Pizza Hut Corporate Office & Headquarters

I love pizza but and eat their regularly but,, tonight 7-3-12 My girlfriend jackie ordered 2 pizzas, family order of bread sticks, and a 2 liter. She told them her boyfriend would be there to pick it up and pay for it with her debt card. She said ok.! I went in and told them the name and they brought me two boxes of pizza and some very nice gentlemen with little mentions tattooed on his arms gave me my order. Since I didn't make the order I had no idea what it was. I got home and gave the pizzas to my girlfriend she asked where the cheesebread and 2 liter was. I obviously walked out of pizza hut and didn't check to see what I was supposed to have because I Put trust in the very nice guy at the register and I even gave the cashier a 5 dollar tip. I know it's silly but he was really nice and always waits on me when I come in and my kids love his tattoos. Ok,, now to the "I hate pizza hut today"part of this rather drawn out complaint. I called and the manager answered and I started to explain what had happened and she abbrubtly cut me off and said"wait,I gotta get the ticket so I'll know what your saying is true.!"what???? Anyway I told her the name on the order was savage and we were shorted an order of cheesebread and a 2 liter. (very politely in case your wandering still but not for long). So instead of apologizing and attempting to make it right in one or two acceptable ways she suddenly started yelling at me and said" did you use her card to buy a pizza here, it's illegal to do that, that cashiers in a lot of trouble, and you are never allowed to do this kind of thing in our restaurant"" no bull this is really what the lady said. Not once asking how can we fix this rather minor problem instead she turned it around on me and made it into an explosively angry irate customer dissatisfaction nightmare.!!! Not only did she not try to fix the problem, she yelled at me, accused of breaking actual laws not just pizza hut rules, yelled at her cashier which made an honest mistake by not checking the order ticket close enough to see there were other items to get but then again who knows if it ever was wrote down but we were sure charged for it and gave that 5dollar tip.! And to top it off when she finally shut up yelling at me about me buying our pizza illegally I let her have it back and told her(quite loudly) that she dare to turn her stores screw up around a good paying, once a week customer that loves their product and gladly said so before she went nuts on and before telling my mishap or problem. Which would, could and should have been a simple "we will take it off your card sir and we apologize for the inconvenience"but instead I got screamed at, yelled about illegal activity, I felt bad for the. Ice tattoo guy who was doing great but as nuts as she was she probably fired the guy , and to end this debaucal she hung up on me because I disagreed with her and wouldn't let her yell over me. Then my girlfriend called back thinking she would be sweet and get it fixed, what do ya think the first words outta the lady's mouth were,,,? " we're not allowed to buy pizza with other peoples cards and he shouldn't have done that.!" for real I was listening to it al. My girlfriend camly said, mam can we please discuss the problem that we called about and the real issue at hand and that is we just wanted our pizza and Pepsi or the money back on the card. She still continues to rant about the card crap which was insane but after listening to her nonsense for 5 more minutes the manager finally agreed to put the money back on our card. The real kicker is that we share an account because we have 3 kids together but she has one with her name on it and I have one with my name on it but I drove her car so I used our card with her name and the real kicker is that most of this complaint is absolutely a stupid waste of time because the card was never the problem and still isn't for us but to manager Tina of grand central pizza hut in Somerset ky you are truly an ignorant woman that does not deserve to manage a group of dogs much less hard working good honest folks. So shame on you and I feel sorry for your ignorance for it is not even really your fault for you were dealt a raw deal when god was passing out smarts. I'm sorry Tina And I truly hope you get treated better than you treat people

Trying to reach the Harriman Tn location all morning to order for our staff and we are getting a recording stating to call back during normal business hours...exactly what are "Normal Hours" for Pizza Hut now?? Tried calling corporate office and its recording says they are only open from 1 to 10pm...WOW!! what great hours.

We stopped in Milton, Florida after driving all the way from Illinois. The employees were rude and unprofessional, yelling across the restaurant at each other. The salad bar was NASTY. But we were really hungry, and Milton doesn't have much to offer.Otherwise, we would not have eaten there.

Just ordered piazza for pick up was told 20 minutes I waited 30 minutes before I even left the house. When I got there they told me another 5 minutes I waited another 15 minutes and went to the counter only to find out that they gave my order to someone else and if I waited another 15 minutes they would make me another I said no thanks give me a refund and that took another 15 minutes!! I give up I'm going back to Papa Johns. Piazza Hut never works out??????

I often order delivery from Pizza Hut in Osceola, Arkansas. Around 1 week ago I ordered ONE ham sandwich, 1 meat lovers pizza, 1 pizza with pineapple. I got TWO sandwiches with one small pice of ham and one small amt. of cheese, NOTHING ELSE was on it I fed them to my dogs. I ordered extra sauce and cheese one pizzas did not get it on meat lovers. The pineapple pizza DID NOT HAVE PINEAPPLE ON IT! I spent $54.77. I called the pizza hut and the manager told me there was no communication there! The manager gave me a $20 credit for next order. I tried to order again last night and of course a different manager was on duty and could not find the credit. I told her I will never order from them again and unless I see action taken to fix their MANY problems I won't. My suggestion is someone go undercover and see for yourselt, IF YOU HAVE THE GUTS to go under cover. There is a tv show where bosses go undercover and I believe you could turn the business around. On Monday @ 3:00 my family & I stopped @ the pizza hut in stark , fla on our way to st. Petersburg we are from Ohio & have been stopping there for 10 years our server has always been Miss Shirley . Miss Shirley was shaking & when we questioned her about it , she said her diabetes was acting up & she needed to eat a breadstick.. This lady Linda yelled @ her so loud my three year old started crying & we heard this lady say that Pizza Hut doesn't"deal" with diabetics & she could clock out???! Then we waited 40 minutes & no one brought us our drinks or our food, we finally left! I'm not sure what kind of issues this location is having but it seems to be extremely inappropriate

In Godfrey Illinois today, at around noon, with a heat advisory,an 105 degrees, I saw a Pizza Hut Employee standing out on the pavement Carring a sign advertising prices. IN THE FRIKKIN' 105 HEAT!! I'm supposed to call the 'management' at this store, who told this young man to go and stand out there, I'm supposed to ask them why?? I am not going there again.

If I could rate the Pizza Hut in Winnsboro, SC worse than a "1", I would give it a tripple minus "0". The manager is so comfortable in her job, that she just seems to know that she can't be fired (for ethnic reasons more than likely). We have ordered pizza four times and every time the pizza has hardly enough toppings to even cover the dough. We always order double toppings and pay double the price and STILL....hardly enough toppings to cover the dough. The manager always says the toppings are doubled and they are so dinky, it is pathetic. So, this last time, we filed a complaint with the "Consumer Complaint Agency" and had to pay a $25 filing fee.....and still to no avail. When is this stuff going to stop that just because you are a minority, you can get by with treating other ethnic races like crap? It is so obvious all over the United States what is going on, but yet no one seems to take up for themselves because they are scared of repercussions (sp?).?..! I'm not scared anymore because I am sick to death of it. If I were a minority, I'd be willing to bet that I would get a lot more attention. NO MORE PIZZA HUT OR ANYWHERE THAT THERE IS A MINORITY IN CHARGE.

We just went to the store in Clinton, Mississippi. Immediately after walking in, the tall, large, black gentlemen stopped us at the door and said they are only serving carry out. What?!!! It's 8:51 pm and there are customers sitting at tables in the dining room. Multiple tables but not a huge party so what is the reason? He did not explain why. Just said, OK, as we left. Now I try to find the corporate number to complain and YOU GUYS want a stupid survey. I don't want to text, I want to talk! Now I'm even more mad! Oh well, only one more lost customer.

My kids were craving Pizza Hut. We are new to the area, have ordered from this store before and have been disapointed when they indicated to us that they didn't have the pan style much of the time!!!! Crazy! So tonight I told them I would give them one last try. Well needless to say, this WILL BR THE LAST TIME! they had pan style. However, we ordered it and then went to pick it up pay for it, watch the employee answer a phone call. And ignore our pizza. We asked her for it. She said it was not ready. We then sat down in this empty place, waiting. 10 more minutes passed. Again, asked her again, only to be told it was not ready. We sat down again. It has been 45 min. Our pizza still on counter. This time we asked another employee, she asked our name, I told her, and low and behold! She got our pizza! THE BOXES WE WERE LOOKING AT! and THE OTHER EMPLOYEE IGNORED THE BOXES!!! ugh! Even after we asked if it were ours. So, yep. Nothing better than sinking your teeth into a cold bad cooked pizza. THIS MUST EXPLAIN WHY THE PLACE WAS EMPTY AND THE PARKING LOT NEVER EVER IS FULL!!! I know, because I pass by there daily because it is a block away from our house. Oh well!

Zero stars! It was a 'Special' 2 for $10 pasta, $1 cheesy bread; $2.50 delivery charge…$1.50 tax adds upto $15 not $17.66, not to mention $2 tip. Then NO cheesy bread! The 2 pastas were together size of 1 regular size pastas. Delivery took over 60 not 30 as stated. I shouldve bought Stouffers frozen!

As a former manager for Pizza Hut it saddens me that the quality in which my order was received in was repulsive and insulting. We ordered the 2 large for $20. 1 Pepperoni Lovers and 1 Super Supreme. Total with tip was $31.00. The Pepperoni Lovers had 37 pepperonis on it total. Unacceptable!! Shouldn't it be 70 something? The Super Supreme was missing mushrooms and green peppers, and the rest of the toppings were lacking as well, however, it was loaded with sausage in the middle.y delivery was estimated to be here at 11:26pm and arrived at 11:45pm. I took pictures of both pizzas to show the manager tomorrow. I am very very disappointed in my service tonight! And the last few times as well. You probably hear this a lot but this IS the last time I will spend my hard earned money at any Pizza Hut, anywhere. Very disappointed, I debated for a half an hour whether or not to spend money on take out. Should have cooked myself something at home. I expect a reply and a refund in full. I ordered pizza wings and bread sticks from the pizza hut in Falcon, CO. While the pizza and bread sticks were great, I bit into one of my chicken wings and it was completely pink I the inside, I thought it might have been just the one so I bit into another one and it was just as pink. I looked through all of the wings and all of them were pink. I love pizza hut but was rater disappointed in the wings. (I have pictures of the wings)

We called the pizza hut in Cullman, Alabama to order a pizza. We waited an hour and a half for it to be delivered. By the time it got there we didnt even want it. The GM delivered it himself and was gonna charge us full price when we protested that we waited so long. All he could do was take $2 off. Really is that all he could do?

Just ordered a pizza that my girlfriend kindly paid for and got it delieved the correct time they told me , i Even gave a tip to the pizza and lad and stopped and had a ciggarete with him , such great service , $1,500,000 well spent :)

Traveling thru 95 with family after a tiring trip The entire family of 12 people starving for some dine in pizza Went to few location they were all carry out We want it dine in cuz we feel there is a difference in taste Finally we reached at 1025 Christiana Rd Newark, DE, 19713 pizza hut at 945pm we were refused to dine in because the waiters were tired while pizza hut don't close till 11 and we also called before we got there to see if they do done in or not and till what time Was told they are open till 11 and yes we can dine in Waiterest name is Allyson Walters Who refuse us for dinning in on June 22 2012 Very upset extremely disappointed at this point don't even want to look at pizza hut If this type of attitude stays not good for business market is already very tuff in this fast world I hope there will be action taken I took my time to let the company know how there service is dragging there growth feet in the deep sea

I would give zero stars if it were an option. I ordered a pizza at 9:09 pm via the website. At 10:15 I finally get it. It was quoted to be here at 9:39 p.m. Called when 20 minutes late, was told I will get a $3 credit, and it should be here. Finally after nearly 40 minutes late, the driver says he just left with it and it's fresh out of the oven. No it isn't. It's dried out. It's cold. The receipt states it went out for delivery at 9:31 p.m. What did Mr. Freddy with the Fort Smith, Arkansas Grand Avenue location do for nearly 40 minutes? Why is my pizza and pasta crap? My breadsticks are cardboard. I want a complete refund. Come get this garbage. So much for my son having what he wanted for dinner tonight. I will from now on order from Papa Johns or Eureka Pizza. Atleast it gets here fresh, hot, and without lies.

Horrible horrible HORRIBLE! 2 WEEKS ago ordered from pizza hut on us 31 Indianapolis Indiana, we ordered 8 jobless wings 8 bone in wings, not that hard. Once they delivered we pages got to the table to start eating and all were bone in so we call back and let them know she says she will send the rig ht ones. 20 minutes later and they deliver 6 spicy wings?? We told the delivery guy this was not our order, call back and she said oh she had the wrong ones sent and they should be there soon so about an hour and a half after intially ordering our food I finally got my 8 boneless wings and she said sge would put credit on our number. So now today we call in and try to orderwith the credit on our account and they put us on hold for 10 minutes to .let us know that no credit was ever put on there.... So we request to speak to the manager, 25 edging minutes go by Nd we finally drove to the pizza hut still being on hold to walk in their and let them kmow what kind of p.o.s service it is. The manager comes up to us while we have the hold line on speakerphone telling her that she still had us on hold and we had to drive up to get any service. Edging ridiculous never going to another pizza hut in my life

Pathetic that Pizza Hut Corporatation is so ashamed of their product that can't actually talk to someone in charge of a district or area in Birmingham Alabama. I've spent thousands of dollars at Pizza Hut. I will never spend another dime there, nor will any of my employees who have pizza parties...Think about it Pizza Hut..
