Your mobile site is the pits. In the store tried to order couldnt get points so I thought ok I'll just order online. A twelve dollar pizza ended up costing md 27.00 dollars. What a great scam. Can I get help creating that kind of thievery application. Pizza is good but mobile scam is shameful. Will go to mama Mia's from now on would like to kick papa johns ;)$@.
I have been so loyal to Papa JOhn's since they opened in Canada. Brantford, Ontario to be exact. Pizza is unbelievable and addicting, no complaints about the food it is excellent. My complaint is the staff. Handed 10 punch card to the clerk and he handed it back to me and said good try next time try having ten stamps, i asked him to recount and he did and there was 10 no apologizes. The owner has hired young staff who;s pants are so low there underwear is showing and they have no aprons on and are in the kitchen working on the dough and touching all the toppings..I can see underwear. The girl walked in did not wash her hands and starting to take pizza out of the oven and man handling the pizza, ok your shift has started but could you please wash your hands. Great pizza, terrible staff!
When you order from Papa Johns wich in my opinion was one of the best. You come to expect quality, meaning the crust cooked just right all the toppings that were ordered were on the pizza.. Instead my pizza was burnt and some of the toppings missing. Breadsticks i ordered were the same way over cooked to the max and not enough garlic butter. I ordered there dessert pizza same way over cooked and burnt. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS STORE AGAIN. 4703 West 5415 South Salt Lake City, UT 84118 (801) 969-7200
A few years back I would order pizza for my grand sons every Monday. The pizza was great! The driver was so nice to my grandsons I just had to write in and tell you all about it. BUT yesterday we ordered and it was just a mess from start to finsh. We stoped in the store today spoke to a lady, while speaking to her a roash was on the corner. I spoke to the manger of the store later today, he said he was sorry but I just got the feeling he really didnt give a darn about my order or that we were treated so rudely. So we wont be back there again.
Our company will be starting a new project in 2014, and would like you to consider being a part of our retail strip mall. please email us if you're interested, ebat.4u@gmail.com, thanks.
when i got my pizza it was all fucked up and emailed someone about it and was sent this i will create a file for the number given 740-652-0931 and it will have a credit for a free large up to 7 toppings. again im sorry for the inconvienence and hope to continue business with you. and when i go in to the store on 5/21/2012 i was told he could not find it he gives me a 1 topping pizza that is not what i was told i would get what are you going to do about this
If i had the option to pick no stars I would. Horrible service, dont care attitudes. If you want pizza from #3408 601 rogers ave in brooklyn ny, you might wanna get a head start and give the two hrs in advance. because thats how long it take them to make and attempt a delivery. Driver called me to come down, not even two minutes was waiting no one was there for 15 minutes, then he told me I wasnt there. When he did arrive he came with friends in the car. Waste of time calling the store talking to people thats waiting for you to hang up. Will never order from there again, of course you aready now my food is not hot.
Service just sucked Columbus Ohio morse rd location
The pizza is generally good but the ordering is a battle at the Inglewood Store in Nashville TN. They answer the phone without saying Anything but You can hear the employees talking in the background. A second call gets an employee that cannot hear due to the noise in the store. He then hangs up when you raise your voice to make him hear. On the third call after asking for the manager I get the order placed. When I complained the manager said that the general manager would be in shortly and he would have him call me. After 21/2 hours no call.
im a delievery driver and are made to work long hours without lunches or breaks. i asked them to shortend my hours and they said no. i can't work more then 6hr shifts without a break. sometimes its 9hr shifts. isn't there a law in CA. on meal breaks? im going to look into this. ive been working there for a couple yrs now n tired of no meal breaks or any breaks?
I am an employee at Papa Johns in Rockville, Maryland. The business practice here towards the drivers is beyond clearly illegal. I have seen the manager training the new assistant managers to route our orders 5-10 minutes before its actually even out of the oven, leaving us to get paid below minimum wage during that time. This is text book thievery and its a shame none has come forward yet. Papa Johns must come up with a system that allows us to get paid below minimum wage when we are actually out of the store, no other times.
I work at a papa johns in West Virginia and I'm seriously concerned about the healt of my fellow employees as well as the customers. The owner is a total tight wad and only believes in making his wallet fatter not quality. We have chickenstrips that are 8 days past their expiration date that will eventually be served to customers. They were put in different bags earlier and the owner had someone write a new expiration date on them. We also have grilled chicken topping that is expired by 3 days but there are 2 bags to use before that so they will be at least ten days expired when we finally start using them. The large dough we are using is expired by 3 days also and we will be using that dough for at least 4to more days. Plus the owner refuses to get the air conditioning fixed so once it starts getting hot we will be working in 90that degree heat around 2 500 degree ovens with no air conditioning, fans or anything at all to cool us down. Guess when one of us has a heat stroke and he has to pay for it that then maybe he'll do something. Regardless though, quality, and safety are far from concerns here and if he keeps doing these things to save a couple of dollars then someone will either die from it eventually or get very sick. This is not quality nor is it good business practices and its going to eventually cause some serious problems. Then maybe he'll start to carr a little but it'll already be too late by then
Store #3839 I placed my order 8:38pm and got my confirmation email after saying that my order would be here within 40 mins and my order just arrived at 10:40pm that is absolutly ridiculous and when I called to find out what was going on and the employees were very rude and disrespectful I really didn't appreciate that and the supervisor didn't even try to correct the situation I feel like like something needs to be done about the disrespect I paid my money just like everyone else smh
I have been a customer for over 10 yrs I had ordered a couple of pizza's to be delivered to my home the employee told me at the time of delivery it was gonna take 30-45 mins so I waited over an hour an a half and I called asking if my order is on its way and they told me that it was gonna take another 30- 40 mins to get the pizza's so I asked for the corporate number and the manager said it was 1877542papa so and then I asked her what was her name she was ignoring me so she hung up and then I called back and asked one of the other employee what was the manager name that was talking to me she said I think her name is Crystal this was the location on se military in san antonio tx todays date 5/13/2012
Papa Johns located at 90 Glenda Trace, Newnan Ga has drivers that doesn't pay attention to what they are doing while driving. I had my children in the car with me and this idiot decides he's going to make a left turn, had I not swerved out of the way, he would have hit us. Then had the nerve to tell his manager it was our fault and the Ass believed him. You told because you knew you were wrong. We ended up going to Pizza Hut, they were cheaper anyway. Never again will we order from them.
I order dinner for me & my kids at papa johns pizza in Atlanta Georgia store# 3509 metropolitan Ave on 05/8/2012 at 10:29 in called and ordered a larger thin crust mushroom beef and pepperoni little crispy. Ok then at 11:39 the delivery guy ring my doorbell with a pizza I didnt even order so I call the store back &spoke to a lady which acknowledged that my order was wrong and she stated they would remake it &send it back out that same night but it never happen .when woke the next and called I asked for a manger which Mario stated he was I explained to him what happen said I can't do nothing for you & call back later on so I asked for the corporate office number he stated he didn't know it but than later on in the phone call gave my a phony number this the second incident I have had with this papa John the first time. I order a pizza gave the delivery guy a 50 he left with my change for hours den returned it after business hours
I attempt to order a pizza (State Bridge Road, John's Creek, GA.) and it takes 10 minutes for them to answer the phone on a Monday night at 8pm. I go to pick it up, walk inside where two employees are facing me, one on the phone and the other on the computer. There was no greeting or acknowledgement of my presence. They never made eye contact so we all stood there for several minutes until I finally said "Do you see me?" The guy on the computer was shocked and got the pizza for me. The guy on the telephone was obviously on a personal call. I am disgusted with the lack of custonmer service and just plain old manners.
I will never order from this company again. I ordered three pizzas that came to over thirty dollars. I was not told that they did not take checks over thirty dollars. So when the delivery guy finally shows up a hour late, he tells me for the first time of this policy. Then he wants my credit card and its security code if I wanted my pizza. He called on his cell phone and read out to god knows who my credit card number and security code. This is a VERY unsafe practice as employees have been known to steal this information. Now I have to cancel this credit card just for three pizzas. This could have been avoided if they had just mentioned this policy at the start of the phone call. Worst experience, delivery time and pizza ever.
yea there was like 3 hairs in my papa john pizza i wanted a refund but didn't get it. Its the papa john in Glen Carbon Il.
Good pizza. But the 12 mile location in farmington hills Michigan needs new staff. They got very rude and nasty on the phone. Ask for manager and was told the woman on the phone was the manager. Then was hung up on.
