After reading about Schlatter's retaliatory measures against his employees for the re-election of Obama, you can be assured that neither I nor my family will ever order a Papa Johns pizza! I also intend to make this opinion known to friends, enemies and strangers!

Really, you are blaming Obama Care for the way you treat your employees? Not one more time will I order another pizza from your company.

All of you bleeding hearts are clueless. This is a corporation, who is publicly owned, and trying to make a profit and stay in business. The company's net profit margin in the last 12 months was only 4.2%. If the company is not profitable, investors will pull out, which means less money for operating costs, and eventually layoffs. What is better, reduced hours or no job at all. I will continue to buy pizza from your organization!

I've ate Pappa John's Pizza on so many occasions i cant count but Never ever again... 14 cents more for a pizza is not that much,especially if it helps the young people who works for your company... I believe u are just the type of person who not only forgot about how you began,but you wont even help the people who's helping your business grow into the company that it has become... I kno many who will never give you business again and i wish you very little success in the future... Good Day!

I think of all the times we ordered Papa John's - some times dozens at a time for work, but no more. We will never order pizza from Papa John's again. I can't believe someone who can give million of pizzas away and live in such a huge mansion, but can't help his employees with health care. I would have gladly paid $.14 cents more per pizza.

I love your pizza but will never order it as long as you continue to make life hard for your workers when you make outrageous money. You don't have the money to be generous to your workers? SHAME

You just lost 4 customers in my house PAPA JOHNS! You can give away 2 MILLION free pizzas but you can't give your workers HEALTHCARE!! WOW...... bye bye!

Very disappointed! I prefer Papa Johns over Dominoes any day but I will not be repeating my business. The lack of professionalism in the King of Prussia, PA location has been truly horrendous. Corporate needs to take a close look at this location and make a serious change. I will be telling everyone not to go there.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Called to order 1 large pizza at 5:00 pm they said it would be 30 minutes. its now 6:30 pm and the pizza and driver are a no show!!!! what the heck is going on with this company! I could have ordered a Domino's Pizza and it would have gotten here in 20 minutes! At least I know where to order from now on! Thanks Papa John's. Oh and I call the Store and NO ANSWER so I can't even find out what the heck is wrong! i tried 6 times still no answer!

So instead of adding 14 cents to the price of your pizza you are going to cut employee hours so they won't get health care?? You are scum! I will never,ever eat another Pappa John's pizza unless you change your horrible policy. Hey and how about giving your employees a raise while you are at it? I'M WRITING TO YOU ON BEHALF OF MY ORDER..I ORDERED 2 LARGE 2 TOPPING PIZZA'S WITH A 2 LITER AND WING'S ADDED 2 THE ORDER..THIS HAPPENED AT THE ALTON,ILL LOCATION..THE TOPPING'S WAS GOOD BUT OUR PIZZA WAS DRY(NOT ENOUGH SAUCE),WHEN I CALLED ABOUT THE MATTER,I WAS DIRECTED 2 A MANAGER,WHICH SHE DIDN'T GIVE HER NAME,THE RESPONSE I GOT WAS,"WELL I MADE IT MYSELF",NEXT TIME ORDER IT WITH XXXX SAUCE"!!!I FEEL I DESERVE CREDIT ON MY ORDER..I GOT NO HELP FROM HER AT ALL...

I just ordered Papa Johns as I do regularly but I just started ordering online for the free pizza deals. Usually the pizza is a little late over there longest esitated time. (if they said 20-30 mins they usually get here 35-40 mins no big deal) but today I called to see if my pizza was on the way because it had been OVER an HOUR since I placed my ordered and the manager said it must be an interest error. So I said OK, just wanted to make sure my pizzas were on the way. Well.... when the pizza got here 1 hr and 10 mins after my order was in, I looked at my reciept and it said 12:26pm ( I placed my order at 12:25pm ) and the sticker on my pizza boxes said 12:27pm - THE MANAGER at Store #1069 3623 NW FEDERAL HWY, JENSEN BEACH, FL 34957 - LIED - there was NO internet error and it just really makes me made being LIED to... He is obviously using orders placed on the internet, blaming them on the internet, which is NOT RIGHT... I truely wanted to call him back and tell him what I had found, but figured I order so much pizza through that store I don't want anything bad happening to my pizzas (isn't that sad, people are SO SCREWED up in the head that you are affraid to tell them how it is when they have control over your food) NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!

You can afford to give away 2 million pizzas but you are now going to cut employees because you don't want to pay their health care? What kind of selfish being are you? These people have made you rich beyond measure and all you can think of is your own money? Shame on you! I will not be buying a pizza at any of your stores anytime anywhere unless you change your money hungry tune.

Louisville, KY (where corp. headquarters are). Same thing as many of the previous emails. They handle the pizza ingredients at the stores the same time they answer phones, etc. Maybe the germs get killed in the oven but when it comes out of the oven, its the same kind of handling. Why should John Schnatter care. He's got his 30,000 square foot mansion!

"ANY WAY YOU WANT IT" for 12 dollars. To most people this would mean that you would pay 12 dollars for a large pizza made "ANY WAY YOU LIKE IT". Well, I tried to order that but due to the fact that I wanted it HALF SUPREME and HALF canadian bacon, I had to pay an extra 5 dollars. Why is it so hard to put certain ingredients on half of a pizza and different on the OTHER HALF? It is still going to have to get thrown in the oven, right? Im going to do my best to have this matter solved.

No More Papa Johns. My money will go to a company that cares and gives HealthCare to its employees

Very disappointed we ordered pizza tonight and asked for seasoning packets, one of the reason we like Papa Johns. I get a call for the Overland Park, KS location we ordered from telling me they charge .50c per packet. The guy that called was very rude when I explained we ordered pizza 2 weeks ago from the same location and there was no charge.. REALLY charging .50c for a packet of seasoning may be a small thing but pizza is 90% profit & that is just pure greed & that will stop us from ordering again..
