Tried ordering my pizza online, only to be promoted to call store! Call store order my pizza, told the wait was 75-80 minutes, then the person switched it and said only 45 minutes. I did not receive my pizza until 5:20 that afternoon and placed my order at 3:56. My pizza was cold and missing the vanilla icing from my order.

I was ordering a pizza for my family through the Chardon, OH store. When I was asking if they wanted anything and the gentlemen I was speaking with told to hurry up my order because he didn't have the time. He was rude and as a result I took my business else where. I will not be ordering through there again.

The "new cheese" you have switch to is dislike many, myself included. Please consider both options of cheese or go back to the original. Thank you

The Pizza Hut on Osborne Rd in Upper Marlboro has the nicest staffers you could imagine. However their pizza making skills are lacking. We typically go once a week for family nights and at least once a month there has been something wrong. This month they got my order wrong and the following week the pizza was very poorly made - cheese falling off, no cheese etc! I can't afford to come there any more it causes too stress and takes too much time on a school night, no more family nights at Pizza Hut.

The Maysville Ky Pizza Hut is the dirtiest and the sorriest I have ever ate at.. The service was very rude and unkind... and the building is very dirty.. Carpet is dirty, tables sticky nasty... bath rooms was filthy! Tried to order delivery and I live 1/4 mile from the store and they wouldn't deliver to me... but Dominos did... in 20 mins... and has ever since... And I love Pizza Hut pan pizza.. but you have to go out of town to get it around here...

I am so disappointed. Why tell me my order will be ready at a certain time and I have to wait 30 more minutes. Then when I drive 20minutes back to my home my order is incorrect. No more Pizza Hut for me and my family. Dominoes.

I called to make a order, manager asked would it be pick up or delivery. I answered saying delivery she replied we only deliver after 5 I say oh I chuckle a little laugh and say well why did u ask so she hung up on me I call back ask did she hang up she hung up again.

I live in a small town.When I order pizza, I have one choice; pizza hut. Here is a list of consistencies you can count on, never cheese on the entire pizza, never expect all the condiments you ask for like frosting for your cinnamon sticks. You will never get the crust you ask for and after confronting the manager about it. The first 8 times she will give you credit, but when you ask why they can't just take care of it in the first place and tell them you are contacting corporate, she hangs up on you.

Pizza Hut used to me the place. Now the pizza arrives late and is the worst quality I have ever seen. This ace needs to be shut down!

If you order Pizza Hut think again. They use old dough even if they dropped it. They give out old breadsticks to people that has been siting around oven for over 20 mins. breadsticks after taken out of the oven are good for 2o mins after that should be thrown away. Same with wings, I've seen the employees drop wings and still put them in the oven and send me out.

I spent more than $ 50.00 dollars eating at your restaurant in Coeur D' Alene, Idaho on Appleway Ave. and asked for some ranch dressing and was told that they have to charge me more money for that, my first thought was....are you joking? Only to find out they weren't, how cheap has your restaurant became? Is this what you've stooped too? This is very disappointing and word of mouth is everything in the business world. I could understand if that's all I went in there to get, but when I have to pay more for that to eat with my pizza, I think I'll take my business elsewhere.

Usually my family orders from Papa Johns, but my husband was sick and wanted breadsticks from Pizza Hut. Our total was almost 40.00 and they didn't even bring the breadsticks!! The delivery guy did not even offer to fix the problem. He had an attitude and said I would need to call about it. What a waste of money! Should have known because everytime (though not often) we have problems. Mainly with the attitude of the employees! Never ordering from the New Circle Rd, Lexington, Ky again!

Ordered 10 dollar box at our job and bread was hard as a rock looked like it set on a counter for days.

I had done an online order an 1 1/2 before I was picking up the order. I ordered at 4PM and got there at 5:30PM and had to wait still to get my order. I am very upset because I missed two appointments because of this.

Just got the Pizza Hut Sliders and they are fantastic!! Hope you keep them on the menu..will definitely be ordering them again! My kids LOVED them!!! Terrific! thanks !

My family and I called Pizza Hut last night to order a 10.00 box pizza with cheesy bread and chicken wings 2 bottles of water and a 2 liter of Pepsi. It came to 30.00 which is fine, the problem that I had was when the order came everything was cold except my bottled water it was on top of my pizza and warm and my pepsi was diet. I called to complain and they told me that they would give me a store credit of 15.00 well what happened to the other 15.00? Highly pissed off and I am not going back to the store on state route 100 Palm Coast Florida.

Ewa beach, Hawaii Pizza Hut is one of the sorriest places I have ever ordered from. I'm a disabled soldier and I'm barely able to get out of my house. I was placed on the do not delivery list for no reason on my behalf. I have been on there since June 2012 right after I got back early from Afghanistan. I've called all the help centers in Hawaii bug no one has a answer why. They will lose my business and I will make sure my fellow soldiers and friends know about the treatment and service Pizza Hut provides.

its always the same thing with this pizza hut in north hollywood c.a 91606 long wait cant they @ least call n.say they dont have what i have order n make me wait much longer when i have my baby girls crying i always place my order online for pick up so its ready to go but not even like this my order is ontime even when i go time after it says it will b ready.
