To whom it may concern, Papa johns is the worst @ delivery . I ordered from them twice. first time it took an hour and a half to deliver the pizza and the driver was a smart alek.The second time it only took an hour and forty five minutes and they doubled the order so instead of two pizzas I got charged for four..How do you run a business like this? My Fiancee ordered a pizza at 3:18 this afternoon. They told her it would be ready in 20 minutes, I picked it up at 3:40 and it taste like it had sit there all day. This is not the first time but let me tell you this I will never eat or order a Papa Johns pizza ever again. It doesn't do any good to call the store manager, that is just a waste of your breath. I ordered my pizza at the papa johns in Bluefield, Va. This is my last.
I live in Lindenhurst,ny. I ordered papa johns pizza at 10:40pm (2 med pizzas with 1/2 pep/pineapple--one 1/2 pep-1/2 mush and olives. Well that was a big mistake. I received it from the copiague store on sunrise hwy. Ordered pizzas at 10:40pm - started calling them at 11:30(wheres my pizza) Pizzas didnt arrive until 12:10am.(cold) They made 1 pineapple and ham. My son does not eat ham. Called them back up and they said they would send correct one. By 12:45 started calling again. The person on phone refused to give me a manager. And would not tell me his name. He hung up on me. Well thats when I exploded. Called back up he would not answer my call. Called 3x's finally he answered. He told me he was only a driver-i told him "put a manager on the phone" He said "No manager here only him" They took my money(I gave a $5.00 tip) and this is what I got in return. I believe this papa johns store takes your money and doesnt care about their customers. I found out that the store is being sold. This is why there is no concern. Well Corporate will hear my complaint today. DON'T BUY PAPA JOHNS PIZZA IN COPIAGUE, NY
we order from papa johns just about every weekend and up until the past 2 weekends in a row have been extremly pleased with papa johns. but unfortunatly these past 2 times have left a bad taste we always order the chicken alfredo tomatoe pizza which we find to be about the best pizza we have had from take out but 2 weeks ago when we ordered we were advised they were out of tomatoes.... in a pizza shop please. then last weekend we again attempted to order the chicken alfredo tomatoe pizza to only be told they were out of alfredo sauce.... At this time I don't know if I will attempt a 3rd time to order pizza from our local papa johns ...
i work here Brooklyn store named area 46. They have unlabor pracictices going on here. First they don't give us a paycheck or paystub. Second they void the check out not in front of us. And they pay us when they see fit. To themselves not us.I also work cleaning up the store at nite and always have one person there notan employee of store butwho says he is in charge. He doesnot clock in under his own name as an instore worker or as a driver. Hegoes under the owners name ,why? i would like to know.He tells everyone what to do and he doesnot know how to run a papa john's. I have been working in this store since November 2009. So i do have a better idea of whats going on. Please help me in anyway for this.I lost my job because my car broke down and they takeyou off schedule rightaway not thinking if you can do anything else in store. Please help in any way. Ordered three extra large pizza's for a business meeting, called to confirma the order for the following day was told everything was on scheduled. Ten minutes before delivery was to be made, I called once again to make sure and this time was told "I only have one driver and four other pizzas that need to be delivererd". It will take about another 20-30 minutes. It took over one hour for this to happen. We are located three miles away from the Papa Johns, this should not have happened. It is called extra employees, think about hiring some EXTRA employees. We will not be ordering from Papa Johns ever again. Papa Johns Image is FAR from the truth. DON'T Order, you will be sorry.
So today we order a pizza here online and it wa delievered within 30 min, however they forgot half of the order. i call the store#350 and i speak with Bob, i advise him i do not want to wait for the guy to go back and get the tings he forgot and comeback. we wanted to eat now, so i asked him to just put the credit back on my account and done. But no he said that he couldnt and wouldnt do that becuase it was an online order. BS! this is totally the worst customer service. I am very very very dissapointed!
I placed an order to find out the store that is 4 minutes from me would not deliver to my house. I am even in the city limits, the store employees wanted to refund my credit card which takes over a week to the money back. Then wanted to recharge my card, I refused. The store over 15 mins. away will deliver to my home. This is very unorganized and I will refuse to stay a customer. Every other pizza location including pizza hut and dominoes delivers to me but the papa johns location refused.
I order pizza online from the papa johns at 13860 Georgia Avenue in aspen hill Md. First the driver did not ask for my signature nor give me a copy of my credit card reciept. I asked him and he said he did not need a signature. Second i ordered a Hawaiian style pizza which is suppose to come with pineapples, i add jalepeno peppers. But my pizza was incorrect and i had to wait an hour for a replacement pizza.
Dear Headquarters, Today, I had one of the worst experiences in terms of customer service. I am a regular customer of your Bolingbrook, Il shop ( located on 1707 West Boughton Road). About 2 weeks ago, I had ordered a pizza and was the worst that I had ever ordered. I called up the shop and was told that I would receive 1/2 off on my next pizza order. The pizza that I ordered was thrown out because nobody wanted to eat it. I asked the manager that how will the shop know that I would receive 1/2 off my next order? He said that he would make a notation next to my order and make a note accordingly. When I was in the process of placing my order today, I explained to the person (Ajay) about my discount. He bluntly said that he could not do so. When I asked to speak with one of the other managers by the name of Pat---I was told that he was not in. I was told that no such note regarding my discount was made and the person who made it, no longer worked there. I told him to check his order record and he reluctantly gave in but when I went to pick u p my order ajay refused to honor my discount.

I keep reading many different negative comments so I figured I would say something positive. I am an employee at a Papa John's franchise. My experience with working there has been great. I know we mess up sometimes but 9 times out of 10 the managers will go and fix the problem for the customer. Try not to be to hateful to the phone girls. I know for certain that we get some rude people on the phone and it is really hard to keep that cheerful "How may I help you" voice on the phone. Especially on a Friday when we have 3 phone girls and 6 lines ringing. Sometimes people have to be put on hold and we get to it as soon as possible. We deal with a lot of problems and people having bad days and we just try our best to get it all right. Not to mention some of the phones, you can hardly hear the customer. I know from my experience, I don't do it out of spite, sometimes it is just little things.
The Papa Johns in 460 Tanger Drive Commerce,Georgia Its HORRIBLE. they don't wear gloves when they touch the food don't even wash there hands its nasty. I even seen some touch ksthere hair and go right for the pizza. They don't look clean some look like they on some stuff. Horrible hygiene no clean teeth uniforms stink. I have went in there several times it was like 100° air was not working and had two cheap fans going. I also heard them say the food smells moldy cause make line never works.. there pizzas are sloppu looking and I fount hair in my pizza before. I will never go in a Papa Johns AGAIN untill the store owners amd tje. employess are fire. And hire better employees. And store owner
The Papa johns Pizza in Clinton, Tennessee is the best. The folks who work there are the best. Not only are they very courteous and helpful, they go out of the way to insure fast delivery and they always deliver on time. Never once have we recieved the wrong pizza nor a cold one. The employees are the nicest bunch of folks you would ever want working for you. I think they deserve recognition. I also think you should bring back the chocolate. Thanks to the people who own Papa Johns, thanks to the great staff at the Clinton Tennessee store.
why do you let people who assault minors work for you.this is what is going on at your store in kent island,md.where is your protection for your buyers.they should not a single thing ,when hire people like this that are still on probation
Your lame 'feedback form' does not bring up any options for a store address in this area, though you require this information to send the form. Very convenient way for you to avoid complaints/concerns. But I am persistent, and will find a way to get through to somebody about the flyers that are being taped to the painted surfaces on this property. And nobody here will be ordering anything from any of your stores.
i odered a pizza the other night and the pizza arrivered burned and cut as if an 2yr old cut this pizza and it took an hour and 15 minutes to get this pizza.i call papa johns back telling them about this pizza first they said keep that pizza and we send out another do u know 15 minutes later they called saying they want that pizza back so they can do an exchange the pizza out but by this time my son and nephew started picking over this pizza cause they were hungry.so i sent the burn pizza back showing the pizza was burned do u know they called me saying i owed them $10.00 for the pizza and when i refuse to pay for the pizza they sent out police 2 my house 2 tell me if i dont pat they will put an warrant out for my arrest over a pizza that was poor customer service.i will pay this $10.00 but will never eat a papa john's pizza ever again i love papa john's pizza but they will not get another dime of my money.
THIS IS FOR THE MANAGERS AND THE HIGHER-UPS!!!!I live in Jacksonville, Florida and on 8/01/2011 a little more than a hour and a half ago, I ordered the limited time only NEW DOUBLE LAYERED PREMIUM PEPPERONI PIZZA. It took a couple of phone calls to get through because on a Monday night at 6:50pm with the Monday Mania going on, I figured they were busy. Once I was connected to a "team member" I asked if the limited edition premium pepperoni pizza could be made thin and crispy. I was assured it could and placed my $12.40 order...to be picked up by me. Twenty minutes later I was at the Papa John's on Dunn Avenue to pick-up my order. There was a customer waiting in the lobby and one at the counter ordering. The phone was ringing off the hook and there were others put on hold...ten minutes later I was asked to be helped by the girl at the counter. I payed for the pizza, then was presented with a thick and chewy bread filled pizza, in the mean time four more customers had come in behind me. I told the girl behind the counter that this pizza was not what I ordered. She said she was sorry and I could wait for another 20 minutes for the right pizza. I looked around, saw the MAYHEM and thought I had wasted enough time and minutes on my phone, not to mention the gas to drive there. I took the pizza as it was and on the way out of the parking lot decided not to frequent Papa John's again. The ingredients are fresh, homemade and good, but I want it the way I ordered it. You know, jobs are hard to come by however, Customer Service is harder to come by and you folks need to take a hard look at this aspect of your company. Especially after reading the previous customer complaints.
To Whom It May Concern: I am an employee of papajohns for almost a year now. I am with holding my name for neutral grounds. The store I work for is Papajohns on Scalp Ave, in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Anyways The manager that I feel is not doing his job to the fullest and is not taking his job seriously is named Bob Brydon. One of the problems I am having with him is that Him along with several other employees in which most are some type of manager position smoke marijuana Daily in the little back office right in the store. Another situation deals with money drops and myself not being aware that the manager used my number while I was on a delivery to drop money. I am not a theif nor have I Ever stolen money or anything else from a place I work for or a store of any kind ever. I am a very open and honest person and I go to work to work. I come in ontime and do my job to the fullest. I expect to be treated the way I trteat others. Please have someone higher up come to our Scalp Ave of Johnstown, Pa Office and just monitor things so they go the right way. Thank You I truly value my job and like it very much. Thank You
This is the second issue I have had with Papa Johns Restaurant in Tulsa Oklahoma, The first time I waited an hour and half for my pizzas to arrive and when they did the driver was rude and obnoxious, The second time was 9/06/11 @ 8:30 pm at 9:10 I called the store and asked where the pizzas were and the worker told me they went to wrong address and had the wrong phone number.What kind of Business are you running?I swear I will never purchase pizza here again.2152 S 99th East Avenue,Tulsa Oklahoma 74129..John W Forshaw....
