I will neved order from this place again. They are a huge embarrasment when you are relying on them for a group. I placed my order 6 hours in advance and and it was 30 minutes late when 40 people are waiting around hungry. Never again for business or myself.

I live in Casper Wyoming. I did an online order for 2 large the works, and an order of Garlic Cheese bread. I waited for more then an hour for a delivery. The told cost was $39.65. I called the store and was told the order never went thou. The person on the phone asked what I ordered and said I got a BETTER DEAL. It was for 1 large works, and an oder of Garlic Cheese bread. for $30.98. Papa Johns offered a $12.00 any large pizza on line. I was told that If I order more pizza I would save money. I have been a customer for years with Papa Johns. I will neve do business with them again. Domino's change there pizza I think I will do business with them from now on.

This is the second time I have ordered Papa John's pizza from the 61st and Mingo store in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It was well over an hour and we called to see what happened to the pizzas. We were put on hold for over 5 mins and then told we did not give a correct address and the phone had been disconnected!! Strange because when we called in it was on that very phone line!! They NEVER tried to call and again we were told the driver would be on his way. After another 30 mins we finally cancelled this order!!! It's hard to know if the pizza is any good because we never seem to get it. We are only a mile from this location. I have heard mny complain about this store before but NOW i totally understand why!! Don't worry we will not try to order and bother them again. I could NOT recommend this location to anyone!!!!

Dear corprate, I am hoping you will get this comment personally. I have worked at your company for about 2 years and my mother has worked there for 8 years. Today I got fired.Now for the last couple of months I have been working at the South Boulevard location in Charlotte, NC. and at this location I have been highly disrespected, I have been called firecrotch and I have been discriminated on my sexual orientation by my own general manager!!!! I have worked at my highest potential to make your customers happy. I have never gotten written up since I have worked at this particular store. Since I have worked here I have had numerous problems. My GM, Ronald Caberra uses expired product and makes me slap expired dough.Our Shift Manager there is dating one of the insiders and not only is he dating her but he has authority over her. He is unfair to the rest of us and neither one of them likes me because of my sexual preference.My GM sent a driver who is now a manager out on a delivery without a liscense on Thanksgiving.His name is Matthew I Oreo. While a lot of these things were happening I was afraid to go to anyone above him for fear of losing my job. My mom, Kimberly Bley, just got fired on May 18, 2011 for allowing her children behind the counter and yelling at her employees, yet Ron does these things all of the time.His family comes behind the counter all the time and he and other DO' in the area and GM's alike yell at their employees worse than my mom ever could.I just think its convenient that as soon as my mom gets fired, I do to.My DO's response to my complaints were,"File for unemployment, sue if you have to." He also knows that my mom is filing for unemployment because she has children to take care of 5 at that. There are alot of other things to discuss.I realize that yall put all of the programs in place for the growth and protection of your employees and company, but there's way too many cracks in it.I just want to be heard and understood and Cristy Scott is not cutting it,Too many people is getting by with way too much while the rest of us that are honest and making things happen are getting the short end of the stick.DO YOU HAVE A FAMILY?????? About a month ago or so, I submitted a complaint regarding the awful pizza I had received from my local Papa John's location. I was informed I would be hearing from the local restaurant. I never did and to date, no one has contacted me for a follow up. I was going to dismiss this incident and chalk it up to another bad case of customer service until the other day when I realized that I have never received any email coupons and or updates that I was promised when I initially signed up to receive them. I am quit disappointed at the lack of good follow up and more importantly, the great lack of customer service I have received from this company... very disappointed and a bit surprised that I was treated this way considering the ads I see almost daily about how good the product is and how much they care about the consumer. Shocking... It's just too bad there isn't a minus star rating because they deserve it!

Twice in a row now the Middletown NY Papa Johns overcharged. They charged $14.05 for the $9.99 pizza, saying the difference was tax. Our tax rate is 8.25%. Moreover, the two pizzas I ordered were not cooked the same. One was obviously overcooked and dried out like it had been sitting for some time. They have lost my business forever.

I always ordered from Papa Johns but this time they delivered my order. I did not ask for delivery. When I confronted the manager in North Wales, Pa she was extremely rude and argued with me. If this is Customer Service then Papa Johns stinks. She gave me a numnber to call to complain but no one ever answers or calls back. What is wrong with this company? Oh and she said she would tell her side to corporate. What a kindergartener.

to whom it may concern.. ive ordered papa johns for a long time.. but i recently moved to raeford nc and everytime i order there they mess it up.. take today for instance i ordered extra garlic and peppers.. when delivered i did not receive them... after i called they said they could give them to me free next im i ordered.. well i paid for them now not later... so THAT IS STEALING i paid for something and did not receive it... and it happens ever single time i order not exagerating at all...

papa johns 1nce a month has pizza @ our appartments and i asked the guy handing out the pizzas if he had any pizzas and he told me no and that they coming soon. so i went back to my appartment to wait, and when i came back i thought that he was still waiting 4 them to arrive but no he let stand there like a dummy till some 1 else asked 4 one. so then i got my pizza and he shorted me $6. i called and spoke to the manager and he said there was nothing he could do 4 me. i told ill never choose papa johns again and said fine i dont need ur business any way. this by far is the worst customer service i have ever had.

I placed a large order for an Operation Feed (money for our local food pantry) luncheon. I was shorted $8.00. I called the store #0363 that we placed the order with and was given an office number (614) 4519600, ext. 2007. I have called this number twice and have not received a call back about this. ok i live in Orlando i have had the worst experience with papa johns anyone could have in the history taking this back 300years i called to order a pizza for me and my husband and our child and my kid wanted mcdonalds instead so i called to cancel my order and a gentalmen answered and said thats what stupid niggers do cancel cause they never have money and mind you im not black so i called to let the manager know and they tell me that this man has been working there a long time and told me to suck it up crappy service and crappy managament good going papa johns for letting people miuse your name i tooo am silican and i rather make my pizza at home now then deal with the abuse of your sucky company

"GET OUT OF MY STORE !" This past friday I went to the local Papa John's store in Chesapeake Virginia, located at the corner of South Battlefied Boulevard and Mount Pleasant Road, to order and pick up three pizzas, the first thing the man at the register asked me was my phone number which I refused to give, then he asked me for my name, which I also refused to give since I don't see the reason why I should give all my personal information just to buy three pizzas cash, I find it an invasion of privacy. When I asked to speak with the store manager, another guy, who claimed to be the manager but was waring a crew shirt,inserted himself in the conversation and again he asked in a rude way for my name which again I refused to give. Once more I requested to speak to the real nanager which was standing in the back grinning (he was waring the better shirt). I then asked to this so called "manager" for his name to which he replied "I don't have to give you my name and get out of my store!" His store??? can you believe this? I have never being treated worst in any establishment and all to protect my privacy. I will place a complaint with the BBB and track down the store owner to tell him what happened there, plus if I get hold Of Papa John he'll get a hear full too! This people are the bottom of the pit and deserve 7 dollars an hour jobs because they are too ingnorant and rude to deserve any better. He should be fired, idiots like him are a dime a dozen, meanwhile I will never buy at any PJ EVER! ---PS--- If you want to know who owns a piece of property all you have to do is call your city hall, ask to speak with the Real Estate Assessor's Office and once you are connected give the address of the propety and ask for name, address and phone number of the owner. Even if they don't have the phone they certainly have the address and with that you can call 411 to get the phone.

I ordered pizza from papa johns today on my lunch break and i ordered the works with NO PORK, and sub sausage for beef,and extra cheese, and i placed my order online and called to confirm that everything was correct, the man seemed irritated with my call but i just blew it off and hung up and waited for my order, when my order arrived i noticed that it had ham and pork sausage so i called to complain and the man whom had originally answered the phone answered the phone again and put me on hold for 15+minutes (and remember im on my lunch break) so after 15 min i hang up and call back and politely explain the situation and the man "nathaniel" said that he was the only one working and he was the manager and everything is his fault and the guy basically starts having a break down,he then says he will replace the order, and thank him and then i was like whoa im just complaining about my order im sorry your having a bad day maybe they should hire more people and i cant help that you dont like your job, i then told him that if he dont like working at papa johns then maybe he should quit his job,he then said (in a high pitched voice) "dont belittle me", at this point im driving back to work and he catches me by surprise by saying that,and i drop my phone and i say "shit" he said "thats a profane word" and i said "yes, i know but it wasnt to you" he then starts saying that he is a respected member of society and he is a main manager and he doesnt have to put up with this and just because of the profane word he will not replave my order, i told him i hope my $12.00 was worth it because im putting reviews EVERYWHERE! and he said "WHAT DID YOU SAY TO ME?" and i hung up. I order pizza almost everyday,and i have never had something so weirdly funny happen...im mad but at the same time cant stop laughing. Houston clear lake store, Pizza was very dry, hardly any sauce. The dough was over cooked and the crust was dry. I spoke to the stores general manager and all he did was make excuses and say that I should have ordered extra sauce. Will not use buy from them again.
