I will no longer do any business with your company or any co. related to you . the debate should be open to all who are running including Gary Johnson. It is not fair to our country because we are in deep trouble,you should withdraw your sponsorship to make a point for fairness to our country.
I will never eat at Pizza Hut again. They have horrible customer service and when you use the complaint hotline your issues are never followed up with. The stores know this and take advantage of you as a customer.
Pizza Hut at 2615 Nacogdoches San Antonio, TX I ordered pizza online. Time estimate was given of 20 minutes. Went to the store to pickup. Was told by the employee who took my money that it would be 5 more minutes. Paid for pizza with a $3.00 tip. After 10 minutes passed, noticed a girl pacing back and forth, and acting irritated. There were only 4 employees in the whole store. One making pizza, one taking out pizza from the oven and preparing it for pickup. One girl standing around that said she was new, and the manager who came out of the back and was counting money and putting it into the register. He took $3.50 from the register and put it in his pocket. The girl who was irritated finally got the attention of the manager, and he came and talked to her. Then a flurry of activity ensued to try and find her order and her pizza. I began to wonder what was going on, so I asked her. She said that her order was supposed to be picked up at 9:00p.m. and that she was still waiting for it. Time 9:30 p.m. I asked to speak to the manager who came out front. I asked him how much longer it would be before my order was up, and he said that he had approximately 10 to 15 orders ahead of mine, but gave me no estimate on time. I told him that I was not willing to wait for 30 or more minutes to get my order so just give me my money back. I could tell that there was chaos because there were not enough employees to take care of all the orders, lets face it 1 person making pizza to go into the oven is not enough to do anything with 10 or 15 orders ahead of mine. The manager did not care because he said he was having a rough evening, and that I would have to understand. It is not my fault if they know that the evening is going to be rainy which had been predicted for almost a week. The manager should have known that there would be a flurry of activity on a rainy Friday evening and should have scheduled enough people to do the work. With the girl who was doing nothing but standing around, there were only 2 other workers not including the manager who was doing his thing. With no estimate of time, I told the manager I wanted my money back, rather than waiting. I also told him to make sure that my $3.00 tip was credited back also. I got my credit and went home. Returning home, I found that he had only credited my card for the price of the pizza, and no tip. So, I got back in the car in the rain and went back to the store. When I walked in, the worker who was packaging pizza for takeout brought the pizza I had ordered to me. Time 9:50p.m. I should have taken it and left with the free pizza, but I wanted to speak to the manager about the poor service, and the fact that he did not credit my tip back. He told me it would take 3 to 4 days for my credit to appear, which is unsatisfactory when I had actually received nothing. He was more than irritated when I told him that I did not see the tip on the credit, and that I had seen him pocket $3.50 from the register. He denied taking money from the register and placing it in his pocket, which was a LIE because I saw him with my own two eyes. The Pizza Hut has no customer service satisfaction, because all they can do is make excuses. The manager would rather throw the pizza away that he credited me for and was sitting right in front of him. I know the pizza business is very competetive, and that things can become hectic when there are not enough employees on duty to perform the work. I could have been more understanding, but there was no sense of customer service from this manager. If he was really so frustrated, he should have done his job rather than letting the customers suffer and scheduled enough people to do the work. He could have also apologized nicely, rather than telling me that I sould understand his situation. I am paying for a service, I do not owe him or Pizza Hut anything. It is not my fault they have no customer satisfaction training, and get frustrated in front of the customers. I cannot help if if they can not understand how to run a Pizza Hut. I am just a paying customer who expects not only good service, but good pizza. That is what all of us are paying for.....RIGHT? Things would have been better if he had just said I apologize for your inconvience and to make things right he could have given me the pizza that was sitting there, but he would rather send me away hungry and frustrated, and throw the pizza in the trash or eat it himself. This is not the first time that this Pizza hut has been unsatisfactory. They got better for a while, and now back to the same old bull that has been in the past. What I cannot understand is if they want to sell Pizza, why do they not treat the customer like someone who is the real reason they all have the job, rather than acting like the customer is the inconvenience in their situation of chaos that I had nothing to do with.
We ordered online the box pizza dinner, within minutes a worker called said they were out of the big box dinner. We called another location closer for pickup the were rude and not wanted to listen.
What is going on at Pizza Hut . The CEO needs fired after reading these comments.
I am writing to warn people of the extreem heat of the breadstix dipping sauce. When I opened the container it spilled on the hand holding it...it was too full and so hot that I screamed and dropped it on my lap. I had burns on my hand and leg. My car was covered in sauce that has left a stain after trying to clean it. This happened when I was sitting in line at the drive through a second time...to get the drink that they forgot to give me. When I got to the window, the manager told me to drive up front and she would come out. It took about 10 minutes before she came out to me....a customer who heard what I told her, came out with wet napkins for me. I was not offered anything from the manager...not even ice for my burns. She gave me a number to call to report this and I have called. This person was not in...and has not called me back. It has been 3 days and my hand still hurts and my car is stained. MY BIGGEST CONCERN IS THAT SOME CHILD WILL GET BURNED BADLY BY THIS...PIZZA HUT SHOULD WARN PEOPLE THAT THIS SAUCE IS NEAR BOILING.
I live in Strongsville,OH and attempted to order from my local Pizza Hut. I was told that I was out of the delivery zone. I then contacted another location a little further away in Middleburg Heights,OH and they actually accomodated me and went out of their way to make sure we received the food that we wanted; despite that we were out of their delivery zone as well. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and NO ATTEMPT to make a profit at Strongsville,OH Location. KUDOS TO MIDDLEBURG HTS. MANAGER!!!!!
We are located in Odessa Texas and order from the Pizza Hut on 42nd street. The last time we ordered our pizza dough was raw after I requested it to be ran twice. None the less,they took care of us and manager was very nice. So we decided to order again last week requesting marinara sauce(which we know we are charged) but they forgot our cokes and had to go back and also bring our sauce. However,the driver then calls my husbands phone and leaves a message stating that he had to pay for sauce and was given no tip. But he just wanted to let us know. We own a food business ourselves and our employees know better than to ever do something like that. They have imperfections but who does this man think he is to call and leave a message?
In the past when you ordered a meat lovers pizza you use to get something more then a crust with a little bit of sauce some cheese and a little bit of the meats. If you would buy a chef boy r Dee pizza it would be a toss up on with would be better. Pizza hut use to be the best pizza in any town till you guys started cutting all these so called deals. Sorry the pizza sucks now
I can not beleive what i just had happen at the liberty texas location.First we arrived and the inside was closed at 10 and the hours are 11. Next my family and i are sitting in the parking lot wating for carry out and we get a show you would not belive. 2 teens in the lobby all but having sex. I cant beleive that any manager would let this happen in their store. I hope they washed their hands.
Pizza hut stopped making the p zolo , but still keep it on there web site as well as menu online. Cant call no one about the matter, call around to order it and all pizza huts say differ things why it was no longer being made. Bring it back great value for family on the go , as well as people bought other goods to go alone with. Find a great food its gone. Im not sure i will be back ate there often. This stinks
9/22/2012 I am a frequent customer of the Mt. Pocono Sterling Rd. location, and have recently become very frustrated by newly implemented policies and procedures. I live not even 5 minutes from this location and we walk there to dine-in as well as call to order out a few times per month. A couple of weeks back, I ordered almost $40.00 worth of food and had it delivered to my home. We ordered a big dinner box (2 med. pan pizzas, pasta, and bread sticks) and a large pizza. We did not receive sauce with our bread sticks, the 2 medium pizzas had scant toppings on them, and the Meaty Marinara Tuscany Pasta dish had hardly any sauce on it. In addition to all of that the large pizza's lid was smashed into the top of our pizza, which incidentally was on the wrong crust. Basically the whole order was unsatisfactory. When I called to give feedback and hopefully receive compensation, I spoke to one of the managers:Vickie, and she agreed to send the whole thing to us no charge @ a later date. When next I tried to get the order re-delivered I spoke to the manager on duty that day, and he told me that he could/would not deliver it as per policy because the driver would not get paid for delivering the comp'ed order. I have no car @ this time, so it is impossible for me to pick it up. I offered to give the driver a tip, and that still did not seem a satisfy enough solution for the manager to agree to send our order out. When Vickie and I spoke she told me nothing of not being able to deliver the comp'ed order. I then called the corporate office and was told I would hear back from somebody within a few days, and still have yet to receive that call. Meanwhile I tried again to get my order tonight, and was told that now as per new policy that Vickie could not give me what she herself had promised, and that the best that she could do was reduce the bill for the new order by 50%. That is not good enough, I was promised that my order was going to be fully comp'ed and that is what I expected when I called tonight. I do not know what can/will be done but I can promise this much: If Pizza Hut and it's associates cannot be held to their word I will not be a customer @ all anymore.
i work at a pizza hut in texas whitch i wish not to name for fear of losing my job but i worked my ass off for 2weeks just barly makeing enuf in tips to keep my car on the road to delever there pizza and they cant even pay me on time im about to lose my car to repo and they dont seem to care the bottum lie dont tell me you will pay me fryday when you meen monday it has caused nothing but problems for me and i will be lucky if i have a place to sleep tonight so thak you pizza hut for fucking my life up
I ordered a pizza from this pizza hut in Humble, Texas. When we received our pizza it looked as if it was dropped and everything was on oneside of the pizza. When I called to complain I was told by the manager they would give me a $7 credit for a $17 dollar pizza. I have used this location for over 6 years and never ever will I buy a pizza from pizza hut again after this, and we even gave a tip to the driver for this dropped pizza. Thank Pizza Hut here we come Papa John.
Dear wonderful Darling Loved Pizza Hut big wigs I live in a community named Scott Lake the home of over 1200 other people. We are just a few miles South of Tumwater Washington. We are all so excited Tumwater is finally getting our FAVORITE PIZZA PLACE!!. However as a community we are kindly requesting (really we're begging) that you would consider delivering piazza to our community. We understand as it is now you will only go as far as 93rd Ave. But we know once word would get out We know we will really keep you busy. This is the second time that one of the pizza hut drivers from Sprin Texas have stolen money off of me and myboy friend credit card without our Authorization. a couple weeks ago we placed a order for delivery and was about 20.00 couple days later on the statement 30.00 was charged. seems as if the driver gave himself a 10.00 tip. OK yesterday ordered pizza again, total was almost 15.00 looked at my statement today and 18.00 was charged to my card. So unacceptable. This is the last time i will ever order from pizza hut.
It's not the first time I received terrible service from my CONVERSE TX Pizza Hut. After 14 years of living here they still cannot FIND my home. The girl/woman named CORA who answered the phone to take my order was scatterbrained, the delivery boy obviously couldn't find my home. I called back to find out what happened to my order. "Oh, he had car trouble" said dear ole Cora... He'll be there soon. Another 12 minutes for a total of one hour from my order time passed....I said to the delivery boy when he arrived,..Oh you had car trouble, huh? He said oh no I didn't have car trouble...We were just real busy. your employees at this pizza hut are so inadequate. This was only a TUESDAY and the WERE NOT BUSY I ASSURE YOU. You have to realize that this is NOT the first time I have been lied to , had pitiful inadequate service. AND I am through with this store!! I wasted my 14 dollars completely..

I worked at Pizza Hut in Ebensburgh Pa for not even a month My nephew also worked there . My nephew had familly problems and had to leave early a few days and miss a few days in order to be at court dates ect. Jean the main manager there was flipping out on him and also even Told (dave) the district manager about him missing days . Well whats funny is the day's she missed and time's she left to just take her daughter to cheerleading practice REALLY ? Anyways right after the episode between those to about this Im getting very little hour's and now I can't do anything right at all Hmmm seems funny My nephew tell's her off about her leaveing for cheerleading practice and then I get Targeted and lose so many hours it costs more for me to get to work then What im getting. Hmmmm seems fishy
i am customer in memphis,tn i order the the big box last night . i did not receive my order after waiting hour and half to receive my order.i called pizza hut delivery and they did not seem that they care if i was paying customer.they said because did not confirm my order by when they called me ,but fail to tell that they be doing that when i do not have time to stand by the phone .if they are going to do they should inform you that they will called you confirm your order instead of wait hour to find out they had cancel my order .This is not the only time they done this to me .To let you know that i do not these problem with the other pizza delivery.I thank you for your time.
