Pizza Hut Corporate Office & Headquarters

So long story short I ordered my pizza and got it on time and it was delicious, until I chipped my tooth on something!!!! But when I called and (finally) talked to the manager he was so apologetic and helpful that his customer service alone was so great that it made everything else worth the trip. This is the one off Babcock and hubener rd in San Antonio TX!

I ordered several pizzas online and I wanted to be delivered to my pregnant niece in a different city and pizza hut did not delivery. Pizza hut does not care about your order and it will take 3-5 days to refund your money back. Customer Service, I rate as -1 because they will put you on hold and say you are part of credit fraud and hang up on you. Please do not use location in Fresno 660 S Clovis Ave Fresno, Ca. 93727. The manager was rude and yelled at me put on hold and hanged up on me. This manager does not know how to handle customer and I question the validation of this company and how they employ people to certain positions to deal directly with the public.

I'm from Fordyce, Ar and we have the sorriest Pizza Hut Staff. They barely want to answer the phone and you have to keep calling and calling to place an order. Half the time when they answer they want to put you on hold and you be on hold for a long time. Its not everybody out there but this needs to be addressed.

I've been calling and calling for hours trying to place an order but kept getting put on hold and never got answered to. The pizza hut on castor ave and Wyoming ave shouldnt even be there, its just a waste of time and space if they're not going to take orders. I'm so mad I'm hungry right now cause ok been still trying and no answer

Went to the Pizza Hut in Frisco off the Tollway. The service is always bad...you wait the re for ever to place the order and most of the time your luck to get refills. It's always very chaotic with their waitstaff. Well this last time did it! A fly flying aroun in the parmasan container. It was sick! I told the waitress and she said "eew I wouldn't eat here and I work here!" Very disappointing and sad that manager didn't bother to come apologize. It's like they have no pride and could careless. I done with you Pizza Hut!

I ordered the firebaked flat bread pizza it was dry and salty as ever it didn't have enough toppings to cover half the flat bread and I thought it was suppose to have tomato sauce but didn't it was so terrible I had to take pictures it was so bad I don't even get one star sad I had to give a star to post

I don't normally file complaints but this situation needs to be addressed. My husband order a pizza for delivery and we are at two hours and fifteen minutes and we are still waiting for our dinner. The initial wait time was forty five minutes. No one has yet to contact my husband. We called to see where it was at and the response was "the driver couldn't to find your house." nothing else was said. No refund no sorry for the inconvenience no nothing. This very poor customer service.

I ordered 3 pizzas on Sunday night from Pizza Hut on lander st in turlock,ca. It was so stale and tasteless not to mention the breadsticks ! I felt so disappointed because I spent 45$! Of my hard earned cash for that horrible food! I have 3 kids and myself who only had one slice woke up with terrible stomach pain the next morning !

I entered the Pizza Hut on N Rock and 21 st. Wichita KS., a about 12:40 Store #025426. I waited for ten or more minutes with waitress running back and forth. I stopped one and ask her if it was seat yourself? With a snippy reply NO we are trying to clear tables now. I then asked "who was doing this" because it was not the waitress. I jokenly suggested to get the dishwasher because all the dishes were no the tables. There were six to ten tables full of dishes and NO one clearing them. Finally someone from the back came out and started to clear the tables.

i was with a group of 32 people on Thursday 7/18/13. We all had buffets and when we left after getting excellent service we left a $60 tip. The problem is the waitress only received $15 of that tip. Now in my opinion that is not right. Why should the cooks and General Manager get any of the tip? The waitresses only make $2.13 an hour, while the cooks make $7.25 an hour, and who knows how much the General Manager makes. I was going to contact the District Manager but not sure what number I should call. I just hope that this never happens again. I honestly think they should have to give the tip money back to the waitress.

PIZZA WAS HOT AND AMPLE. FILTH WAS RAMPANT. Waitress bare handed handling and touching plates. Chairs and tables filthy. Waitress walks out with wet towel and wipes several tables then takes a stack or plates and puts onto counter. Cleaning bucket with dirty water near table.

Tuesday night is free for kids 1 child per adult . Because the MANAGER wanted more money she ASSUMED that I had 3 kids cause I was the last to pay instead of asking about the 3rd child but anyone with COMMON SENCE would've know if it's 4 adults and 3 kids that the kids eat free even after I explained to her she still charged for a child buffet and wonder why they business slow might need to get new management. This happened at Ripley TN location. I felt like she got over on me as a customer.

i have been an employ in pizza hut from 2007 as driver ,when i was starting i was happy .now i am really disappointing about it.they dont care about anything anymore .i really dont know why the cut a driver wage from 7.25 to 4$!!!!!!!! i can only say shame on you .pizza hut become slavery for all employer .the corporate make a million dollar from us but not anything for us .for first cut the wage and now cut the delivery charge and accident free bones .i hope that i hear one day pizza hut become bankrupt because they gonna steal employ money .shame on you.shame on you.shame on you........

Went to f10 branch in Islamabad, Pakistan. Ordered large water bottle and large chicken supreme pizza. Was instead brought two small water bottles and two medium pizzas with an explanation that they were out of the stuff i ordered. I told them ok im not paying for this if you want me to stay. In the end i told off the manager and left. I thought this would only happen in pakistan but upon reading other peoples reviews i guess the company is not taking things seriously as they should.

I got the wrong pizza sent to me from store 030201 in Tucson. I was sent pizza with onion which I am very allergic to. I called and spoke to manager Mike about the issue. He was very rude, and did not seem to care that his team screwed up a very easy order. Then he proceeded to tell me it would take awhile for the correct pizza. About 30 minutes later the pizza showed up, with a delivery driver even more rude then the manager. He nearly shoved the pizza in my face to make I thought it looked ok, even after I said it did. After spending nearly $50 on pizza this is what I get.... I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again.

I ordered a delivery from the Salisbury, NC location. We called in a Pizza Hut Big Box w/ wings & drink. The young man who took my order did not confirm my order by reading it back, so the pizza had No pepperoni as ordered. I even pointed it out to thr driver that the pizza that I ordered was suppose to have pepperoni, Her reply was that the pepperoni was under the cheese? The crust was chewy & hard around the edges. I then phoned the manager whom gave me a $20.dollar store credit to rectify the situation. Fast Forward 5 days later, with my store credit I ordered the New Flatbread pizzas (delivery). It was hard & Stone Cold when it arrived. The crust tasted like cardboard, & what looked like cheese was dry & chewy. I am Soooo NOT going 2 Any Pizza Huts Ever!!! & working as a Flight Attendant, I will share & pass along my bad experience to all my co-workers & customers. How's that pizza hut for word of mouth advertisment??

Today I visited the pizza hut in bridgeville pa. We sat down and found out that the salad bar was shut down but ordered a garden salad off of the menu...the salad was soggy with brown lettuce and rotten tomatoes...we also ordered a large stuff crust and was brought dirty plates...the pizza itself was terrible...the crust had no cheese inside and was extremely thin and over cooked. I felt terrible for the young kid who worked there because after only being there for a couple weeks he seemed to be on his own. The only other person in the dining area was an older women who I believe was under the influence of some type of drugs. I have never complained about any service I have received after working in the food industry for over 4 years. My honest opinion is that this site is an absolute disgrace to your company which has always been well above my expectations in the past at other locations.

I am very upset with my purchase from the store at 2600 Midway Rd.in Carrollton Tx. I started eating my wings and found a fly on the wing that I was about to eat. I asked for a full refund and they wouldn't do it

First of all, the Pizza Hut on Veterans Parkway in Clarksville, Indiana 47129 is superb. We have discovered the stuffed crust pizza with extra cheese and special order. Always quick, always delicious. We always pick it up within 15 minutes. Don't care for your cheese sticks, but have a suggestion for change. Make your cheese sticks stuffed crust cheese sticks with a little garlic butter or oil on crust with cheese sprinkled on top and that will be a best seller. Better than Papa John's. You could also offer garlic butter, but I doubt it would need it. Thanks so much!
