Pizza Hut Corporate Office & Headquarters

On Wednesday, November 21, 2012, the evening before Thanksgiving I ate 4 slices of a hand tossed meat lovers pizza from the Waterloo, Il. Pizza Hut. Within 8 hours I began feeling sick at my stomach within 2 hours after that I began vomiting which resulted in me staying in bed and missing all of the Thanksgiving festivities. My wife spoke with a nurse practicioner freind, she said that I was the 8th person to report having the same symptoms after eating the same thing from the Waterloo, Il. Pizza Hut. NEVER AGAIN WILL EAT ANOTHER PIZZA HUT PRODUCT OR SUPPORT THEM IN ANY WAY.

We live in a small town in Texas, and the only pizza place we have is Pizza Hut. We have always enjoyed eating Pizza Hut pizza, but for the past year or so we feel that the pizza has gone down hill. Tonight the pan crust was rubbery and had little flavor, the pizza toppings had no flavor. Have the ingredients changed or what? We have complained to the restaurant several times about how bland the pizza has been and how little pizza sauce is on the pizza.

I just placed an order for a carryout dinner box and forgot to add 2litters. I tried to call the neosho missouri store and got no answer. I called 4 times. I never got an oportunity to fix my order. And then when i called the head office they dont want to listen either

We were quoted 45 minutes over the phone. Our pizzas arrived 25 minutes late, and the order was wrong. I called the store and was put on hold, then transferred to corporate. Corporate would do nothing to solve the problem. We will be sticking with Dominoes in the future.

I think that your website is to complicated and you need to change it black just see the menu and not have to fill out all the stuff I had to do it took for ever and when I did get it it went to some pizzahut I didn't even where it was out I think if you change it to see the menu and if you want to order online you can click some thing to fill out the delivering and Carryout order all I wanted to do was see the menu and order on the phone but I coulend see the menu tell I filled the fill out sheet out and I wanted to know what to order when I called I hope you think this out and make the menu out first and then the fill out sheet it was so confusing that I am sooooooo frustrated

The wokers at the Artesia, NM district were not only rude to my husband; when he ask to talk too the local manager he was just as rude and refused to serve my husband because wanted to file a complaint; so my huband ask for the District Manager of Pizza Hut and the Local manager went to the back to call someone amd brought a Bogus number back; meanwhile a driver gave us another Bogus number out of Indiana State: The District Manager right away use nasty profanity, cursing and was rude telling my husband off; so in return my husband said the District was a chicken&%$% at the rude District Manager and told that he would not be getting any business again and hung up on the guy who still was yelling at my husband...all because my husband wanted to surprise my son with some boneless buffalo chicken for making a 100% on his spelling test....really I didn' t know that Pizza Hut hire rude workers and District Manager:( need some people skill in this pizzqa hut:)

My name is Georgia. I wanted to pass this on to your corporation. My husband and I and my daughters family went into Pizza Hut in Madison, Al. We took a coupon which we received in the mail for $10.00 large pizzas any way you wanted it up to 5 toppings, We decided to order 2 large pizzas and one large chicken Alfredo and 5 drinks, we give the waitress the coupon and she walks away. She brings our drinks back then informs us that we can't use the coupon, we ask to see the manager he comes to our table and we have a discussion about the coupon he proceeded to tell us that it is carry out only we pointed out to him that the coupon said dine in or carry out he then told us that the coupons were for corporate stores only well why send us coupons that say dine in if they can't be used for dine in? The manager gave us the impression that he didn't care whether we ate there or not so we paid for our drinks and left. I have read some of the reviews on here,is there anyone in the Pizza Hut Corporation care about all these negative reviews that are on this site? Needless to say we want be going back to that Pizza Hut and this has left us wondering if Pizza Hut even cares.

And the saga continues.... Ok, just finished the review and someone is at the door.. Pizza hut with our Oder from 3 hours ago that they were out of and wanted us to reorder something else so we just cancelled... Need better management.. Don't worry in or case because we won't call again...

Ok, Friday night and we decided to order the big box.. Of which we learned of in an advertisement on Wednesday.. Ordered online because you would receive a free 2 liter ,, then an hour later they call to say they are out of big boxes.. Really...... So we randomly call to see if we can order the big box and they say we can in 2hours???? Have not ordered pizza hut I a while, and now it will be never again!!! Bad Pizza hut in elizabethtown, ky...

The Pizza Hut located on Jackson Street in Alexandria, LA is the worst demonstration of customer service and quality I have ever experienced. I spent $135 on ten pizzas to be delivered. They were late and missing 2 pizzas. I tried to call the store and was put on hold repeatedly. The manager refused to talk to me and then the pizzas that they delivered were burnt.

The store in Denver city texas treat the good employees bad. And they do things to upset customers specially the managers.

i am sure all of us love our pizza but when u ask for a pan pizza well done and it shows up 20 mins.late and it is not even cooked regular let alone well done and u call back and talk to a Manager and basiclly he tells u thats how im getting it is a crock. i do belive this will be my last experience with pizza hut. pappa johns never messed up a order for me but back b4 pappa johns all we had was good pizza hut. choose wisely.

The Pizza Hut in Nashville Arkansas is a JOKE---you should read the facebook posts from the manager there--always posting about what they cook in the oven at pizza hut (not pizza either) and what all diffrent dishes you can make with piazza hut ingrediants (for personal consumption of course)taking the kid/kids to work with them-even post pictures of someones kid asleep on the floor in a back room(i think this is against the law)-it is just an endless game that would make anyone NOT want to eat at this place- PERIOD. Hope someone reads this and fires all the players so we can get some decent people making some decent food .

My grandson received a coupon for a personal pan pizza from his reading teacher. I called and ordered the pizza and told them I had the coupon. I also ordered a $10 pizza for my wife and me. When I went to pick up the pizza the female employee told me that if my grandson was not with me to pick up the pizza I could not use the coupon. I paid for both pizzas and went home. Please print in BIG letters on the front of the coupon that child must pick up the pizza.

What exactly is your beef made out of because it looks and taste like pork sausage,beef does not have black specks all in it what is this mystery meat cause its gross ?

Pizza hut in lewistown montana never has any of the pizza deals thats ran on the tv,ads seems to me if your going to run ad on tv all your,stores should honor it.not send them down the road to another pizza place.

To whom it may concern I recently ordered two pizzas and bread sticks my ordet was placed at 5:15 pm they said it would be there at 6 pm I waited till 6:30 and it still dident show I catlled again they said that they had an hour to get there so I told them it had already been an hour the manger whos name is ginger was very rude and would not help us it was over two hours and still no pizza this needs to be dealt with or Im gonna go to the local newspaper im from oneonta newyork 13820 please get back to me or ill have to take the next step

was hired on at a melbourne florida location on hibiscus street on 9/25/2012. worked a two hour crash training course on 9/28/2012. was scheduled to work 10/4/2012 from 10-2 for more training. as soon as i got into the parking lot i was called by alice the manager saying she could not hire me after the fact she already had.she said it was due to a dui that i had over a year ago. the dui information was disclosed on my application and was given verbally during the initial interview at time of hire on 9/25/2012. THIS IS DISCRIMINATION!!!!. my backgound came back clean it was on my driving record only because the case was closed.i never lost my license and my driving record is excellent with only that one blimp on it, and my license itself says safe driver. The manager also says i do not get paid for the two hours i worked or for the scheduled time today, because she hadnt put me in the system yet.does this not violate laws??? i am seeking the advise of my lawyer if i am not compensated for my time and trouble and for the discrimination i feel i have received.
