Pizza Hut Corporate Office & Headquarters

Went on line to order a pizza and i am still waiting on it after a 1 1/2 hours i called and there is no one answering the phone i ordered to easy things a personal pan and some potato bits i am sick and cant go out this just really

Recently went into a Pizza Hut at on Iverson road before you reach the Iverson Mall. I have the address of it, but the form that Pizza Hut gave to fill out for complaints says it's not a valid address. As such it will not allow you to submit the form that has been fully filled out. Yesterday I ordered a personal pizza and soda that took nearly 25 minutes to get. There were three people behind in the work area.

Really! I knew the wait would be long but two hours. But after waiting hours...they call and tell me they can't find a driver. Wow! Social media here I come. So over Pizza Hut.

i went to the pizza hut in burleson and ordered a pizza with pepporni black olives and oinions and they put nasty mushrooms on it I even asked if she got everything i ordered she said yes then i was told they were gonna fix me a new one but my order wasnt placed I had to wait for an hour and a half for my order i was not happy at all they wouldnt even fix my payment it wasnt my fault i had to wait that long

Pizza Hut on Prince in Clovis, NM should be shut down.......after being asked to move from our booth so a larger group could have all the booths....manager was rude....pizza came an hour and a half after we were seated and they were out of several toppings and pizza was cold and tasteded terrible they were also out of any and all types of wine......"Pizza Hut" isn't gonna be around much longer at this rate.....never again for me!

On Friday, Oct 31, I placed an on-line order at 2:00pm for a 5:00pm pickup. When I arrive at 5:00 - there were at least 20 people waiting for pizzas. I finally was acknowledged at 5:30. No one was in charge - no one could find any pizzas. People were walking out or taking any pizza they could find. I finally walked out at 6:15. This Pizza Hut is a fiasco!!!!!!!

It sucks when u order a pizza and u finally get it an hour later It also sucks when u try to call about but u are on hold till finally the phone hangs up or someone over there hangs up on u I will never order again from this Pizza Hut located on Manhatten blvd

I ordered pizza hut from the schaumburg il store. I ordered online and used my visa because of the deal that's going on where you receive a coupon via email for a free large pizza on your next order. Well I never received the coupon and am disappointed. I love pizza hut

I called the pizza hut on rivergate pkwy in goodlettsville,tn...I was told they dont deliver to my address and was given a number to pizza hut on gallatin rd in madison,tn. To be told they dont deliver to my home either. I dont understand why neither one will deliver to me and they are both less than 5 miles from my home. So discusted!!! Thank you Jets Pizza!

I have ate nothing all day, I ordered a pizza with bacon and onions. I literally had one slice and it was by far the nastiest pizza I have ever had in my life, it tasted like it was under a dumpster for about a week. I have been vomiting for the past two hours....... I would not feed my dog your pizza. You have lost my business forever...... Pizza hut I hope you all get ebola.

I made a order with this place and called to change my order I called 5 different time and no one ever answered the phone...I stayed on hold for 30 min. and no one ever came on the line....this place is ridiculous.....Every time I order from them its a problem....the staff need to be replaced. It take 1 hour to 2 hours to get something delivered. I will never order from here again. Ill drive to cici's or Papa Johns first.

Ordered pizza from store 014470 at10:40 PM 9/27/2014. The "food" that was delivered was, to my 50 years, the worst pizza I have ever seen or tasted. The pizza was paper thin, soggy, no firmness, greasy, undercooked, and I believe had spoiled meat on it. We didn't risk consuming it and threw it away immediately. Never again, Pizza Hut. The good news for me is that I control policy on corporate in-house orders for meetings to the tune of a hundred large orders a year. Pizza Hut WAS in the mix of restaurants to choose from but not any longer.

Drivers keeping change of customer. But store charge convenience fee Of $2.49...talking bout the store don't allow them to have change. So pizza hut jus steals my money. I pay these fee and u keep my change. Great..store # 001610 Montgomery al

I ordered a pizza online, the big box. The pizza made me super sick. Never Never again.

The bacon and cheese pizza large should have been s A small. It also taste like ---- if you keep making this kind of pizza close your doors.

Virginia st Reno NV, 89511 i order my pizza from this location, and it to them almost an hour to get to my house when i only live 10 min away. when they finally got to my house, my pizza was super cold and also my wings, call them back to let them know i was ery upset, and they gave me an attitude and try to use nonsense excuses, sad to say these people here makes pizzahut look very very bad, sad to say i will not order from pizzahut again ever, i m going to stick with papa john, and round table..

We walked in about 25 minutes ago, and just got our drinks...... if that doesn't explain this review, I don't know what will. There was only one other two top in this restaurant with two servers. This makes me very disappointed especially because I have two children with me.

I go to use a coupon emailed to me and although its still good it says it isn't valid, ok I ordered to Pizzas online because you know you have to jump through hoops to get a decent deal and I get an immediate email and the stupid online system makes both pizzas the same toppings...immediately call and go through an automated system and select change order...ring,ring,ring...it hangs up...call back again..8 minutes of ringing..again....call right back...4 minutes later I give up...they can choke on the pizza! I called Headquarters and of course wait 10 minutes and finally talk to an agent to make a complaint...told them to call there,maybe they can get through to cancel the order cuz I'm not going to go get two same topping pizzas. Common sense, take care of your customers,don't bite the hand that feeds you!

We have gone to Pizza Hut for the last twenty years, service has never been good but we like the pizza. We usually go on Tuesday evening for the buffet. We went last night and they charged for the salad bar too. We have always had salad bar come with buffet. Since kids eat free, I guess you want the rest of us to pay for the "free" kids meal. We will find a new pizza place. Oh, and the buffet was the same price as always. We just paid an extra 2.99 for the salad. Should have warned customers when they placed their orders.
