Pizza Hut Corporate Office & Headquarters

I will no longer be eating at pizza hut...I hate the fact of when I call in my order it goes to another state...what is the use in that...it is an inconvience to me and I refuse to do it any more.

I placed my order was told 45 min for delivery they completed that woth no problem. But my extra sides I ordered and were charged for where not in my order the order was cold and not good at all I called the location to explain what was wrong and Lawrence the manager didnt offer to bring me a hot pizza my extra sides of sauce but a $10 comp on my next meal in which I just spent $30+ dollars on. Honeslty I will never personally order from pizza hut again. Horrible experience.

Wish they would bring back the crazy cheesy crust pizza, it's the one that kinda looked like a flower. I don't order from Pizza Hut anymore since they took it away. I think that should be a part of their everyday menu!! That pizza and the crust was AWESOME!!

I came home tired from work decided to order a pizza on the phone after 1hr of calling they never answer my call , I just got stuck hearing there daily offers , am talking about the puzzling in Santa Ana CA in Main street , for sure I will never Waiste my time with them ever again

My girlfriend is promised a job as management at a store..... She is hired and is placed washing dishes and not put in the position she was promised nor given the hours promised upon hiring. Now she is being mistreated and yelled at. Totally unprofessional. Pitiful excuse for a company. Galax, Va.

I ordered a thin crust pizza and a diet pepsi on 1/3/2014. I am a diabetic, hence, the thin and cripsy crust and diet drink. I was preoccupied with a movie I was watching, when the delivery arrived. I didn't realize that the drink was a full sugar drink at 250 calories. I only drank half, before I realized it was not diet!!! This is heinous to the millions of diabetics. I called store from where the order came. The manager responded that once it was in our hands, they were not responsible. I am going to follow up, with corporate. But, the word has to get out that Pizza Hut does not care about diabetics.

Tried to order from pizza in zip code 80011 and treated extremely poorly after waiting 2 hours and 45 minutes. Was not told that our order was "cancelled" and had to find out by calling and being put on hold 8 times. Woman named Fane was very rude. She deserves to be fired for her awful customer services and so do others whos names I do not have. I eat pizza hut almost weekly and would love to have some sort of payback for how I was treated and how hungry I am now. I hope these inconsiderate idiots recieve the treatment they gave me.

I need to know the steps management are suppose to take n disciplinary actions to there employees?? I have a complaint to make as a witness to a manager attitude n disrespecting a employee n front of customers, this manger her name is Cayla, works the pizza hut n Pahrump nv. store I want to complain to some one about this issue. it needs to be brought to the attention of higher management letting them know that this kind of unprofessional skills wont be tolerated . if I do not here from you inthis matter I will contact news, the local paper, maybe seek a attorney , health dept. thank you

What a joke. Waited on hold for 30 mins and was answered and put back on hold for 10 more minutes. No to add to insault the lady said they were busy and call back later as she laughed and hung up. We have a company and buy pizza hut atleast 3 time a week at 10 pizzas per order. Well the laugh is on you and we will go to a different company from now on..

I placed an online order paid for it to be deliver and the delivery driver never show up. I will never eat Pizza Hut again. How they gonna rob me online with no pizza to show for ? Shame on you pizza-hut for robbing without a weapon.

Disgusted with store #013097 located in Tallahassee, FL. The customer service is TERRIBLE and the management lacks basic knowledge and know-how. These people should NOT be working in the service industry!! We will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again!

58 Pages of Complains , i am sure this is only 1 pct of the people who dont like pizza hut and how nasty they are. I would suggest to change all area coaches in Virginia and increase employees pay, and do more training . the result will be excellent i am sure.

As my husband and I turned right this driver who was suppose to yield turned at the sometime. He proceeded to tailgate us. He turned into Pizza Hut and we turned into the lodge to go to an event. He started yelling at my husband using profanity and aggressive body language. He continued on his rant to the point I had to get his manager to retrieve him. What a horrible display of I professionalism and road rage. I will NEVER order from there again to think they allow such occurrences to happen and not even an apology.

i called in an order and was told it would take 18 minutes. i got to the drive through in that amount of time. i waited in line 10 minutes. after paying at the window, i sat there 17 minutes before anyone returned. i was handed my pizza without any apology. the crust was undercooked and gummy. i have been repeatedly disappointed with service at this store!!!

I Ordered A Pizza From West Main Store In Kalamazoo Michigan And Was Told 30 Minutes And 1 Hour Later Still No Pizza And Finally 1hour And 15 Min. I Got A Cold Pizza. I Called The Store Was ToldI Would ReCieve A Credit Letter, It's Been A Month Now And No Letter.

Checked on-line this am 12/12.2013 for 24401 locations. You need to update your on-line data to reflect current locations. Example - in Staunton VA 24401you still show locations on Greenville Ave - that store has been closed for at least 5 years and N. Coalter Street. That location has now moved to Richmond Road, Staunton. I know your corporate IT persons are more savy than this.

Cordova, Tennessee, stores all suck. I'm a 54 year old male from Chicago and there was no professionalism at all. Could not find location and very rude over the phone. I would terminate her right away.

I called in a carry out order at 730 on Friday December 13 and was tok by Yolanda that my order would be ready at 755. I went to pick up my order at 815 and was told it was not ready yet and was just about to go into the oven. The lady advised that they carry out wait was 45 min to an hour wait and the call center took my order and told me incorrect. Needless to say I did not get my order and was a little upset that I was told incorrect I formation and was not offered an apology or anything for my inconvenience. All I wanted was a quick dinner on a Friday night to watch movies with.
