Bedford,ohio they don't like to answer their phone to take orders even after the call center transfer you to them, I was on hold for 20 min. Before I hung up, that was last week, yesterday I try to give them another shot,once agin, same thing happen. I also have 4 dollor creit because the driver forgot some of my order a few week before. I will be calling you, untill I feel like you have done something about this.
PIZZA HUT IN SHREVEPORT LOUISIANA ON KINGS HEY HAS THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY FAR!! I HAVE NEVER HEARD SO MUCH CURSING IN A PLACE OF BUSINESS IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.NOT ONLY THAT THE EMPLOYEES LOOK AT YOU AS IF YOU ARE AN ALIEN WHEN YOU WALK IN. SOME ARE ON THEIR CELL PHONES WHEN YOU WALK IN SOME BLUNTLY WALK AWAKE FROM THE CORNER AND THERE IS ALWAYS THIS YOUNG MAN OR GIRL WHATEVER PARADING AROUND DANCING AS IF HE IS PUTTING ON A SHOW. THE PIZZAS ARE ALWAYS LATE NO MATTER DELIVERY OR CARRYOUT. WHY IS THE DELIVERY TIME ALWAYS ALMOST 2HOURS? THAT'S RIDICULOUS! I HAVE YOUNG CHILDREN AND WHEN I ORDER PIZZA AT 7PM I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL 10:30PM TO FINALLY RECEIVE IT AFTER CALL-IN REPEATEDLY.
The St George, SC, Pizza Hut is by far the worst and nastiest restaurant I have ever dined. They advertise a buffet, we went when it started. One pizza on the buffet, server said they MIGHT bring more! Bugs on the dining table and the pizza they put on the buffet looked like it was unsafe and over a day old. Disgusting attitudes! Computer age is wonderful now that one's like myself can visit all the "trip sites" and warn others to stay away from trash heaps like the Pizza Hut in St. George, SC. They need to be reported to the SC Dept that monitors and grades food establishments.
Myself and co-workers ordered a Supreme thin crust pizza ($10 anyway) today from Pizza Hut, 6320 Richmond Hwy. We have ordered from here numerous times and never received the service like today. I placed the order, my co-worker went to get it and it was the wrong order which was for a "Tania" (which she has the wrong order also) I called back, a nasty, rude female gets on the phone stating she is the manager on duty named Jenifer, saying that Claudia said her name was Tania. Why would she say yes, her name is Tania? No one in our office has that name. Instead of her correcting the problem, she tries to blame us for her ignorance. Its sad to say Pizza Hut has such a management team. We are an apartment community which drives lots of business to Pizza Hut. My office team will no longer patronize them, and I will ensure no fliers are tagged on my residents doors. If there is one seen from this location, we are going to fine per flier, because this is private property with no solicitation. Jennifer needs a demotion! Just because you're giving away specials and offers does not constitute cheap customer service.
I ordered pizza last night april 2nd 2012 at the pawnee and hydrualic pizza hut in wichita kansas and it took 45 mins for a 2 min drive the pizza was cold and hard and had ants crawling out of it and when I went to return it the manager told me she was 100% sure they didn't have an ant infestation and that they were taking all necessary precautions to make sure they didn't have ants and that they had traps out at every station??? Ok tell me this... if you don't have ants and never had them to begin wth why do u have traps set out at every station? I'm disgusted and disappointed you guys should be ashamed of yourselfs and the corporation...if you wouldn't eat something yourselves why would u dare serve it to someone else??? That's how u get a bad name!
I called Pizza Hut in Ontario, CA at 7:15 and ordered two pizzas. There phone number was 909-948-9000. They told us it would be 45 minutes. After an hour I called to notify them I didn't receive our pizza. They told me that, "they were very busy and it was on the way." I waited 20 minutes longer and I still didn't have my pizza. I called back and asked to talk to the manager, Daisy. She said that it was very busy and they had to use drivers from other locations. She said they were all lost and everything was running late. She checked all my information as did the first person. We waited for another half an hour and called back. We talked to Skyler who said he personally saw our pizza leave. He also checked our room number and order. After it being 3 hours and not getting our pizza I called back and spoke to the manager again. She tried to tell me that it was delivered to a differnt room. I explained to her that she double checked my order earlier and she confirmed with me that it was right. She seemed unable to do her job effectively. While i was waiting to speak with her I could hear her talking to other unahppy customers. I could tell it was very unorganized at the location. When we finally got our pizza it was 4 hours later.
i had stopped at the neliegh ne. store on march 7 or 8 2012 and i ordered a meat lovers pizza w/ mushrooms while sitting there i noticed that i smelled freon! the manager on duty Tanya tlod me they had a small leak in the prep table! while sitting there with my wife and two children! we waited for our pizza thinking it would be ok for they must have gotten the problem fixed! when our pizza came to the table my wife and myself noticed the mushrooms where kind of slimy and smelled of fish! we asked if we could have another pizza made and we were informed that there was nothing wrong with our pizza and we couldnt have a replacement ,asking for a number to call to complain we were told she doesnt have to give us that information and if i didnt like it we could take our business else wnhere! this place is in need of a serious inspection ,freon leaking , greasy light fixtures in the dinning area, and the salad bar was not rotated right they came out and dumped new veggies on top of the old ones, gross how long have the ones on the bottom been there because they didnt change the container they were in they just dumped new stuff on top, and this is the manager doing this!!!!!!!!!!! this girl needs to be washing dishes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! rude,nasty,and unsanitary!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what does the kitchen look like????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
last night my wife and i pulled up at neliegh nebraska store to see there was a small fire being putt out out back that was in a 5 gallon bucket. while in side waiting on our meal the mamaer tanya was storming around the store being verbally abusive to employees and slamming things around in the back. she is a very sarcastic young lady who seems to want to pick fights with her employees! the employees handled themselves like pros and gave us a fantastic pizza!1!1 we will be back for the food but not if that manager is on duty she ruined our dinning experience! 5 stars for the crew and pizza / 1 star for the manager
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! PLACED AN ORDER 11:17 AS OF 12PM IT WAS NOT READY FOR PICK UP. ONLY 2 EMPLOYEES WORKING DURING LUNCH HOUR IS NOT A GOOD IDEA. THE PHONES WERE RINGING OFF THE HOOK AND NO ONE BOTHERED TO ANSWER THEM. THERE WERE ATLEAST 5 TO 6 CUSTOMERS ALL WHOM WERE UPSET ABOUT SLOW SERVICE. ORDERS WERE PLACED PRIOR AND STILL BEING TOLD THERE WOULD BE A 10 TO 15 MINUTE WAIT UPON ARRIVAL TO PICK UP. I NEVER EVEN RECEIVED ASSISTANCE AT THE COUNTER SO NEEDLESS TO SAY I DID NOT RECEIVE MY LUNCH ORDER BEFORE HAVING TO LEAVE. I WAS LATE RETURNING FROM LUNCH AND STILL HAD NOTHING TO EAT. NOT SATISFACTORY AT ALL.
Very slow had to ask to get menu order wrong greasiest pizza I've ever seen ordered garlic bread received 4 small slices with sauce that had consistency of water service very slow when we did get refills they were wrong needless to say we wont return to pizza hut in jackson, tn and waitress answered cell phone as walking by table
I am a long time customer of Pizza Hut. I wish to relate my positive experience to the Corporate Office about a particular cook/(s). I am very pleased with the services, I am getting from this specific location in EASTLAKE/CHULA VISTA, SAN DIEGO, CA near the Pick Up Stick, Rubios & Walgreens.This particular COOK is and has been doing an excellent job with the way he puts all the ingredients together. Very delicious and done in timely manner! I ask that your company recognize this particular COOK from the 3/21/12 @ night PIZZA orders I made and those many nights he cooked our food, with a word of appreciation and recognition in terms of a raise or a gift certificate. I am sure that by doing this, he will be more inspired to make delicious food, and boost his spirit to enjoy making more pizzas. I will continue to spread the word to all my friends and relatives to order from this particular location. Often times, we forget to recognize and thank the COOK who feeds us daily. That job is tough, having to put the ingredients together and cook lots of pizzas in hot ovens during hot days! Thank you for recognizing this particular cook! ED
Since when in America can you not go into a place and not be able to fill out an application for work. I went to Pizza Hut in Queen Creek Arizona on Ocatio and Rittenhouse to apply for a job and was told I could not apply there and had to do it on line. I do not have a computer to do this, I am at the library to complain to you about this. I can not spend all my time at the library waiting for a response from hopefull employers let alone 20 miles on way to the library. So what's up Pizza Hut? Tell me why one can not go into your store and fill out an application there in the restaurant.

The delivery gays never make a phone call for comfirmation and we never receive the pizza when I call the store the manager Carlos velez have a bad actitud and he don't want send my order.. We were traveling through southern Colorado and stopped in Alamosa to stay so we went to the pizza hut. We walked in and chose a booth and all of them were filthy. I wiped one off with a napkin. We ordered our drinks and meal. While our food was being prepared I noticed every single employee standing around talking except our waitress who was trying to take call in Orders. Mean while two young kids sat behind us and they are apparently friends with a waiter and I over hear they are getting their meal for free and the waiter stands around talking to them, we have kids and the waiter and his friends cuss and have no respect of the people around them, the waiter should hav been watching his mouth. If I paid for our meal everyone else should have to as well. Our wings come out and they are warm and taste old. They should be hot and delicious. The rest of the food was alright although it should have been excellent. My hometown pizza hut in Delta Colorado would blow this place out of the water!!!!! Very displeased, I will be calling the the store manager in the morning!!!!
l'm like Pizza especial Pizza Hut. francise, but where l lived the management in store location,refused to delivery in my areas,in which l think is ridiculous, l lived in the vicinity of Midtown and the Dowmtown Areas,My areas is Tourist areas it's the Uptown Community a new development in Memphis TN.The Metropolitan it's part of the city sitting right on the bay of the glowing Mississippi River. The Pyramid are one of Memphis Architural & unique Tourtist Attraction is one of the sites on the bay of the Mississippi River,where boats are dock,and across the river we have beautiful million dollars homes in ours beloving Harbor Town. As l mention all my Community have to offer, ones would think it is stupids joke not to have a francise of Pizza Hut in this areas.duh!
I went to pizza hut in phx Az on 40th & Thunderbird rd and they Very rude the pizza & wings were tooo cold nasty gross little ceasars tastes way better and is cheaper i called da store to let them know about and spoke to three different employees and managers they rude and kept repeating the same thing when i told him that the pizza & wings were cold he would say we keep in the in the warmer i dont live far from the store to have it be so cold well i would appreciate that something can be done about this (602) 475-6767
I came into the store. I hate the manager Michelle in the South Sacramento store. She was very rude to me. She is also very rude to her employees. All i heard her doing was screaming and yelling at the employees while she was just standing around. She had tattoos and they were showing. That is very unexceptable and very unprofessional. You guys need to work on better customer service. my food was very late. I spent over 50 dollars.
I cannot understand why I was denied the right as a hungry customer to order as many ingredients as I want on my pizza. I do not care about the price, I just want what I want. What's going to happen if I add one more single ingredient, are the ovens going t o blow up? Simply ridiculous. I call for an end to this injustice Pizza Hut! Give the people what they want! Make it standard protocol to allow us, the willing, paying customers,add as many ingredients as we want! What are we waiting for, the end of the world where we cannot enjoy more pizza?! Now is the time. And the time, my friends is right.
The pizza hut manager here in Douglas Geogia called my moms house for me for a interveiw and she did not tell me till 2 days later, so I called the manager back today and he was rude nasty and hateful. I would not recommend no one working for that jerk. He never smiles, I order a pizza Tuesday night from there and it took 45 minutes and I watched him at the register and he never smiled at the customers or said thank you or anything. people like that does not need to work in the public. Thank goodness I work at wal-mart. He is a bad excuse for a manager. If the companies would stand behind there business and not let people run there business in such a poor maner they would have better business.
To whom it may concern, Until today I was an employee in Florence, Al. To make a long story short I asked for management's honest feedback and there were 2 lies in the conversation. The first one I said I had to say she was lying and the second one I called her a liar. As I was telling her that, in my opinion she doesn't do what she is being paid to do, she aggressively stepped toward me and bumped my chest with hers. Immediately the G.M. got between us to diffuse the situation and sent the shift manager home. In our subsequent conversation Joyce said she did not see me instigate or use profanity in any way. Her story has now changed to my using profanity after I was threatened. Is profanity against company policy? I heard it every day. Also, regardless of the language I used, there is never a time to physically touch anyone at the job. I can not imagine that an employee should be fired for a difference of opinion and I am shocked that Pizza Hut would fire an employee that has been threatened by a manager. Was I fired for using profanity or telling a manager they were lying or was I fired because I worked hard and people were threatened by that? Am I being discriminated against? Is this the consistent penalty that applies when employees disagree with a manager? I was accused of not performing. How was I suppose to improve without feedback? Yet if I seek feedback and don't agree with everything I can be bullied? This goes beyond a hostile work environment and reaches the level of a dangerous work environment. Though I have not worked there long, I have put in 8-9 hour shifts with no break and no complaints. I work and I take that very seriously. I understand that Alabama is an at-will state but what culture is being promoted in Pizza Hut. Do we need to wonder why Pizza Hut puts out an inferior product and service? Fish stink from the head
