The delivery time in our small town is an hour or more. This is unacceptable but we like the wings and pizza. Someone needs to address this issue.

Woodbury nj pizza hut never has the pizza crust you order. Sorry is all you hear. Order a pan get a thin crust....sorry we ran out. This happens every time we order. Last night they had to use emergency crusts????? Under cooked in the middle burnt on top. Sorry about that. Next gong to the pizza hut three towns over!!

On November 17, 2013 at approximately 7:28 PM I attempted to order pizza from Pizza Hut, 2002 South French Avenue, Sanford Fl. 32771. Contact was made via phone with store manager Brett Wautzenberg, in an attempt to place an order. I wanted to order a large 3 topping pizza with extra cheese and ham. Extra cheese being one of the three toppings but Brett rudely stated that he would have to charge 2 dollars more. When asked why it cost more he was again rude and told me that there was nothing he could do. As a store manager Brett needs to be considerate and not become short and rude when ask3d a question. Due to his attitude, my pizza was ordered from Papa Johns.

I just left Pizza Hut and my order was screwed up. They did nothave any straws, the server lied about selling bottled water. Then I was charged for water. At the register I then saw the guy making the pizzas WITH NO GLOVES ON OR A HAIR NET. And he had dreds. I have worked in many restaurants so I KNOW those are health violations and I WILL be reporting this to the Department of Health. The store is in Ellisville, Mississippi on Hwy 11.

we ordered two $10 pizzas with a $1 charge for one of them to have stuffed crust, ordered wings that we were told were .50 each but now am told were .60 ($9.60) then a $5 dollar coke n bread sticks. A total of $41.60 before tax. 10+11+9.60+5+=$35.60 that's a $6 dollar difference wondered who pocketed the difference.

This whole site is a joke. Pizza hut can care less about anybody and there concerns. We should boycott pizzahut

I have worked in this company for a year now I am now a shift manager. I have worked my tail off to get where I am. I have received no raise at all and I make 7.25 an hr same as the day I started washing dishes. Been promised for six months now I would get a raise and nothing... Thanks a bunch. You are awesome!!

Dear Pizza Hut, To whom it may concern: I saw your ad on TV advertising a large pizza with three toppings for $7.99. The problem was no one at our local Pizza Hut, including the Mgr., who was of no help at all, knew about it. At first I was angry and wanted to let someone at corporate know, but after browsing through the reviews on your website, I can see corporate doesn't really care. I see a new business opportunity: You can easily be replaced by better product and better customer service.

We ordered wings and sub. it was to be 16 count wings got only 8.did not get sub they said the store that had to bring don't deliver subs. called customer service they said all they could do is bring out is the 8 wings they shorted us or something at the same price. They were to bring new pop out because ours would me hot.they didn't.

Wings made both me & my friend violently ill !!! Called to let them know, offered me credit. (like I will ever eat there again )& a sorry. I would rather have my money back to spend on the medicine we need to feel better.

I ordered a supreme pizza had no italian sausage, olives or ham ordered hot had no hot wings looks like manager did ordered enough hot and did not make the pizza according to the trade mark

The pizza hut in Salisbury MD, is filthy, smells bad and the salad bar is disgusting, will never eat there again.

Walked in to pizza hut in Fruitland MD, to order a couple of pizzas and they needed my phone number to place the order, I told them my phone number was private and they told me that they couldn't place the order without the number.........I walked out and went pats pizza up the road, will never visit a pizza hut again ever.

Cheap ingredients, the food just plain sucks.

It took them 7 minutes to answer the phone to take my order. By that time I was already standing in their restaurant letting the phone ring to see how long it would take for them to pick up the phone and what they were doing while it was ringing. They're store is no busier than any other Pizza Hut I have ever been too, yet they pointedly ignored the phone while they were standing right beside it. I also witnessed the phone pointedly being ignored after I hung up. The customer service at this store is down right AWFUL!! The people are rude and don't care about customer service. I will NEVER buy another pizza from this store again and warn others to not do business with this store.

I was driving from Utah to Nebraska and was unfortunate enough to stop at Rawlins WY Pizza Hut. I only stopped at Pizza Hut because there was a line in the drive through to Burger King. I thought a buffet would be fast enough and I will get back on a road in no time. I was waiting to be sited for more than five minutes and there were only few tables occupied. I cannot describe my disappointment when I was looking at the empty pizza bar. I asked a waitress if they have any plans on refilling their pizza bar, and she said there is a ton of pizzas coming. I started with the salad bar which didn't look very fresh and I was waiting for pizzas to come. Twenty minutes later there still was no pizza or pasta in the bar. It looked like this place was short on staff. A waitress never came to ask if everything is ok and never offered any more water. Finally, I lost my patience and left hungry and disappointed. This king of franchise is disgusting and should not exist.

Bring back the apple desert pizza!!! That's like the best thing y'all have wtc. If u would have advertised more for it then more people would have got them half of the people don't know what they are duh! I live in Florence AL and our location has poor poor customer service. But I want the apple desert back!!!!

Pizza Hut advertises $10 for any pizza, but when we went to pay and asked about the deal- he, the MANAGER, said it was no longer available. (All the websites and other puzza hut restaurants say the deal is still valid). I think the manager lied!! Also, there is NeVeR more than one server at a time and it makes for an unpleasent dining experience! Thank goodness Little Ceasers is coming to our town soon!!! Maybe they will take care and appreciate their customers!! A dissatisfied customer in ARAB, ALABAMA

Petersburg, Va. Pizza Hut sucks. They have a lunch buffett for 5 dollars but when you go in they have no plates, no pizza and no desert, and no silverware and no dressing for the salad bar. you have to ask for everything and when u ask they say everything has to be washed. Meanwhile they have someone in the lobby folding pizza boxes, Really? who is going to need the pizza boxes when they have no clean dishes to cook with or eat with?
