Papa Johns Corporate Office & Headquarters

I ordered a pizza from Papa Johns in Raeford, NC and was eating it and discovered 3 pieces of hair in the piece i was eating and another in another slice. I called the office and the manager was very rude to me. She asked if the hair was dark and asked if i had mushroom and i said yes. She said it was filament from the mushroom. I told her it was not dark it was light and she said i do not have a caucasian female employee working here. She made me feel like i was lying about it. She then said i will remake it and send it back out to you but please put the hair in a bag and give it to the delivery guy. I did it and the delivery guy looked at me confused when i handed it to him. I told him it was hair and his manager wanted it back. I was afraid to eat the next pizza because the manager was so rude i thought they may have done something to this pizza. Very disappointed. I usually order pizza from there at least 1-2 times a month. I am calling cooperate.

I ordered from your temple, Texas location and the staff was very friendly. I received my order faster than the time they quoted me. The delivery driver awesome and had all the extras I ordered. Overall the best experience from anywhere. Give those guys a raise.

Ordered an on line pizza, at 7:50 pm. called 30 ,mins, later.The eveing Staff was rude the first time. the 2nd time, they gave me an excuse, they were very busy. Pizza arrived at 8:59 pm. Papa johns need to do better customer service through out all stores. Also need to improve there on line, data. so it will recive as fast as it was sent.. This is poor busssisness standards. Needs very much inproving.

i will give negative rating to papa john n wish these types of stores should not be opened to save customer time,effort n money. website to order is worst n if u call store employees are extremely rude,arrogant have no manners at all.plz plz plz plz help people to save their time by staying away from PAPA JOHNS

I ordered a works, Tuscan six cheese pizza with cinn.pie. The first time it was delivered late, the food was either over cooked or under-cooked. The second time the order was sent out we were charged a delivery fee again and there was pizza plate attached to our food. I will never ever order from your company again. I will be reporting this matter to the proper authorities to make sure this event never repeats itself with another customer.

dear sir i am a loyal custom i thinmk you have the best pizza ever my comment is this and hope it hels the people you hire from time to time are poor and lack skills or any good traits i live in kingman az ad had two that i would think should ot be hird and wow what a surpise they wher yes at first the employyee where great and friendly and on the ball but the last two the worse today i order again and the person as great and wondeful only new to the area so no big deal i hope this help and etter hiring ways can be found to keep the best and good worker you have and should have thank you

Watched General manager and Pizza maker both go out for a cigarette and return to making and cutting pizza without washing their hands, SO F'ING DISGUSTING. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY PIZZA FROM PAPA JOHNS.

Ordered a pizza at 6:36 was told 40 minutes and it is now 7:53 and still yet have not received delivery. Today is fri 3/1 in plant city Florida Maybe you need to get them more help or a better time table because this stuff makes me not want to order from you again. Kathleen

Papa johns must not have no beacon because i ask for beacon on pizza. And they put. Sasuage on it and i do not like sasuage. And the guy that took the order was hard to understand and i called and talked to the manger he was very rude the papa johns on windsor springs road in augusta georgia. I am not sitting still for this i am calling the home office i have been a papa johns costmer for the last eight years. And i am sure big papa wont be happy

I have been trying to order a pizza my local assigned papa johns in Louisville ky westend branch and I can't. It's been over a year. I call someone puts me on hold right away. Then I sit on the phone for fifteen minutes or so then someone disconnects the phone. This happened today as well as yesterday. This has been happening to me for about a year. Havent been able to get a pizza ordered at westend pj in Louisville ky in years. What's going on?

I was in the city today and I saw a papa John's Pizza place, thought to myself I have not had one of their pizza's for awhile. I ordered the thin crust which is my usual request. So looking forward to having pizza for dinner tonight. It was this biggest disappointment ever. the crust was like chewing on cow hide. Dont think I will ever buy another pizza from Papa Johns....Hope the racoons like pizza, thats where it is headed.

The Papa Johns in Springfield,tn one night 2 weeks ago I ordered sum cheese sticks call it in 30 mins before I actually went to get it I got there and when I got there I waited for almost 2 hrs for cheese sticks not sure wat was goin on that nite but they gave me a 50% off my next order. So I called yesterday wanting to use my 50% off along with a coupon that was 25$ family deal & I was told I couldn't use it with a coupon they did not say that when they gave me the card nor did they write it on there was told that by the manager Terri! That was sum Bull they lost me as a consumer!

recently i odered 3 xl pizza one of ur store eastbourne uk first thing yhe guy who took the he dint say anything just hello and then what do u want i said pizza then he said what pizza it was so rude and he cant understand english at all i think its too bad wen he cant spkeak then y he answer the fone finally take me 15 mints to replace my order he said 40 mints and it too long after 1 an half hour delivery guy came and said sorry i was so angry i giv him money and pizza was so cold and taste bad never gonna oder again in my life with papa john

Should your people bring me a delivery and tell me that uncooked dough is a well done order? Obvious she was mad that i only tipped $3.00 above the $2.40 dollars hidden delivery charge. Only pizza i have ever refused delivery. Sorry!!! Guess i need to call someone else cause im hungry .

i had the displeasure of working for this place last year. The managment is nazy , the customer service inhestistent. I dont know why people still order pizza from them. I was treated like crap and on top of it i had to leave because the manager was verbally abusive and looked drunk most of the time.

02/20/2013 6:27pm, 1501 S. Alpine, Rockford IL. I called for a delivery of a large pizza with everything except peparoni and anchovi's. I waited 1/2 hour, opened the pizza, the crust was undercooked, limp dough that tasted horrible. Nothing like chewing on raw dough. I called the store, they would remake it, but there goes another 1/2 for dinner, I said no. They are to send a coupon for another. That really doesnt do justice for this experience. What have you done to your pizzas? I have been a customer for numerous years. The topping is diced up pieces and few at that. This is just a nasty as you could get for a pizza. What a shame and how disappointing. I use to rave about your pizza. Not any more.
