Pizza Hut Corporate Office & Headquarters

Order pizza for carry out, when I got there, they said they had to do a remake. I waited 15 min and finally went & asked again and was told it was never put in, did I want the original pizza. Are you kidding me? I want my $ back and asked for the manager who was worthless. Actually gave me excuses and when I said they were unacceptable & that I was going to contact corporate, closed the drive through window in my face. Done, done, done with them!!!!!

I ordered a large pizza and a bottle of soda for delivery. When the driver arrived, he had the pizza but no soda. He told me that he would be back in 5 minutes with my soda. I went ahead and paid for my order and tipped the driver $5. I called the store and they said he just left with my soda, after waiting for 30 minutes. He then delivered all the pizzas he had and delivered my soda last. Total of 1 hour after the pizza delivery. Pizza Hut has lost a customer. This is the second mistake made on my orders.

I found a finger nail in my pepperoni pizza at the McComb Pizza Hut...this is outrageous and should be address! I will never go back

I have a pizza hut that is located next to our office. It is convient and used to be good. Today I have decided no more pizza hut.. went inside to eat today and my son and I ate the buffet. First off I picked up 8 bowls before I found a clean one to eat out of. Then the selection of pizza was aweful. some cooked to long, and for it beign a lunch hour the selection was very slim to choose from. After observing the one who was cooking our pizza making the dough we decided enough is enough. The pizza dough guy was wiping his hands on his pants and shirt and the kitchen appeared to be very nasty. This pizza hut has rotten managers... and there trash is always blowing around our parking lot from theres. location is 1900 West Walnut Rogers AR. and the pizza hut in Bentonville Ar. is worse than this one... Oh to bad because I normally love Pizza Hut....

what genius came up with this idea. 2 pizzas in a box about 2-3 feet wide. forget about storing any leftovers in your refrigerator. the delivery guy nearly dropped the box it was so awkward to handle. I didn't even notice if it was in an insulated carrier. if not, it explains why the pizza was cold

We have ordered 2 large pizza's, the first time the dough was rough so we ordered again and got 2 more NEW pizza's and they turned out barely cooked like we could have the dough stick to our hands if we touched it, also there wasn't enough peperoni when we asked for 2x the amount. So we complained again, and they said "sorry for the inconvenience, and the best I could do is get you a 5$ credit for your next order."

Called corporate to fix my pay and have not received any feedback don't think they care should I call the board of laborers don't know what to do

I order wings all the time and for some reason they don't know how to cook them. The average time the wings should be 15mins not 8mins. What are you trying to do kill people with your raw wings. Get it together.

Ordered a pizza in Richmond, KY. Took an hour and 1/2 for delivery. Pizza was cold. Manager said I cook get another pizza for free because of everything that happened. Call three time and were told it was on the way each time. It wasn't!!!! TERRIBLE

since 2007 until now i am working for pizza hut as driver and i really dont know why every day i have to wait for bad news for pizza hut that they cut any benefit as driver hourly from 7.25 to 4.25 and now they cut delivery charge rate from 1$ to 0.50CENT now you think is that really fair for us ?!!!!how come we have to make money?!!!this days i loss money that i earn it.shame on you

When I order from pizza hut i expect them to knock on my door and if i pay with credit card they should ask for identification. I ordered 1 large pizza with 3 toppings and an order or wings. I ordered and payed on line.to the Haver DE Grace Maryland restaurant at around 9:50pm on may 12, 2013 was supposed to be here by 10:22pm at 1040pm i called and asked where the pizza was, they said they already delivered it to someone sitting on the steps of the apartment building. they did not knock on my door or ask for identification before he let the stranger sign my receipt. now that stranger has my info on that receipt. pizza hut did bring me a replacement pizza and wings but they were supposed to bring us a complimentary soda which they did not bring. I will not be ordering from pizza hut anymore. I will go to Franks.

On may 12 I decided for the first time to try the crazy cheese pizza crust. So I called the nearest pizza hut which is locaced on 11101 south west hwy palos hills. They said it would take 45 min for delivery which said it wounld not be a problem. So and hour and 15 min later no pizza I called them. The person that answer told me.said its on its way . Two hours later no pizza I callad them again the person that answered starts to argue when I told.him to cancel my order. Not only they lie about the time on delivery but also call me a layer when he try to tell me he told me 1 1/2 not 45 min if that would it.been the case I would. Order my pizza from somewhere else. Worst customer servive I experienced in my life.

Pizza Hut good if you actually get it hot.. or get it. I order pizza online the pizza hut 5 minutes away and they said my arrival time was 12:11 its alrrad been 20 min and when I call to make a change to a order they left me on hold for 20 min than told me it was too late to change than I went to a pizza hut waiting for them to open which on the door it says 10 I waited for half an hour outside when the manager finally decides to tell me that it didn't open til 11 change the damn time very very poor service and I'm still waiting on a pizza that should have been here

I was in Pizza Hut in Magnolia off 2978 & 1488. One of the employees were acting off. Samantha. She was acting funny her eyes appeared to be glazed over. Her service was horrible and rude. I told the boss and he didn't seem to care or to be bothered by it. Called cooperate as referred here. I wish to see actions against her. This is for family.

When we arrived at Pizza Hut on Moffat Rd at 8:30pm Monday, 5/6/13, the doors were locked & one of the workers inside yelled from the middle of the lobby we had to go to the drive thru because the lobby is closed. We looked at the sign posted right by the door which said "Lobby open until 9:00pm". If they want to close the lobby at 8:30 then they need to change their sign. Needless to say, we will not be back & will discourage everyone we know from going there. Pizza Hut just lost money.

I ordered 4 pizzas to the tune of 56 dollars...thin crust...And my group of friends and I could not eat them. Crust was like cardboard....and the toppings were almost "not there"! Horrible!! We threw them away and ate salad and fruit. When I went back and complained, the manager was very, very nice and polite...but he informed me that his job was to pull his restaurant "out of the hole". He gave me credit...not a refund..as is the policy. Trust me...the cutting back to that extent will not help your business. There are too many pizza shops around that gives competition. (ps. I am not a complainer by nature.)

I ordered on line..Speciality BBQ pizza..I waited an hour an called .They informed me they don't have BBQ sauce and Never Have..If they don't have it then why is it on their on line order???

This evening I ordered Pizza for my family and friends form James City Pizza Hut store # 028322. I placed an order for 3 pepperoni pizzas and was told it should take about 30 minutes for delivery. After an hour wait I called the store to find where our pizza was. I was told that they were trying to call us back to tell us that they were out of pans and wanted to offer us hand tossed. I was so aggravated because this is not the only time that this has happened and there was no received phone calls or missed calls. After being lied to I hung up and I do not plan to ever get pizza from the store in James City NC. I had to rate with one star but that greatly over rates their service.

My husband placed an order at around 8:30 on 5/3/2023. He was informed that It would take 35 minutes for the pizza and wings to be delivered. We waited for an hour with no pizza having been delivered. When he called in to check why the pizza had not been delivered he was informed that no order was taken..he could hear people laughing in the background. A lady had taken the order. Shame on you..saddle brook pizza hut employees..I'm so done with you. I should have had my husband order dominoes pizza..they are more professional and are all about customer service.

i got a pizza delivered to night it was tried out and over cooked and they hardly put any pineapple or ham on it but they charge you for it there pizza is worse then hungry howies
