The Dowagiac mi pizza hut is by far the worst in costumer service that i've ever had. The manager rolled her eyes at me when my order was messed up, and then my marinera was forgotten and when called about it the manager hungup on me. She also proceeded to yell at the other staff while people were in line at register

My daughter and I recently ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut online. On arrival the delivery man made a comment about how dirty my house was. I found his comments very unprofessional and rude. After we paid for the pizza, we opened the box to find the pizza somewhat scattered and a couple slices stacked on top of one another so when we separated the two slices the one on the bottom had no toppings on half of it. I realize that the pizza might slide around while being delivered but there was no reason for it to look the way it did.

I live in Pico Rivera, CA. Our local Pizza Hut is located on Whittier blvd in Pico Rivera. I called on a simple matter that could have been easily resolved but the employee I spoke to was extremely rude and refused to help solve the problem which was as simple as marinara sauce. The employee argued with me in a very condescending manner, giving me snide and rude remarks. I spend a very large amount of money at this location and am a very loyal customer but will no longer be. Not after being treated the way that your employees think is acceptable. As a matter of fact, I have NEVER had such a horrible customer service experience in my life! I highly suggest doing something about it before you loose more customers than just me. If I could rate this store a 0 star I would!

Second time at the kenedy, tx location Pizza Hut that we place an order and they don't make the order when we go pick it up. The first time we dined in and nothing out order wasn't even made eithe, not to mention also rude cashiers they expect us to be satisfied with a person pan pizza, when we have to feed 5 people!

Ordered pizza (the box) in San Antonio, TX. Was told it would be there in 30 minutes. Arrived an hour and 30 minutes later with burnt, dry pasta and missing the marinara sauce for the breadsticks. Was offered another pizza (no thanks!). Just want my money back. A month later and numerous phone calls to Pizza Hut, I still do not have my refund. Horrible customer service!!! You have lost this customer for good.

I have ordered from Pizza Hut on Walzem road in San Antonio and have gotten the same bad service week to week. I order at 6pm and I either do not get my order or it comes close to 10 at night. This is ridiculous I understand maybe one weekend but constantly. This is poor management. I called to find out why it keeps happening and the Manager tells me sorry my people are new. EVERY WEEKEND Please this needs to be addressed get people that know how to work. I have ordered from Dominoes and got my order in less than 30min.

Received pizza tonight with a little more than we ordered. There was a zip tie baked into my pizza. Wow when I called the location and complained all the manager could say was it was an accident (duh) I was offered a new pizza....uhh no thank you

I order a pepperoni n cheese big Italy on 3-30-13 for my son bday store location #007468. It was dry and burnt I spent 23.32 and was very upset

I live in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico and it saddens me that our Pizza (Getto) Hut look real GETTO! the south outside sign has been broken for at least 1 1/2 years and if I was someone passing thru I would be horrifiled to stop at this Pizza Hut. No salad bar, watery miranira sauce is watery, who wants to eat breadsticks with water, (watery breadsiticks). and we order the BOX dinner and the meat was so far spaced we should have orders only breadsticks. But the reason I'm really making this attempt to get some to come look at the building, If the outside looks this bad can you imagen the inside where we can't go. Sorry but we need some upgrades in Truth or Consequences, Have you ever seen the Boss. They should get him down here.

Horrible service, won't be ordering from pizza hut anymore. I tried to make a delivery orde and was told there not taking deliveries? North royalton, ohio location. I've ordered here alot and they don't treat there customers with any respect. I'm thoroughly disappointed. Ill take my business elsewhere were I'm treated rigt.

We have 3(2 in Amelia, OH and 1 in Batavia, OH) Pizza Huts roughly 6 miles from our business, Last week we had to call all 3 of them getting the runaround about which one of the delivered to us, finally spoke to a Manager at one of the Amelia locations who agreed to deliver to us-just this once. We place $100+ orders every day of the week for lunch, but do not worry we will not be calling you again.

Marshall pizza hut pizza hard and cold I have given this store multiple chances to improve quality and service. Poor management you would do better with a change

I talked to a young ladie on the phone about ordering 13 pizza she put me on hold three times and I called back .She told me that they were very busy. I ask to speak to a manger and then she put me on hold again and did not come back to the phone .she was not very nice on the phone when I talked to her the last time. pizza hut in hapeville ga. I had to order from (DOMINOS) the time was 11:35am

Wanted for my pizza to b ready for 30 min then they Decided to call me and tell me they Didn't have da Ingredients to do my pizza if I still wanted my pizza to wait one hr for it

I LOVE Pizza Hut but PLEEEEEASE bring back the Sliders. Please!! They were a good idea and soooo good. Their time out was very limited. Will they be back? Any way to make them a permanent menu item??

Im not happy at all I have called your office several time to get hung up on I ordered pizza today and never got my pizza or a call saying our store is not open today or a email saying that I wnt my transaction cancelled and my money back...

Pizza and wings took over one and a half hours to be deliver. At that time it was cold and too hard to eat. Called the store and they offered a ten dollar credit. We were hungry and told them to send another pizza. Needless to say it took another hour and a half. At this point it was 11:58pm. The pizza wasn't much better but what other choice did we have. We will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again. I really wouldn't give the one star.

Whenever I recieve my order, food is cold and arrives late. Today i had to drive there to cancel my order because an hour and a half had passed by...no pizza delivered. When I called, i was transferred to a call center which never relayed my message.

We have ordered your wings at our local Pizza Hut in Chickamauga GA twice now, just wanted to let you know that we were very disapointed since you have changed your supplier or receipe. Opinions vary I am sure but please consider going back to your original way of doing your wings. At this point and time we will not be ordering anything else from Pizza Hut. Thanks!

We have not,ordered from Pizza Hut in years because the last time we ordered it was so bad,we decided to try it again today and the same result. The pizza was drier then cardboard, we ordered pepperoni and onion and it only had like 6 pepperonies on it and even less onion, no flavor. Vending machine pizza is better than this From now,on we will stick to our neighborhood pizza shop!
