I called to order a pizza for pick up and the woman that answered said, "Well, do you really need it in 15 minutes? Because we are having a managers meeting." ARE YOU NOT SUPPOSED TO CALL WHEN YOU ARE HAVING A MANAGERS MEETING? WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS? BEDFORD, PA HEATHER - MANAGER

Papa Johns customer service sucks... They mess up your order and refuse to correct it!!!!!!

I have a coupon for "All Large Pizzas including specialities" ror ten dollars I tried to use this coupon but the store manager... Tanya Kujat at 2745 Lebanon Pike in Nashville, TN would not allow it even though it had no expiration date or specified certain days of the week that it was valid. My wife placed the order and when I called back to question why the coupon was not being ordered, Ms Kujat denied knowing anything about it. When my pizza was delivered I questioned the delivery guy and he verified that it was in fact Ms Kujat who made the decision not to honor the coupon. I still have the coupon to forward to corporate or customer service IF I can find out where to send it. The apartment complex that we reside has approx. five hundred units. I spoke to the manager of the complex and she told me that SEVERAL tenants have complained about Papa Johns and their office staff have even had similiar problems. They are now warning tenants about using Papa Johns. I personally feel these coupons are just a SHAM to get people to call in hopes they will just go ahead and place a higher priced order since they are already on the phone. This is VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE. I AM GOING DOWN TOMORROW TO PLACE A COMPLAINT TO THE BBB IN PERSON! I may not be able to get anything done about the business practicing at this particular store, but it will not be for lack of trying. PLEASE...PLEASE...PLEASE... everyone join together to stop this type of sorry business practice. Pizza has more of a mark-up in price than any other food group. Besides that, we're being charged twice for delivery- once by the store as an add-on and then again by the tip for the delivery person. America, grow a pair and let Papa Johns know that we're tired of being taken advantage of............. We can stop this kind of bad business...just don't order from them. After they have to close a few stores, we might see a big change in their business practice! I'm mad, what about you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the second and last time I will be ordering from Papa Johns. I place a order at 5 p.m. 8455 Boat Club RD Fort Worth, TX 76179 Ste 180. I was told 45 minutes and had to call twice about my order. The second time I called I spoke to a manager, she said they were busy and that the pizza should be there, then hung up on me. The pizza arrived at 6:30 p.m., the delivery guy was rude and the pizza was cold. I payed 35 dollars for cold pizza and HORRIBLE service. I will never order from Papa Johns again!!!!

My Wife ordered 2 pizzas Friday Night from the store on Barataria Blvd in Marrero, Louisiana at around 7:00 P.M. At 8:15 Pm I called to find out if they had left to deliver our pizzas yet. After holding on the phone for 10 minutes just to ask them if the driver had left yet,the girl looked on her computor for 5 more minutes and told me she couldn't even find our order. Our order was supposed to be $31.00 plus change. Needless to say I cancelled the order. I went to Taco Bell and Finally got dinner at 9:10 P.M. Not Good! I see the comercials for Papa Johns Pizza talking about trying to make a better pizza and giving good service. Better keep trying. Sincerely; Richard White

This is not about pizza it is about delivery cars. I live in Festus, Missouri and while coming home one evening there was a black Chevy Blazer next to me. My 11 year old daughter caught my attention and asked me if that was a pizza delivery person. I looked at the vehicle and there were several creatures in white outline performing sexual acts on the back of his window. I have never seen anything like it on a car before and I was shocked that a company, ANY company, would allow such a thing to represent its product. I called the Festus location and Travis, the manager, said he was aware of the vehicle and that he couldn't do anything about it because it was the guy's personal property. I am for freedom of speech and all that but when a company like this allows this to represent them I have to stand up. I will not order pizza from this company just on this basis. I have many, many Christain friends who live in this town and I will let them know this as well. Very sad what this world is coming to.

EVERY Single time i order my pizza they always forget my pizza sauce that i pay for today i ordered and they gave me BBQ sauce its been 45 min and i still am waiting for my pizza sauce and i have cold pizza thanks PapaJohns when are you going to do something about this Reisterstown ,Maryland you @$%&!

I ordered online before 9pm. at 10:30 I called the store asking where my delivery was. I was told that the driver told the manager he had come to my house, knocked on the door, and then called my phone before leaving. All three of those statements are lies - I was sitting in the living room right next to the front door the entire time between when i ordered the pizza and the time I called looking for my pizza and NO ONE came to my door! Also, i have caller id on both phones and there was no call made to either phone from the store. I was then told they could make the pizza again and I could wait another 30-40 minutes for it. I told them I didn't want to wait until after 11pm for a pizza that had been ordered before 9pm. I then told them I expected to get the entire price refunded to my credit card and they said that would take 3 - 5 days. That seemed odd considering that it takes them less than a day to take the money from my account when i order online. He then offered me a free pizza next time and truly couldn't understand when i told him there wouldn't be a next time. I am done with them!

We ordered 2 pizzas from them opened them up and they were the wrong pizzas called the the store (Pearl rd in parma hysterical Ohio) and Tommy answered. He argued with me that he was sure we had the right pizza..looked at the menu and they were the wrong pizzas. Continued to argue with me. Thank you Tommy you just lost your company a customer.

Papa Johns is by far the WORST run business on the planet. Everytime I see the supposed owners stupid face on TV, I wanna scream. Better pizza my AZZ!!!!! Customer service???????? It seems they go out of their way to hire dumb, dirty, ignorant people. I will NEVER EVER order from Papa Johns again. I doubt very much they will care but atleast I know they will never get a dime out of me again. The pizza used to be good. Now??? I would not feed it to a dog. So long Papa Johns.. C Ya.........

at papa johns on south main in houston tx... i have came in to order my pizza and i have seen the manager (Leslie) yelling and Swearing out at her employees while customers are in there.... i feel like that they are hard working people and i feel like if she is going to do that you all need to do something about it.... it doesnt make any since for her to do that. people make mistakes. and i have decided if this problem is not fixed i will not be buying nothing else from this papa john anymore. no one should have to be treated that way....

I actually work as a driver for Papa John's. I'm going to go ahead and clue some of the complainers in on why business runs the way it does. First off Corporate has little to do with how each individual store in each franchise conducts operations. If you really need to complain about a HUGE issue, then you should contact the Franchise owner, or district manager of the store in question. By HUGE i mean issues such as people spitting or urinating in pizza of non tippers, or any other major health concern. ANYTHING ELSE: this includes rude employees, delivery time, messed up orders, etc should be directed to the District of Regional Manager. The reason many employees don't seem to give a crap is because they actually don't. Working at one pizza joint, is like working at all of them. You just swap tshirts and hats and nobody would know the wiser. It's damn near impossible to get fired unless you steal or curse out a customer. Even then, it's hard to get axed. Even if you do get fired, you can easily make minimum wage someplace else. I mention wages because most PJ employees(especially drivers) are underpaid. The delivery fee is 2 dollars. 1 dollar goes to the driver to compensate for mileage, while the other dollar goes into the pocket of PJs to cover rising food costs without putting said cost on the menu. Every in store employee makes minimum wage, and getting a raise is like pulling teeth. Some guys have been working their for 5 years and still make minimum. Delivery drivers are a whole other story because they only make 4.25 -5 an hour while they are driving. After getting stiffed on three orders in a row, all delivered in under 30 minutes, the driver only makes 7.25(after mileage fee) This doesn't even cover the cost of gas for the delivery. If you wonder why they are cranky, than thats a good reason. Basically, if drivers are not getting at least 2-5 in tips each delivery they are actually losing money. PJs pays the worst out of all the major pizza chains and working there is like indentured servitude except nobody promises a chunk of land.

heres a good one called to order pizza was put on hold for 20 min seriously no kidding then called back and they put me back on hold sooo i webt to papa johns figuring that they were busy uhhh no they were not doing anything took the phone in that was still on hold to them and they asked if they could take my order and i gave them the phone the face was priceless wow sucky service seriously

I PLACED AN ORDER BY INTERNET TO THE PAPA JOHNS LOCATED AT 14569 TELEGRAPH ROAD IN LA MIRADA CALIFORNIA AND I RECEIVED THE EMAIL CONFIRMATION THAT MY ORDER WOULD BE DELIVERED IN ABOUT 40 MIN. AFTER AN HOUR HAD PASSED I CALLED THE STORE AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD NOT RECEIVED THE ORDER AND THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO. THE MANAGER WAS SO RUDE HE WOULD NOT EVEN LET ME GIVE HIM THE CONFIRMAION NUMBER. I CALLED THE 800 NUMBER ON THE EMAIL AND THEY TOLD ME THAT SOMEONE IN THE STORE HAD ACTUALLY CANCELLED THE ORDER. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE AND I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!

I was at work one day, and my co-worker and I wanted to order a pizza from Papa John's. It was raining so a delivery sounded great. I called up my local branch in Knightdale, NC and proceeded to place my order. Before I could complete my order the clerk decided to tell me that the coupon (which was mailed to the business address in Knightdale) wasn't valid there. Then after I pointed out that in fact it was good at that location the conversation went down hill from there. After I placed my order I gave my credit card information. I was told that it wouldn't go thru. After I gave the credit card information again, I was told once again that there were no funds available. Before I could offer an alternative credit card, the clerk HUNG UP! I called my bank (I wanted to find out what was going on with my card), and found that there was plenty of money available. I called Papa John's back & was put on hold for 20 minutes. Needless to say I was very upset. I have never had a bad experience with Papa John's, and actually felt like dancing in the street when they opened up one close to my house. However, thanks to this experience I plan to tell everyone I know that Papa John's is not the place to get your pizza...you should go to Little Ceasar's. If anyone in corporate is reading this, I think you should talk to the Knightdale loceation about hiring other employees who don't take their mistakes (the coupon) out on other people.

Papa Johns will never get my business again. Spinach Alfredo thin crust took 50 minutes to arrive, was cold and tasted like cardboard!! Have had good experience in the past but this thing sucked!!!!!!!!!!

went to pappa johns in edmond Oklahoma oreder 4 pizza's the staff was playing around throwing small pieces of dough at each other one hit the floor then they picked it went back to throwing it and it hit a pizza they was making and they went ahead and cooked it and sent it out when i got home i found dirt and hair in my pizza so that tells me it was one of my 4 i order i called another store to get the regional mangers number was told i would be called back have not been called back not to mention I had to wait 45 min for my pizza's because they had three on thier so called warmer which does not keep it warm and gave me them and hot one with the dirt off the floor it seems no one cares after viewing this site this same store has had other problems in past since pappa johns does not care about losing buisness I will be taking mine to a place that does care about thier customers and thier orders and where managers are honest and actually care about customer service I will also be contacting the local health department and notifying them

the store on north mortan st in franklin indiana i was driveing down the alley the other night and the employees were out there went i went by i smelt a familliar scent lol it was not pizza a group of men out back getting stoned how do you exactly get a good pizza when stoners make it

I have so missed your pizza living up here in Fairbanks, AK. Yours is the only take out pizza my husband and I ever ordered. I always said that this place would be paradise if only we had our Papa Johns. Well, someone must have heard my pleas because as I was pulling into the Bently Mall parking lot I saw the sign, Papa Johns opening soon. I screamed and called my husband who did not believe me. I hope whoever bought the franchise sees this so they know how excited we are that they are opening the best pizza place ever. I plan to get a pizza the first day they open.
