Pizza Hut is by far my favorite pizza but this new way of ordering has to go. I used to have no problem getting my order in and getting it correct. Ever since you started using an order center you have a 50-50 chance of getting what you ordered and in a respectful amount of time. I run a shop of 6 mechanics at night. We ordered at 8:20pm. The order center did not get are order so i tried to call and it was busy. The e-mail I got said the order did not go through but then it listed my order and said thanks for your order. I sent my guy to get it and they never got my order. The people and the order center were less than helpful so my guy sat at the store until are reorder was ready. We ate at 10:00pm. This is not a sigular incident!!! My advice is to go back to the way it was it worked better. My new favorite pizza may have to be dominos. There system still works.

Amazing service

I want to thank the delivery driver at the Pizza Hut in Rochester MN. My brother who is a semi driver was stuck at a store that closed during the snow storm and they delivered to my brothers truck so he would have a hot meal. My brother in AZ called in the order and wasn't given any hassle. Great service!!

Poor customer service

I call one pizza hut that I use for years notifiedthat they don't deliver to my house anymore, so I called the other pizza hut it took 1hour and 20 minutes. I called they delivered my order to the wrong house, so sorry.

It doesn't pay to work here

Literally, who loses a paycheck and does nothing about it? Pizza hut.

Price Gouging

I have had trouble with order errors with this store in Humble, TX a few times before but when the deliverd price went from $15.70 last week to $18.40 today you just lost my future business. I will no longer order pizza from Pizza Hut.

The wrest ever plane my order by phone and went ton pick it up and they never put my order in wait for an hr to not eat with my Fam for this to happen to top it off hubby was mad and we didn't have dinner.Wait for 6mins for someone to take my order for this to happen. I will let my friend and frankly know.

Worst customer service

Ordered 3 pizzas and wings didnt get the wings called back and then the manger Angie hung up on us 3 times then said we can bring them or we could come pick up a Pizza Hut card. They should bring it to us Pizza Hut was a great place to go but will never b getting pizza again from there

I want to complain about the service at this store, I have only been their two times and both times the service was bad today the service was even worse than the last time. they don't put enough toppings on as the Raymore, Mo, store does. They took my Debit card out of my sight for nearly five minutes, then told me they were going to have to cut my card up, I told them I did not want the pizza's and I want my card back and I would never return to that store. my card worked just fine at A&W where I got our lunch. The Raymore store is great this new one is the pits. You need to something about them they are hurting your business Thank you, Fred Tanner

Poor Service

Ordered pizza at 7.36 pm and didnt get it till a quarter till 9. They also ran out of the pizza that I ordered and had to get something else. I called back and they gave me credit for the next time I order since my pizza was late. It was still poor service because they said two drivers were sick, if that were true they could of told me that when they called me and told me the pizza i ordered was out.

cheating a single mother

My name is Rebecca. I worked at Pizza Hut for about 11 months. In December of 2012 I had to quit for family reasons, my manager did not approve of me putting in my 2 week notice. After I quit I put in for my state benifits for my daughter because it was getting hard to make ends meet. So since December and its now April I have yet to receive the benifits for my daughter I have called corporate and they continue to send me to a third party. I need the rgm to the Pizza hut I was working at to send in some information so that I can receive the benifits but she refuses to do I need to be heard in this. My daughter is all I really have and Pizza Hut can not take from me any more.

I recently had a third time bad experience with the pizza hut Gull Road, Kalamazoo, MI. I got a call back from the manager and they sent me a free pizza letter which was fine but they didn't send me my free cinnamon sticks that I received for my birthday which had red sauce instead of frosting so I guess even the managers can't get it right. That's what I wanted the most !!

Yestetday april 22 i ordered me a personal pan and wings i got to wrk i started to eat my wings an it was a roach in it i took i back to pizzahut they just gave me my money back they didn't say sorry or nothing they didnt even offer me nothing else i feel thats poor Customer service n i deserved better......pizza hut on edgewood in jacksonville florida

I am writing about the service I receive from Pizza Hut. I call in a head of time to pick it up. I order a pan Meaty Marinara with 1 large Veggie Lover pizza top with Anchovy. When I get there to pick it up, one of the drivers had taken my pizza and I had to sit at the drive thru & wait till they remake me another pizza I had already paid for my order that is the reason I didn't leave. I was not offer anything while I sit & wait nor given a coupon on the next pizza, no soda or anything. It was very cold & raining that nite, I really don't think that was fair for me. May be you can speak with your driver to pay more attention to what they are doing. The staff was very courteous and nice, just not fair to just sit at the drive thru and wait on another pizza. poor service

We called in an order to the west berry in fort worth location. We asked for a large half veggie half sausage with jalepenos and an order of bread sticks not too complicated or so we thought. Our pizza arrived 4 mins ahead of the 49 minute quoted time. I wish they would have used those 4 minutes to get my pizza right. I opened a box of half cheese no other toppings and half veggie with sausage and jalapenos! Such a disappointment since one of us doesnt eat meat and the other doesnt eat veggies! So it was cold bland chesses pizza after another 20 minutes of wasted phonecalls. The call center repeayed transferred us to the store who didnt answer until we were met with a fax machine like sound and disconnected. Then the complaint line advised us to call the store again!!! After 5 failed attempts. After no success the oh so helpful complaint line didnt offer to get us a new pizza or refund us. They instead took our information and said they would contact us at a later date!! Unbelievable.

Horrible Experience

So, after calling to Domino's in Durant, OK., I was told they were closed by two different people. However, the website clearly stated they were open until 11pm!! I asked to speak to the Manager and then say, never-mind we are open until !! I place an order as he only tells me about one special, and I luckily had looked it up on-line prior to calling and was able to see all the specials for myself. Lastly, I then spoke with a young lady and informed her that I would like delivery and I only had a $100 dollar bill. She says:sorry, we can't deliver to you because we are not allowed to carry that much change on deliveries"!!! Basically, you are willing to lose a customer because of HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My experience was unacceptable I called in an order for delivery at 11:33am .The young girl who answered the phone suggested the order would be dispatched at around 12:05pm when we called back12:30 the young girl said"maybe its taking that long to get there"its 3 miles away it take ten minutes .we decided to wait and but ended up calling back 15 min later @12:45 cancelling the order got the run around when we asked for corporate number and of course no manager available lsad

Awful Service

In a time where customer service should matter more, the Roswell Road Pizza Hut, in Marietta Ga is awful! There have been numerous occasions when we have called to order and have been placed on hold for 20+minutes. We have been told there can not be any deliveries made to our home on 3 separate occasions and we have had to wait for pizza to arrive for 1-2 hours. The staff that take your order are often rude and will sigh on the phone when you ask a question or ask for specials. Today was the last straw, I am officially done ever ordering from this location.

Poor Management

A friend of mine and I went to your Scarsdale, N.Y. Pizza Hut on 4/14/13 around 6 p.m. The host was juggling between being a host and a busboy. The wait was forever. The host left the dirty cart of dishes next to a freshly cleaned table, unattended in order to attend to customers waiting for tables. Then he left the cart in between two tables, blocking customers pathway, which was clearly a fire hazard. When we sat down, there were pieces of straw paper and napkins strewn about the floor. The staff just casually walked by the mess all evening, and continued to seat customers there and serve them while the mess was still on the floor. I was trully disgusted.

Bad Experience Righted

My girlfriend and I were disrespected greatly, so I called Pizza Hut Corporate office and complained. They took my information and not as soon as I got off the phone with the guy taking my complaints I got a phone call from the Regional Manager for Pizza Hut in my area here in Ohio, and not only is he sending me a gift card but also giving me free pizza tonight, even though I have not recieved the gift card. I was hating Pizza Hut but they have won me back. Thankfully because I like this place.
