Pizza Hut Corporate Office & Headquarters

I have been a patron of Pizza hut since high school. I am now almost 50. I can honestly say that I will never order your pizza again. I ordered a pizza last year and called several time to inquire where my pizza was, on the third call they admitted that they had forgotten the order. They offered me the pizza and I finally got it three hours later. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and would give them a second chance. More times than I can count I have ordered a simple pepperoni pizza and gotten a dozen pepperoni’s on it. The final straw was last month when I got my pizza and I wanted a double pepperoni, when it showed up it had no pepperoni on half of the pizza and almost no cheese. Some slices where sauce and bread and that was it. I am done with your franchise. In case you are wondering where this wonderful store is at. It is your Prescott Valley, Az. Store on hwy. 69 maybe you can do something to fix it, I have not been able to.

Every single time I go to this Pizza Hut they are so rude!! and today we ordered the 10.00 deals and she tried to tell us that for 2 10.00 pizzas it was 27.95 and then yelled at me that she knows her job and how to add! well if 10.00 x 2 plus tax now equals 27.95 my addition must be old. she then hung up on me and said if I want to order and pay the correct price to call back!

Pizza hut sucks wow I cant believe it I am waiting for pizza for 5hrs I called corpate headquarters n no answer im never going to order pizza there anymore

We ordered pizza from the Monticello, Florida restaurant. We got a large supreme, large pepperoni and bread sticks. The pepperoni was ok the bread sticks were ok the supreme was very bad it did not have any pizza sause or mushrooms or black olives. It had a hole about 2 inches in diameter in one slice. For the money you pay for pizza it should be a whole lots better than that.

we ordered 3 large pizza's & instead got 3 medium pizza's!!! not only that we ordered hand toss & got deep dish!!!!! we called & they said we had to call corporate!!!!??!!! what's wrong with this picture??? I have never been told to call corporate because of their mistake!!!! we paid $40 for something that was messed up & we have to pay for it!!!! Not right @ all!!!!!

You need to create a usefull Android app. All i found was an app for a windows phone. I use nothing but Android for business and self and at least Domino's was smart enough to come out with an Android app. Time for Pizza Hut to catch up with the times.

Every time i order the bread sticks i NEVER GET MY Marinara Sauce Id rather go to dominos they get it right..

I enjoy driving for Pizza Hut but employees are not given proper breaks such as a lunch break if there is a delivery called in. I am frequently scheduled for a 9 hour shift and they don't have time to give me a break then it's just my tough luck. I feel it is dangerous to me and other drivers to continue driving without a rest period.

Pizza Hut on Roosevelt in Burlington Iowa, they dont even pick up the phone for you to order pizza... inside service is good but due to no response our company meeting (12 pizzas) will go else ware.

Poor not only did Pizza hut not give me my delivered pizza because they told me their delivery person didn't have enough change to give me but they also refused to redeliver my food!

I just tried to place an order online and it didn't go thru. I contacted pizza hut to see if they could help and they said no. Asked could they honor my order for the same price, said they cannot do it. Thats on corporate. Call corporate and they do not open until 1pm. How the hell is dominos still in service when they have such bad service? Highly upset

I always order pizza hut and February 16,2013 I order a larger pizza and 8 piece wings.. I bite into a raw chicken wing not only is that shocking and scary . What if I get sick... Not only me I scared for myself but aim 4 months pregnant. What will happen to my child and get sick too I really em in shock. This needs to addressed.. And this is not ok.. Will call tomorrow corp. office.

I cannot imagine a worst display of customer service than when I visited my local Pizza Hut. Not only did it end up taking an hour to get a pizza, but they messed up the order 3 times and still did NOT get it right. How hard is it to read a 1 pizza ticket order. I was offered nothing for my wait or inconvenience except for my incorrectly assembled pizzas. I chose to get my money back and will never spend another dime at Pizza Hut. I will definitely be spreading the word.

When I started working at pizza hut everything was fine, I started college and told my manager I couldn't work till close anymore. I was.told to put it in this green book so I did. They continue to schedule me till close. I even suggested to work earlier to make up lost hours but I'm still working till close. This is the tenth time now. I'm very angry and I have failed two test because I didn't have time to study and get sleep for the tests.

you can not order your food on line properly it does not give you all options and wont go back to get extra orders this is the second time ive tried to order online and it does not work i had to call anyway your web site DOES NOT WORK it wont even let you make a complaint or a good rating

I am very disappointed in my local franchise in Kimball, Tn. The last 3 times I tried to place an order they are out of the items that I requested. Then customer service is horrible! You would think since they messed up and didn't order enough materials, they would make it right by substitutions or discounts or something?!?? It is totally frustrating to think they have no concerns to accommodate their customers needs! Hunt Brothers gas station/Dominos,you have my buisness from now on. I will no longer shop with Pizza Hut!

I went in to order two large pizzas last night and there is a sign that says "if we do not offer to show you your pizza then its free" well the guy did not offer nor show. I asked him if my pizza was free and he said no because you already paid for it. I said that should not matter. I should be able to get a full refund. The guy said no and the manager was doing nothing but laughing. By the time I left he still didn't offer to show and I still didn't get my money back. I think if pizza hut is not going to do as there sign state then the sign should be tooking down. And I don't appreciate being laughed at. Terrible customer service. I will be taking me business else where for now on. Pizza hut in raymore, missouri is terrible

Dear: Pizza Hut i called a pizza order in @ 7:50 P.M. The women At the call center said that the Order will be Two hours. after the two hours was up i call and told the call center that the driver had not showen up. They told me to give them 10 more min. I gave them Twenty min. I called the call center back and they told me that that the location where i my pizza was to be made was closed. they told me that they would give me a credit 17.00. now i am very hungry with now nothing to eat. and that is very upsetting I called the call center back to speak to the supervisor and he told me that the pizza is on it's way and i believe that it was at 10:30 p.m. he stated that when the pizza get there tell the driver that it will be free. and that i had to call the call center. Know i love pizza hut but if there is a two hour delay in getting your food ready then that tell me that there should be a cut off when orders just can't be taken. that will help out the custmer in waitting on a cold pizza. now just at 12:00 a.m. the driver calls and asked if i still want my pizza. i told him yes. i told him that i did not blame him for how long it took to get the order. and gave him a 8.00 tip becouse he did what he can do. i hope this mistake will be taken care of becouse i don't want to the other guy's. P.S. I stay in Little Rock Ar. i Love your pizza.

I tried Pizza Hut for the first time since the late 1980 s and it is nothing like it used to be. The crust for the pan pizza is like pure fat and bread, the toppings taste like dog meat. the Vegetables are dry and flavorless, the sauce is like ketchup, the cheese is stale tasting and doesn't have that stringy texture ad buttery taste it used to. Shame on you Pizza Hut for taking a Great national pizza brand and turning it into a joke. Me, most of my family and friends will never eat there again unless you go back to the old 80 s recipients.

id ordered 28 dollars with of wings for the supebowl and they sent me bone in insted of bone out then expected me to pay for them to send them back if there was a way to five a negative stars rating id do it ive had to cal lthem twice to keep this ball rolling they refuse to fix it i dont like the bone in wings i think there nasty
