Pizza Hut Corporate Office & Headquarters

I live in clarksville tx. The dinnerbox is advertised but your store here doesn't do it. Shows on website overstuffed pizza but here they say they don't make them. When i call in order customer service is awful. They are rude. Thank you

I ordered 8pc boneless wings in two flavors and an 8-piece bone-in wings in another. From pure laziness they were cooked for the same amount of time and I was sick for 27 hours from poorly cooked chicken. When I arrived to pick up my order both employees were smoking cigarettes and neither of them washed their hands. Additionally, the wings were not tossed in the sauce they were just put in the box with sauce squirted over the top. Disgusting. Shameful. Horrid. Wouldn't serve it to my worst enemy.

Service so slow, we walked out. Building should be removed to make better entrance to Roxy Theater. Apparently, the workers there do not need the work anyway.

Called and ordered a pizza for delivery right before Christmas. After waiting over an hour and a half, I called the store to find out where it was. "He just left" was the answer I got. 20 minutes later, the pizza shows up, snotty driver complaining I didn't put on my porch light (never mind I don't have a porch light). Take the pizza inside, and it's COLD. Not lukewarm, but stone cold. Filled out the online complaint form, and I get a response back saying they would give me a $20 credit on my next order, or if that wouldn't work, please email back and let them know what is acceptable. I emailed back and asked for a gift card because I don't want to deal with this Pizza Hut anymore. Never received an answer to my email or my gift card, and it has been over a month since I sent the email. I emailed again, and asked for a status update. No answer. This was from the "Area Coach", too. I finally got fed up and called the corporate office. I don't expect anything to be resolved, but I won't be doing business with Pizza Hut again.

I don't know who owns the Pizza Huts In Rochester NY but they are in the worse shape doesn't anyone from the corporate offices care about this franchise? They are dirty and just down right disgusting. They can have all the $10 pizzas they want.. I guess the officers of this company go to high end steak houses to eat. Based on the reviews I see bankruptcy in the future for this line of business.

At 6:03p.m. today I placed an order at the pizza hut on main street in Kansas city Missouri at 3907 main St now this store is only a few blocks away and it is now 8 p.m. and no pizza. I've called all they say is its on its way. Some customer service I have never had to wait so long for one pizza.

Went to Pizza Hut to order a mushroom/black olive and onion pizza was told they didn't have black olives or mushrooms, so asked if they had more salad so we could just do a salad and was told no that's all they had, sorry we had just traveled 730 miles that day and stopped for the night what a let down ended up going to mc Donald's will think twice before going to Pizza Hut again while on this 2. Week vac

Called in a pick up order for two pizzas n bread sticks. They said it would be 40 mins fine ok its Friday got there at 730 40 mins later had one pizza ready while one pizza was getting cold had to wait a half hour for the other one. N only receive a 6 dollar discount on a 30 dollar order. Call the store n asked to speak to a manager n was left on hold. Never picked up. The service was horrible when I had my rehearsal dinner there. Will never go back to pizza hut

The Pizza Hut in Madras Oregon has no consideration for their customers. Unfortunately I witnessed an injustice to a customer and they didn't care they lost his service. He ordered a pizza with everything on it on the Internet. When he picked it up they cooked a cheese pizza and didn't care it was wrong. They told him if he wanted the pizza he original ordered they would have to start with a new ticket and he would have to pay for both pizzas. She never asked for the manager to come up nor did he ask. At that point he was too mad to ask. He took the cheese pizza because he felt he had no choice. This was totally wrong on their part, it was their mistake not his. I am reconsidering my service with this establishment because of the horrible treatment.

We went to Pizza Hut in BEaver DAm Wisconsin and It was horrible. We waited to be seated like asked and someone from the kitchen came to seat us.When we came in one wait staff was on the floor, one one the phone,and another one came from in back. Ordered 2 waters and a pepsi. When waiter came back he had 2 waters and a diet soda not what we ordered. Said we were ready to order and he took off said he was going to get another table first. He went to two tables before he took the third tables order. We got up and walked out. Wont be going there and will not suggest anyone either. It is the third time we have had horrible service. Three strikes your out.

Your delivery driver was speeding on our street and when I yelled at him to slow down, he flipped me the finger and went faster. Good pizza but lousy employees, will never order another one

i went to have the lunch buffet at the Beatrice location , they had doors locked while they saw me standing outside waiting and just looked at me and passed by not caring its snowing outside, then when i asked about buffet they said they dont start it til 1130 why open at 11 if u dont have buffet til 1130 was very rude to me and i will never go back EVER!!!

Just read a Foxnews story about a pizza hut delivery driver. Sam Swicegood was attacked by five teenagers who tried to rob him. He bravely fought back and managed to send them running. Pizza Hut punished him by demoting him to kitchen staff and reducing his work hours. This is an incredible insult added to his experience. I am outraged that any company would treat an employee like this. Pizza Hut has lost my business for all time. I will not do business with a company that punishes someone for surviving a violent attack. Shame on Pizza Hut. Shame.

I won't be buying Pizza Hut pizza again... because of this: Sam Swicegood, a Pizza Hut delivery man in Maryland, fought off a group of attackers as he was attempting to deliver pizzas, and what happens? Pizza Hut gave him a demotion. My local Pizza Hut is in Mt. Airy, NC

We were long time pizza hut customers but after the employee was demoted, hours cut and pay cut we can no longer support this company. We ordered 2 to 3 times a week during football. Choosing another pizza company for our futures orders. If pizza hut does not allow employees to protect themselves we feel it is giving criminals an open ticket to victimize their employees. Goodbye pizza hut!

Your apple app for Pizza Hut never works on my iPhone or iPad for months!! Why haven't you figured it out?! Very lame a company your size would not figure this out ASAP!! What's the deal?

This is no review on your products , but this is a little note about one of your employees, a driver in your Wellington Florida location. I needed to tell everyone about this amazing person my savior I guess you can say, you see I dropped my wallet in the parking lot and she found it and took her time and gas to deliver it to my home. This was one of the most thought full things you could ever imagine considering I did not even know I dropped my wallet. I am not 100 percent positive on her name because when she came to my door I was in shock about loosening my wallet and not even knowing it, I think it was Katherine. Just read about your demotion of a Pizza Hut driver in Maryland that was demoted for defending himself. Tired of all you corporate jerks who most likely have never done an honest day's work but rather sit around and let others face the world. Well, have always enjoyed your product but can get use to not having it which is what I plan to do.

I just read about Sam Swicegood, a pizza hut employee who was attacked while on delivery by four or five thugs. He defended himself with a fiberglass tent pole and for that he was demoted (did not know you could go down from delivery guy) and his hours were cut. He is a college student trying to work his way thru to better himself. He has every right to defend himself. I will NEVER buy another GD pizza from your stupid corporation and I will tell EVERYONE I know about what a bunch of ignorant, inconsiderate jackasses are in charge at Pizza Hut!

On Dec. 28, 2012 I ordered the Big box meal: 2 one toppings pizza,pasta and bread sticks. I also add another topping to both pizzas.It took over an hour and ahalf before I called the pizzahut in high ridge MO to inqure about the order and the NIGHT Manger told me that not only did he call but two other peolpe call my house ( which they did not do) so during the converstion the NIGHT Manger told me that the drive drove up and down MY street several times I live on very short street 6 houses total! He also told me that the order had been concaled and that the gift card had been refunded I replyed that I still wanted the order and then he ask me what the address and phone number was I told he his reply was OH off of Hunning, yes I asked because it took so long if I could get a free 2 liter for my wait NO!!!!!!!!!! it was going toke another 30 mins for the food to get here, all right. It only took 15 mins. for the pizzas to arrive, however all of the food was luke warm at best. I even gave the drive a good Tip. So If you live in High Ridge MO or plan on visited PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PIZZAS HUT the food is not hot when it arrives and the Night Manger seems to think that he is do you a favor ( my personal opinion). Also in my personal opinion The PIzza hut Corporate: might consider RETRAINING its employees and mangers on what should be ANY Corporations goals; which are trying there best to make the consumer happy and avoiding conflicts.
