I have no idea which branch I need, but this is the 2nd time that I have had to write a complaint for the outlet at 5838 SR 70 in Bradenton, Fl. I do not want this forwarded to the store b/c they do not do anything about it. I placed an order today for 3 lg pizzas & 2 extra dipping sauces, 65 minutes went by and no pizza when the paper said 15-25 min. I did not notice that it automatically marked carryout, so it was not changed to delivery. NOT ONE PERSON TOOK A MINUTE TO CALL ME & SAY WHY AREN'T YOU PICKING YOUR PIZZA UP? On last order I also order extra dipping sauces which I paid for, and shocker - they were not delivered with the order. Someone at this corp office needs to pay attn that there is a huge problem at above address and I dealt with Lucy everytime that needs some customer service training, and I said that before. I will not ever deal with Papa John's pizza again! Pizza is great tasting, but your customer service is HORRIBLE, and will not recommend it to anyone! I canceled the order that was placed today!
