Pizza Hut Corporate Office & Headquarters

Pizza hut glen burnie ritchie hyw in the shop rite parking lot. Has a manager that is rude and employees even worse. They for one don't cook there pizza fully the dough under neath is always raw and the crust is burnt. The manager Rultummid spelled something like that told me that's how they cook there pizza I told them when I ordered that I wanted the pizzas 3 xlg. Pizzas cooked for 2 more minutes time.and of course they didn't instead they have to be rude and give me a hard time I'll never eat there again dominos or pa pa john will be our Friday pizza.

They have sid it is outside their zone although they share the same zip code, there are no other pizza huts in the area to deliver here. Eventually Papa Johns and Dominos both put up stores that do deliver and have the same type of menus so it the loss of an entire neighborhood for Pizzahut. Looking on here,maybe its not such a bad thing.

I Received my pizza 22 minutes late and the box was stomped out I even got a pic of it

I did not get my drink and the manager (jessica)lied. Store no 009925in Waco,Texas near Baylor...

It took 1 hr to receive my pizza. When it arrived at my residence, it was cold. I tried numerous time to contact the local store but was numerous time hung up on. I will nolonger be ordering any pizzas from you and will let others know what lousy service your people have.

Called our Pizza Hut here in Portsmouth Ohio at 9:00pm to place a order for 1 large pizza, the lady on the phone told me I That the wait time would be 1 1/2 hours. Then I asked her again are you sure it would take that long? She then hung the phone up on me. Poor customer Service.

I haven stepped foot in out Pizza Hut in 6 month due to the way the "Manager" treated us last time. And now there is a huge scandal known in our town between Him and a 17 year old girl due to verbal harassment. That store has been nothing but teenage boys since this Young immature man was "put in charge" I forsee it being closed due to the customers they are losing due to this situation which is sad since we don't have many options in Vandalia and all they have to do is remove him from the store!

Pizza Hut is the worst place to work for. Have been there over 2 years without a raise.. They do not care about the workers at all. And the food sucks

I am very upset the store no#014301 I called foe 45 mins. and they would pick up the phone and hang it back up. then when I got there I explain what they done of course they denied it but while I sat waitin on my order the phone didn't ring this has happen lots of times. then on top of that when I got home my order was wrong. I am sorry I deal with the public all the time the owner of this pizza hut needs to think about some new help or just close the doors.

Really bad service and restaurant has few people. Took over hour to get 2 personal pan pizzas. Location Lafayette, la on ambassador caffrey

If order online one price but then store changes price to what they want . I call this gouging the customer in torrington wyoming

When I was walking in one of the employee's was outside with a boom sweeping dust and spider webs , I should of turn around then. Get inside to dine in our table was dirty but the server was more then willing to clean it . My daughter said the seat was wet so she took a napkin and wipe her side of the booth looks at me and said ewww , the napkin was black so I had the server wipe it again. We order and as we're waiting i'm watching them prepare customer's food and I see the girl that was sweeping outside is in the kitchen with no apron preparing people food. In disgust at this point but didn't follow in gut instinct . The next day everyone SICK !! They need undercover boss to go to this location. As a nurse i'm certain it's food poisoning . I should of use better judgement.

Please remove msg from your pizza. More people are now allergic to MSG. You even have msg in the crust.

Was hung up on twice because I asked what happened to the order I had placed and hour ago. No respect for the customer and back talk. I will never order from the Beaver Dam WI Pizza Hut again!

Idk what it is with you Pizza Hut ppl but I've order a pizza for my kids to eat for dinner and they have been waiting and wanting pizza but yet pizza didn't come we waited for at least 2 hours and fifteen mins I felt so bad for them and had to drive to the store and buy them a pizza to make because u Pizza Hut sucks so bad at what u do so please take note and do something about it this is the last time I will ever order from this place called Pizza Hut!!! P.s. if I could rate it would not be one star it would be negative anything u put up

I placed an order at 4:24PM from my local pizza hut just 3 blocks away and it was to be delivered at approximately 4:54PM. I waited, and waited and waited. The pizza finally arrived at my door at 5:25PM with the driver stating that the other driver had to leave for some kind of emergency. Now that would have been believible except that a previously ordered pizza from the same location to almost as long if not longer, with the excuse that the driver didn't start until 5PM and at that time when I called to see where my pizza was, the driver was on his way. 25 minutes later I got my pizza. I live in Williamsport PA and the pizza hut address is 500 Pine St #025476. I think the next time I will go to your competitor for pizza as they are always on time.

When I was asking How Much Would a pizza cost if I ordered with Cheese in the crust She said It would be 12 dollars yelling at me

We ordered a pizza in georgetown ky @ 9:30 on July 26. It is now 11:00 and we STILl have no pizza. Will NEVER order from them again!!!!!!

I did NOT receive this order because the store refused to deliver. I was ordering food for my sick adult daughter and wanted to provide dinner knowing that I would get home late. They refused delivery because of your rule of having to see the ID of the person whose name appeared on the credit card. This was unfortunate for us because we had recently switched from Domino Pizza to Pizza Hut for home delivery because we liked Pizza Hut better. In the years of ordering pizza through Domino, I have NEVER been asked to present the credit card when the order and payment method was paid and approved, and have had NO PROBLEMS. So now, I am FORCED to go back to DOMINO PIZZA, trading taste for convenience. You should re-think this policy.
