I just order a pizza at the store locate at sunrise- state road 84. I want to congrats the team due that the quality of the service was so good and pizza was deliver on time and it was delicious crispy and the cheese and sausage was at point but the pizza was warm so means the deliver time was excellent. This quality and service was optimum like old times

seen the speacial on tv they didnt have it didnt have pan pizzas told me i had to have a coupon on a speacial that i seen on tv it doesnt require a coupon very disappointing visit

I have ordered from the pizza hut in edgewood several times and have decided to give up. Every single time we order food, it arrives cold, and/or not correct. The store is not even ten miles from my location, and our most recent order took just about an hour to arrive, nice and cold. I just wish that one time I could get a decent pizza delivered from this company

I called to place a order, it was 8:50pm on March 26 2013. The order was a pepperoin stuffed Crust with extra sauce, the gentle man who answered the called, told me to hold on and that he couldn't total the order, then said they were out of Stuffed Crust, then told me I cook talk to the cook when I became mad, later he said "oh we run out of stuff all the time".. I really had a taste for pizza, So we called back from a different number and name, a young woman answered the phone, took the same order of pepperoni pizza with Stuffed Crust and extra sauce, and completed the order.. I'm a very disappointed in this treatment of costumer service. The location of this pizza hut is in Tampa, Florida 33613 on fowler less than 2miles of interstate 275.

Newmarket, pizza hut in Newport News, va! Sucks, no food hardly on lunch buffet! Everytime u go in there, have to wait on cinnamon sticks about 25 mins. salad bar empty. Have to go up to counter to get a refill on a drink, waitresses playing on cell phones! Table dirty! Slow waitress, Told today it was heck tick, I don't know how, I was there from 12:06 till 1:15 and hardly anyone in there. Don't go if you r on a lunch break, food was hard, just sucks.

Iam in the Pizza Hut in centereach ny. It's is the very dirty! The service is horrible. We were seated at a dirty table, they had 5 booths open and sat us at a dirty table. I will not go back there. The buffet was empty. When I asked for them to fill it they said they will. But it wasn't done while I was there! They need to close that pizzahut or get new management and workers

This will make my 3rd and final attempt to come to a buffet where guest are lucky to have a single slice of pizza available to them. When I asked the employee about it, they said we don't know why the manager doesn't like to put food out

I just left the Barnwell SC pizza hut. The persons handling the food did not have on gloves. Needless to say, I left without the food..

Brighton, Colorado--pizza hut is HORRIBLE! They can't get an order correct. I don't even want to give them one star-I would prefer to give a negative star rating. I don't typically complain-but I had a credit from my first order and terrible experience; that I thought I'd try again. I will never order from this place again and will request my friends and family do the same. It's too bad because I used to enjoy their food.

We went to the Pizza Hut in Hillsdale Michigan and going out to eat is a real treat for us. But, to my disappointment the service and food was horrible we went there for lunch on Wednesday 3-19-2013 our waitress was the worst I ' 've ever seen. We never received any refills on our Drinks and the Pizza Buffet looked like it was 5 Days old. Not good at all!!

I love buffalo wings but every time I ordered them either dine in or delivery the chicken wing is so super salty and hard. Those at the corporate office why don't you be a mystery shopper at your own Pizza Hut stores and order buffalo wings see if you guys will love your own food.

My daughter kept receiving phone calls about a pizza delivery she never place on Memorial Dr close to the Kirkwood area in Atlanta Ga,later she realized that her card was charge for some pizza she never received and the delivery guy never delivered because he couldn't locate the person that name was different from her card to make the delivery but she was charged anyway ..poor customer service and beware of what restaurants you give your card number to she order pizza 1 week prior to this happening to her at the same pizza hut some one kept her card number.

My reciept shows $10.93, but my bank account was charged $13.93! Be very aware of the fraudulence!

My idea is have a stuffed crust pizza mix alittle tapitio salsa to the marinara sauce,cheese,pepperoni,avacado slices,salantro,onion,add a little lemon juice to the avacado and salt so they don't burn and that's my idea

So I had called in an order to shenandoah iowa pizza hut on friday for 2 large pep pizza's with stuft crust and 2 things of wings and my pizza had hair in it and the wings were soft. So I called and told them and the lady said she would write it down. I called to go pick it up today and they told me they never got a call from me?! $40 pretty much got thrown in the trash!

I was callling pizza araound 10:20 at the centreville location in va but no one answer the phone. So I deside to came all the way to the store to see if they still open. Guess what???? They were open but didnt want to answer the phone so I walk in and ask them if they wet e still open and they gave me this evil look. I dont think this people were happy to sell any more pizza if I was the owner I would fire them right away. Usually this location was a .5 star before now I thrash people that dont care what they doing or care abaout the customer.

i wanted wings dilvered and im right bettween two pizza huts and both said they could not deliever bc we are "too far" this makes me mad bc "too far" is like 1 minute away in the middle of both so im never getting pizza there again

I ordered pizza at my local jacksonville, florida store, which I always do everyother friday and the pizza was horrible. I guess the delivery guy dropped it and 3 pieces of pizza were stuck to the box! I pulled them off and the cheese/pepperoni were stuck to the top of it. so disappointed. I actually have pictured toprove it!

The Pizza Hut in yazoo city, Mississippi is a joke. My family and I were passing through and stopped thinking that maybe pizza hut had a buffet or salad bar. We walked in to see the so called buffet bar covered in pizZa boxes. Four stacked, four and 5 deep. My husband and boys tries to wash their hands in the bathroom, but no soap, no towels and it was nasty. Finally the cashier turned to ask were we dinning in. To which our reply was. "NO"

I call in two Pizza .At your Gray GA at 7:30 pm tonight .and went to pick it up at 8:00 and stay until 8:30 and pay for them and was told that they lose my ticket . and than was told that they did't have know more Pan pizza I ask if they could call the Pizza Hut in Macon Ga and put my pizza in and i would pick it up. and they told me know. I would have to call. I starter off at 7:30 and i did not get home until 10:00 pm tonight . You need to go and see how your Pizza Hut is being run. It was not long me it was everyone tonight. you can call me at 478-6281741 .I can do there job. if they was runing out of food to cook they some have stop takeing order's.
