The pizza hut in nanuet is usually really good service. Today Aug.28,2012 it was horrible. I go in to place an order and there is 2 workers and maybe 10 customers. They walk passed me not even a hello I will be right with you, nothing was said I waited 10min! it was around 12 1230pm. That is not good customer service at all!
Waynesboro Mississippi. Service is good but the building is horrible. The booths seats have huge holes in them the tables wobble and the buffet warmer half works. The floors look bad - the whole place needs major work to it. you would think that the pizza hut corporation would try to make this restaurant nice. It would definitely see the benefits of it. I love pizza hut and spend a lot of money with this company, but the pizza hut in Starke, fl is unacceptable. I went into pIzza hut & ordered a chicken Alfredo pasta. As I was eating I discovered a piece of hair stuck under my noodles, I didn't touch it I just took it up to the employee that was there. I said excuse me ma'am but there's a piece of hair in my food. She says "where, I reply back and say it's right here. She says I don't see any hair where is it. I grab the hair & put it on a napkin & say see Its right here. She grabs the napkin & says I don't see any hair but as she is looking @ the napkin she wipes the hair off the napkin with her thumb & gives me the napkin back & tells me she don't see any hair. I said you don't see bcuz u wiped it off. Now she standing there looking dumb in the face & she says to me well I don't see any hair, what do you want me to do? I already was having a bad day so I grabbed my things & politely walked out.
I don't usually buy from Pizza Hut. But decided to try there new garlic bread pizza, cheese only. This particular store was filthy, ceiling terrible, showing signs of a leaky roof. The store was just all around awefull! The location of this store is Gulfport Ms. 11340 HWY 49 North. I asked "why don't you notify the headquarters and let them know about the ceiling and stuff", she replied "I have and they don't do anything".It has been like that way before Hurricane "Katrina". So if you are looking for a nice place to eat and enjoy the food..Stay away from this Pizza Hut. And I do hope the CEO reads this message!!
I am in memphis tn.i called a pizza delivary order on 8 24 12. to 1229 getwell. at 730pm here it is 1130pm never receved order.they ruined my granddaughters sleep over with a no show.supervisor rodney flowers had a lot of excuses for why i had not received my pizza.would not give drivers name.i dont think they ever planned to deliver they called me two hours later said it was a mix up so we waited no one called me back.i had to keep calling them.at this point im upset so i didnt want to here about free on my next order.i work in a hospital setting i cant give excuses.there are none.i no you people dont care because im just one customer.and you dont have to deal with this.but i can call someone else.but the kids love pizza hut.never reported other bad incidents.this was just my worts experince.hurt in memphis
I would like someone to tell me which pizza hut delivers to me. I called the Roselle IL store because that is what it said on the website. They told me they don't deliver in my area, they gave me the Addison number they also said they don't deliver to me, they gave me the Shaumburg number....... Could someone please tell me who delivers to Medinah Il. It is a nice area, I have a nice house and I tip well.
My sister and other employees were exposed to electrocution hazards at the demands of management to move a stricken exterior light. Management was aware of the hazard and still ordered them to move the light while still energized. This is blatant disregard for employee safety!
Whenever I go into the pizza hut in Norwich, ny on Sunday's, there's a group of employees playing magic card games instead of waiting on or serving customers.
First of all let me start out by saying that I am (was) a very regular customer of pizza hut until saturday 8/18/12. I proabably ordered about 3 times a week spending about $100 per week. My GF and I were trying to decide what to order for dinner on saturday. It was hot out and I really did not feel like going anywhere. Finally we decided to just order a some pizza for me and a p'zone for her. I had a coupon for $15 dollars for A large3 topping pizza/2 ltr/breadsticks. I told them that I would like my pizza to be stuffed crust. They told me that would be a $2 charge. No big deal. I already knew that would be extra. I then told them that I wanted to make my breadsticks cheese sticks. I was told no. Um excuse me? They said that the coupon does not include cheese sticks. I told them that i understood that i would have to pay extra for that but that I still wanted them. They again said no because it was not stated on the coupon. ??? They asked their manager... manager also said no. This is very confusing to me. I run a $15,000,000 sales per year business and one of our core values is that we NEVER say no. We will always find a solution to a customers problem or request. I dont want them walking out the door and going somewhere else. Nobody at this pizza hut was going to give me what I wanted so I said nevermind. They asked if i still want the pizza?? UM NO!!! Went to safeway and got fixins to make our own pizzas and had a blast. will never go to pizza hut again. all because they would not make my breadsticks cheese sticks.
I was on my way home from washing my car which I have been making payments on for the past two years I had about 2300$ left to pay on it. Well on my way home I was "t-boned" by a Pizza Hut driver who was running late talking on a cell phone, speeding and ran the intersection. My car was totalled, his barely was damaged I was very sore for a few days proably the result of my driver door being smashed into me luckly my 3 year old son who was in the bacseat was uninjured. Insurance only paid out a little less then what I owed on the car. Im 20 years old have noone else to help me I work 7 days a week and Im a part time student at local tech school now im carless and still owe around 500$ on the car. I spoke to the district manager for Rock county, Wisconsin pizza hut and he was extremely rude to me and was defending his driver ,who after all this still has his job.
I placed a call in order to the pizza hut in indianola, ms when I made it to the location I had to wait fifteen to twenty minutes for my order. Now it is time to pay for my pizza which I did with American money 1-5 dollar bill 3- one dollar bills and 7-gold one dollar coins, got my receipt and exited the building , to my surprise the clerk came running out the store yo inform me that they don't accept the gold dollars . So I went back inside to see what was the problem . At that time I was informed by the manager mind you the manager that she could not accepted the gold one-dollar coins. Well why ? . She stated that when they make the bank deposit the coins get mixed with the quarters and that cause them to come up short on the deposit with the bank. WOW what a reason to refuse legal American money, I thought the value of the one-dollar golden coin had dropped under the value of one-dollar in the market and I had not heard. What a country when a business can determine what tender they will or will not accepte for payment. I think pizza hut need to educate there manager about what is legal tender this is America I Just Dont Understand
I ORDERED A PIZZA AND WING AT 1:29 PM AND I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE DELIVERED BY 1:59 PM, I CALLED AT 2:25 PM AND ANA WAS VERY RUDE AND TOLD ME IT WAS AN HOUR WAIT, I TOLD HER THAT I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE HERE AT 2. FINALLY IT CAME AT 2:30ISH AND IR WAS COLD, AND OVER COOKED.. IT WAS SERIOUSLY THE NASTIEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER EATEN. SO I WILL BE EATING AT DOMINOS FROM NOW ON.. UNLESS U FIX IT.. PERIOD!!! Call Center (210.798.4800) neglected to forward order to location at 3009 in Schertz TX; though I did get a confirmation including pickup time. Striving to prevent from occurring again in the future I asked for a direct # from the store manager but was refused. Adding insult, I contacted the call center to voice my complaint but "accidentally" got hung up on.
I went to the Pizza Hut in Hamilton, New York around 8 pm for dinner. There were 4 workers total, one of which apparently was the evening manager. Nine of the tables were full of dirty dishes, and during the hour I was there, only 2 of them got cleared off. There was only one other table of patrons eating so it was not busy during that time. Only one of the 4 employees was waiting on customers. The rest were standing in the work area, talking and joking around with each other. No one made any effort to clean off those tables, or vacumn up the food spilled on the floor around them. The salad bar area was a mess, with food spilled all around, which no one cleaned up. The whole restaurant was filthy and unappetizing. When we drove in to the parking area we weren't sure if the restaurant was open as the outside sign, and all the exterior lights were not lit up. I would suggest that the regional manager for that franchisemake some unannouced visits, and set down some serious rules for those employees, or others, like me, will refuse to eat in such a dirty, poorly run place again! This is not the first time I have seen this kind of behavior exhibited by the staff, it is an ongoing problem.
Went on a Day Trip to see more of the island here in Puerto Rico with family and friends and decided to stop at the Pizza Hut store in Humacao city on Hi Way 3 and walked in; WOW WAT A MESS?? Food on the floor everywhere; tables dirty (most all) the people did not acknowledge us for at least 5 mins... Wow! I have owned a Resturant Ice Cream store (Swensens) and always acknowledge u know your customers are there and you will be right with them....A little Blonde waitress finally came out with menus and said she would help us.. I told my group "lets go this place too dirty".. Who knows wat the kitchen looks like..They said ok so we left and I went bak to the waitress and said" we are leaving this place is too dirty".. She said she would clean it up.. I said too late..The store was not busy!! A heavy set man was working on something under the counter ; do not know if mge.. We went to the store down the road some miles next town and told the mgr there our story..He said the same owner owns both stores and it was like night and day... this store , clean, good food, perfect attention and service and full of customers the date was I believe Aug 11, Saturday.. Hope things change

Hello I'm experiencing some difficulties with the pizza hut (714 568-5411 ) First I order two pizzas on 8/17/12 at 6:39pm they never show up! so i call one hour later ask for a reason so they told me they dint found the place n my cell was off I understand that point so i went to the pizza hut that I got the number from and they told me its not there its at another location when the number I call it's outside there door. That got me disappointed so I call 714 568-5411 and ask them to cancelled My order this now 8:50pm i spoke to a guy name frank and told me it will take 7 days for the refund on my debit card at this piont i dont see why i should wait so long to get my money back on something i never got but that wasnt all the reason why im upset its the custemer services very poor dint apologize dint care about the business iask for the corprated number and frank puts me on hold, another guy answer i ask for the corprated number he also puts me on hold, a girl picks up i ask the corprated number she gives me this 714 2270002 this number doesn't exits so I'm short $31.52 dollars and I'm upset with pizza hut custemer serves Sal9er@me.com
The Pizza Hut in Plainview, TX does not honor your nationally advertised $10 carry out pizza. They will not split flavors of wings, unless you order 22! I travel alot and have never had this problem at any other Pizza Hut. You've lost a loyal customer.

Pizza Hut is the great brand name and the sign of good delicious and clean foods .It has lot of attraction for its customers in the shape of variety of food and other dishes .We mostly visited to have your quality food with friends and family due to its service , promptness, cleanliness and customer care qualities .As the others Pizza Hut will also have a great story behind its success .Your well planned management has always care about its customers and do not compromise on the commitment and good will of your company. If some of your customer feels that he has not been entertained properly after the training of your staff , and a person who has wearing the uniform of Pizza Hut and dealing out of the ethics of Pizza Hut , what should I do at that time .I bring it in your kind notice that on that day after waiting of our turn , we have been placed at the biggest place of the restaurant , after finishing the pizzas and other meals ,when we place the order for deserts and other sweets the only serving table boy named Mr. ISSAC told us that all of deserts are finished and we have nothing with us more .The reason he gave to us that the supply from our management is very slow from the store and that ,s why he is unable to serve us that .The answer was very shocking for us ,I was surprised that what was he talking about .I felt very ashamed at that time in front of my guests that how can I face them that where I had invited them for the dinner Either it was his own words or he was conveying the message of Pizza Hut .How is it possible that everything is finished at the rush hours . When I took a round around the waiting area I saw a large family is waiting for their turn and waiting to sit on our place ,and there was a only space for the sitting for the people if they are 20 or more .This was the only reason of refusal of Mr. ISSAC, he thought after his refusal we will leave early and he will place the other customers in our seats , although only 65 minutes were passed .I am unable to understand that what was the benefit of table boy or under which shelter he refused to bring our order .How come he forget that he is working on the floor of World renown chain and is spoiling the goodwill of the billions of dollars company. Immediately after his refusal I called the manager Mr. KHURRUM ZAIDI and told him the story, he said to me leave it sir and let me know what thing you want to order that time was so painful for me that where are they standing, where are they working what kind of training they have got what did they think that either am I joking with them or what is behind all that .He admitted that he ordered Mr. ISSAC to refuse us because other party was standing for the turn. Later on they served us all those deserts which we ordered them. When I informed Mr. Manager that I will write the complaint to you he replied no problem do what you want to do .Later on he offer me for the reduction in our bill as compensation just the deserts amount conditionally if I do not approach you. Dear management I just want to know under which instruction the staff is working under the shadow of local management wearing Pizza Hut uniform .If they have sitting problems why don’t they increase the space, Actually local management is working under the Pakistani style not as per the agreement you did with them .They just need the money and think no customer can approach you and tell you the facts .Have any of your representative visited to the different branches without informing local management. If this hospitality is being done with the customer in front of the eyes what will be the condition of their kitchens where food has been prepared. I am also doubtful about the quantity and the quality used in to make the World standard Pizza Hut recipe . The reason to approach you is to tell you what is going behind the screen and how Pizza Hut, s name has been crushed to earn the profit .You are requested to please investigate the facts behind my story and take the action not only against the staff also against the Management , may be who have best relation with the territory manager but giving poor service to the customer.
