Pizza Hut Corporate Office & Headquarters

In the past, we have really enjoyed eating at Pizza Hut. Last night we had to wait one and one half hours to get our pizza. We asked 3 times for for silverware and never received it. 2 of the employees appeared to be high (stoned face & cooling himself by opening the freezer door repeatedly) when we talked to the manager, she said they had a busy night. We witnessed another group of people come in after us and leave much sooner than we did. She eventually took $5 off the total, but never apologized. She said, "it would be nice to live in a perfect world." Let's just say it wasn't anywhere near perfect. This was in Huron,SD.

We order a pizza & wings on Saturday at 7:53 pm from Pizza Hut in Charleston Mo at 8:53 I called to see how much longer it would be lady said it was on its way, 9:18 I called lady said I gave her wrong address I told her she read my correct address back to me then she said driver could not find my house so her manager was bringing it we live 5 minutes from store tops. 9:23 I called back & cancelled order & asked to speak to manager ( I called twice to speak to them) there were out both time. Last order for Pizza Hut. Ill get mine from Casey's from now on

I ordered a pizza at my job for lunch. The delivery man was unable to contact me the very first time. He then proceeded to sell my pizza to the next available customer at my job. After I returned to the front looking for my pizza, I was informed that my pizza had been sold to a coworker and i was left hungry for lunch. The driver never call my ext twice or asked anyone else did they know who I was to try to contact me. I will never order delivery to my job again.

My boyfriend and I called your pizza hut located at 5255 S Decatur Blvd Las Vegas NV. 89118 at 10:53p.m. and was placed on hold for 7 minutes and by the time a gentleman answered the phone he replied by telling us oh sorry we are closed we understand you close at 11:00p.m. but there is no reason for rudeness and we where place on hold until 11:00 o'clock then we where transferred to the store manager April where she processed to tells us that she was closed and refused to take our order we order a lot from your company because we have 4 children that enjoy your pizza. This is the worst customer service we have ever experienced my boyfriend and I are completely disappointed

I just got fired for being sick and not have anyone to watch my vechild. My babysitter couldnt watch my baby because it was her boyfriends birthday, and my manager accused me of not coming in because I was gonna go party with them! My temp was 101 almost, why would I go party? I didnt even bother to tell my manger I was sick, because she makes me work everytime I call in sick. I like job,I just got screwed over because my 7 week old child can't watch herself. I had a babysitter last weekend until 9 pm and she made me stay till 10:30 pm. My baby sitter wasn't very happy.

I ordered from pizza hut on brookwood avenue in hamilton ohio. this was the worst exceriance ever. the pizza arrived still very doughy i had to recook the pizza because my children were hungry and could not wait for another late delivery. i. spoke with a manager and all she said was sorry we have 280 tickets tonight. i would appreciate if they made this order right with me

Everytime I call to order pasta they never have pasta or chicken forbthe chicken Alfredo.

went to Pizza hut today..no pizza out. said they had some in the oven. had to get our own silver ware and go up and ask for the drinks. SERVICE SUCKED!!!!16 people in the place and they brought two thin crust pizza out! the lettece bowl was empty....waited 20 for them to refill - after asking! then at check out she wanted to charge me full price for one peice of pizza that was hard and dried out!!!!!!!!

I called Pizza Hut in Lower Burrell. pa to place an order for delivery. When I gave them my address, I was told that they do not deliver to the projects because its too dangerous for their drivers. I have lived here for 4 years and there has been no crimes. The same Pizza Hut will deliver to New Kensington with no problem and there are crimes every day! This is discrimination and I will not stop until Pizza Hut apoligizes and straightens out there delivery issues!!!

Went to Pizza Hut and the lady looked at me like what are you doing here. I said I would like to order some pizza she looks and says we sold out of pizza. What your Pizza Hut. What else would you be selling. Bad customer service and last time at Pizza Hut.

Went to Pizza Hut in Maumelle, Arkansas. As I was waiting for my pizza, another customer and myself were watching the employees making the pizzas. The other customer stated "they aren't wearing gloves." He went on to say that he worked at a Walmart deli and the health department would write them up for not wearing gloves while preparing food. Why on earth would your employees not be wearing gloves when making pizzas? Is this not a requirement?

I had ordered a pizza dinner box with light on the sauce and it was covered with it. I called last week about this and they said they would make a note of it. Well they did it again. The pizza is over cooked and to much sauce. Well I am never going to order from store# 007356 again. I will find somewhere else to get my pizza.

Pizza hut is very unorganized a very disrespectful and doesn't hold up to what they say .a lady call me apologize about what happened and told me it was wrong and told me she will honor me witha 30 to $25 credit Pizza Hut lied to me once again .and I called the number and she told me she can only honor me with a 5 $ credit you guys also stole my money that the driver told me would be return to me

I been eating pizza hut for years now and now i am very disappointed in the service I received they over charged me on my order and also the pizza man took my money and didn't offer me my change and told me that they will have somebody send my money back and I have a pizza that I froze from pizza hut that gave me food poison.and I was throwing up black stuff and the lady told me she cant help me with nothing else and hung up in my face so im going to see what you guys can do about this because this is not right

Last april.. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza. I been waited for over an hour and lots of employees were there. They are young people keep talking too much. Next day I got very sick from food believed they who were sick got me bad infected for a month.

I live in Desloge, Mo. We would "normally " hit Pizza Hut every Sunday after our morning meeting. But my family and I are sick of eating cold, nasty pizza. So today we ate a roast from the crock pot, and it was AWESOME!! We are going to think twice next time we consider eating pizza. It's really, gone down hill around here.

I took my kids out to the pizza hut in Lynchburg Virginia...We were the only customer there people from the street walked in the employees started talking to them and forgot me..i waited over a hour for my food...went up to ask them why I'm waiting she said its in the oven so I left I won't be going there anymore and I'll make sure that none of my friends and family don't

This is a serious complaint. I brought my pizza hut loving from Philly to Atl. I went into one of your stores in Riverdale, Ga. on Mon. 06.03 to make a purchase. It was hot outside and even hotter on the inside. I inquired about the A.C., and was informed that it wasn't working. I was told the mgr. would be in later. I spoke with her and she informed me that it hadn't been working since Sept.2012. People working in these kinds of conditions is inhumane. For your information, I have notified OSHA.and I expect to see the problem resolved in an expedient manner.

The location in Carlsbad, CA off El Camino Real has employees that need a refresher on listening skills. Last week ordered a pizza breadsticks and 2 liter drink. ..driver forgot the drink. Tonight ordered pan pizza and got thin crust. They must think I'm not important because I'm traveling on business and won't be here much longer...

The pizza hut in Beeville is the most disgraceful excuse of a reaturant i have ever seen. I have ordered a few times and each time it has been a makor mess. Everything wrong and cold. Sevice in the store is no better. Phone calls are usless. No replaent ever showed up and cant get a refund for the messed up food!!
