My mom had order four pizzas and i went to get them and the lady working at the counter said i was lieing to her because i didnt know the right phone number..so i had to get kinda mouthy so they told me my pizza was deliver to the holiday inn from so reason so i got my pizzas then i call the manager and he gave my some free pizzas the next day.. so the next day i went to get the pizzas the were free and i sat there for fourty minutes at least and the lady ask if a free coke would help and i said no but a 100 dollars for some dang diesel then this lady walked in and she has been waiting longer that i have so im pissed i will never eat at a pizza hut any were in the world

NEVER GO TO THE PIZZA HUT IN COUNTRYSIDE ILL THE BATHROOMS ARE ALWAYS NASTY AND HAVE NO BABY CHANGING TABLE ON TOP OF THAT THEY HAVE FAMILY MEMBERS WORKING WITH EACHOTHER AS WELL AS COUPLES AND I SENSE THE MANAGER doesnt care who he hires because the majority of employees reek of marijuana with the reddest eyes..and the delivery driver especially..the only person i like at that pizza hut is the short mexican lady she is by far the best cook they have i believe her name is lisa ,kudos to her BOO TO THE POOR MANAGEMENT

I ordered pizza about a month ago and ordered the steak pzolo. When i got the pzolo all that was there was big huge piece of breading and steak...no cheese and no veggies called and complained and still nothing...was told I would get coupons in the mail and still havent got any coupons. Now i have ordered,more pizza from there-in Tomah, WI and have had to pay for my pizza i am still waiting for my coupons to come and have yet,receive any...can contactme at 608-378-3353 i am to the point i just want a refund for the whole order wwhich came to 25 after ord er ing 2 pizzas and the pzolo.

I called and placed an order at the pizza hut in McKinney Texas at 380 and 75 behind the olive garden. I ordered a large meat pizza and when I got there they had no record of my order. When I called back and got the call center and they said they had no record of my order, (and to verify i had called the correct location) then i called back to talk with the manager I was left on hold. After a few minutes I hung up. I wanted to let them know I was taking my business down the street to papa johns. This is not the first time I have had a problem with with my order. I called and was left onhold for over 10 minutes, by the time I arrived at the store they answered the phone. I placed my order left and came back to pick it up. I am pretty sure they did something to my pizza the way the manager told me to enjoy it and I heard one of the guys saying "I am not the one eating it" and they were all laughing.

I went to buffet in Odessa Tx and asked if they would put a peperoni on the buffet. I got some excuses as to why they don't do that. I asked every employee that walked by thinking surely they must be a new hire and don't know better. A girl was sent to our table by the manager and she told me that they deside what goes on the buffet not the customers and that if I wanted a peperoni pizza I should just ordered one instead of getting the lunch buffet. then i was told if i said any thing else about it i would be thrown out of the store. This manager never talked to me or any of the other 4 men dining with me. I called the help # and left a complaint but a week later no one has called. you owe me an apology

I have ate at a couple of your different stores in the last month, and the pizza's were so salty that I could not eat more than one or two slices, the beef and the sauce seem to have the highest level of salt in them. For poeple on low salt or salt free diets this is a heart attack waiting to happen. so talk to your suppliers and let them know that the salt levels need to be cut fifty percent or more.

1) i visited on 31st july yr shop at al ghurair center with my wife 2) we being vegetarian we ordered vege meal basically pizza and pasta 3) when we received bill it was stated for pasta as chiken and pizza correctly as vege this was big shock for us so we called the waitress who also called the manager 4) HIS NAME IS SALIM instead of understanding problem which i expalined to him as under that we being vege how yr bill shows u have served chiken for pasta it is holy month of srawan for us mr salim did not want to listen anything he kept on saying it is vege so i asked him how bill shows chiken and if this is case why mr salim or any waiterss did not tell us i told him if this is the case i will not pay u for this mr salim was so roud and stated that he will call police we paid the full bill left pizza and drink on table as it is and left the shop 5) our request is to remove this salim from service of pizza as he is danger to customers 6) my mobile nbr is 971 50 6338198 above message sent to yr u ae office as i did not hear from them i send this msg to main company yr head office we will never visit yr branch in al ghurair center receipt is retained with me which show veg pizza and chkn bked pasta

Pizza hut andrews hwy midland tx -5 stars they should just close their so bad. Was on hold long enough to drive to the store. Manager had serious attitude. No orders to be made 1 dine in and was on hold for 15 minutes why? Someone needs to clean house.

I called the store at 6385 Roswell Rd Ne Atlanta Ga, 30328 at 10:30pm, when they close at 11:00 I order a pick up. They never answered the phone!!! So I went up there and saw them closing down the store. Knocked on the window, she came to the door and I told her I called for 10 min. So now I want answers Pizza hut.

i orderd pizza at 7;30pm august1,2012 was told would be ready at 8;05pm at 8;15 i got the pizza it was over cooked . i told them too ligthly bake the pizza,when they called my name and showed that pizza it was not hardly cooked the cheese was not even melted the guy said i will cook it some more i told him it was to be cut in squares and when he brought it back it was not much better said they could not cut it squares this pizza hut is in Grove City,Ohio. this is the third time they have screwed up my pizza. the managers never come up front to help with any issues customers have the guy said he would put a note a the managers desk to see about a credit you need to get corporate here to fix things or you just as well shut the place down. everyone was complaining that night!!!! clean the store and the employees.

My family and I ordered Pizza from Pizza Hut online at 8:05 pm. The expected delivery time was 8:55 pm, which was fine. The order actually showed up at 9:18pm and half of our order was missing. My family had to chase after the delivery driver to ask for the rest of our food, which of course he didn't have. In addition, I called the "call center" to be connected to the store we ordered from, and they were extremely courteous. However, the store never answered the phone the first call and hung up the other. Upon the third time calling the call center, a very nice employee I think named Michelle gave me the corporate # which I will be able to call 1pm-10pm EST tomorrow, and I certainly will. I do not advise anyone in Washington, PA to order food from Pizza Hut ever again, as some of our food we spent $60 ordering didnt even arrive, and the food that did was cold. What makes it even worse is the fact that they couldn't even answer the phone to deliver the rest of the food paid for by my family. No refund, no apologies, just hung up on. If this is how you run a franchise, then perhaps you should evaluate your customer service in store and make it equal to that of the call center. I'll never order or eat at Pizza Hut again, so you've lost a family of customers for life. I'm sure that won't matter to you either. The delivery driver just dropped off the rest, which is deplorable. If only you could post photos. I'll email them to corporate.

I ordered the new garlic bread pizza with pepperoni on it from pizza hut in freehold NJ and it was so bad I felt like I was going to be sick I couldn't even finish it later on that night I needed to drink a full 2 leter of schweppers ginger ale just to get the horrible taste out of my mouth and to get over how bad the pizza was I would never get any kind of pizza from pizza hut again

So first I don't get the pizza I ordered than when I call the mgr. he gives a funky attitude I guess pizza hut don't take it took serious but believe me no one is spared from this economy money is to hard to come by to be spending at an esbt. That doesn't appriciate ur business maybe when stores start closing they'll recognise!!!!!

I love pizza hut but you all need to remodel and hire more employees at your charlottesville,vs location. The place has not had an upgrade since it was built ( at least 15 yrs. ago). I'm sure you would see a huge financial improvement if you try a few upgrades.

I ate at Pizza Hut in Newport RI today for lunch. I will have to say it was a horrible experience. It was the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been in. The tables were sticky and not washed thoroughly and the salad and pizza bar looked like it hadn't been wiped in days. The floor was covered in trash and debrees. I will never eat there again.

I have been using Pizza Hut for years, I ordered a pizza tonight and did it online which was not the problem, the problem for me was i paid with a credit card and this time the delivery person said they needed my card to swipe the last 4 digits on my card for security reasons, what is unusual us that the last 4 were on both copies of my bill. i have never experienced this in all my previous orders and was given no notice that this would be required. and when I called the store all they could tell me was that this would be required on all future transactions. I'm sorry to say myself and my friends will not be using your services until someone from your offices contacts me and explains this change in policy to assure me my credit transactions are secure with your company. I just recently quit the pizza hut in Laughlin nv. The owner, RM and manager are all close friends so it is impossible to talk to any of them about the other because they all have their inner circle. My complaint is about the manager. She smokes pills and pot and all types of drugs in the store while on duty and sells drugs from the store as well. She will cancel numerous orders that were not even made and claim customers cancel part of their order after they have already picked up and paid for their pizzas. I always kept tabs on my drawer with receipts and every time I would work with her I would be short even trying to show her and explain that the receipts don't add up to what she says. It's really frustrating and unfair and I wish something could be done about it.

alright i got a major complaint. the pizza hut in southport, elmira is full of workers that smoke pot on break. most of these workers are drugged out during the day and they also pop pills. management doesnt do anything even though they have received a number of complaints. the kitchen area is VERY unclean and its a miracle no one eating there gets sick. im never eating at pizza hut again.

Forget the food! Who can eat in a resturant that has no air conditioning in 100 degree weather! The Pizza Hut in Fenton MI has had no air conditioning for weeks! Is this a corporate fix or a local one? Either way, I have been there 3-4 times recently and no air!!!

I love pizza hut and have eaten there multiple times with no complaints! I actually hate complaining but I recently moved to Michigan city, IN and the pizza hit here is ridiculous!!! I ordered a 2 pizzas $9 each deal, a side of cheesy bread, garlic sauce, and pop... The pizzas were limp and cold we did not recieve the dipping sauce or cheesy bread at all! On top of all that the guy told us 30-45 mins and it didn't arrive for over 2 hours. We called to verify our order and asked if we could simply get our cheesy bread and they said my number was not in their system?! I JUST ORDERED FROM YOU! We called back later to speak with the manager and the girl told us there's nothing she can do for me and I do not exist in their system again... I'm not sure if this is pizza hut trained responses to handle customer complaints but it's getting ridiculous! Spending money on eating out is a luxury to a lot of people and this is just not how you retain loyal customers AT ALL! A simply I'm sorry WE messed up, how can WE fix it would have been nice! Instead I get attitude??? I asked around and the common census is that that tacohut sucks and to never go there! I wish I would have known that before this annoyance 219-707-1833 I would appreciate if the manager of that place personally deliver my money back for being so unprofessional! Thanks Tessa
