Moved to San Antonio Tx. from Fort Worth Tx, Have always ordered pizza from Pizza Hut in Fort Worth never a problem, started ordering on bulverde rd. in San Antonio mngr. Kelly which should be delivering pizza, what a nightmare.the power went off one night that was there excuse took me 45 day to get my refund which I never got a pizza. second time 2 hrs. to get our pizza, can you believe I went for a 3rd time what a dumb a... Pizza hut does not care about their customers and never will, what happened to customer satifaction.. I will never order pizza from pizza hut ever again. PS I know HR or GM will never read these notes but sooner or later you will hurt from treating the customer like shit!!!
Crazy!!!! Ordered pizza online at 2:17!!!! Its now 4:15 and nothing!! My phone is messed up so I cant call and my 5 year old is alil hungry!!! Wtf is wrong!! This is the2nd and last time!!! Goodbye!!!!!
I have been in the pizza business for 20 years and your frachise in Granbury, Tx is going from a million dollar store to nothing if you do not stop them. I have worked there for several years and have enjoyed every bit of it until now. Owner Larry, supervisor Greg, and area coach Regina are tearing up that store. You should try the buffet. The pasta is nothing but noodles and marinara sauce, not meat sauce, customers have called it ketchup and noodles. In the past 5 weeks we have gone from almost 600 deliveries a week to barely 400 a week. Why you ask, try 90 minutes for a lunch delivery when it is not busy. Try 2 and a half hours for delivery times on a Friday when there are only ten or fifteen orders in the store. Try owners who worry more about labor than they do the customers. To them the numbers are all they care about and because of it the sales and customer base are suffering. We are losing long time customers to papa johns and dominos due to the inadequacy of the management. The manager does not know how to do a food order (she finally did one after 5 weeks in the store), does not know how to schedule. No matter how much long time employees try to help it all falls on deaf ears. We are all trying to be patient with them but they just do not care. As far as i am concerned Hut has always been the top of the food chain as far as pizza delivery goes but dominos is even better than what we have to put up with. I am embarassed by what is happening and am going to go somewhere else rather than put up with this kind of half-assed kind of management. They really seem clueless when it comes to knowing how to run a business. All they ever do is talk on the phone and sit on the computer and you cannot run a business on your ass in a chair. I really do not want to cause a problem but my customers deserve better than what they are getting. Thank you for your time and I hope you can fix it. I do not give my name due to the fact that by doing so would cause me to get my hours cut or be terminated for some reason that they come up with. My problem is caring about the customer too much and they don't.
I was doing a research by asking drivers that when they get hired they don't get drug tested or get a back ground check I do you guys operate I seen drivers with tattoos dress kind of baggy pants what do you guys plan to do to solve this problem I'll keep a follow up on this
I ordered from Pizza hut via online... 9/15/12 we ordered the ultimate cheese lovers pizza because my daughter is allergic to tomatos.. we also ordered 2 orders of honey bbq wings... and one other pizza.. we received the other pizza which was the only thing in our order that was correct.. the wings were hot wings.. the ultimate cheese lovers pizza had marinara sauce on it.. thank God I looked before my daugher ate it... I called the local pizza hut and was hung up on 4 times.. I called the 800 number and was told that I would hear from the regional manager in 3 days.. .that really didnt feed my family that night did it... Tonight the regional manager Mike called me and he did say he appologized but gave me the excuse that on Saturdays they are very busy and I should understand... What?? I should understand that you almost put my daughter in the hospital.. he also offered me a credit at the same hut that screwed up my order.. oh that makes it all better doesnt it.. I will never order from that place again.. really Pizza Hut.. you have no customer service.. I cannot believe the awful service I was given and the follow up was even worse..
I live in Eldridge Iowa and this is my 5th time they have messed up on my Order. My wings was soup. I ordered bread sticks along with the chocolate Dunkers they told Me it would be 30 minute wait so I went to go pick them up the manager was on duty but they Employees was joking around playing not doing there job. I went inside my order was not Placed they didn't even make it. They wanted me to wait other 30 minutes for the order I placed That should have been done right the first time. This is not the 1st time this is my 5th time with Them not doing there job I well never eat there again and I told everyone on my Facebook not to eat At pizza hut in Eldridge Iowa. Bad, terrible, horrible, horrific , aweful service the manager does not Know how to train their employees what so ever. You should be ashamed to have the Pizza Hut Name on this Franchise.
The Pizza hut in Schertz TX FM 3009 is nasty and the employees are rude. I have ordered a few times and not once have they ever got the order right. Corp office is just as bad. I sent numerous emails and do you think I received a message back. Nope!! I HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS. Maybe they will realize customer service is the key to success. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
on 9/14/2012 I place my order to Pizza Hut at 10 20pm I was told by the manager that my pizza will be delivered to me in 30 to 40 minutes. it was an hour in 13minutes before I got my pizza it was cold and the pizza was not cut pizza Hut 804 North Main Street High Point North Carolina the manager name is tequila on a busy Friday night who will only have 1 delivery driver delivery in 3 pizza to 3 different people the first customer get his pizza hot the second and third custom get the pizza cold I call the pizza Hut were I order my pizza from ask for the manager the manager got on the phone she got on the phone and was playing on the phone and then hung up the phone I call back and back and back no answer I was not satisfied with my order I think I should get my money back I we'll be on the phone Monday morning call in B B B to complain about this pizza Hut you're the corporate office doesn't do anything to satisfy me
This is to let you know what kind of people who represent your corporation. I placed an order online at 8:15 p.m. on 8/14/2012 and went to pick it up at 8:45 when i got there,there was a customer whose order was wrong and they were discussing his problem. When they brought my order to me it was wrong. I had ordered sausage and a pepperoni and i recieved a cheese and a pepperoni. Then i had ordered thevpizza rollers. When i was discussing this with manager there were 6 workers in the back cutting up laughing and "high fiving" each other what they were celebrating i dont know. They cant even get an order right. And one waitress was gripping about her tip of 28 cents shevhad recieved. I can only imagine the service she had offered those customers.. when i got to work a bit down into my pizza rollers and to be let down yet again. It was just bread and cheese, no pepperoni in there. I can understand a mess up, but it seems to be a reoccuring issue. This might be something to look into if they are out there wearing your company name as an advertisment.
I placed an order online on Friday 9/15/12. The whole reason for delivery was for my kids since my husband and I were going out. Confirmation showed the pizza was to be delivered by 7:36 pm. My kids called at 8:20 and the pizza hadn't been delivered. I called several locations before I could actually figure out who was to deliver the pizza. When I talked to the mgr. at the location actually to deliver it, he was very rude and told me it was a 3 hr delivery time. Really, and no one bothered to call and tell me that. He said I should have been told that. Again, I placed the order online!!! This guy has horrible customer service skills and was obviously having a bad night. After telling him to keep the pizza at this point someone showed up anyway with it 10 minutes later around 9:00. The delivery guy (very nice) told me the order got misplaced and apologized. He wasn't aware I had just talked to the mgr. Why didnt the mgr. just tell me that instead of making it like I was to just deal with it...they are short on delivery drivers. I was told he would credit my acct. which has yet to happend. I won't be ordering from Pizza Hut again. Mgr. needs to find a new job. He was the worst I have ever had to deal with.
To whom this may concern, This letter is notify Pizza Hut of my two week notice for the reasons of sudden schedule change without any calls to notify the actual schedule change, the disorganization of policy and proper procedure that affected my time with said company. I feel it was unprofessional for the company/ franchise not to provide me with a valid nor proper entry pass on to Camp Pendletons base, which is a government facility. I do appreciate the opportunity given to me by working at Pizza Huts franchise facility in Del Mar, Camp Pendleton CA.
Ground beef tasted like it had some kind of spice that made the whole family sick. It didn't taste like ground beef at all. Really don't care to eat there again.
To whom it my concern I've never have had a complaint with your service,so I was very surprised when we ordered the meaty marinara w/bread & soda for delivery, on the evening of September the 9th.when opening it to serve & eat, it was very obvious that in one pan someone had previously used a spatula & removed the pasta & had replaced it or put it back, in the other pan some one had used a spoon & removed the pasta & made no attempt to replace or put it back, besides the fact that it was obviously reheated the noodles were burnt & it was very dried out(I took photos)then I tried to call them back, the phone rang & rang & rang then someone picked up the phone & hung it up (this happened 6 times) by the time someone finely picked up I was LIVID! & barely could compose myself or speak, theirs more! On your ad on tv in California pizza hut say $10 any size pizza I call my closes resturant place and order a extra large they said only small,medium,or large am I missing something there between the lines any size you should check your words correctly in your tv adsi not the only one that order this pizzas please correct this for us
We ordered pizza tonight and they gave our food away before we could go pick it up. This is not the first timr that this happened. Pauls Valley, Ok pizza hut employees lie to their customers and make them pay for orders that they didn't order. Always give everybody the wrong orders. We are not happy with the restaurant.
I'm interested in part time employment at any one of your Springfield Mo. locations. However I'm told that I can only fill out an application on line and take a short test on there as well. I prefer not to put any of my personal information on line because I've had my ID stolen twice by using the internet. I feel this is unfair and that some consideration should be given to this matter and that paper applications should be made available to those who feel the same way that I do about the poor security of information sent over the internet.
my daughter went with her grandma tonight to pizza hut she text me when they got back..I will paste text message here.... ya i was wondering about that it was pouring out in little rock and out in benton and we stopped 2 get pizza and it was pouring and the lady at the pizza hut said hurry give me the beepin money.....so of course I ask what the beep was and she said Damn! really!!?? Lucky it was grandma and not me!!! pitiful! disgusted
I live in Philadelphia ,Pa. There is a Pizza Hut located on Stenton Avenue where the service is TERRIBLE! I placed an order at 8:15pm, was told it would be ready in 15-20 mins. My ordr was not ready until 8:44 pm and it was incorrect. I was missing a pizza and the wing were not ready. Turned out the cashier never charged me for the 2nd pizza. no big deal right? I order and pay for the 2nd pizza whichn was suppose to be ready again in 15 mins. That order took almost half an hour as well. The cahsier aware of my displeasure said he would bring the mmager out. The manager NEVER came to the counter to speak directly to me, she instead yells from the back loud enough for everyone waiting to hear" it's not her fault I didn;t check my receipt, all orders take 20-25 mins and she is no different, I'm not doing anything because she never checked her order point blank period". I said wow, is that the manager behaving like that? Corporate will her about the poor customer service and the unprofessional manager at that location. Pizza Hut is going down the tubes, no wonder so many have closed.

When I took a round around the waiting area I saw a large family is waiting for their turn and waiting to sit on our place ,and there was a only space for the sitting for the people if they are 20 or more .This was the only reason of refusal of Mr. ISSAC, he thought after his refusal we will leave early and he will place the other customers in our seats , although only 65 minutes were passed .I am unable to understand that what was the benefit of table boy or under which shelter he refused to bring our order .How come he forget that he is working on the floor of World renown chain and is spoiling the goodwill of the billions of dollars company. Immediately after his refusal I called the manager Mr. KHURRUM ZAIDI and told him the story, he said to me leave it sir and let me know what thing you want to order that time was so painful for me that where are they standing, where are they working what kind of training they have got what did they think that either am I joking with them or what is behind all that .He admitted that he ordered Mr. ISSAC to refuse us because other party was standing for the turn. Later on they served us all those deserts which we ordered them. When I informed Mr. Manager that I will write the complaint to you he replied no problem do what you want to do .Later on he offer me for the reduction in our bill as compensation just the deserts amount conditionally if I do not approach you. Dear management I just want to know under which instruction the staff is working under the shadow of local management wearing Pizza Hut uniform .If they have sitting problems why don’t they increase the space, Actually local management is working under the Pakistani style not as per the agreement you did with them .They just need the money and think no customer can approach you and tell you the facts .Have any of your representative visited to the different branches without informing local management. If this hospitality is being done with the customer in front of the eyes what will be the condition of their kitchens where food has been prepared. I am also doubtful about the quantity and the quality used in to make the World standard Pizza Hut recipe . The reason to approach you is to tell you what is going behind the screen and how Pizza Hut, s name has been crushed to earn the profit .You are requested to please investigate the facts behind my story and take the action not only against the staff also against the Management , may be who have best relation with the territory manager but giving poor service to the customer.
