pizza hut has very poor customer service when you call pizza hut people on the phone they don't know english my words are always wrong..

I find it UTTERLY RIDICULOUS that I cannot order a sandwich cold rather than toasted. Is this truly your policy ordo u have a line cook with an overly inflated ego in Why AZ who thinks he's an executive chef at a REAL restaurant?

You need to please do something about Jaime Caceres, the manager at 9672 Sunset Dr Miami, FL 33173. He serves terrible customer service and every time i have gone to recieve my pizza he is always treating one of his employees bad.

Yesterday I visited our local Piazza Hut along with a group of about 12 other people. We of course ordered a wide variety of items, all of which were very good. Personally I ordered the soup and salad and a small order of breadsticks, naively assuming they would all come together, My salad arrived arrived first, when I inquired about my soup, I was told it would come later, as it took longer. It did come later, after everyone's salad course. No breadsticks, They arrived when everyone else got their main course. (the others got their breadsticks when I got my soup) This makes absolutely no sense. If we got there in the future, I will wait until my whole meal arrives correctly before eating.

I have no idea y people keep getting my orders wrong? I don't have a lisp, nor do I stutter! I love Pizza Hut but they just don't pried themselves like they use to....... What's going on corporate? bel8113@ gmail.com

After reading the reviews above, mine seems rather trivial. Our pizza order was incorrect. Both were thin crust and had incorrect toppings. They were standard menu pizza items, not anything special. The crust was thin alright. It measured 5 MM thick on the bottom. That is the thickness of 3 sheets of standard copy paper. However, the crust was cooked so hard that it was stiff enough to hold most of the toppings. There was a thin layer of sauce, nearly non-existent cheese. and a meager amount of Supreme Pizza toppings. The toppings were mostly in the middle half of the pizza with nearly none anywhere else. At age 68, I have eaten a lot of pizza from many vendors. They have been anywhere from excellent to poor. To rate our pizzas tonight accurately I would have to give them (0 Stars) Lousy. For Pizza Hut to claim it is "America's Pizza Place" is wrong. It offends me and apparently many others. America may not be perfect, but It does not need to be defamed in this way. The store I am referring to is on North Commerce St. in Ardmore, OK.

I just went to the store in Oklahoma city memorial and may . I sat to eat the buffet. And the store was. Full of bats they kept landing in our food I couldn't eat told the manager we did not pay so we left and went to Wendy's we were regulars at Guatemala pizza hut. Not anymore that place needs to be cleaned from front to back and top to bottom

I understand what D. Martin is talking about. Back in the day, pizza hut was amazing! I remember we used to have to wait for a table at our local pizza hut joint, it was always busy and it was a great quality pizza. I MISS THE CHEESE SAUCE, WHAT IN THE WORLD HAPPENED TO THE CHEESE SAUCE?, ITS A CONSPIRACY!

I live in riverbank,ca i placed a order of two pizza at 4:40pm with a pick up time of 5:10 i got there they one of the pizzas i ordered was wrong. Finally the second pizza was ready at 5:47 i got home and half the pizza was raw. 6:05 back at pizza hut with raw pizza. They said all they could do is make another. 6:20 finally got the pizza. When asked for my reciept back the manager would not give it back. The manager refused to even give me the corporate number. Not only do they not know what they are doing and rude the person running the counter was answearing her personal calls on her cell phpne with the line out the door

I called in and complained about my pizza having a hair in it and Veronica gave me a hard time about it since I called in later when I ate my pizza . Since she the manager at the sigman rd pizza hut in Conyers ga I was expecting a different response . She acted like I was making it up which mad me frustrated . I just got a pizza and there were multiple hairs in the pizza.

New Philadelphia Ohio. Worst service ever! Went in and sat down. Took 30 minutes to take our order and get drinks. Then our breadsticks went to another table. So we had to wait longer. Then when we were finally ready to pay we get some one else's bill. So husband goes up to get a new one and speak to the manager and she comes out from the back where she was smoking a cigarette and talking on the phone. Says I know you. My husband says I don't think so and she says oh yea you were the first boyfriend to ever choke me! I love being choked. Announces this to the whole restaurant. We were horrified!!! And all the tables were dirty. Had to wipe our own table off. Worst experience I've ever had and will never go back!

Dear Sir, I would like to start by saying that i was born and raised in the UAE (Abu Dhabi) in 1980, i just left for 5 years to the States to get my college degree and after that i decided to come back to Abu Dhabi and started my professional career, i was a loyal customer of Pizza Hut for all of my life....... up till recently. I live in Khalifa street in Abu Dhabi and since i had a pizza hut branch next to me i decided to order take away for me and my family, the first two times i ordered the order was wrong and i did not realize it till i got home, i let it slide the first time but the second time i was upset and i decided to take the order back to the manager, i showed him that i ordered a meal that included a pizza, potatto wedges as well as garlic bread, when i reached home i did not find the potato wedges so i took the order back to pizza hut khalifa branch informing the manager what happened, the manager very simply told me that the brach ran out of potato wedges so they gave me 2 garlic breads instead of that, i was very dissapointed but i was not going to escalate the situation for potato wedges but i told him very calmly that he should have told me when i placed the order that there are no potato wedges and he would replace it with 2 garlic breads instead of going home and realizing that fact myself. The third incident took place last friday night the 11th May 2012 in Khalifa street Branch where i decided to go to place an order at the same pizza hut store that dissapointed me 2 times hoping that this time eveything will go smooth, i placed an order just like everyone else and they told me as everyone else that my order will take 15 mintues, after 30 minutes i noticed that the customers that came before me still did not get their orders and 3 of the customers were upset with the 35+ minutes dely so when they approached the manager asking how much more time do they need to wait the manager simply raised his voice telling the customers that if they dont want to wait he can return back their money in a very angry tone, he did not even offer an apology to anyone although it was long due after waiting for 35+ minutes, one of the customers got upset and told the manager that he should not tell people at the cashier that the order will take 15 minutes because he knows for a fact that it will take more 35 minutes, the manager did not reply and kept telling new incoming customers that their orders would take 15 minutes. After 5 more minutes he gave the same angry customer his order in a disrespectful manner and after that customer left upset like most of the customers that left that night i was shocked that the manager simply made fun of the angry customer in a sarcastic manner with the cashier infront of all of the customers once that customer walked out of the store's door! I decided to approach the manager after 45 minutes of placing my order asking how long do i have to wait, the manager went to the pizza kitchen and started shouting histerically at his kitchen staff because oh yes they have forgotten to make my order, once the manager came back to the cashier area he did not tell me anything and i had to ask him twice for him to reply back to me saying that there was a problem and i need to wait another 15 minutes ( which means 40 minutes) i told him that i want my money back and he gave it to me and i left, what is really dissapointing is that i did not get a single apology from anyone. When i lived in the States customer service was a big part of the food industry in general but what i faced with pizza hut management in Khalifa branch was completely far from customer satisfaction. I took time to write this complaint becuase i feel sorry and pitty of what happened to that great franchise i grew up with. Pizza Hut does not care about the people any more it seems like the same stoires just different locations we have the same problems in Midland, Texas. Always the same story but nothing ever seems to be done to fix the problems either it is crapy management that does not know how to control employees or crapy owners. not sure but i wont be spending any more of my money or refering them to anyone anymore. Further more I will voice my thoughts to friends and family to stay out also. This is a crock the coperate people should read a little on what people think of them.

I visit your Tyrone piazza hut Number 22338 I stop in with my grandson and husband and had very poor service We order the family meal and had to get the place setting from the table next to us. The bread sticks cold (very) The piazza we order a double meat lover's (not double) Than to top it off no one came back to our table We ran out of drinks and we had to go for our take hale box and even the bill. Not a good posse to go.Very unhappy. Will not go back I am so sorry that piazza hut would let this type of service in their stores

Pizza hut#316714 in Bossier city La. 71111 on Stockwell rd.I went to pick my pizza up I was in a hurry and didn't check my order so when I got home they gave me the wrong pizzas so I called them and said they would not fix my order cause I didn't check my pizzas and that they were sorry for my order.Need less to say I will never have pizza hut again.

Monroe, Michigan - We arrived at Pizza Hut on Sunday, April 29, 2012 around 2:15pm and we were seated. Waitress asked what we wanted to drink and then told us there were no clean glasses and served us drinks in paper cups. We ordered salad and we had to go up to the counter to get silverware to eat with. The pizza sat on the counter for ten minutes before they delivered to the table and the cheese was melted and run out of the cheese bits and was burned on the bottom. Restroom had food and paper on the floor and out of toilet paper. The waitress was rude and the manager was the one taking the pizza out of the oven and cutting them. Pictures were taken.
