who really likes Pizza Hut anyways? Your food taste like garbage, everybody knows that your food prep is damn near illegal, and you charge an arm and leg for below average, nasty, cheap, and processed foods (including wings). And to add to that, your area managers and HR in the state of Virginia get paid to do absolutely nothing.

This pizza hut in jacksonville nc on marine blvd is a bad place to eat cause they pour a gallon of salt on the pizza and we order our pizza they tell us iys ready in 30 minutes we go there and its all messed up so they asked us to wait while they fix it ok no problem but nobody says its ready they jusy left all 3 pizzas in back til its cold again. $60 worth of pizza later and its cold and salty. I love pizza hut but this place is just messing it up for your perfect reputation here with the Marines.

Every time I go to this Pizza Hut I have serious concerns. I waited for over an hour for a to go order. Dine in customers got their pizzas in ten minutes while we continued to wait for our pizza. The manager Charlene was so rude to customers on the phone as well as humiliating the other employees that worked there. This has happened every time I go there. The place is also very dirty.

I ordered wings and a salad. I asked for EXTRA dressing with my items and was charged for all dressings I received. Since when did wings and salad not include dressing? Seriously?

Our family ordered pizza online and paid for it. When the driver arrived (late) he demanded that we give him our credit card so he could rub the numbers on a piece of paper. The order had gone through perfectly fine but he only had the last 4 digits on his receipt (as are all receipts). When we showed him the card but told him we didn't want him to rub the numbers because we didn't want our credit card number stolen, he tried to pull the credit card away from my wife. When we tried to close the door he forced the door open and pushed it and tried to pull the credit card again. Is this legal? we've never had a pizza company do that at all. We called the manager and she said it was a pizza hut policy.

Pizza hut in Bowie tx sucks and the general manager there does not know how to treat her employees and had me come to work sick with a runny nose and had me cooking and has got in my face and has yelled at me over nothing and has thretened me and i could go on and on and on and on over the wrogs that i have put up with there

At work I ordered a pizza for my lunch/dinner and had it delivered to my home, which is right across the street from my work. So I called to ask if my pizzas could be left at my door or if the driver could give me just a minute to get home and the manager got irate and then it made me upset! I get home after having the phone hung up on me 3 times and my pizzas where there but my 2 liter drink isn't and still haven't made it to me 30 minutes after calling about my drink

Finally Pizza Hut backs off and does the right thing. But, I still will not be eating any of their pizza.

Our family order pizza through PHD (Pizza Hut Delivery) at Cinere (Jakarta, Indonesia) at 20:09. There were no information or updates until we called several time and we received our order at 22:00. We dissapointed with this kind of service and we may think over to continue to order from Pizza Hut. We are not interesting to discuss on how much money we spent for this order. We just dissapointed with this kind of service. Thank you.

Been looking for words to express how embarrassing it is for a corporate office to let such a thing happen. You have lost the business and respect as a corporation of my family, friends, and co-workers. As a company you should of been proud of having a manger willing to stand up for his employees rather you punish him. Shameful.

I have bought my last pizza from Pizza Hut, which is too bad because you have the best pizza. I am ashamed of you for firing your manager for doing the right thing. There is no reason for Pizza Hut to be open on Thanksgiving and you wonder why America hates greedy corporations like yourselves. Shame on you..

I rarely buy your product but have occasion to chip in for an office function, board meetings, working on a deadline or to feed my helpers when helping with home projects. Because you fired a manager I will no longer make purchases and encourage friends, relatives, associates and helpers to NOT BUY FROM YOU.

Sorry you loose my whole family as customer. I do not believe in firing a manager for not opening store on thanksgiving. The only 2 days a year the restaurant closed is Thanksgiving & Christmas. It is really a shame of what a corporation will do to their employees. Without them do you really think There is a Pizza Hut brand?

I just read the article of the manager that was fired for refusing to open on Thanksgiving. If that is how Pizza Hut treats people, I will not support your business and will ask my friends to do the same.
