When I lived down south a while back. Young Buck and Lloyd Banks caused my pizza delivery to be late. I'm not complaining though. I just thought it was interesting that celebrities were so picky about protecting their identity and not using credit cards with their names on it that their delivery man was comfortable telling me why my pizza had taken almost an hour.
The food we ordered was mediocre but what bothered us most was that there is a three dollar delivery charge and that doesn't go to the delivery person....plus an additional charge for barbecue pizza on the $10.00 box deal - we ordered the $10.00 box deal and ended up paying over $16.00 without the tip......I will not order from your company again on principle, and I will tell people I come into contact with about what I consider another example of corporate greed.....
So I'm at the hotel in North charleston,SC and the Pizza Hut that is exactly 1.56mi away from us NEVER delivered our food. They charged the account $73.00 for a $23.00 order. Now, if my math is correct, that's $50.00 extra dollars. The employees are very slack and obviously they don't care. If we ordered our food at 8:30 it should've gotten here by 9:00 at the least. It is very hard for me not to use foul language because I am pissed off. But, nice and early in the morning Pizza Hut will be seeing a few unhappy faces.
I visited Pizza Hut and had to wait almost 2 hours for my pizza to be corrected. I was refunded my money and give the pizza too; I was upset because of the long wait. Originally, it should have taken 30-40mins which was fine with me, but my pizza got misplaced. I do not want anyone else to have to wait so long, maybe it was due to Monday madness or perhaps a short-staffed. I do thank Charles the night crew team member who did refund me my money and offer to give me the pizza too. I do not anyone fired or disciplined I just want a way for the customer to be assured that their order will not be lost and not have to wait so long.
I ordered pizza and was looking forward to a nice relaxing Sunday evening. The pizza was horrible! When I called to complain I was told I could bring it back. I informed the young manager I lived 25 miles away, she stated that was not her problem. When I ask for the corporate number, I was informed I could look it up myself. Bad customer service! Never order from Cushing, Oklahoma Pizza Hut. You can't run a good business like this. Lost my business forever.
Omg..this is the second time this has happened but tonight I am fuming mad. I ordered at 6:45 got my pizza at nine, my soda was missing, but I got charged the 2 something, so the delivery man said he would come back with it. I waited an hour and was then told he didn't know how to dial my apartment, so I went downstairs and he wasn't there, then I called and they gave me an attitude saying we r busy, and some people are not as smart as others to know how to dial the apartment..okay that was fine so then they called and said they were waiting downstairs.no show..I called again and they put me on hold while I heard them laughing and joking. They wouldn't give me a name of an owner to call or management wouldn't take the money off my bill. The first time I waited three hours they kept telling me they were on the way..finally got the order raw chicken nd uncooked pizza. I have sent complaint with no answer or courtesy letter back. I was also told it was to bad because they didn't understandenglish. Wtf...all I wanted was pizza and coke. Or my money back. I am so pissed
my experience with on employees at a manager the store manager is bobby the workers name is daniel I had a bad experience wis her name is daniel. This store is los lunas nm main los lunas. This store is bad for its order takig always makes me stressed out. Their food is no good and they never give you what you order. Today march 1 2012 I had another bad experience with store manager bobby and wo worker daniel she was very rude to me getting take order correctly very rude talked to store manager bobby and I'm cited for work for daniel saying she did not disrespect me when she did.suhe must have problems at home because her attitude she has taken to work. She has no public ecperience and bobby store mamager bobby has no management skills. To pizza hut these are the type of people you have working for you rude and uncaring people. Im calling the corp. Office tommorow I will let you the public know how they respond to this sistuation. I want to see them both fired their causing this pizza hut a lot of money with their attitudes amd the way they are.not making customers pizzas correctly. Iv had five complates with this store and had given them a chamce I should have called a long time ago. I think the only reason this store is open is by reedemog their selfs is by giving free pizza. But to pizza hut your loosing money by giving away so many pizzas. Very dissatisfided costoumer. I would like to hear from voustemers about this store because if ive had
pizza hut employees should be treated better and better paid for their services. In order to do our job right we have to put in that little extra something and that takes a toll on you when you dont make enough money to pay rent or even keep a full gas tank. If I am responsible for the satisfaction in my customers, my team needs to be happy and willing to work. Not dragging their feet and counting the minutes until they can go home. I hold a shift leader position and get paid $9 an hour and I know theres people that work for pizza hut under the same title and get $10 and at other businesses even $12 or $15, and we still have to pay for our lunch. Plus you cant force someone to take a survey, nor is it fair to give a write up to the GM for missing the survey quota, I personally hope nobody takes the time so the quota never gets met.
Is it standard training for general manager's to say quote I DO NOT MAKE ENOUGH MONEY TO WORRY ABOUT THE PROBLEMS IN THE STORE LET ALONE THE SAFETY OF THE DRIVERS WHICH MEANS I'D HAVE TO DO STUFF ON MY OWN TIME I CAN'T AND I WON'T. End of quote. Isn't that a libility law suit. The general manager Laura of the ODENTON Md store constantly says that especially during SAFTEY MEETINGS WE WOULD LIKE YOUR ATTENTION IN THIS MATTER THANK YOU UPSET EMPLOYEES
FK Pizza hut, i will not ever buy another pizza from them until they bring back the $10 large meatlovers and supreme pizza,,,, until then they can go fk themselves im done with them!!!! They come out with some NASTY ASZZ tasting $10 dollar box meal that taste worse than little ceasers if you can imagine that... BOYCOTT THEM TILL THEY BRING BACK THE GOOD PIZZAS THAT ARE ACTUALLY WORTH $10.00
All my family and friends are done with Odenton Md pizza hut because the general manager Laura is so rude with a bad attitude we've complain and complain no results so now we're PAPA JOHNS CUSTOMERS since your just as bad as Laura the general manger. P.S.WE WILL TELL THE INTIRE COMMUNITY NOT TO GO TO THE ODENTON PIZZA HUT YOUR LOSS!!!!!
worst working conditions for upper management. You wonder why the employees are rude and the food sucks its because store managers are made to work 12-13 hour shifts often 7 days a week just so they can make profit. Food is kept longer then it should be so that they can hit numbers. I have watch this company suck managers dry and then spite them out when they can no longer maintian. Employees are rude because their managers are tired and burnt out so there is low moral and energy in the stores. If pizza hut cared about its customers it would first take care of all of its employees and revisit their idea of what should be expected from a store manager.
Went to Danville, va pizza hut on riverside parkway.....horrible!!!!! Did an online order for 2 hand tossed pizzas. Went to location to pick up order and there were about 8 employees (6 with their backs turned to customers doing absolutely nothing and 2 working). After waiting several minutes, one of employee who was working had to ask someone behind the counter to help us. Do you really need that many people...what a waste of money. After getting home and opening the pizzas, they were WRONG! How hard is it to make pizza and where was the cheese on the supreme (is there a shortage of cheese that I didn't hear about). Horrible pizza and service....Save your money!!!!!!!
Why is it that in A.A.County Md.near Odenton the area coach and general mangers constantly discriminate harras threaten and sexual harrasment to minors. When we say something were told to stop lying and if we continue to say something we'll be fired this comes from the company office were told. Our company office is pizza hut of Md. We the employee's would thank you for time in resolving this problem. As we read you as a whole have major problems across the U.S.A. good luck. P.S. your Odenton customers are going to Papa Johns due to management and we will wait to hear from you or we'll get an attorney.
If I could give a negative I would...pizzahut sux. I ordered frm the guess rd pizzahut just last nite. I put my order on online at 6:05...my eta for my pizza was 7:50... The delivery girl called me 3 different times for directions and she even told me that she didn't take the time to look at the map...hmmm that's very smart??...My pizza arrived at my door cold and at 8:34....more than 30 mins late....luckilyy fiance checked our order bcuz we were missing not one but two orders of cinnastx. I immediately called the store for the manager seeing as the delivery girl whom I'm still unsure of...didn't even know the number to her store. Upset I asked if I was gonna haf to pay for their lateness and messup...the man on the phone tells me no mam and says that my cinnastx are on the way...the driver just stood arnd on my porch like she was waiting for a hit or something...the guy tells me to tell her to go back to the store. My cinnastx then arrive at 8:45... Over an hour late then my original order time by the same delivery girl. She was very confused and she even held her hand out for payment and I told her that the manager I spoke with said that i didnt haf to pay...she leaves as if I was trying to steal from her and ridiculously at 9:00 on the dot I receive a call from another guy stating to be the manager saying that I refused to pay his driver...he even went on to demand that i immediately come down to the store and pay or he would take my credit card over the phone. This guy was not the same guy I spoke to on the phone so I figured there was two managers. I told this guy to communicate better with his other manager bcuz I was told that I wudnt had to pay for a meal that came cold...late...and was wrong! So I was not gonna pay for it...period. He went on to threaten me saying that he would have the deputy at my door to take me to jail for syealing their pizza...really????. I ended up calling the police myself last nite.. but i dont know where these managers or workers get it into their minds that they have any right to threaten their customers or make assumptions of thievory after making so many mistakes on their behalfs. That IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE & THEY REALLY JUST NEED TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS BECAUSE THEY ARE TRUELY THAT TERRIBLE. & TO BELIEVE THIS WAS MY VERY FIRST TIME EVER ORDERING FROM THEM...VERY VERY BAD FIRST IMPRESSION...I LOATHE PIZZA HUT THEY SHUD REALLY TAKE SUM HELP FROM PAPA JOHNS..& DOMINOS THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY GREAT AND PIZZAHUT IN MY EYES IS JUST SIMPLY PATHETIC. Dear Pizza Hut~ (1 star in general, 5 stars for the Springfield, Ky location) I'm really worried about your company! Pizza Hut has always been my favorite pizza but I'm not sure how much longer I'll be saying that! The location nearest me has closed (Beechmont Ave Cincinnati, OH) which is bizarre since the area is thriving and the community in general has a lot of money. The next nearest location at Eastgate is falling apart! The parking lot/drive is literally like an abandoned place where the road is all broken up and seems unsafe to drive on - it surely does not scream, 'welcome to Pizza Hut!' The Alexandria, Ky location is the next nearest and they're ok, I've had a few issues there but overall not too bad. I came to this website to get Pizza Hut corporate contact info and reading these pages, I'm mortified at where your company is heading! For goodness sakes, look at Domino's - they've entirely changed their image and it is working! Wouldn't it be worth the money to save your company now rather than wait - you might want to start with getting this site cleaned up and the issues it discusses, dealt with!!! So many of the PH locations I've visited in recent years are very much like what people have written about here. The only location that I've personally been in that is still the most wonderful is in my hometown of Springfield, Ky - THEY get 5 stars!!!
i ordered 2 large pizzas and a order of 44 wings and they gave me tiny wings. They didnt even cut my pizza right. the order totaled up to sixty dollars and 44 cents on my debit card. i didn't give a tip because they were late but when i checked my account they charged me 72 dollars and 65 cents. i called to talk to manager and the same guy who answered my call put me on hold got back on phone and said this is manager speaking also was really rude. this was in morrow ga the lake city pizza hut
They hung up in my face several times and had me on hold for 10 minutes several times I called. Very rude.
ABSOLUTLEY DISGUSTING FOOD SERVICE PRACTICE OBSERVED 5 TIMES IN THE SAME VISIT. And pathetic customer service on top of that. AND THEY OUTSOURCE THEIR CORPORATE CUSTOMER SERVICE/COMPLAINT DEPT. TO MANILLA PHILLIPINES!! Can you believe tht crap? We ordered a carry-out pizza in-store in Glendale Az at the 43rd ave & Glendale location and while waiting, observed the prep-line girl making pizzas repeatedly throw topping items into her mouth WHILE MAKING PIZZAS!! DIIISSGGUUSSTTIINNGG!!! Seriosuly who does that when you work in a food indusrty like that is? I've worked for 2 different pizza companies (not Pizza Hut, but 2 other large chain pizza companies) and IN TRAINING they tell you SEVERAL TIMES you do not do this...not only is it stealing from the company, its extremely unsanitary. And this female employee did not look as if she was/is a clean person herslef, hair was ragged and unkept, uniform sloppy. I witnessed this action 3 times through a window above a door leading to the prep area,and told my wife. Then, she went over to the window beside the door and observed her do it again, only this time, the employee saw my wife looking at her, shook her head, and tossed what remained of the topping item in her hand from her mouth to the floor!!! Now, this was at 850 pm and there's nobody REAL to inform at tht time..the only "leadership" person on duty was a team lead and seriously, what's he gunna do? You know what I mean..not to mention that guy seemed high as can be. He was also a delivery driver!! So, moving on...the next day (Feb. 17th) I filed a complaint with the County Health Board, called the store and spoke to supoosedly the Store GM, Angie, who was "laughy" and not at all interested in what I had to say. Which was honestly, expected. I then tried calling the corporate customer service dpt. To file a complaint only to be transferred to GOD DAM MANILLA PHILLIPINES!! Seriously?? I asked to speak to a customer service dept in THE USA,- And they said there isn't one!! Really Pizza Hut?? You're one of the bullshit companies outsourcing jobs (FOR THINGS THAT ARE NEEDED TO BE ADDRESSED HERE IN AMERICA) to other countries huh,?, that's the LAST thing I expected. What the hell is someone in MANILLA going to do for ME, IN AMERICA, WITH A PROBLEM?? I understand you're a global company and that's great..however, my question remains. You can't do anything to remedy this from Manilla. So anyways, I'm going to call the District Manager for the area today to see if I can get any better results. HOPEFULLY he cares a little more that his employees are practicing disgusting, unsanitary, and most likely regular acts of blatant disregard for their customers. I'll be very honest, I LOVE Pizza Hut pizza,LOVE IT. Even when I worked at 2 different chains, and got discounts, I still ate Pizza Hut pizza. I can't stand dominoes or pappa johns, or little ceasars pizza. The Lancaster, South Carolina office manager "Phil" is the worst, rudest, ugliest manager ever known. He is sooooo mean and rude to his employees that I'm surprised he has any. If the economy was better, I know every employee would be gone. I have witnessed several things and hear about bad things on a daily basis. These employees (mine especially) NEVER get breaks. THIS IS ILLEGAL!!! My relative works 7 and 8 hours on end with NEVER getting to sit down and if needs to go to the bathroom, gets asked where their going and to hurry up!! Gets screamed at, if and one time calling out due to illness gets yelled at and put down and hung up on. GET RID OF HIM!!!! HE IS AWFUL!! NOT ONLY is he mean to the employees, but I have witnessed him being ugly to customers too!! What is wrong with him? All he does is sit around and does nothing but breathe and smokes cigarettes, when it is a smoke free establishment, drops ashes on the floor and makes them clean it up. Plus he looks nasty and unpresentable at times. My family has been there many times and I watch him. I know for 2 hours on one occasion he did nothing but sit on his big butt and talked to people while everyone else worked like dogs!!! YOU need to make sure the Pizza Hut employees are taking care of and get breaks! They work hard for you to make others happy with YOUR food and makes minimum wage salaries, but get treated like slaves and are degraded by management. You need a manager who knows how to manage, help out when needed and treat employees with respect. Most of them have a non-caring attitude about what they do and it scares me on how the food and cleanliness is done. Employees who are treated respectfully care more on how they perform their duties.
