Won a free pizza and tried to retrieve it on line and it said that they were having technical trouble. Went to the store to try and order and was told that I had to go online. Tried to talk with the manager and he was very rude and didn't have the time to talk with me. He said to go online. How can you go online when they are down. Will not be ordering from them again.

The store in Shirley New York doesn't honor their own coupons. I just got a coupon,it says good for 30 days, it doesn't have an expiration date.... I called placed my order and then the store refused to honor the coupon! They said I was wrong and basically too bad. I will never buy another pizza from their store!

This was the worst deliveries ever. I ordered three large specialty pizzas last night because we had a friend visit from out of town that requested papa johns as a dinner choice. The associate that answers the phone had the worst attitude, later did my husband find out she was a girlfriend of one of the employees, they didn't deliver our food like the order was intended. We went to the store to get our food they never caled and said anything and there excuss was that they couldn't find our home. This was on a sunday night. I order pizza from two nights proir, friday from dominos which is 4/5 miles further, they found my home and had a great attitdue.

I just ordered 2 LG Pizzas one Pep and Cheese and one with Pepperoni, Mushrooms, Green Peppers, Banana Peppers, Onions, Canadian Bacon on thin crust. These pizzas were HORRIBLE!!! The taste was BLAND it was worse than eating a can of tomato sauce with no seasoning whatsoever and the crust was like eating a cracker. My 23 kids said we would have been better off getting Pizzas from Little Caesars where they give you toppings and good quality pizza.

A Papa John's Pizza operated in the United States Virgin Islands on the island of St. Thomas around 2005-2007. Instead of telling the employees the store was broke and they would no longer be in business on the island, the entire store was found torched to a crisp but only on the inside of the establishment. Everything looked like it just melted. Don't recall what the local fire department's findings were on the cause of the fire, if any findings were eventually given. The owners left the island owing all the employees thousands of dollars. Several wage claims were filed with the local department of labor. If they were ever settled is news to me. So, no surprise that employees health insurance is at the bottom of their poor corporate citizen's list.

pizza was over 1 hour late and it was for a 10year old sleep over...manager was very nasty.when i called to check on it i was left on hold for 30 mins.and when the 3 pizza got there they all was cold

My son just got out of prison and I wanted something special for him for his homecoming meal. He loves pizza so I decided to order from Papa John's. We weren't disappointed! The pizza arrived quickly, was piping hot, fresh and correct. I generously tipped the delivery driver as well. Although I do not agree with the owner of Papa John's political beliefs and employee treatment, I must say the pizzas are fantastic! Thanks for helping make my beloved son's homecoming a special one, Papa John's!

So in regards to the driver who pulled a gun on my husband. he is charged with a felony and i received a call from the main man in texas asking what it is he could help me or my family with...was a very generic conversation as he did not offer any resolution up at all or put any ideas on the table. He kept saying corporate asked me to give you a call to see if there was anything we could do for you...kept asking him like what and he would not answer lol...great resolution. told him i am going public with this for sure if they do not start talking to me immediately and actually saying something instead of generic statements that i am sure are scripted

Barrett Baumann @ north Main Street Anderson SC store needs a promotion & a raise! He has made me a PaPa John's customer 4 life.... Best customer service EVER & I'm not easy 2 impress. I won the (super bowl) coin toss contest 4 a free large pizza, could not figure out how 2 enter the code... He helped me, & on a day my two boys got out of school early, plus the pizza was fabulous :) two hungry boys+excellent service=one happy mama :)

On February 5/2013 our pizza driver came to the door to deliver and drew a gun on my husband. He was immediately picked up by the McKinney texas polie and apprehended and charged

Beyverwick Road Papa John pizza owner charged me more than my order cost. I paid online with my credit card and he charged me $4.00 extra. Worst pizza ever.. they put very little topping for my pizza and all my pizza were under done. I would not order from this place again... Last time.... owner is very nasty and rude.

Dont get me wrong i love papa johns pizza. But just recently i was going to order the large 5 topping pizza for $11.00. I ask them if they could put 4 of the toppings on the pizza. And put the 5th topping /anchovies in a little cup. They said they would have to charge me extra for that even though it was 1 of the 5 toppings.

Worse service ever! I ordered my pizza at 1238pm..confirmation said 33-43 minutes and exactly an hour and a half later no phone call no pizza no communication at all. I call and listen to the recording for 25 minutes and then I get well my drivers didnt show up and your pizza is here ready!!! I can understand people not showing up but why take orders if you cant handle them or why not a phone call instead of leaving people waiting??? I could of picked it up had I been made aware of the situation and if was unable to pick it up I would have called another store. I will never order from them again do to the disrespect and the attitude of the guy who answered the phone as if its my fault his people didnt show up.

So far pizzas are 1 hr 20 minutes late. Called store and put on hold 40 minutes - no lie. Ridiculous. We have 40 people waiting for lunch.

Began placing order @ Holly Hill Florida shop this AM on the web, sending pizza to Flamingo Florist as a gift. Web message "Shop Closed". Called Flamingo to see where else to order as lunch time was nearing. Went back to web to find other shop and Holly Hill NOW was available! Called shortly after 11 AM, placed order. At ten till 1 PM order had not arrived. Called Papas again and was assured it would be there momentarily. One hour lated, NO PIZZA. Now 2 o'clock, lunch hour is over! Order cancelled and never again!!!

I order a apple cinnamon pie and they called me saying they were put off that product. I ordered the normal c innamon pie which is 3.99 and was charged 4.79 after they told me it was the same price

I would give them 0 if I could. This place is the worst pizza ever. It took them 1.5 hours to deliver the wrong comp. pizza again and on top of it all it was ice cold. Thats for the store 3506 in Granada Hills CA.

As I normalcy do for a football night. I ordered pizza from my favorite place papa johns. I knew it would be busy so I ordered early and the delivery took longer than ten hour I was told it would be. That part is ok the driver was nice I tipped well, the pizza was greasy and not really edible. This was anything but better ingredients and better pizza. If I wanted greasy pizza I would have ordered pizza hut. My football night not as exciting bc my pizza was a disappointment.

I ordered an hour and fifteen ago and was told it would take 45min... I called to see where's my order and I was hung up on. This is not ok. I am still a paying customer and I haven't received my product? papa johns (campcreek market place Atlanta Ga)

I have ordered pizza twice from your Papa Johns in Whiteville, NC both times having issues. I am sick w the flu and have two children saying they are hungry so I called your Whiteville location and was told 40 minutes after an hour I called and was told driver was on the way after 30 more minutes I called again spoke to Andrea the manager on duty she offered my pizza for free and another free pizza at a later date. Well two hours later I still have no pizza it's 8 o'clock at night and I still have hungry babies. Your Whiteville location will never make it with customer service like this.
