Pizza Hut Corporate Office & Headquarters

If I hypothetically work there I am not able to call in sick even with a doctors note unless I can find a replacement. They would rather me spread bacterium and or viruses to my co-workers and customers.

I just ordered a pizza almost two hours ago and every time I called, I was told to call back and or your food is on the way. I paid with my debit card and I was just annoyed because the manager basically called me a liar by telling me that I didn't pick up my phone(no one called) Pizza Hut will no longer get a dime of my money

At a pizza hut in Williston ND 58801 one employee vandalized another employees camper and was not fired just made to apoligize. The one that "made him do it" also sent numerous threatening text which were forwarded to the manager and District manager. I personally reported this and both employees were not fired. Does someone have to die to make a change. I emailed the corp office and am waiting for reply. I also reported the drug use there due to the fact that they are one of the few places that don't drug test. Is not an important issue i guess.

I recently ate at pizza hut 2/12/2012. The severs name was Jill Wilson, and she would be constantly yelling as loud as she could in the kitchen. Then when we finally got out pizza. She had messed our order up, and right after was talking out loud about our order and then her sex life. This is why Lebanon's pizza hut will never keep our business. employes like that should not be working if they can not be respectful and considerate.

San Clemente pizza hut is a joke.There not even busy and they didnt even give me my complete order.When i called and told them,the manager told me they gave my order and basicaly called me a liar.It Looks like im going back to pappajohns!

Bushnell, FL Pizza Hut has lost oeders. They tell us they no longer carry three cheeze pizza lover's pizza, and they only carry one type pof cheeze now. They can only put more cheeze if we get two other toppings. Pizza Hut has certainly gone down hill.

I went to pizza hut on 67th and Indian school on 2/4/12@ 4p and all the employees were hell rude more involved with thereselves then customer service. they all looked high off something the manger wad even there like that mattered she looked too young to be managing anyone. I have complained about this group of employees before and nothing has been done. I'm not going to pizza hut again come on now some professionalism would be nice

This pizza hut in Wyoming Michigan should be rated zero. I have never been to a restaurant that had such crappy service. We were seated pretty quickly but never was approached by a waiter for 15 minutes. Then we got up and asked where our waiter was she said hold on I will find her. then a lady came up said sorry your waiter is busy. We ordered a pepperoni lovers and was told they just ran out we thought what the hell. Then she came back up and said someone went to go get some. We ordered bread sticks also. About 15 minutes after that we asked another waiter how long it took to bake bread sticks she was very rude and snappy and said we are very busy let me get my manager. We had already been there for 45 minutes total and never got to eat. We got up and left, so did two other couples.

Pizza Hut Clinton, MS On 02/03/12 my kids order a couple of medium pizza tht was suppose to be 5.99each and cinnamon sticks....which totaled to be 28 dollars. When I contact Pizza Hut in regards to this matter we was hung up on 7times, order was 30mins late and manager wouldn't answer call. I then drove to the location and treated very rudely by store manager.

My wife recvd a coupon for a ten dollar pizza deal by email today. We put in the order online and a minute later the phone rings. The guy said they didn't have that product. She asked can u offer something similar at that price point. He said No. Then he starts saying she requested a manager when she had not. This same idiot comes bk on the phone and my wife says I never asked for a manager . I'm a manager at my job if I wanted to speak with a manager I would come down there and speak in person. I do not appreciate u lying saying I said something when I did not. At that point she disconnected the call. Of course I'm putting this mildly. This guy was terribly rude.

Too bad there's no zero star option. Their $10 pizza when you start a web order turns into a $15 pizza when you finish the order. I've sent multiple emails and all I get is boilerplate responses telling me how concerned and that somebody will contact me within 3 days. Three times I've been told I'd be contacted within 3 days. It's a month later and nothing but boilerplate responses. I'll never enter a Pizza Hut "restaurant" again. BTW, I've spent thousands of dollars at Pizza Hut over the years. No more.

Super Bowl Sunday I was in the Odenton Md store and the general manarger had a bad attitude and was very rude this is not the first or second time I've seen this. Thank You Upset Customer

If I could give negative rating I would. Pizza shows up pure dough. After calling and being polite, they send another order that was properly cooked but the delivery driver told my fiance to tip better and our order wouldn't be f*** up. Aeeful and pizza hut will never be ordered or even eaten again. If I would have seen these 1 star reviews I wouldn't have even bothered

Don't go to the Yelm WA Pizza Hut you will get the worst service in history. My family and I went on a slow Monday night and watched as five employees stood behind the counter doing nothing. We waited and waited and never received menus or offered drinks. Another customer had to stand up and yell, "hey are we gunna get any help here". After waiting longer we decided that our business was not important to them and left for another establishment. By the way this was the fourth time we have had bad service at that location. Pizza Hut you are slipping fast fix the problem or lose even more business.

The meat, I think it is the pork sausage is toooooo salty. We just can't hardly eat the pizza we got. I ordered a pizza with hamburger, sausage which was pork, and ham. It just tasted like they poured the salt over it. I ordered ham and mushroom, it wasn't salty like the other one. PLEASE REDUCE THE SALT, IT IS AWFUL, WE JUST CAN'T HACK IT ANYMORE. WON'T BE buying tooo much anymore. Service was really good and polite when I picked it up.

just saw your superbowl commerical- couldn't understand the words- had it not been for the pizzahut.com at the bottom of the screen i would not know who it was- do you really think you need all that whatever he did - thought you could do alot better

Went to Pizza Hut on Feb. 4 in Indianapolis In. , close to Castleton Square. The waitress seated us by the window under a register which was blowing out cold air she took our order of drinks & breadsticks as well as a supreme pizza we ask to move to another table where it was a little warmer.  We received our pizza which looked more like a meat lovers pizza and not a supreme & we did not receive our breadsticks until about 3 minutes after our pizza, when  we ordered the breadsticks we thought they were an appetizer. Not looking for free food just change. Tipped 15percent even though there was no value.

Pizza Hut now uses a call center to process orders. I telephoned for an order of two large pizzas and the order got sent to the wrong store. My wife was to pick the order up on her way home and passed the store the order was sent, even though this was not the store we used. I called the call center back and spoke to a supervisor who offered 10 bucks off but was otherwise unhelpful. The call center is in San Antonio, the corporate office is in Dallas, and we got shortchanged on decent customer serice in Houston. We have now crossed Pizza Hut off our list of providors as the food service industry is too competitive to tolerate incompetency from ill trained employees who do not value their customers.

SOME PIZZA HUTS DESERVE THIS BAD RATINGS, BUT I HATE WHEN SOME PEOPLE COMPLAIN ABOUT ADS AND EXTRA CHARGE COME ON BUNCH OF CHEAPSKATES IT SAYS AVAILABILITY NOT IN ALL LOCATIONS, EXTRA CHARGE FOR DOUBLE TOPPINGS EXTRA CHEESE AND STUFFED CRUST!!! READ THE FREAKIN SMALL WHITE LETTERS I'VE COMPLAINT ON HOW THEY PUT LESS TOPPINGS BUT WHEN THERE'S NO NEED TO COMPLAINT WHY DO SO IF YOU DON'T TIP THE DELIVERY DRIVER MAYBE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR ORDER ON TIME TO YOUR HOUSE OR TABLE!!!

thanks okotoks for obviously making five bread sticks, cutting them in half, and then charging me for ten. its shit like this that ,makes me want to call the bbb on you. it may only be a couple of bucks here and there but over the course of a 100,000 people it has turned into a quorter of a million dollars.
