Pizza Hut Corporate Office & Headquarters

After seeing in the news Pizza Hut punished an employee for defending himself with an improvised weapon when assaulted but multiple attackers , we will no longer be ordering Pizza Hut , This is sooooo wrong , EVERYONE HAS A RIGHT TO DEFEND THEMSELVES AND PIZZA HUT HAS NO RIGHT TO SAY OTHERWISE!!!!!!!!

OMG! So I called the Brooklyn Center Pizza Hut in MN around 10pm after an hour of not arriving I called back to see where was my order was, the employee answered the phone stating that they were closed after me continuously saying I had already placed an order and wanted to know where my order was she yelled and stated they were closed again and hung up on me.. UNBELIEVABLE!

So, I called to place an order with London, Ky Pizza Hut and they put me on hold. Actually, just put down the phone and I could hear every word that they said. The phone only rang once when they laid the phone down and they were laughing. After 10 minutes I called back again and the same guy answered and asked me to hold. I said that you just told me that and I had to call back. He told me that I HAD to hold and that was it. I was not happy. So, I called Papa Johns and had a great experience. I usually order Pizza Hut but customer service goes a long way. The bad thing was that it was 3:30 in the afternoon. They couldn't have been that busy. Whoever answered the phone could care less about my business.

I ordered pizza online at 10 it never came I called the store and the manager said well it never came through nothing we can do about it. Even though I have email confermation that it went through. It was a fairly large order for a party ... Not only did it never show but it made my business look like I was in prepared and never ordered

we put an order online and tried to follow up on it but the manager is so rude that you don't want to talk to her. Very very rude and sounded very uneducated. You will lose more business for sure with an employee like that. You have lots of competition waiting for things like this to happen. Never will order from your place anymore and hope to lose all your business to your competition1

Due to what was the most unsatisfactory experience I've had in what is supposed to be a well run corporation food chain, I took my business elsewhere. After some time I decided to give the local Pizza Hut (Connersville, IN) another shot. To my amazement, after having yet another unbelievably bad experience with order taking incompetence, which the manger seemed completely uninterested in addressing. I will never visit another location of yours. I feel you have several fine products, but that means little when you have such shockingly poor customer service.

I ordered food and so did a friend of mine, since they wait for about an hour until they bring you your food we want to have our come at the same time but separate orders. With that being said we called it in thinking it was going to be hard to do. Well they charge my card twice and before the food got here there were trying to make me pay more when they got to my house. So I canceled that order completely and they have not given my money back for it yet. Need to say every time I order from them online they always forget something and have to go back to get it. If i have to go to the law about getting my money back I will and I will be running Pizza Hut out of business. I'm with you guys I'm so upset your food is even nasty to me. I'm going to rate you one star, but just know that you are not even one star your in the negatives.

I met the cook there because the pizza was soooo AMAZINGGG her name is jennifer and that was the best pizza my family has had in a long time we will return there soon, especially when we know shes there... GREATTTT JOB JENNIFER

I ordered the Tuesday pasta special, when I arrived for pickup it took 15 for anyone to notice I was there. The registers were unattended and I had to listen to a conversation about how tired they were and was ready to go home. After yelling "hello" several times I had to ring their phone. Finally, after the recording told me they were busy helping other customers, they came up, and my order wasn't ready. She then was flippant when I expressed my irritation and offered me a 2 liter of soda. Never said sorry for the inconvenience or tried to excuse the behavior. In this day and time, jobs hard to find and crime at its highest, poor customer service and negligence is a lose lose situation for Pizza Hut. There's too much competition out there.

On Saturday we went to a Pizza Hut in Hudson New York, we found the place to be dirty and most of the seats in the booths where either torn or so worn you sunk right down, the condiments bottle where all sticky and gross, the server was nice and the food was good but you want to have a pleasant lunch and have a clean environment in which we did not, also the parking lot was crumbling and my daughter slipped and fell with all the loose gravel, if you want people to eat at this Pizza Hut make it more inviting.

I am very dissatisfied with what i received from pizza hut today i ordered the overstuffed large pizza it was burned on the top if i could send a picture i most definitely would!! Makes me not even want to go to pizza hut anymore!!! I could've had papa johns or dominios!! I work at a fast food restaurant myself they shouldn't have even sold this product like this im a manager and if my store would have tried to even sell something like this they would be seriously disciplined!!! I received this pizza from off cahaba valley rd in pelham, alabama near oak mountain!!

I am a handicapped man living in Garden City, Ga The ONLY food delivery we have is Pizza Hut, our favorite, and Dominos. The last several times we have tried to order, after sending the order, we received a call saying they were out of one item or another. Tonight , after sending the order we were called and told they were out of the Big Pizza Box. Were not even offered anything else, just asked if we wanted to cancel the order. We had to order from Dominos

Pizza Hut in horn lake ms has the worst customer service and delivery times. Very rude employees. I will never give them business again.

I'm simply amazed at how bad the pizza is at Pizza Hut. It's the Dominos of the 21st century. Seriously. And oddly enough, the new recipes at Dominos are very yummy. We decided to try Dominos again because Pizza Hut pizza has gotten so bad that frozen pizza beats it. The Dominos crust is INFINITELY better than Pizza Hut. Not sure how you guys plan to stay in business with such a crummy product. Maybe take a clue from Dominos & change your product to something decent. You really have a bad reputation as the worst pizza in town.

I'm staying in Memphis tn (not from here) ordered from pizza hut and pasta was missing from my order delivery man said he would bring it back after an hour I called the store the manager was rude but said she would send her first driver out with the rest of our order ( this was after calling several times before I got an answer) two hours later my husband called back the same manager answered and said she tried to call the phone several times, and her driver came to the room and knocked on our door, we never left the room. I WILL NEVER EAT AT PIZZAHUT AGAIN. The service is deplorable and management is rude

The pizza hut in Harrison Arkansas is managed by one the most vile, vicious, piece of scum human beings. She fired my brother because of his religious beliefs and told lies about him to other people. Her subordinate slandered him as well. Not only that, but she fired another person because he was a homosexual. She fired two people just because of her prejudice against them. I am going to fight this with everything I have. DO NOT eat here.

Call my order in to Pizza Hut in uhrichhsVille Ohio went to pick it up got home with my order opened up the breadsticks and they were burned hate Pizza Hut that's why didn't I didn't eat at Pizza Hut the entire 8 years I lived in Oklahoma won't eat there again

This evening in London, Kentucky, me and my husband ordered a medium meat lovers pizza for delivery to a motel ( we are not from this town). After waiting over an hour ( an hour and 20 minutes) the delivery finally got here, it was the wrong order. The delivery "boy" claimed they had him go across town first. before the deliverer left I checked to make sure it was what we had ordered it it wasn't it was a supreme or what could have been a "skimpy" supreme so instead of returning it and wait another hour my husband had me call the store. I did and they said it was $10 plus $1.85 for delivery. Which I guess all their specialty pizzas are $10 plus delivery charge.... I told my husband and over course we were upset about it but then the manager said " well, we don't have to deal with you at all" which says to me "you will eat what we give you and like it" ... ok, so I sent the delivery boy back with their pizza. And went to Arby's which was just across the street and alot nicer people to do business with. I used to love Pizza Hut, BUT, when I worked in the restaurant business the rudeness from employees let alone managers was intolerable and was dealt with. If this is the way you all want your business ran like what the customer wants doesn't matter and it doesn't matter about return business well you all got it because after tonight's episode then you got it cause it wasn't right.

Hello, my boyfriend and I frequently visit the local pizza hut restaurants, last night we went to your store location 11115 Crenshaw blvd. Inglewood CA 90303 we were greeted with what I consider to be unacceptable customer service! The young lady who assisted us was not friendly, or pleasant, we were asking her about the specials available and her demeanor appeared to reflect as if she were annoyed with eye rolling and some rude body language. We ordered our food for carry out and immediately asked her if we could cancel the order to get a larger one she said no and refused to make the change there was no apology or empathy! We will not be going to this specific pizza hit any longer as we are very dissatisfied with the customer service.

Due to the additional 2.50 you charge for delivery that does not go to the drivers I reluctantly will stop buying your products. You are infact increasing the cost of your pizza.
