Our goal is to include 2 million pitchers of beer with purchased ticket and looking at using your company to feed 2 million people. I have ordered from Papa Johns a lot because I loved the pizza. The last 2 times I have ordered the pizza has totally sucked. The quality of the toppings has deteriorated. The only thing decent is the original crust and the garlic sauce. I ordered a BBQ and bacon last night, it was terrible. To sum things up, Dominos is kicking your butt.

I have had several bad experiences with Papa Johns the most recent being last night Oct. 24, 2011. I ordered 2 pizzas and one of the dessert pizzas. I got a phone call stating that they were out of the apple pizza would I like the cinnamon, I said ok. By the way, I prepaid online with my credit card. The pizza arrived but the driver said I needed to pay I told him I paid with my credit card. He said yes, but the order had been changed. I had to hunt up my check book and give him a check for the new amount. He told me that the charge to my credit card and been reversed. By the time I paid the pizza was cold and the crust and cheese tasted like cardboard. To make matters worse I checked today and they did not reverse my credit card charge. I live in Humble, Texas (Atascocita, Texas some people use this address).

I give them this rating because I have order here since becoming a resident here in lawton, ok due to the military, and my order has been incorrect every time. I didn't even complete my order today because some employee lacked communication skills to process my order. I am committed to pizza hut due to his incompetence. Their location is on E. Gore in lasting, ok. Please help them or close them.

I recently had an online promo code for any type of large pizza from Papa John's for $8.00. I made an order online, and used the promo code. With it being Monday, even without the promo code I used it should have been no more that $11.00. I was charged $14.00 before any add on's for the pizza. I also change the preferance form pick up to delivery online. When the pizza was about 45 minutes late, i called the store. I was assured the pizza order would be canceled, I would not be charged, and they would try to make things better for future orders. Well I looked at my checking acct that night, and to my surprize the amount was charged to my checking acct. I called the store the next day to see what was going on. The individual I talked to was the same one who canceled my order. He had no idea why I was charged, and said he would have the Dist Manager contact me the following day. Since then i have had no phone calls or response from anyone working for Papa John's. I must now consider the charge fraudulent, and must treat the matter as such. You guys may have great pizza, but worse customer care and service than even WalMart. You guys at corporate need to read these blogs and do something about all these problems before you find yourselves out of work as well as out of business!

Saturday Night we ordered a Large, Unlimited, Thin crust Pizza. Papa John's Pizzas are advertised as the best Pizza. When the delivery man brought the pizza, it was burned to a crisp on one whole side, and the entire bottom was burned to a very dark brown. I called the restaurant that took my order and delivered it. They apologized and said they would send another one out. They did, I gave the first pizza to the driver and told him to give it to the manager. But the replacement pizza had a thick crust and it was one of the worst pizzas we have ever ordered. If I don't hear from your office about this, I would assume that you don't value your customers. You may contact me if you still want my business. We have lost enough of our freedoms without a Papa John's pizza delivery guy spying on what is taking place in in peoples homes (and with corporate support). I have not personally smoked pot in more than thirty years and it will now probably be at least thirty years before I eat another Papa John's pizza. It will be even longer before one of your losers gets in my door with a delivery.

Now your drivers are playing cops with people lives! I also am a medical marajuna patient and I promess you that your drivers will never come to my house again nor will I ever buy a pizza from your company again. Your drivers are not the police and they should mind their own business when they show up at someones home. If you're driver did this to me , you would find your company in court. This store on port saint lucie blvd is never wrong even though youcallan complain about a bad pizza customer must be wrong,I tried to give them more chances to fix their problem,pizza are alway 45min to an hour plus but when you call them they aalways say 30 min its a big scam.the last pizza i ordered i tookpictures of how bad the pizza was . It was burnt on have and it was not even cut i waited over an hour, they said we can get you another be about 1.5 hours cause they were busy you would think i be first on the list not in this store they dont care about their customers .Pretty Sad my email is truckblue7@aol.com

I live in terre haute indiana I called are papa johns here like I all ways do well I went and picked up are pizza I ordered and it wasn't even cooked all the way so when i called to talk to a manager alls he would do is give me coupons for to pizzas and they was for a one topping pizza well we didn't eat dinner that night I ordered a works and a double pepperoni and double mushroom but alls they could do is give me a coupon for a one topping pizza I'm a manager at a pizza hut I would never do that to any one if we made the mistake papa johns needs to do what's right who order from you if you wish to keep your customer and needless to say we are never going to order from you again and I will pass the word on so you need to get your people to do the right thing and make it right with the customer when you guys make the mistake

NNNNNever have i ever had a sorrier pizza in my entire life. 45 minutes late and a 17 yr old employee provoke and direspect a customer by just saying sorry have a good nite. Then lying to a manager and the regional supervisor call and sing accolades of papa john and his own life of how hard it is and he works. Spare me. My dogs even turned up their noses. Sad day a loaded 22.00 pizza is less than vigo 100 dog food. Hey and this is the NFL's choice for pizza!!!! LOL what a disgusting food not fit for human consumption. It is ashame I have to give em 1 star. Freezer case looks good now. Go DiGorno.

This evenng we order a pizza at 5:49 was told later when we called at 6:20 that the pizza was finished and out the door at 6:08. At 7:22 the delivery guy knocked on the door with a cold pizza. When we called the store manager we were told that didn't matter to them about the time of delivery in their thoughts this was acceptable. Since our microwave was not working we couldn't warm it up and the pizza was cold. Needless to say we sent it back! We have been customers for a long time without any complaints until now. But we won't be ordering again. By the way we are in Crestview, FLorida. And this store on Hwy 85 needs help.

New to UK. Not only did they fail to provide the pizza, double charge my card and refund only once, but they seem to go out of their way to avoid receeiving complaints by hiding their UK address and phone numbers.

When we finally got home and ate the pizza with my wife and I both agreed the pizza tasted awful and was burned as well, a very sub par quality pizza. I called immediately and voiced my concern. I talked to two managers their names were Amanda and Tera. I believe Amanda had notified me that I would need to bring the pizza back in for a refund although I had told her we threw out the pizza and were going to eat dinner at another pizza place since the pizza they made was not eatable. She then proceeded to tell me that no matter what I needed to bring in the pizza for a refund. I explained to her we had tossed out the nasty pizza and did not want to have to go through our garbage and fish out the slices but that was my only option she stated. When I traveled all the way back to the store, this is the second time now; I was rudely greeted by Amanda and Tera. From the get go both continuously argued with me stating that the pizza was not burned, and that actually it was under cooked, they retrieved a graph where it shows if the pizza is burned or not, and right there in front of them it was obvious the pizza was burned according to the graph but they continued to argue, a few times Tera was even throwing around utensils and telling me to "leave my counter and get out of my store". I have never been treated like this in any establishment and was so disappointed and disgusted with papa johns. I sat there for 15 minutes explaining the pizza was awful and burned requesting my refund many times. But they both continued to argue and be petty. I went out of my way to pick up and then have to drop off the pizza. I also was made to get the pizza out of the garbage as well which is truly sad they would make a customer do that. My wife and I had to go to another restaurant to eat because they botched the pizza as well. At no point did they apologize, or take any responsibility for the quality of the pizza. In fact they made it out to seem as if I was the one to blame that I was there to get a free pizza and was making this whole thing up. I would have loved to eat papa johns pizza as it's our favorite pizza. But I did not get to eat the pizza I paid for. Due to them. They never understood that. Amanda also stated that there was pizza missing angrily to me. I calmly stated sorry I was not able to go through my trash and retrieve each and every slice to your liking. Amanda and Terra really should be reprimanded severally if not terminated they both are an embarrassment to papa johns pizza and customer service. I'm sure this is not the first time they have tried to humiliate and intimidate a customer that has complained. I do not see my self or any of my family, friends and co workers eating from papa johns again once I tell them what happened to us. Show less

It should be zero....and I have made a complaint to papajohns.com on more than one occassion only to be referred back to the store in which I have complained about before and i do not want to be referred there. The manager there doesn't care and is a poor representation of your company...Because of her, we will never use Papa John's again. My complaint no. on your website is PJIA-8LUNR2...Obviously is an automated response because i asked for it not to be forwarded back to Angela Simpson at the store....and yet I get a response saying it was once again! I dislike your service very much and would appreciate someone from corporate to talk to. Our orders are never right!!

I heard an add on the radio that when the Texas Rangers score 7 runs or more that Papa Johns would sell their pizza's for half off the whole next day. On a Saturday several weeks ago after the Rangers scored more thatn 7 runs my son in law ordered a couple of pizzas on line to be delivered from our local store in Waxahachie TX. When the delivery man arrived he said it would be $28.00. We asked about the half off. He called the store manager and he claimed he knew nothing of this discount and the stores do not have knowlege of what is showing on line as far as specials or discounts. We had given them my debit card number when ordering. I told the manager if he could not give us the half off deal I didn't want the pizza and to credit my debit card back the $28.00. The driver stormed away mad with the pizza. To date my debit card has not been credited. There should be better communication with your companies advertised and on line specials within the stores. I love your pizza but this experience has left me with not wanting to do business with your company.

Today is september 13 2011 I ordered pizza at 5:45 pm. It is now 8:33 pm and still no pizza. I have called several times and they keep saying it is done and should be on its way shortly...its has bee THREE hours!!! This is obviously a business ran by someone who does not have their empoyees in order and have no managing experience. I will never use papa johns again. This store is located on charleston ave in mattoon illinois.....my services will go to d0minoes for now on unless something changes. This is rediculous and I am very upset that I've had my children wait so long for a family night with what was our favorite dinner.

This is the fourth time I have ordered pizza in two weeks and asked for nopeppers in my box the third time zay manager noted my account no peppers wer ordered again and what did we get peppers I call again and all they said was ask fite a manager every time we order reallyand how long will ordering take I'm about to switch back to pizza hut some customer service papa johns on 98 north in lakeland florida has

their customer service sucks and when you ask for the manager they lie and say you are speaking to the manager and idiots keep bringing the wrong pizza to me and when i call they told me i had to wait 40 minutes to get my correct order. now its 11:05 pm and i havent eating dinner still waiting for them and they probably wont be here till midnight.
