I have ordered pizza from the pizza hut on university ave. oxford ms for a very long time until today the food was good. today the crust was flat and bland, we ordered the hand tossed and it was worse than a thin crust. it tasted old and the crust did not rise any. it tasted real nasty.
Ok i order pizza hut once a week and the last three times my pizza have been ice cold and look like it was dropped a few times and all three times the same delivery driver delivered my pizza and i called in on him the first time because the driver was gross his hands looked as if he had been working on a car because the black of oil and what really made my it bad is when he opened my pizza and stuck his nose over it smelling it and i didnt mention that the pizza was 45 mins to an hour past the estimated time each of the times and when i called the store the person said the they would take care of it but never did i live in Houston tx and order from the chimmeyrock location i would like something done about this and think im should get a refund this makes me not want to order pizza hut at all and i would like a reply to this hillwood21@gmail.com
I have been a Pizza Hut customer for over 25 years 7/19/2012 was the worst. Coming home from a hard day at work. Place an order by phone for pickup, arrive at the pizza hut in jersey city NJ on Route 440. While at home I'm trying to enjoy my dinner and there's strings of hair all in my pizza. went back to the store to retrieve a full refund pizza hut lost a good customer. Beside they don't believe in wearing hairnet while dealing with food.
Ordered a pizza from Kansas City Kansas Location. the order was to arrive at 9:12pm, at 9:18pm we called to find out where the order was. We were told that the driver came to the house and no one answered and when they called we did not answer the phone so the order was cancelled. I admit we stepped outside and my not have heard the cell phone, but the doorbell works (I checked) and the dog would have barked if someone had knocked on the door. When I called back to complain at 9:23pm that evening, the supervisor told me that procedure was followed and he could not do anything for me. Apparently procedure is to have a driver not deliver your food and when you call to find out what happened to it you can't even pick it up yourself because the order was cancelled and that is their customer service procedure.
well I generally since I get talked down to ,like your pizza it's low budget but quick ,if I go get myself,#1 delivery is usually 20/25 min later than they tell me #2 tjey di not honor offers and like to argueabout it #3 when you call customer service they are very rude -even supervisors ,and they even when caught will continue to argue and LIE to you ,I can only assume they are taught to deny even when catght ,so in closing all I have to say is you lost me as a once a week customed and I will instead of buying your product will be putting up posts and blogs to let people know how you really are (the truth hurts)
JULY18 2012, I WENT TO PIZZA HUT ON SAMPLE ROAD IN POMPANO BEACH. I ORDER 80 DOLLARS IN FOOD. THE FOOD WAS DRIED OUT AND IT WAS SO COLD I CALLED THEM BACK TO TELL THEM THAT MY PIZZA WASN'T NO GOOD .THEY GAVE ME SUCH A HARD TIME THEY DIDN'T WANT TO MAKE THE FOOD FRESH AND THEY DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. THE PEOPLE THEY HAVE THERE THEY ARE NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL THIS PIZZA HUT IS ONE OF THE WORST ONES I HAVE ORDERED FROM.THEY NEED TO CLOSE
I went to a pizza hut in Cushing, OK and while the service was fine I was mainly concerned for a small boy who I later found out was the managers son and is there on a regular basis. While I was there he ran around the kitchen and dining area interrupting the wait staff while taking orders. I thought this was a pizza place not a daycare.
Placed order online and received phone call almost immediately by a rude employee asking "are you the one who placed and order...we won't have that until Sunday and the rest of your order won't be delivered for 2 hours". Received a second call less than 5 minutes later stating the second order was out of stock and if I still wanted a delivery. We cancelled of course. This location is either poorly managed or guilty of false advertisement as this is the second time we have placed the exact same order. Thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt after the first cancellation but this is the final straw. I will not order from this location or any other establishment from here on. Poor service has become the stantdard for Pizza Hut and I will definitely not spend my hard earned money for that level of service. This occurred at the location in Rogers, AR on Walnut Street.
I've never had a dining experience like I did last night at Pizza Hut in Delphi, IN. We had 2 waitresses tell us they would be right with us to seat us. We waited 10 minutes before we got seated and several tables were available. We got our drinks and placed our order in a decent amount of time, but it all went downhill from there...for both us and the table next to us. We waited 15 minutes for our breadsticks. Our waitress asked the family next to us, who had been waiting 30 minutes for their pizza and were finished with their salads and breadsticks, if there was anything else she could get for them. They gave a funny look and said "Yeah, our pizza." She had forgotten about it, but said it would be right out. 20 minutes later she came back to their table and said she had lost the order, what did they have again? They said "No, we're done here" and left. By that time they had been waiting close to an hour. Meanwhile, we had a time limit and had to leave for a ballgame so we asked the waitress if our pizza had been started yet. She said yes it should be coming out very soon. 20 minutes later, we asked her to just box it up so we could leave. At that same time, she asked if we needed refills for the first time (both drinks empty by now) and we asked for to-go cups. Then, to top it off she ordered the wrong crust! My husband clearly said "Pan" and she wrote down Hand-tossed. My husband pulled the car up while I was paying the bill, which should have been discounted but we were already late and I didn't want to delay our exit any longer. It took the waitress forever to run my credit card through, then I had to find my own pen to sign the receipt. Ironically, my husband had gone their as a child 20+ years ago with his parents and they had an even worse experience. They were seated and left after waiting 10 minutes for their waitress to even greet them. His dad said he would never go back. My husband and I are usually up to giving second chances, but they blew that as well! We will NEVER go back to this Pizza Hut!!!
Pizza Hut in Sun City Center Fla. Very dirty. Couldn't see out the windows for the dirt, dead flies and dirt on the windowsills, could write your name on the blind slats. Ugh! Good thing the service was so slow, we were able to walk out before we ordered.
My husband and I went to pizzahut in Wabash and we are very disappoited with the Pzone pizza because a large amount of crest with two pieces of pepperoni and two pieces of ham with alot of cheese for 5.00 dollars it is not worth it. The Pzone should have alot of meats in it the pzone pizza and wanted everybody to know this that is it not worth the price with little meat and alot alot of cheese and large crest(bread). I hope the Pizza Hut will start adding more meats, if not it is not worth the money to buy!! Thank You for you corporation
Put in an order at 7:30 arrived there a few minutes later, paid for the food which my reciept said 19:34. We then sat in the drive thru window until 8:30 waiting on the food, after we were handed our food pulled up realized that wasn't the correct order. We were missing the new pzolo sandwich ,which we had to wait another ten minutes in reality an hour and ten minute wait is ridiculous especially when the order was called in. Never will I ever order from there again , by the way this was pizza hut in laurinburg, nc.
I have been going to the Pizza Hut on Hwy 85, Riverdale, GA for years. Recently, mngt changed and so did the customer service. My family and I went 2 weeks ago and dined in as we always do with the kids, but some of the lights were off. We ate fast and left. We went again tonight and it was the same problem. My husband, 3 children and I sat in the dark for 33 minutes before out order was taken. I couldn't take it any longer so we changed our order to carry. Please see what's going on with this branch...PLEASE!
My name is David Tucker. I placed an online order with Pizza Hut on 07/01/2012 at 7:52 PM. I ordered a custom Medium Pizza and a 2 liter Sierra Mist. I had to wait over an hour for the food, which never made it inside of my apartment. My door bell rang and when I ran to the door to open it, I saw someone hurrying back to their mini van taking off. I immediately called the store and spoke to a young guy, who stated that that was not the pizza delievery, that somsone in a red car would be showing up with my order. He advised me that if somoene in fact did show up and was not able to reach me by knocking on the door, that the driver would call him at the store and let him know. I waited until 10:00PM and called the store. That's when the fun starts. I advised the woman who answered that I had been waiting for my food since I ordered it at 8:00. She said that she was the one who attempted to deliver the food. I told her that she only rang my bell once and hurried back to her car and took off. And that I even called the store to advise them of theis earlier. She was very abrasive and was shady and had an attitude. She said that she would put me on the phone with her Manager, Julian....I said, Yeah OK, and she flat out hung up the phone on me! The nerve. I called back and spoke to the same guy I had spoken to earlier, and he was clueless, as to what was going on at my address. Meanwhile, in the background, the woman who hung up on me, is going off saying stuff. I told him she was supposed to be placing me on the phone with the manager. He put some young buck named Julian on the phone and Julian was abrasive as well. I told him that people in the store are acting like they could care less. He said that he actually could care less. I was livid. I asked him what's going to happen with my order and would I be receivig my food? He said No, that it's after 10:00 and they don't deliver after 10PM. And if I wanted the money refunded to my Credit Card, I would have to come to the store with my Card to get my money back. Oh hell NO! So, me and Julian got into some words over the phone and I asked what his full name was, and he said Just Julian, and that when I filed the complaint, that they would know who he is. He told me his manager was Ashley, and that he didn't know who the General Manager was, since that was someone who hired him a long time and and has since been fired. I'll be filing an Attorney Generals complaint at well against Pizza Hut. This is not the first time I have had to file Complaints against Pizza Hut. I've filed complaints in NJ and NC. Their Business is very rude and UN PROFESSIONAL. They have the sheistiest people and the most crudest employees ever. Young and Underpaid. The end of the call came, when Julian as well wound up hanging up the phone on me. I am so pissed off and upset. I don't know what to do. I could ahve easily called Papa John's and used their 50% off coupon that they gave to certain people thru email like me, for making them the #1 pizza chain, as they advised. But I chose Pizza hut, but that was a mistake and I'll never again make that mistake. I will let everyone know that Pizza Hut is no good and they would not order from Pizza Hut. By the way, Pizza Hut never gives any specials or coupons. BAD! And to think that I love Pizza Hut pizza and I went on Facebook and told eveyone that their food was better than Dominos and PAPA JOHNS.... I visit the pizza hut in oneonta al, and everytime we go the buffet never has pizza and u have to wait 30 mins to an hour for them to put something out. If u get there when it starts they may have out 3 pizzas for a lobby of 12 or more nd then u r left sitting there waitin on them to put more out. also on Tuesday night buffet its the same way got there @ 535 had 4 pizzas out for a lobby of 10 or so then took 30 min to put anything else out then only had 3 pizzas out. I don't think u should have to go and wait that long on pizza when there is a buffet they need to prepare more pizzas a little ahead of time. But it is always like this at this location.
I walked into the Pizza Hut in Alabaster, AL 2:00 pm on 7-9-12 and the employee said, The menus are right there and you can seat yourselves. Oh, and it will be 30-45 minutes before anythin g on the menu will be ready." I said, "Nevermind, we'll go somewhere else and I will be filling a complain because of your customer service (for telling me to get my own menus, etc.) He then said that they had gotten a $300 order and then added sarcasticly, "I hope you have a better day, sweetie!" To which I replied, "I hope you get a better job." I have never been more offended at a place where I was a customer. I hope that he is.looking for a new job because he does not belong where he has to work with customers. He needs to be fired or at least written up! Boo!
I live in Marietta Ohio and our store sounds like the rest of your complaints! How does this place stay open! Never have the specials! And todays estimated wait was 2 hours for delivery(luckily I ordered online and seen the estimated delivery time because if I called im sure they wouldn't have told me this! Mind you it was almost two which means lunch rush was pretty much over! Called a local place and they had it here in 20 minutes, guy said I was his 5th delivery all day! You suck pizza hut and I WILL NEVER EVEN ATTEMPT TO ORDER FROM YOU EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Support your locally owned pizza joints everyone, they actually like having customers!

Very disappointed because even though we live within city limits, your restaurant refuses to deliver on our side of town. I feel this is discriminatory and racist.
We ordered from the Columbia Heights Minnesota location, our pizza arrived 2 HOURS LATER and was cold..we called to complain after an hour wondering where our food was they said they would track it down, the manager told us it would arrive within 5 minutes which it did not..so another half hour went by and I called again...I WAS HUNG UP ON! So when I finally got through it had been an hour and fifty minutes since I originally placed my order! I talked to the manager and he said I would get store credit for the amount I had paid..which was $35...but when we placed an order a week later and tried to use our credit they told us we HAD NONE!! I'm a VERY DISSATISFIED customer and I will never order from them again!! The customer service is bad and the so called management is a joke!...I'm bringing my business elsewhere
