I ordereda pizzafom the call center last night a 10 min. till 10 and its after lunch the next day I still have no pizza

After waiting for 20 minutes while the employees talked and laughed in the back I finally had someone take my order. Then they told me they were pretty much closed down for the night!! Pizza Hut in Nashville AR is a joke

I go into the Pizza Hut on Cat on Street in New Orleans and they have the worst attitudes. They talk about the customers like a dog. They mess up your order.

Today I called in an order for a Supreme Large Classic Pizza. What I got was a slimmed down of the toppings on the large pizza. This is a disappointment to my Family's dinner.

Horrible. My pizza was late and when I called the employee acted like it was no big deal because he had just sent it out. Than the pizza was cold. Not even like warm. I'm never ordering pizza again.

The store is located in Shreveport, La off Greenwood Rd and Curtis Ln. Waited over 2 HOURS. Called store numerous times for update and was placed on hold or hung up on. Need new management for sure or just shut it down. I'm out 45$ and still no pizza.

We recently ate at the local Pizza Hut in Las Vegas, NM and I must advise you that our server whose name is Celena was the absolute best. She was very friendly, carried a good conversation with us and kept checking to see if we needed anything. By far, she is the best employee at this location.

This used to be our go to pizza place but that is going to change. This place is bad! The waitress brought us paper plates and said the regular plates were all dirty, they have discontinued the salad bar, and the overall feel of the place was run down! We won't be going back and that's sad cause we've gone there for years!

When I called the store, the manager replies we should have worked something out and ended the conversation with that. Very dissatisfied. I like to give tips not get cheated out of them!
