I ordered an large sausage & pineapple thick crust pizza at the 505-8088 number. When I arrived home after paying for it with my credit card - I discovered it was made wrong. I called the number again and a man told me a replacement would be delivered to my house. A few minutes after 10pm the door bell rang. A pizza hut representative dropped off another pizza and upon opening it - I discovered it was made the same way as the first one. I called the number again and was told by a woman that a full credit would be issued to my credit card at midnight. She lied. I called some days later and was told a credit was put through. Just this past Monday, I called again and was told that no credit had be issued. Second lie. A representative would call in 2 or 3 days. I still have not received a call. Third lie I guess pizza Hut just wants to lie to customers and not give back their money for mistakes they do.
After having lunch at my local Pizza Hut in Hinesveill, Ga. I was totally disgusted with the food and service. I had taken my concerns to the manager on duty by the name of Tasha during the lunch hour. I showed and reported to her how the pizza was not cooked. She insisted that it was and it was suppose to look that way. After that conversation, I went to check out and expressed how I was not pleased with awaitress who worked there. Then as the manager checked me out, she only gave me a $1.80 discount after paying $10 and some change. I am very unhappy how I was treated with no consideration as a long time customer of Pizza Hut. I know when pizza is done completed as opposed top when it is not. I want a refund!!! I should have spent my money and time on a frozen pizza instead at home. Please contact me at 912-320-4811. I am a driver for pizza hut been there 6 months and im mvp and i got questions why do we not get payed $7.25 an hour on delivery and what is pizza hut doing with all the money they are getting from us that is stilling to me my check is only 200 300 dollars every 2 weeks and i get 40 hours a week and then u charge a fee of $2.25 to customers and we get part of it why not all of it for tips and then we have to put in our tips at the end of the night that we use for gas to come work for pizza hut and they take it out our pay check pizza hut is sorry if they cant pay drivers like they are supposed to and expect us to just take what u give us

Hi My name is Julio im from Bridgeport Ct, ive been hearing theirs a new pizza place call papa john, on 2354 Main St. now there are others out here in Ct Bpt that i order from pretty good but this place papa john is ok... well what im really trying to say is customer service skills are very very poor, now i place a order 6:00pm 4-28-2012 to be pick up... i reach the store the pizza was not made i was told by one person its in the oven then by another its out on a delivery i place a order to be pick up not for delivery i ask to speak to the manager of the store and his name was "Ghazi khan' so call manager comes off nice like hi how can i help you... but then runs outside the store to scream and yell at the delivery guy over the phone in a english language and another languahe i couldnt understand i got really flustered with the waite so i cancel the order and i left to dominos whos up the street thinking to myself that place unorganize and also unprofessional i tell you no lies this is the truth... also something else you wouldnt believe they have kids runing around in the store in the back little kids could have been no older then 5 or 6 years old i record this with my camera phone my daughter got me for my birthday 2 children's runing around the work place untrain teenager answering the phone and 5 or 6 year old runing around the store near the hot stove woooow and to add to this complain the delivery guy calls a leave 3 messages on my phone stating hes outside... ok im at the store but the last one was so sad he say thanks for gettin me fired from my job my boss fired me... someone should really look into this place and this guy "Ghazi khan" should be replace.... im going to posed this message on every web site i can think of
You sent out a flyer with coupons on it .I was ordering 2 pizza at 10.00 each any size anywa7y you want it .I was told I could only use the coupon and not the code that corporate said not to use .This is false advertising so I had to pay more for my other pizza.This will be the last time .
i am an current employee at pizza hut in quincy fl. And the store manager does not do her job as a store manager should. There are things that goes on inside the store far as stealing, lying, making trouble between other employees. This has been going on for a while and its time for someone responsible to respond to this asap but what i want to know is can you have vendors doing other than what they are told far as wasing cars for personal money, harrasing customers to by copied movies or using pizza hut supplies to wash cars with????
I visited the store in Beeville Tx today and it wasn't pleasant at all. The store was out of everything they didn't have Thousand Island dressing , no tomatoes on the salad bar ,the salad bar was very unclean and unstocked..it was the start of buffet there were no pizzas out we had to wait on them..a worker threw a dirty napkin on the buffet bar with the few pizzas that they had up there finally and the work area was very very dirty along with the resturant part and flies galore..This place has been this way for years..I tried to speak to the manager about it and she was very rude to me.I did call the health dept when I got home..Please do something about this.I really love Pizza Hut pizza..
Today my sister and I went to the Pizza Hut, Forest Park, Ga. I had order online and went to pick the order up. When I arrived at the Pizza Hut, there was two customers in front of me. The young lady directly in front of me was trying to get her children to stay sitted on the bench. After the customer first in line was taken care of, the young lady in front of me moved up to the counter. The phone ranged, the female employee picked the phone up, then hung it up. The customer then asked the employee why did you hang up on me. She said that she did not hang up on her but put her on hold. The customer then asked for the corporate office phone number, the manager name and the employees name. The female employee would not give her the information. The employee said they are very busy, she was the only person there that could take care of the dinningroom, carry out order and the cash register. She asked the customer again are you going to order. The customer again asked for the phone number, manager name and the employees name. The employee then asked the customer to leave. The customer then raised her voice and said it is your responibility to give me the info I asked for. The customer finally got the info and left. While all of this was going on however, the employee looked this customer and asked me was I placing an order or picking up. The police were called in on the customer and was given a citation for disoderly conduct which I feel was wrong. The female employee told the officer that the customer was using profanity in front of other customers and that there were children among them. I am here to say, there was no profanity and there was only three children in that area which two of the children were the customer I am talking about. I am very hurt that this female employee lie about all of this. I had just told her that she needed to call the corporate office and complain about the manager since he/she would not ever answer her phone calls. I will never use this Pizza Hut again unless the charges are dropped. I was taught that in customer service, the customer should be treated with dignity. All this woman wanted was to feed her family, watch a movie together and have family time. But since she could not get her food she then wanted to file a complaint which she is intitle to. But then again the female employee should get judges for being put in this position by her manager.
My family and I have yet to receive good service at the Chestnut St location in Junction City, KS but this last experience has driven us away for good. We went in for the lunch buffet and were met by the girl who was to be our server. She sat us and took our drink orders with an annoyed expression. When she returned with our drinks, she slapped the bill on our table without a word. That was the last time she acknowledged us in any way. Another table came in that was sat directly behind us. Apparently, they were people she knew because she stood there the rest of the time we dined talking loudly to this couple about the weather, cars, and the fact her mother controls her money. We tried numerous times to get her attention, as we were in need of refills. Four feet away, she wouldn't even look our direction. We tried everything from "excuse me" to finally raising our empty glasses above or heads. Nothing. She continued talking as if we did not exist as we dined with empty drinks and surrounded by dirty plates. The only time she stopped talking to this other table was to clear THEIR plates and you better believe she made sure THEIR drinks were full at all times. We were so angry. Upon leaving, we told the shift manager on register of our experience. His response? A smirk as he mumbled "Thanks for bringing it to my attention". No apology, no offer for to go beverages, nothing. We ended up driving to a gas station and purchasing drinks as we were all thirsty from eating our meals with no drink. Two attempts have been made to speak with the manager of this store about the matter and she refuses to return calls, emails, or speak to us. We did talk to a nice person in the corporate office who assured us the distric manager would be made aware and contact us....still nothing. We will never give another cent to this location. What a shame.
To whom it may concern,the pizza hut in pittsburgh store# 024013 has went down hill.i have alot of problems with them over the year,but this one took the cake i order the new pizza at 530pm and they brought it 2 me with pork on it at 745 pm cold and i called they sent me another one at 845 cold,now i m pissed the manger says i gave it 2 you free and im helping you out you get my diff,this is so un not how you do bussiness.free means i get my money back not replacing the one you messed up in the 1st place.wow
Hi I live in bedford ohio and I placed a order at the rockside place. I am very upset with your establishment. I was told there would be a 35 min wait for delievery and I waited for a hour n half and my food never came. I called at least 15 times and I complained and when I was transfered to somebody else I was never talked to. I soon order from another pizza place. I am very mad and the pizza hut service was terrible. I will be calling the pizza hut on rockide rd in the morning. I suggest handling these situations before your company lose customers.
i have a question for the corporate brains running pizza hut. Instead of using gimmicks,say like the dumb things you do with crust and other oddies.Maybe if you just went back to making really good pizza.It used to be the best.Now it's just garbage.I would think you corporate types would understand quality sells,and keeps people comming back.I know,I know.Its not about quality it's about profit. why don't you pull two or three calzones or stromboli's together as a package deal.. Rather than a crusst that imitates that. if you want pizza, thats what you want righ! all I am saying is offer more. why no white pies with the ricotta.I think buisness woul jump if you expand you're menu. Cirleville Ohio called my order in at 7:27 and the lady on the phone said that our order will be ready for pick up at 7:45 went in at 7:46 the girl didn't ask my named yelled from the back (be with you in a minute) when she did come to the front she yelled to the back need bread sticks and i said bread sticks aren't ready she said what is your name and i told her and she said some people are ass holes and i will find your bread sticks i still can't believe it so when i came home and told my wife she call and ask for the management the girl said this is her and started to argue with her we will never go back
I have been a long time customer of Pizza Hut. The last three times I have ordered Pizza Hut "Pan" Pizza I received what I can assume as hand tossed. A doughy limp crust that wasn't properly cooked. I eat at Pizza Hut throughout the US and know what to expect and the location closest to home. (701 Hwy 52 N Albemarle, NC 28001) I called and spoke with a manager who couldn't have been less concerned. I received a store credit but do not wish for dinner to be ruined again. I will be contacting corporate about the actual product rather than eating more food that isn't up to par. There is another location a little farther away that I will be placing future orders from. I have given up on the location I normally eat at. perhaps the manager could have inclined to fund out the problem instead of giving me a credit for more bad food. An unhappy customer, Joshua Hinson
i am a regular customer at the pizza hut in Raymondville Tx and i was really disappionted at the servces that got not about the food it was excellent only i had called the guy by the name Pedro he was on the register and he came toward where i was and told him to put rubber or something to cover the metal on the bench that is on the entrance i accidently tripped on the metal leg of the bench and really in pain i told the cashier to come see how i got hurt and he did not bother to make an incident report i am a disable senior and the side of my foot really hurts, i took pics of the bench plus of my sde of my foot call me Rachel Soliz 361-815-4181
I wonder if posting a review is going to do good or just waste my time Aaron u can see there is more bad reviews than good my order was placed an hrs and a half ago but it never actually got placed so now i have to wait another hr really ppl seriously this is stupid can't call main restaurant only a stupid call center this is crazy wtf u ppl need to get it together or close down fa real and btw whoever said use a call center to place orders is a complete dumb ass go back to calling the restaurant or like i said close down
The customer service at San Diego Pizza Hutt has no professionalism at all, to be in establishment that friendly service is the key for success. Your company just lost one customer.
Dear Sir/Madam, Paramaribo, 03 May 2012 I have no objection to waiting for a great pizza, your piazza's area great! I do object to be lied to on the basis of management instructions. I ordered a pizza at 07:55 hours at the Pizza Hut franchise in Paramaribo Suriname on Wilhelminastraat. I inquired about the waiting time. The lady said twenty (20) minutes. I politely asked her if she was sure that the waiting time was twenty minutes. She said the waiting time would be twenty mines. I returned at 08:25. Thirty minutes after the order was placed. I was still rather friendly, and jokingly said that she should now give ma a free pizza because she was not fair in reporting the waiting time. I asked why she did not provide a more realistic assessment of the waiting time. She said that her instructions were to report the standard waiting time of twenty (20 minutes). I again asked her why she could not be more honest towards me. She said that she had to report the standard waiting time of twenty minutes. I waited until 08:55 before I received the pizza. Again, I asked her why she told me that the waiting time would be twenty minutes when I in fact waited sixty (60) minutes. I said that I had not problem with waiting sixty (60) minutes. What I did object to was being lied to by Pizza Hut personnel. Now she said that I was lying and that she did not say twenty minutes. Then I noted that she said that the standard waiting times was twenty (20) minutes, and that it was not her fault. She was being instructed by Pizza Hut management in Suriname (Hindorie) to lie to the customers. I said that this was very objectionable and in violation of all CSR and customer relations principles. She then said that she did not debate these issues with customers. I sincerely hope you take the time to instruct and train local managers to stop lying to customers. Please rect5ify the situation and keep me informed of your efforts to improve customer relations in Suriname. Again, I have no objection to waiting for a great pizza, your piazza's area great!
