no pizza. After almost two hours of Ellicott City, Maryland Papa Johns' claiming it was on it's way. It never came. All we got was "sorry" Well, pretty sad. Disorganized and rude staff. Obviously in way over their head. Can't do a simple large pizza. Wow!!!!

Okay not going to go into detail but here's the jist 6 months pregnant craving pizza, order a bacon olive and onion pizza It comes half bacon half onion and olives yuck! The point is the combination fools! On top of that it is soft, cold and undercooked forced myself to eat it because my baby was starving and guess what ..... I threw it up! I haven't thrown up once in my pregnancy! Now I lay here sick as hell! Oh I'm calling corporate tommorow and boycotting them in every social media!

i ordered 3 large pizzas from papa johns & i noticed that they used those BREAKFAST SAUSAGE links{ as in jones or jimmy dean type sausage} instead of the reg crumbled italian sausage... the pizza did not have that special quality with those links ... i noticed they tried to cut them in such a way so as no one would notice it was the links! shame on papa Johns... this is NOT what italian pizza is supposed to taste like! Here is the address of the papa johns: store #3320 718-274-7272 49-19 30th ave woodside, ny 11377

I am a ex-employee of Papa Johns Pizza on 700 S. Reilly Rd in Fayetteville, NC and my manager cheated me out of my social security benefits. Upon my finding out of such information, going through my W-2s, I realized this. I then called him and he said he could not do anything about my issue. Since then I have been harrassed by ex-employees of the business affilliated with the manager. I also asked the same manager about check stubs that they failed to provide me and they failed to distribute them to me. This is the worst treatment I have received from any company I've ever worked for in my life.

I used to love Papa John's pizza until the manager of the local Papa John's store became my neighbor from hell! I used to live in an apartment building and he and his girlfriend were my extremely noisy and annoying upstairs neighbors. They were very rude and made too much noise so I reported them to the property manager. He found out I was the one who reported him and he got mad. Shortly after this happened, my son tried to get a pizza from Papa John's and my neighbor recognized my son as living below him and he refused to serve us! He told us we can never order another pizza from there again! Can you believe this? He's not the owner of the store, just the manager! I tried to report him to corporate headquarters but they didn't even care what I had to say or how rudely I was treated by this guy. We were faithful customers until this incident but now I wouldn't pay 2 cents to get a pizza from Papa John's. I'll never order from there again because they treat their customers like complete shit! If they want to allow their employees to run their customers off just because they don't like them and refuse to serve those that they don't like, then more power to them. This is no way to run a business.

I ordered a specialty Buffalo Chicken Pizza to give it a try tonight. It arrived and I really thought it was terrible tasting. It was just very lackluster tasting. How can they call this Buffalo when there's nothing buffalo about it. So later in the evening I took the time to look it up on line and discovered they did not put the Buffalo Sauce on it. Now wonder it was so bland. So I called the store in DeKalb IL just to let them know of the mistake, not really expecting anything. The person who answered the phone apologized and said I'll give you the manager. He'll probably offer you a free large pizza for a future order. The manager looks up my order and I explain to him about the missing sauce. He apologized and said, well the pizza really is a good tasting pizza and you'd like it. I said, well that's why I ordered it tonight, to taste it. That comment really fried my mind so I said to him, well perhaps you'd like to give me a free pizza the next time. He said no, you ordered it at 8:15 and it's now 11. I said so??? He said, I'd need to have that pizza back. I said...Wow, your've just lost a customer because your making me out to be a liar. Believe me, there was NO sauce on the pizza. He said oh ok I'll give you a free large pizza. I said, keep your pizza, I'm no longer a customer. What a rude manager!

I tried ordering Papa Johns today and the Promo code dont work so when I called the store he said they cant find the code so it must not have started yet. I said well can I speak to a supervisor and I been on hold 20 minutes I will never order again because PIZZA HUT would have had someone on the phone ASAP

We had never bought pizza at Papa John's before, but considered trying it since there was a special price in our area. (Chatsworth, CA restaurant #2081) Last night, 4/6/2012 we purchased three large pizzas. After waiting twice the amount of time promised (they weren't very busy), we received the pizzas. I opened each box and commented to the counter guy that the toppings were almost nonexistent (plus the crust was about 2" wide and thick)...but, he said that the toppings were "hidden under the cheese", and, that was that...but since we'd just come from church and were hungry, we figured we'd try it and hope for the best. But, when we ate the pizza, one had the taste of barbeque (which would have been fine if that is what we ordered!) and the others weren't any better! Plus, there was hardly any cheese but a lot of dough, and, the other 2 were very dry (next to zero sauce) and lacking toppings. The pizza also gave us some intestinal problems (ugh!--sorry!) I called and spoke to the manager today (Adan?!) and he didn't even offer an apology! Matter of fact, he said that if we didn't like them, we shouldn't have purchased them! Oh, and, then he said we could return the pizzas to get a refund. **Uh, really buddy? How would you like them returned since we all already ate them?!?** :-) I thought this... I reminded him that we were first time customers in hopes he'd want to be redeemed, but sadly, he couldn't care less, We'd never had such a lousy pizza since grade school! ;-) But, we were really surprised at the POOR customer service-here he was SUPPOSED to be a manager, and this is how he treats customers??? The only thing he did was give us a number to call where we could complain. But when we called, there was just a recording (no business name on the recording because it was probably his home phone! :-( Seriously, when that owner John Schnatter states "better ingredients, better pizza..." We disagree and say "NO WAY! PAPA JOHN'S-your pizza was waaaay below poor!" If I could have rated this a ZERO for taste and customer service, I would have!

Only reason I used one is because zero wasn't available! Had an online coupon code for a customer appreciation weekend at participating stores! I tried to redeem in myrtle beach, sc. Code didn't seem to work so I called the store to see why! I explained what was going on, that it was a code from papa johns as a customer appreciation and the store had me call online support! Well after waiting for about ten minutes I was connected to an operator who informs me that the stores in myrtle beach are not participating! I called the store back that Sent me on the wild goose chase and asked if there was a reason they couldn't tell me they were not participating on my original call and was given some lame excuse about how the online specials change and they had no way of knowing! So we called pizza but and ordered from them and had a wonderful experience

I orderd two large extra cheese pepperoni pizzas - paid quite a bit for them - and they came with no pepperoni. After reading the other disappointing experiences on this website, I realize my complaint is minor in the scheme of things - but I'm a dissatisfied customer and thought I'd put my 2 cents in too. I decided to give them a second chance - because after all, mistakes happen, right? What ended up angering me is when I went back to Papa John's, at 3964 Center Street, Salem, Oregon 97301, and told the girl behind the counter about what happened on my last order, she just said "huh," and then proceeded to ignore my comment - no apology, no making it right, no offer of a discount on my current order to make up for charging me for something I did not get - NOTHING!!!! She didn't even spend time finishing my transaction, she took my card swiped it, gave me the receipt to sign and walked away before I could even get to the receipt; I was left being ignored while waiting to get a question answered thagt I had. I was the only one in the store and I kept saying, "hello, hello...uh, helloooooo..." to the three behind the counter and finally one guy answered my call to see what I might have wanted. The behaviors and attitudes sadly appears to be common after reading everyone elses negative comments on this website. Is Papa John's so content and assured in their customer base that when they do customers wrong they don't have to apologize for it - or even be concerned to make the customer happy? Are we so insignificant that they can have an attitude of, "Oh well, it's just another complainer...they should just get over it - we got better things to do than to listen to customers whine!" Because that's the attitude they appear to have. I've watched commercials about product betterment - HEY PAPA JOHN'S...how about customer relations betterment - or don't we matter!?!?!?!?

3/29/12 a pizza was ordered in Dyersburg Tn . Order was made at 4:04 pm and delivery completed at 4:15pm the pizza was COLD and tasted like it had been just removed from a walk in freezer . This will be a hardship on your business if this kind of order continues . Being a former employee of the company I know how the pizza's are to be made and prepared for delivery as I was a driver . I wanr my order refunded as well. Thank you

why isnt there a 0 for a score , a 1 was to good of a rating , i ordered 2 lage 2 toppings pizzas and 2 orders of wings, 34.00 order, it was set to be delivered, the guy on the phone even repeated the address to me 3 times , and then the moron made the order to be picked up, not delivered, after an hour and a half i called to see where the pizza is, they informed me that i havent pipcked it up and my order was sitting there waiting on me , they corrected it by remaking it and giving it to us for free, and it will be delivered to me in 30-40 mins , after an hour later i had to call again to see where it was, they havent even started to make it yet, so i asked for a manager, asked why havent we gotten anything yet? he was rude nasty and just plain dumbass, his remark was" i am trying to stay up and make pizzas" uhm we are waiting up waiting for our pizza!!!!!!!!!!! it was 10:30 pm and we all get up at 5 am to work , and was wanting to go to bed , when i said that he hung up on mje and wouldnt answer the phone anymore, then i used my sons cell phone so that a differnt number would show up on their caller id. he answered, i informed him( craig) i would be calling the corp. office and making a complaint, his answer was " go ahead asshole" and then hung up on me again , a total of 3 and a half hours of waiting our pizza showed up and was stone cold , ended up in the trash , we always ate at papa johns from ohio all the way to phoenix arizona, but never again, this really did it for us, such piss poor service, the pap johns we are refering about is on beall ave. wooster ohio 44691

The past three or more deliveries, the driver has rounded up to a full dollar amount instead of charging me the actual price as stated when I order from the web. For example, if the web site states the cost of my pizza will be $12.81, the driver states the price as $13.00 when I open the door. That's not the price I was told and expected to pay. First, is this a corporate decision and practice? Second, why don't your stores carry change like any other cash-paid business and get $20.00 in change from the bank each day? Third, who keeps the extra money--the delivery person or the retail location? Fourth, do you ever round down? I'm quite sick and tired of literally being nickeled-and-dimed by Papa John's and its delivery people. Why tell me one cost of the pizza on the web site and then tell me another when I open the door to receive my pizza and pay? Maybe I have the exact change, but the driver certainly assumes otherwise. This is not only about the money, but is a matter of principle. Why can't your drivers carry $18.00 in bills and then the other $2.00 in coins to charge the customer the price told and expected? Using an amount the last driver told me he did not have (i.e., 24 cents), this most dubious of practice nets somebody at least an additional $245,000 dollars (net) revenue each year. This underhanded practice reminds me of the Richard Pryor movie where he programs a computer to steal the extra few pennies on each transaction and which he thinks no one will miss. Well, I'm not so stupid as to miss this now being done in actuality by Papa John's. Charge me the price I'm told!

I placed my order last night around 8:26pm order # 159490311I called the store to inquire about my order I was place on hold for 15minutes I eventually hung up because they never came back to the phone. I then called back around 9:45pm and the manager Andrea said it was in rt to you without even getting my address. I take it he was just rushing me off the phone. 10:15pm I called back to the store trying to explain to the manager I needed to feed my family. I've never endured anything of the such when ordering fast food. that store is so unprofessional. they left me on hold again from 10:15 till 10:47. I once again hung up. I couldn't take it any longer. the driver arrived by name Z, called to say he was outside at 11:09. I asked him was it free he said the manager said no maybe next time. the services provided to me last night was absurd. I'll be waiting on a prompt response from your team. Thank You Lyfe Fonville

I was so tired after a long day at work I ordered Papa John's Pizza so I wouldn't have to cook......but I got more than I bargained for. I got my pizza but as the driver went to leave he decided to drive across my grass instead of my driveway. I have a horseshoe driveway. He called one of his friends to pull him out....he also spunn out in my grass. I called the police , who called a tow truck. they had to pull his SUV accross my grass to get it out. I went by my local store on Mansfield Road in Shreveport,La. the next day and showed the manager on duty the photos on my phone. She seemed concerned and gave me the District Managers number. I called him and he basically gave me the "IT's NOT MY PROBLEM SPEECH!!!" He didn't care at all. I rent, my landlord wasn't happy, pizza place didn't care. I'm moving next month. I am not happy with the way thing turned out. Store Manager never even bothered to get intouch. SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE............ :(

Me and my wife went to the Papa Johns in Madisonville Ky and whne we got there the told us there was no seats for us to sit in. There was two parties had tables pulled together. Looks like some tables and chairs has been taking out. There use to be more in the store before. I think they need more tables and chairs. We ended up going to Pizza Hut becuase we could not order or sit in the store.

I ordered close to $30 worth of food last night only to be called by a rude, unprofessional "manager" by the name of Amanda (at the store here in Beaufort, SC)telling me in a rude and nasty tone that they don't deliver to my address. Keep in mind that I had already paid for my order using my check chard. I had two deliveries from them dated March 9th and March 13th and now all of a sudden they don't deliver here anymore. When I asked for confirmation of my refund she said there's nothing she can do about that. She lied about not having a regional or district manager at all, and to add insult to injury she was on duty today when a Papa John's delivery driver delivered to my community!!!! She is rude, nasty, arrogant, a liar and I am still wondering what this business is thinking having her as a manager.
