Papa Johns Corporate Office & Headquarters

I like the pizza at Papa John's but in the past I have not had very good service. I ordered a Papa John's pizza from 1692 Morse Rd in Columbus Ohio 43229. The employee who took my order acted like he was to tired & lazy to talk to me. It was almost like I was bothering him. When I went to pick up my pizza the order was wrong. This is the 4th time my order was incorrect and the manager was not willing to make it right. When I asked the manager for the corporate phone number he started to say the number fast, which was very rude. I took my business to Granddads Pizza near the Patio on Morse Rd. in Columbus which is down the road from Papa Johns. This is a family owned business that is way better than Papa Johns. They are always willing to make any problems right. I will no longer spend my hard earned money at Papa Johns.

Saturday evening around 630 pm EST i tryed to order online all the food i needed for a small party i was having in my home, the online math didnt make any sence when the pizza's were supposed to be 10 bucks a pop so i called my order into the outlet in Lillington NC, Hwys 401 and 210. What an ordeal this was, firstly ther girl who i could tell was african american couldnt get the order straight for all the tea in china. 6 times it took me re-explaining to her the ingredents i wanted on the food. The 1st time i called in she put me on hold and i had to call her back and told her NOT to do that again because i was there 15 mins before i hung up and called back, and was faced with this ongoing explaning of what i wanted. Here was the list, i dont think it was to hard to write down but it took her like i said 6 times. 2 LARGE WITH PEPERONI,HAMBERGER,SAUSAGE,HAM, EXTRA CHEESE. 1 LARGE WITH EVERTHING ON IT TO INCLUDE EXTRA CHEESE, EXTRA SAUSE, EXCEPT NO ITALIAN SAUSAGE. , THIS PIZZA WAS A DAMN DISASTER WHEN WE GOT IT HOME AS IT HAD HARDLEY ANY TOPPINGS ON IT AT ALL, EACH SLICE WAS NOTHING BUT CHEESE AND ANCHOVIE, AND WAS NOT A PIZZA PIE BY A LONG SHOT. 2 LARGE PEPERONI AND EXTRA CHEESE PIZZAS. 2 ORDERS OF BBQ WINGS WITH BLU CHEESE DRESSING.ALL THE PIZZAS WERE DRY, 2 WERE OVER COOKED AS THE BOTTOMS WERE NEARING A VERY DARK BROWN AND THE CRUST WAS HARD ON THE EDGES. i WILL SAY THE WINGS WERE OK AS EXPECTED, HOWEVER THE PIZZAS WERE TERRIBLE, AND THIS WAS OUR 1ST TIME AT THIS LOCATION AND OUR LAST. WHEN ONE ORDERS A PIZZA IT SHOULD BE CONSTRUCTED LIKE A SEPERATE MEAL ALL TO ITS SELF, THE TOPPINGS SHOULD BE SPREAD ABOUT THE PIZZA AFFORDING A GENEROUS SAMPLING OF ALL THE TOPPINGS ON EACH SLICE, THE MORE TOPPINGS THE MORE SAMPLING, THUS THE MORE GREETINGS ONE GETS FROM THE FLAVORS THE PIZZA SHOULD OFFER. THE CUTS SHOULD BE LARGE ENOUGH TO ENJOY ON ONES PALLET BUT NOT SO LARGE AS TO OVER EXCEED THE SAMPLING, ON THE PIZZA WITH MUTIPULE TOPPINGS THE TOPPINGS THEMSELVES WERE TERRIBLY SMALL ALMOST THE SIZE OF THE LETTERS ON MY KEYBOARD IAM TYPING ON NOW....AND NON EXSISTANT IN COVERAGE. I WILL HAVE TO SAY THAT NONE OF THE PIZZA PARLORS LIKE PAPA JHONS OR DOMINOES ETC HAVE BOTHERED TO MASTER THIS BUILDING OF A PIZZA, BOTH ARE TO DAMN CONCERNED WITH BEATING EACH OTHERS PRICE...YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR WHEN YOU GET A 10 DOLLAR PIZZA....THE COMPANY THAT STARTS TO WORRY ABOUT PROPER BUILDING OF A PIZZA PIE, AND FORGETS ABOUT THE ALMIGHTY DOLLAR WILL WIN THE PIZZA WAR, BECAUSE LIKE MYSELF, I WOULD PAY MORE $ FOR A TRUE PIZZA PIE THAN A FLAT BURNT PIECE OF COOKED FLOUR....I WILL HAVE TO AGAIN JUST GO BACK TO MY LITTLE ITALIAN REST IN FAYETTEVILLE OR RALEIGH TO AGAIN EXPERINCE TRUE PIZZA PIE THAN TO SUBJECT MYSELF OR FRIENDS TO AMERICAN-IZED JUNK PASTERY.....WHAT A SHAME BECAUSE I HAVE RUN A PIZZA PLACE IN la AND MADE NEW-YORK AND CHICAGO STYLE THERE AND THE BIZ FLOURISHED......MAYBE I NEED TO OPEN ONE HERE IN LILLINGTON .....PUT THE BIG 2 DOWN FOR THE COUNT.

I ordered a Pizza and Wings, when the driver arrived, he had the wrong pizza. He said that he had just made a delivery right down the street, he said he would be back, my comment was I dont want the pizza back from someone eleses house. They had to remake the order and then bring it back. the Pizza was original and I wanted thin. NEVERTHELESS, the driver was very kind, but the paying attention to detail was not up to part. He did give me a free soda. So hey what can you say.

It use to be easy to order a Pizza from Papa John's but since you devised this new menu, it's impossible to put in an order to be delivered. It just took me 45 min. to attempt to order a pizza and breadsticks and soda to no avail. The menu is very difficult to work and basically,impossible to order even a simple item such as a Coke. The other menu was so easy you could order with your eyes closed. This one you really need to be a computer technician. So, luckily we have many other home delivery companies in this area such as Domino's, Alex, Pizza Hut etc. Their menu is very easy to use. Please return to your old menu. I love your pizza, but ordering it through this mess you call a new menu is impossible. So, for tonight, New Year's Eve. I need to order about 15 Pizza's with soda, breadsticks and other items but I will have to settle for 2nd best like Alex or Domino's because you really can't order from this mess you call "Menu". I need to know what it takes to get my paycheck right!!!! i called my GM then the DM just called the DO and all i want to do is get my check right, is that too much to ask? 26 dec 10 I ordered A COWBOYS UNLIMITED PIZZA around ten a clock -was told 45 min. to 1 hour for delivery. I never received nothing. Every time I get a pizza..they never get my order right and when I complain about out..the workers get attitudes with me and never do anything about it...i think there should be something done.

Your website kind of blows. You might want to have a button on there that allows someone that made a mistake in their order to DELETE the order and start over. I wasted 15-20 minutes trying to delete the order than called two locations and they HAD NO IDEA how to delete the prior order. Classic

Papa John's store at 16894 Hwy 441, Mt. Dora Florida. Total charge for pizza come to $32.10, they pre-authorized the charge for $38.52. When called, they tried to blame the credit card company. Then threatened legal action against me when I said I intended to complain to BBB and any other complaint site. The manager was Brian Kirstein. Their receipt didn't even show the $38.52 pre-authorization charge, I had to find out when I tried to use the gift card somewhere else, it was declined. I now have to wait for a week for it to be cleared.

Please Papa Johns is horrible..I ordered from them and omg when i got the pizza it was cold and old...so i called them bac to have the pizza replaced..these mf's was actin like they couldn't replace it....like they didnt know what the hell i was talkin about...so basically i just got screwd..but thats ok becuz i am goin to corporate..yall picked the wrong one to mess with...

We used to order regularly from Papa Johns. Not anymore. Every time I call to order a special pizza or a pizza that I have seen on tv they have a excuse or reason that they cannot give me the advertised price. It is always unavailable. I will not even try to order from them again. We have 3 other pizza places close to us. i prefer the taste of papa johns but cannot stand the excuses. To anyone ordering delivery pizza. CALL ANYONE BUT PAPA JOHNS!!!!

I have been ordering pizza from you for the last 20 yrs i was very disapointed today when i ordered 2 large supremes, the pizzas were early great,the pizza on top had items missing,not from lack of production but my guess would be a HUNGRY DELIVERY DRIVER i called back and explained my disappointment to management i got 4 different excuses why the toppings werent there i will still order from there but no delivery

dear corporate office, i am writing on behalf of a colleage i work with. he was a principal at a school district i work for. today he is a superintendent of the district, he vows never to buy a pizza from you, and will not come to classrooms, lounges,breakrooms etc., if your pizza is there.something about the school ordering pizza for a big party and the order was messed up, pizza was cold blah,blah,blah.can you help him get over it, maybe have a mr.b day at one of our schools, signed phoenix school district #1 p.s he really is a good guy to work for, more than fair and understanding. signed M&O

I had a fre pizza coming as the last one was late and cold.when they brought it yesterday,it was like cardboard,tasteless.probabbly made it hours before I got it. the delivery people are nice,always has been. My Wife ordered 2 pizza at 5:30pm and its now after 8 and they still have NOT got our pizza right 1st one totally different pizzas and the price stickers was addresed 2 another adderess and cold and NOT what we ordered and it took a oneandahalf hours 2 get that one were STILL WAITING FOR OUR FOOD WHEN WILL WE EAT? I work i a OHIO store, and i have to say from the time i started my pay check has not been right. What kind of store do i work for. NEVER and i mean NEVER have i had any place i work for mess up my pay check like this place has. And now i cant seem to find a number to call anyone to get this right. To whom it may concern, this establisment is not only a place for customers to recieve excelent customer service, but it is a place of EMPLOYMENT and when you put the people in your stores at a managment level you all as a whole should award the ones who are IN FACT inforcing your store rules, only to over work a minor and allow co-workers to bully and verbaly threaten during working hours. This is poor store service over all. ATTN: The people of the store in South Everett, Washington ...... The micro managment and favortisim has to stop if you ever want to see that branch blossom, at this moment myself along with everyone I know will not visit that South Everett store, ever again and if your other stores ever show any sign of this type of favortisim , I will walk out of that store as well and i will not visit again. This is not the first time I have witnessed an issue like this in a papa johns store..... The last time I saw such nasty co-workers was in another store in lake city and again years ago in evergreen.... Three times is all it takes for me to have to ask for something to be done to help the victims in all these stores! It is not just the food that makes people come back to your stores! It is the people!

It would behove Papa Johns Coporate leaders to read these reviews. Your pizzas are very good compaired to others in our area. However your service is non-existent. We ordered pizza for delivery not once, but on three different occasions. Our name and address were taken with a delivery time of 30 to 45 minutes. No pizza was ever delivered for either of the three occasions. So, a month or so later we called in an order to be picked up personally. We picked up the pizza and when we got home, the pizza was totally the wrong order. It had another party's name printed on the side of the box in very small letters. Guys, thats four for four. If changes aren't made in the quality of your service, you're going under. You can count on it. You have already lost this customer. The store is located in Winchester, KY

I live in Norfolk, VA and order from the Ward's Corner location on a regular basis. For the last few months I get disappointed every time I order! I keep saying this is the LAST time, but being a creature of habit... yada yada yada. I have placed several complaints with the managers over really late deliveries, cold pizzas, and sadly poor quality in general. Sure... they comped me a few times and apologized, but if money were the issue, I wouldn't have been ordering a pizza in the first place! It's the being hungry and stuck on hold, waiting an hour to get a cold pizza that looks like it was constructed by drunk or blind monkeys! Giving me a FREE cold piece of crap is hardly a consolation!!! The real shame is that you have a GREAT tasting pizza recipe, good fresh toppings and decent prices, but you just can't get that pizza construction or delivery time down good enough to keep my business. Good luck with your reputation because this particular store is KILLING it around here!

Recently, my company took over a property that was known for being a bad place and probably a place that nobody should deliver to. Well my company has made the place which was unfavorable into a place of dreams and is now a place that is well sought after. Unfortunately you do not want to deliver evan though there has been changes. I will say that the only company that has actually taken notice to how the community has change is Domino's and they should be well commended for not being prejudice. Coming from a service company, I thought that service is key. Are you not here for the customers? Cudo's to Domino's. This is the area of Annapolis, MD 21401
