anyone to eat at pizzahut.
