Pizza Hut Corporate Office & Headquarters

So my husband and I go to the hut in claremont nh, friday night july 5 1st our pizza is messed up (bbq chicken with onions, they forgot the onions) but we get stuck eating it because our server is nowhere to be found for 20 minutes. Then saturday I go online to balance my checkbook (mind u we paid with our debit/credit card) and come to find out we were somehow charged $5025.21 for our 25.21 dinner. Of course we called them and all they will say is we are looking into it and it appears to be a computer glitch, nothing we did on our part...I dont care what happened I just want to know whats being done to fix the problem! And I want it fixed now! Im being charged nsf charges because I dont know bout u but I dont have an extra 5 thousand dollars lying around!

I called the on pizza hut at 4866 Jonesboro Rd, Forest Park ,Ga at 11:37am and was treated rudely and put on hold for 10 min so I grabbed my cell and called them back and was treated even more rudely than before ...my food took an hour to get her and when it did it was so well done I couldn't eat it, I have been seeing the commercials on your new flatbread special and wanted to try I but I didn't know they were cooked to the point of hard cardboard like substance I will definitely not order from there again until they can train their personnel properly Signed: A Very (still hungry) dissatisfied customer ·

Look im an ex employee of this store in lenoir nc i got fired from one day of not coming in from being sick with a fever but what's really going on is u have employees stealing and u have a manager sleeping with employees and getting duis on company time and getting arrested. I have also seen drugs being dealt out of this store plus seen waitresses snort pills in the bathroom. I truly feel this store is worth shutting down.

I work at a Pizza Hut but not for long I have been verbally abused!

Arrived and was sat at 4:30pm on Saturday, 2 other tables were sat in the restaurant. From what I can see there are 5 employees in total back and front. It's 5:01pm and my diet coke and my husbands mt.dew just arrived to the table. This is pathetic!!!!! I wish this place would go out of business and they put a Red Robin in here!!!! Go out of business please Pizza Hut!! Do us all a favor!!! I knew I should have listened to myself and not my husband and went to a different food estaishment. Ughhhhhh!!!

We order from Pizza Hut in pauls valley,okla. a lot.Here recently they have been taking over an hour and 30 minutes to deliver and they forgot our breadsticks we ordered and still charged us for them.I told them about the breadsticks next time we ordered and asked if we could get them free since they forgot to send them last time we ordered and they said theirs nothing they can do about it .really disappointed in their service and the management sucks considering their so slow about getting our orders delivered and still charging us full price when we should get a discount or maybe free since it almost took 2 hrs. For the delivery.

Pizza Hut in pauls valley,okla. is out of certain pizza crusts and the pizza ingredients quite often.You would think a pizza place would never run out of food and stay stocked up .very poor management lately.

I was recently fired from pizza hut for issues that were out of my control. its been 6 days and I still have not received my last check and rent is due in two days. today is Friday. they told me to come again on next Monday and it should be there. I have a 5 month old son and a husband who shouldn't be working who is busting his butt, I now lose my house. my truck, my pet and everything! now what?! I cant call the next person in charge to complain about my ex boss because its her mother and she wont do ANYTHING to fix it! tons of employees have left because of that reason. need new store manager. And more serious workers!

lately your pizza is just tasteless. Whats going on?

Just spent the last hour and a half waiting for a pizza, dining in. Our waitress visited out table once. When we questioned how long, the order wasn't even placed. The restaurant had no more than 4 other tables. Most were in the same situation as us. Most left and we followed suit. Our waitress showed no interest in us and was smiling as if the situation was humorous. I called to complain to the manager and our waitress answered the phone and hung up on me. I will never return and I will encourage my company to do the same!

I orderd a large supreme pizza for pick up n when i went to pick it up they forgot to place oreder employes were very rude n stayed talking on their cell phones just not being profesional this was at the store locsted on 42nd in odessa tx

As an employee , a pizza delivery person i have to pay for people that are sooo iresponsible ...that they refuse to pay for their pizzas and i have to pay pizza hut back for those free orders!! WOW! And on top of that all the gas i spent for those two trips to the same customer!!!! WOW. PIZZA HUT!!!!!!.....................i thought i was gonna get paid make some money for school but instead i have to pay pizza hut

I love pizza hut pizza bit, I will never ever order it again, I placed an order online and received a confirmation for time of delivery when that time was exceeded I called the local store and there was no answer I called the corporate office, they finally got someone in the phone and I was assurred my order was on the way, 30 minutes after this call I received two very cold pizzas and mozzerlla sticks and only one if the two sodas I paid, there were no apologies and the driver said he would bring me my soda wellbI am still waiting. I AM DONE WITH PIZZA HUT. I will tell all my friends and family to stay away it is too frustrating.

Waited 1 hr and 30 mins for some pizza. First time ordering from this location in Jonesboro... I called and asked for a discount to cope with fact of waiting for so long, when they said it would take 40 mins. Their response was that they only have 2 drivers so No! Never again will I waste my time with a company with such poor customer service.

I came to pick my son up from work and there was a lady SMOKING inside the store. I will not come here to eat anymore. Carthage Texas

Every time we go to our local Pizza Hut the service is horrible and the food isn't far behind. Every time we get a sand which the lettuce is brown and they never give us the dressing. You can't call in an order because they use the phone for personal calls and I have witnessed them do so. I witnessed a man stand at the counter today for ten minutes and the employees were walking in front of him and wouldn't even ask what they could do for him, and there was only twelve people in the whole place. The restaraunt is filthy and my family is boycotting Pizza Hut now. I do secret shops for extra money and if I was doing a shop on this restaraunt it would have failed miserably . My opinion they should shut this Pizza Hut down

I just called your Tarboro, NC location at 5:55pm and was told to call back because the manager was busy. Please let me point out that I was trying to place an order with a coupon, and the manager is the only person who can process coupons. So long story short, Pizza Hut lost not only a sale but also a customer. This is not the first time the management of this location has caused a loss of sales.

I can't rate this service at all !!!!!!! It's really bad when a customer has to clean tables to have a place to sit for dinner. Especially when there is at least 5or 6 employees there standing around doing nothing but chatting or texting on their cell phone. This is a disgrace to our community and town . Pizza was an hour late. Pizza hut lady Brooklyn center was VERY rude and said there was no record of my call. How did they show up an hour late with my order and phone number then??
