Pizza Hut Corporate Office & Headquarters

All I can say is that the Pizza Huts on Rittiman Rd., and the on Walzem Rd. are the best family atomosphere I have ever eaten at. I am sorry to hear that these others are so bad maybe you need to take a hard corporate look at what San Antonio locations are doing right!! I am trying to get corporate level information regarding a possible business deal that Pizza Hut maybe willing to take a serious look at. I am a member of Redeeming Grace Christian Church located at 6035 FM78 in San Antonio, Texas 78244. We have a gym, day care and fellowship hall up for sale as we are moving and building a much larger facility on Foster Rd. We are currently asking Mr. Peter Holt of the Spurs to buy the property for the Boys and Girls of the NE side of town which have no outlet for sports in the area. Because you are affilitated with the Spurs , maybe just maybe yyou would consider a partnership with the Spurs on purchasing the facility for Midnight Basketball which is sponsored by Pizza Hut and the Spurs and truly create a place for the children and a legacy for Pizza Hut and the Spurs. When is Pizza Hut going to give you pizza that looks as good as the one in the commercial? When I order a pizza from the Pizza Hut at 7716 N First, Fresno CA, it is not even close to what is shown on the commercial. I ordered a combo with pepperoni and sausage, I barely had any pepperoni or sausage on my pizza. I had order from Pizza Hut before and gave them the benefit of doubt. I ordered again several months later, received the same disappointment of a pizza that barely had any meat on the pizza. I have since gone to another pizza restaurant that serves a much better pizza. Maybe corporate office needs to read these comments and visit their franchises to better serve their customers. Maybe Pizza hut does not care and they will continue to lose customers due to bad service and a poor product.

Was in pizza hut in Carlsbad new Mexico and was the worst service the store was dirty and gross my waitress was very rude and was flirting with my boyfriend the entire time and always asked him for refills and never got my refill. The management was very rude and told me there was nothing she can do. The food was cold and not even cooked. Literally made me sick. Do not ever go into this pizza hut if your in carlsbad new Mexico.

Went to pizza hut and my waitress was very rude and treated me like I was wasting her time. I asked to speak with the manager, one manager in front started yelling and giving me attitude, another one from the back came up front and asked what my problem was with a very rude attitude, I explained to her how I was feeling very uncomfortable and she told me what do I want her to do. Did not treat their customers how they are suppose to I'll never go back there and I'll be sure no one ever goes to pizza hut in Carlsbad nm again.

Pizza Hut has good pizza lousy service. Guess they won't learn their lesson until they go bankrupt. Corporate don't give a rat's ass about u the customers. Most coporations do care but pizza can care less even after my shitty experience there. 85 riverdale, ga sucks along w/ the rest & sits among the best & corporate still waiting on them to call after 2 months. We now do lil Caesar's cheaper but good. But even better than that support the local pizza joints. Much fresher & better service & oh it's soooo good.

40 years ago you had a great product . Today I ordered extra topping and there was nothing beyond the usual. I've given PH the benefit of the doubt several times in the past 24 months. Never again. You've lost a customer and I will tell others.

Let me start by telling Pizza Hut, you all have great.pizzas, and other side Side orders. I have lives in Robstown, Texas for many years, I can Remember when I was in High school, I use to come to pizza hut. This building has got to go, the restroom are disgusting, you all really Need to upgrade this building.

This was the worst nightmare of my life and you won't believe what I am about to say: I ordered 2 pizzas and a 2 litter bottle of soda frorm the Pizza Hut in Cahokia, Il on 8/6/2012. When I arrived home I realized I didn't have my soda. I had relatives at home waiting on me, they stayed overnight and I left for work the next morning. When I got off work I headed back to Pizza Hut with my receipt to get my soda. I called on the way there. The lady I spoke to said the manager said I could not get my soda, that I would have had to get it at the time I got the pizzas. When I got there I spoke with the manager. He said he wouldnot give either the soda or the money back. This is the same manager who actually handed me the pizzas forgetting to give me the soda. I refused to leave without getting one or the other. He called the police and had me arrested, handcuffed, taken to the police station. Arrested for what ? The rest of the story just goes downhill from here. i am waiting on a response from Pizza Hut Coroporate Office. This is not the end of the story.

PLACED ORDER FOR CARRY OUT,BUT WHEN PICKING UP PIZZA'S WOULD NOT ACCEPT COUPON CARD,1 STAMP FOR EVERY $10.00 SPENT. SO I FILL OUT CARD = $100.00 SPENT AT 932 S. I placed an order on line but was not sure I put for delivery. So I called the store in Bountiful, UT and they had the order in the system and was for delivery.I ordered it at 9:00 pm he told me it was going to be 2 hours before they could deliver. And i ask why he told me they where short drivers. I told them I will go some where else. So I went to papa johns pizza. I will never go back there. Something most be done to get me back there.

I ORDER MY FOOD AT 9:40p.m AND WAS TOLD IT WAS GONE BE 20mins. I GET THER AT 10:15. AND STILL HAD TO WAIT SN EXTRA 15 min. If I could give pizza hut zero stars I would. I'm writing on my iPad because I couldnt containe this review an had to immediately write. I ordered from the pizza hut in Bridgeport CT on main street. This is the worst service ever!!!!! Secondly the pizza sux! After the bad phone service and then the manager was horrible. Then I asked about my credit card to make sure it was cancelled they hung up! I'll call my credit card and make sure there no charge. Can I tell you I then call papa johns best service ever!!! My brother said he only orders from papa John. I should have listened to him.....pizza hut corporate doesnt care as long as they get their franchise money.

I am so made, I even bit my husband head off more paying extra for bread sticks when they were suppose to me $1.00, I got an email for bread sticks for the special price. When I placed the order, it came up correctly and the confirmation email had the correct total. When my husband got there, they did not have the bread sticks and made him pay full price for them. I was made as a hornet, I only order the bread sticks because they were a $1.00.........I was mad at him and pissed at PH. I called and the lady was trying to tell me the $12.05 was for the pizza...NO NO NO it was not, it was the 10.00 pizza + tax here is $10.95...add the $1.00 for the bread sticks and ta =#12.05, some of the people they have working at these places can't figure anything out. Yea, she credited my account for the next time i order.......big deal. It is too hot to drive all over the place, I really get sick of people not doing their job.

I went to pizza hut on 08/07/12 at the gen mc Mullen location in san Antonio tx I had to leave early cause my order wasn’t ready yet and I asked for my order to go! Well the employees mixed my order up and gave me the wrong order well I called the number to complain and I was on hold for twenty minutes and finally they answered the phone and then I was transferred back to the store that transferred me the first time this is very bad customer service and you need to train more on customer service.

Your pizza is ok but not worth me going to get it from your store when I always use to get it delivered to my house. Now you tell me that you no longer deliver to my address .. F y'all ! Dominos will.

I WAS HIRED TO TRAIN AT A STORE IN EDGEWOOD KY TILL THE STORE I WAS SUPPOSE TO GO TO WAS OPENED THE END OF AUGUST. WHILE WORKING THERE FOR 2 DAYS I WAS ALWAYS SENT HOME BY THE GENERAL MANAGER BEFORE THE STORE HAD OPENED. ON FRIADAY I WAS THERE TO START WORK AT 8AM. THE GENERAL MANAGER CAME IN AROUND 10:45. KYLE WITCH WAS SUPPOSE TO BE MY MANAGER FOR THE NEW STORE HAD CALLED NEXT THING I KNOW IS I WAS TOLD TO GO HOME. I WAS ALSO TOLD I WOULD GET A CALL FOR KYLE THE SAME NIGHT TO LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. NEVER RECIVED A PHONE CALL TILL I HAD CALLED ON SATURDAY BETWEEN 2PM-3PM I WAS INFORMED THAT I WAS FIRED BUT KYLE COULD NOT GIVE ME A REASON BEHIND FIRING ME. I WAS ALSO INFORMED THAT IF I WOULD HAVE NOT CALLED THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE FOUND OUT THAT I WAS FIRED.
