I ordered from the one in abilene tx and every time they either mess my order up it they are late. I ordered tonight and they are 20+ mins late so far still not here called and they said that it is in route and that was 10 mins ago very disappointed about to stop ordering for them anymore and hangs companies. Very unsatisfied w the service we are a very loyal customer we order there at least once a wk.

This is the one in jacksonville nc on westeren ave. I called and asked if i could talk to the manager and ask if i could have a pizza made like they make the cheese bread and they said no and i asked to talk to the person taking my order again and the manager hung up on me. I called two more times and soon as they found out my name the hung up on me again. If this is the way you run you franchises then you will no longer have my or my business of 500 people ordering from you. Very disgruntled customer

This is about the Rockingham N.C. store.On 4 separate times I have ordered extra garlic sauces and only recieved them once and it was after I called them back and by the time I got them we had already eat.I made it a point to tell the person on the phone that I wanted 2 extra garlic sauces because I had not been getting them but they were paid for.This has been for delivery.I would appreciate if you would look into this.Thank You.

we orderd a pizza and wings from papajohns in Pittsburgh pa- shalar location and found a hair cooked into the cheese on the pizza. we called the store and they said they would send us a coupon for a free pizza and we never got it.pizza as good, but we did not eat the rest after finding the hair. wings were delisious. myadress is 1308 north canal street-side 1rst flr.-Pittsburgh-pa 15215 thank you

Tonight I ordered a pizza from the Pasadena, Florida branch. I wondered why the cost was more expensive than what I was originally told the pizza would cost. The woman told me that there was a $3.00 delivery charge. I asked if the driver received any of that, the woman told me that the driver didn't receive any of it. I am ashamed that I ordered my pizza from Papa Johns because of the repulsive way they collect money for delivery and share none of it with the delivery driver. Those delivery drivers put wear and tear on their vehicles, not to mention having to risk their lives driving and pay money for insurance on their vehicles. I will not order from Papa John's any longer.

i ordered 2 pizza one was cheese and the other was buffalo chicken and ordered 2 sodas... delivery person came and only had 1 soda.. he said will go back and get another one and came back 45 min later.. i called them and they told me he's on way half hour later did not come so finally 45 min later he did show up

hello i lie to say papa johns has the best pizza i had it why i am a loyal cusyomer fir years i write to say my recent order did not come right but its k she was new and please do not worry i will contiue to come here and it was a sipmle mistke we order the nw two bacon 6 cheese pizza bt was dilibered a susage and what ever was o n it but still good could had me topping on but ops just to know i am fine with it and still greta and good simple mistakes happen and pleased to order any way and not her fault or problem with it ok r=thank you and keep the good work up

On 5/23/13, at12:09 PM, a small silver car with an IL license plate starting with L96, & a Papa John's sign on the roof pulled out in front of me, totally ignoring his stop sign. He came out of the Dreyer Clinic, Aurora, IL. He pulled out in front of me onto Highland Ave., turned west on Sullivan Rd. & continued driving 50 MPH in the entire 30 MPH zone (about 3/4 mi), until I lost sight of him. He continued across Randall rd., far ahead of me. Maybe someone at the correct Pap John's will see this. Hope so.

We ordered pizza from sevierville tn. Tonight.....ordered breadsticks...they didn't order the bread sticks after tellin them 2 times!!! Pizza was cold..had toppings we didn't want...nasty....when we called they ask how much of the pizza was left about half cause we hadn't ate all day...there's nothing we can do is what the "manger" said!! Not much of a manger if you ask me....told everyone I saw in the hotel not to order from them!!!!!

I observed a clerk handled money. Afterwards, he began flipping pizza dough without washing his hands from handling money. This pizza store is on Marsh Road, near Wilmington, DE.

I purchased an order tonight in Florida and when the man delivered my pizza, he dropped my chicken poppers. Then around a hour later I was brought my chicken poppers. My pizza was cold by then. I then noticed my pizza was not even sliced. Also, I was given the wrong sauce for my chicken poppers.

I've purchased my last pizza from Papa John's at the corner of Gessner and Westeimer in Houston. It used to be a well run and friendly place to deal with...not any more! I ordered a SMALL pizza the other day and the woman told me it would be $11.32 for a SMALL pizza!!.. I used to get a Senior Citizen discount...but NO more!!

It had been awhile since I ordered from Papa John's. I use to all the time. I ordered delivery about 4 days ago. My husband and I were disappointed. The reason being is because the prep specs of the pizza has changed. This time and in the past we always order the same pizzas. The last time, we didn't get what we expected. In the past we thought $32 was worth 2 of you're pizzas. Now we think we should order from somewhere less expensive. The way you made pizza before is what my husband and I enjoyed, especially coming from a chain. We hope you go back to the original way, or possibly where we ordered from changed and its not a chain wide decision.

asked a driver to slow down in the parking lot I live in, a senior apt complexe, he then slammed on the brakes and came after me mouthing a bunch of garbage...........his mistake was getting out of his car and coming at me, it can be called an attempted attack of assault, he was alos working at the time which makes this company involved as well................not a good thing for this driver to do........good rating due to a district manager calling me to check it out

I lead mission trips to Nicaragua every year and always go to Papa John. It is a wonderful experience you dine in and it is really nice restaurant. It has a big play area for children and Narcy chicken restaurant next to it they share a big area. Keep up the wonderful job!

I was at the Lake City Florida location today 4-25-2013. I called my order in but still had to wait for it which was not a problem. While I was waiting I noticed employess coming from the back to handle $$ and then go back to making the pizzas,without washing their hands also coming in from delivering them straight to making pizzas once again without washing their hands. Really...I will not go back and will tell eveybody I know what is going on at Papa Johns in Lake City. This is gross!!!!

So I own a business and I bought lunch for the office and worte a check. A month and half later no one can find my check. Beware of writting checks to this place.

You're loaded pepperoni pizza what's the worst I ever had there was barely any pepperoni on the pizza

papa johns adds a delivery charge onto the cost of their pizza;they also have a little trick where they add an additional cost of $4.00 if you don't have a coupon but if you tell them you don't want the pizza they will take the $4.00 off... this $11.00 pizza almost cost me $18.50 plus tip for delivery . Little caesars is better and cheaper
