Took my husband,daughter and two granddaughters to our Pizza Hut in Waterford Mi.(on Walton Blvd. ). Had their coupon for a large pizza,bread sticks, and a 2liter of pop. Waitress said we could not use it because there had to be a party of 9 in order to use it for inside seating. But we could use it for carry out. No where does it state that on the coupon. This restaurant has slowly been losing customers, and no wonder.

pizza hut provides worst services. today I have ordered a pizza at 1:25 p.m. they hav taken order that shud b delivered at 2 p.m.at 2.15 I caaled at pizza hut regarding pizza , got funny news u hav not placed order.i talked their floor supervisor, he said he will call back in 5 minutes but other 15 minutes no call back , I called them again ,the person dere askd details for 10 minutes n he was not ready to giv call to his senior person, its now 3 p.m. bt pizza not delivered ridiculous I n this way it shud b closed or pizza hut shud appoint some proper staff who can listen order properly.i want quick action regarding dis

I went inside pizza hut in andalusi al it look like the geto carpet nasty seats very worn it looks so nasty. i told the lady who checked me out that the pizza tasted old and the cinnamon sticks were hard and tasted awful and she said i sorry. i also got sick when i got home i will never eat at pizza hut in andalusia again

I'm so frustrated with the Pizza Hut on brown deer rd zip code 53224 Ron the delivery guy took my money.... I sent my daughter to the door with $15.00 dollars . She then came back with absolutely NO change... I said the order was $13.53 ! She said Rin the delivery guy said your total is $15.00 dollars! I called talked to the Manager who seemed very non shalaunt and stayed sarcastically " Mam he's bringing you your dollar forty three cents! I didn't appreciate how the Manager handled this situation and will never order from THIS location again!!!!!!

I ordered the 10 dollar dinner box. It came with Alfredo sauce instead of marinara. When I called to have the order corrected I was told "the Alfredo sauce tastes good".

Pizza Hut off capital blvd in raleigh nc had the worst delivery service ever. They are always late and delivers cold food. It doesn't even seem cooked at times. This franchise is the absolute worst I've ever seen. We will NEVER eat at another. Rather eat frozen pizza from a grocery store.

Pizza Hut should not advertise the $10 box anyway you want it because you can't get your pizza anyway you want it. I wanted thin crust pizza but you can only get pan crust.

I currently work for the company, I am having problems with not only my shift managers but my rgm about dispatching. I am constantly being dispatched from my store way to early. I have said on more than one occasion to not do this and it keeps reoccurring. I'm coming to you with this problem because its completely out of my hands because my store manager seems to push it with the shift managers. We are number one in our area, but only at the drivers expense.

I dont know if shes a manager or what at the. west jefferson pizza hut but her loud obnoxious voice her rude attitude the way she uelled and treated the girls that were under her was very disrespectful please get rid of her asap

The people at the store very un helpful told me to do it online so I tried that then when I called back bc was unsure of online procedure they go attitude said go back online then if doesnt work call back now called 3 times so far and they arent answering so calling dominoes instead.

Went to Pizza for a taco pizza. First off, no taco chips on pizza, had white corn chips which were awful. Secondly, we always use the salsa on our taco pizza. After the pizza was made and brought to our table, we asked for salsa, waiter went back, came back and said they don't have any. Why didn't they tell us all this at the time we ordered? This isn't the first time this has happened.

Horrible experience with the pizza hut on 6 th street in junction city ks can't get a hold of the store manger to talk to him so called tge 800 number and they weren't much help either! 2 to 3 buisness days they will contact us wow think I'll be switching to domino's thanks for making me feel unimportant and unappreciated

The pizza is usually pretty good at Pizza Hut but the delivery service available is horrible. Wish they delivered further like most pizza places!

I ordered a pizza online@ 6:05 pm, it is now 8:14 pm and we still haven't received the order. I have called Pizza Hut in Hobbs,nm 3 times and all they do is put us on hold! I just want my money back, but I can't get anyone who can help. This is the worst service ever! Ok, it's now 8:17 pm finally it's here, but cold and soggy! Yuck! Your Fuquay Varina nc restaurant is the worse place to order food from order 2 p'zone meat .got it home and no meat in it .so call them up. And manger did not give a crap about it .he said had new people working and would not do any thing about it. Told that the dough.did not look right .he said they ranout the right dough and had other .the whole.thing thiner then card bored.and geese runing off it . I thank the management is very poor. Placed pick up order and they said 20 minutes. I arrive and no pizza. Replaced order and they said 10 minutes. Came back in and still no order. 8 more minutes they said still waiting. This store needs help big time! Minot ND 1500 Broadway

We usually eat at Little Caesar's, which people say is the worst. But tonite we decided to try Pizza Hut. Worst mistake. The large pizza was equivalent to a medium. The pizza was cold and burnt/hard as a rock, the cheese was gross. It's pretty bad when even kids wont eat pizza.The bread sticks were so nasty they couldn't be eaten. And the customer service was awful.

I ordered a pizza the 3 of may along with some coworkers. We scheduled the time for the pizza to be delivered so that we could enjoy it during out lunch break while it was nice and hot. That didnt happen. Pizza arrived almost 30 mins after the scheduled time and i called the store to complain...the manager was rude and could care less! So then I went via email and have been emailng and waiting for my "coupons" for the inconvenience ever since. 17 days later I dont think the mail takes that long! smh at pizza hut...wont get another dime from me!

The worst experience i ever went through. Employees were lazy and snotty. The manager? Even worse! I'd say she just walked in and had the biggest attitude. So I'm standing, waiting to be greeted and the manager walks by without acknowledgment. Wheni tried to get her attention, she snaps out at me and says someone will be with me shortly?! Worst experience ever. Not to even be .oticee by ONE employee. I stormed out of there and NEVER again with pizza hut!
