I order at the Jackson St. location in Methuen, MA on a regular basis. Today I waited a complete hour for my food, which was cold upon arrival. They neglected to bring my 2 liter of soda, which I paid for. A half an hour later, they still never brought the item. I called and spoke with Jose. Jose proceeded to tell me that I ordered too many side items, so the drink did not show up on the print out on the box. I told him that it did print out, because I could see it on my box. He said, "well listen I'm just tellin you what happened". I said, "so if you order too many items, you can't get them because it supposedly doesn't print on the box?". He continued to be rude, so I said, "how about an apology?". Jose then told me "I'm not apologizin to you, you aint my mother, get outa here!". He then hung up one me. When I continued to call back, (the store apparently uses caller id) he continued to hang up on me. So... For one thing, the people working there are rude and ignorant. And on top of that, I waited 1 hour for cold food, and 2 hours for a paid for drink. Papa Johns lost a good customer, because nothing will ever rectify this issue, as I am uncomfortable doing business with "Jose", and Papa Johns, which Jose apparently represents. I left a review on Yelp, as well as sent an email to consumer_services@papajohns.com - I'll see how long it takes for someone with some actual customer service training to get back to me. While I wait, I'll keep finding different websites to post reviews on. :)
I work for papa johns, 5310 indianhead highway oxenhill maryland for years, we go through general managers like water, or atleast we used to. Recently there have been changes to the general manager and the new managers name is ULISES, a spanish guy. He fires over half the staff and replaces 90% of the staff with spanish, non-english speaking, probably illegal workers, or atleast they don't have U.S. drivers liscences. He is very prejudice and thinks we dont notice when its clear in his dealings with african americans versus spanish. Just today, we were told to take deliveries in same direction and area. He gives a spanish guy YUVONI two deliveries in oposite directions just because of knowing the customer will tip, the rest of us are left to whatever is left and he says to me "let him take what he wants." When its my turn he tells me "I give you what i want to and you dont have the choice." Customer misses call for delivery, he calls customer stupid and passes bad delivery to african american employee to try to redeliver. When african american tries to deliver and customer misses call, then we have to redeliver pizza on our own dime and miss the next few good deliveries so that his amigo's can have them. This is just a few examples of prejudice in the workplace at 5310 indianhead highway oxenhill maryland. I would not recommend anyone work for ULISES, a dirty dealer and hopes someone will call immigration when reading this.
I've been doing business with Papa Johns for years, but the last few times they were awful. When I reported it to the girl told me she would take down my name and put it in a place so when I ordered again it would be free. I called and they didn't have my name needless to say I didn't get a free pizza. Tonight I ordered a chicken parmesian and it was awful. I called and talked to the manager and told her how bad the pizza was and she didn't say anything. I said to her, well I just thought I'd let you know. I hung up and continued to think about it, called her and told her about it again and I said you can either refund me or make me another pizza. She said she could not refund me and I said well then make me another pizza and she agreed.
I called from my cell phone to order, I was put on hold till I give up after 20 minutes, hung up and stopped to buy fried chicken instead. OK last night last I called and I didn't use my internet on phone cause I have limited data. I call to place an order..they can't find me on computer after giving them my number over and over..finally they find my phone number and I told them I wanted large pizza and had code from text/email...well they can't honor it so I said "Fine, I'll do it online when I get home". I happen to see a new burger place, pulled in and ate there. I have NOT ordered twice due to I can't get YOUR Bryant, AR facility to handle an order or phone call! BAD TRUCK DRIVERS, BAD TRUCK DRIVERS, BAD TRUCK DRIVERS, BAD TRUCK DRIVERS, BAD TRUCK DRIVERS!!!!! On July 24,2012 @ 10:14 P.M. in Henderson, Nevada. A Double Trailer Truck Driver with ARIZONA license plate# S85575 tried to run me off the bridge on the 95 North going on to the 215 West, I had my entire family with me my 22mo old son and 5mo old daughter. He then rolled down his window and started yelling using foul language when clearly it was his fault and then flipping me off. I believe this guy should be taken off the road putting family's and other in danger. So hear you go Papa John's with this info I hope you are warned with what kind of driver you have since I hope you keep a log book with who this driver is before he kills or injures others. Your company can't say you where not warned!!!
I have never had your pizza and probably never will. I just want the marketing team to know that they should see that HD commercials are played on HD channels. Your pizza looks like crap in standard definition on a HD channel.
My son and all the delivery drivers were just fired from Papa Johns with no notice. My son was scheduled to work and when he showed up for his shift he was told he no longer had a job. He had heard rumors that his store was going to use independent contractors for delivery. How cheap can you get? He was making minimum wage plus $ 1.00 a delivery. If your car insurance company finds out that you are delivering pizza they will cancel you . I cannot believe that someone would take advantage of these workers like that. Shame on you Norco and Corona California Papa Johns!!!!
The pizza I recieved at Fort Henry Dr. In Kingsport TN was the worst poor excuse of a restaurant I have been going to. That Papa Johns for about 4 months and everytime that I go there is the worst customer services, the restaurant is in such poor condition, and the pizzas there are never hot or made right. The worst thing about it is that the managers that work there are very rude and act like they have never had to treat the customers as a customer. And the district manager is not much better. So if you look at it all together it just shows the cooperate is the worst excuse of a busniess that are suppose to put there customers first. SO JUST DO NOT EAT THERE! Had a problem with an on online order. First the system took my login credentials and set up the order - I was called to the phone and when I came back the session had timed out. When I tried to login to complete the order, said credentials were bad - wouldn't take it. I went to the store and ordered and got my pizza and called customer service, from the store while I waited for the pizza, to get the points added to my account. I was told by a rather nasty rep that the problem was that I didn't call customer service when it wouldn't log me back in - "it was my fault" - no points and basically "to bad". The next morning I tried logging in , with the same credentials, and not only did it log me in, the order from the previous night was still there waiting to complete! When I tried to call Papa John's offices I was told that there was no way to talk to a live person except the receptionist. Leave a message on the president's compliant line. I did that and have had no response. It would appear that Papa John's has just gotten so big that they don't care about the customers that brought them here. BAD COMPANY, BAD, BAD COMPANY
I been buying papa johns pizza for years and tonight I have a complaint to give because of poor customer service personal. I have a coupon and when I drove there to place my order I was told they will not accept my coupon because they are a franchise. I respect that but they should of step up and use common sense and keep a happy customer instead they let me walk out to the competition. I have been a huge fan for years. I will no longer be ordring from papajohns ever! The pizza was burnt and hard and the cheesie bread was cold and like cardboard! The store was main st. North canton ohio 44720 my girlfriend had placed the order on her credit card. She had ate one and a half slices myself ate twi slices of my pizza! Poor quality of pizza very disappointed! My Older brother ordered a Large bacon pizza with extra Cheese at 6:30 Pm that evening so we both went to there our pizza wasn't ready so we waited so we both watched the Pizza makers make the dough and we both were sickened at what we saw First the older lady took money from a guy with grummy hands and she made no effort to use soap when she ran water over them than She started rolling the dough than we saw a Younger guy making pizza with Cracked skin we both saw blood inside the cracked the skin of his fingers that was a major turn off than when our pizza was ready My brother Refused it and told the older woman what we saw she looked at my brother like he was crazy than he told her what happened and asked for the corporate Number. than we left.. We will never go back to pizza johns its a health hazard we are sticking with Pizza hut
I just wrote a review on the feedback form for the store in Alpharetta, Georgia. Store number 435848 located off State-bridge road. The issue is plain and simple product contamination. Their were multiple hairs in my pizza. Long story short i called received another complimentary pizza only to find another hair in it. I immediately called the store and they apparently said that they would send another pizza according to LOU / Elvis the manager in charge. i declined and said maybe at another date. they said just ask for them. So today i called and guess what they said they wouldn't honor it. Then they told me no way could another hair be in my pizza. Well I'm bald and i don't have hair so i guess the hair-fairy put the hair in it? I don't have time to keep getting the run around on a pizza. i just moved here and I'm staying in a hotel for over two months. I don't think getting over on a pizza is gonna make up for a hotel bill over 2000 dollars. Please rectify this situation or i will. I sure Atlanta news would like a little interest story. I'm sure you guys cant afford the bad publicity. Its amazing what a person treated badly can do on principle. Think about it. Remember McDonald s hot Coffee... I m sure that lawsuit sounded trivial then.. Think about that next time you chastise someone for something you did wrong
WOW Going down hill fast. Called was left waiting 2 hr's for pizza. Called to let them know was hung up on 2 times manager was no help they lost my business for good. never been so mad good going this is what happens when a Business gets to big they forget who put them there.
I am writing you to let you know of the horrendously bad service that we receive EVERYTIME we pick up or place an order with Papa Johns. The location 1578 Whitehall Road, Annapolis MD 21049 is located 4 doors down from my work location. I work at Informed-llc, located at 1596 Whitehall Road. Over the past 9 months while I have been working at this location, we have been receiving increasingly worse service from the store manager at this location. I am not sure of his name, due to the absence of a name badge, but he is about 6 foot tall, has a shaved head, and wears glasses. Every time that myself, or one of my co-workers goes to pick up an order, the manager slams down our product, is rude while ringing us up, and talks down to us when we ask questions. This finally reached a boiling point today when I finally just got sick of his attitude and decided to write you about it. I do not deserve to be treated like a child, and I certainly do not deserve the disdain that your employee shows to customers on a daily basis. If he does not like his job, explain to him that there are other jobs out there in the world, but if no one explains this to him, I fear that he will not only treat us rudely, but every other person walking in that door will receive the same treatment. This is a horrible representation for your company, and it makes me feel like Papa Johns doesn't care about its clients, it only care about its client's money. I hope that this message will find someone who actually cares, and is willing to do something about it. Until I hear back on this issue, I will not be purchasing anything from any of your establishments.
I have never had a problem with Papa John's before but I have come to the horrible realization that when you do have a problem there will be NOTHING done about it. I was recently screwed out of my 25 bonus points promotion. I ordered a pizza yesterday with the promotion and was expecting to see my 25 points in my account today as per their promotion, you can imagine my upset when there was no points! I called customer service thinking the situation could and would be easily righted but I was wrong. The customer service rep told me I wouldn't be getting my points and to try and do the promotion again, how stupid is that? Why would I purposely set myself up to be screwed over by the company again? I love the pizza but this experience has soured my outlook on the company and I believe I will be switching back to pizza hut.
Papa Johns are racists thieves in Hinesville Georgia #459...553 w Oglethorpe HWY 31313 I was earned a large free three topping pizza from Papa johns so I took advantage and ordered the free pizza and some wings online I also added a two dollar tip and I did not realize all this time they had been charging two dollars for delivery...humm I thought that was what the tip was for...so I use my credit card that was already on my Papa Johns online Account to pay for my food and printed out my receipt...so the delivery guy arrives with the food and also a receipt for me to sign and had a very nasty attitude and demeanor and when I stated to him I would not sign the receipt and presented him my receipt he did not care about my paid receipt and asked me if I was going to sign again and I stated no because then you can bill my card again this guy stated then you will not get this food and walked off..The Manager Johnathan whom refused also to give me his last name would not give me even the free pizza I earned and stated he would not give me the drivers name...so Paps Johns Stole my money refused to return it to me...this is all because I would not sign their receipt which is not required with online ordering....and when i did ask the manager for this particular policy for this store he state he did not know where it was and then stated it was not in writing it was just something they do and he still refused to give me the food I ordered....so I have money out of my account to Papa Johns and no food WOW.....I will take this to the Better Business Bureau
In Saint John NB Canada they just opened a new east location last week . Last night i ordered 2 pizzas one had nothing on it and was very dry,i called and the Mgr said since you do not like our pizzas i would advise you to go somewhere else next time. After a few words exchanged I said i would not be back. Hard to believe a new location would be like this after only 1 week.
I WANT TO LET THE CORPORATE PEOPLE KNOW THAT I AM TERRIBLY DISAPOINTED IN THE MANAGEMENT AT THE SPRINGFIELD AVENUE STORE IN CHAMPAIGN,IL. I WILL NO LONGER SUPPORT PAPA JOHNS AND ANY OF THE STORES DUE TO POOR MANAGEMENT AND THE WAY THEY TREAT PEOPLE!! ALSO IF YOU NEED TO TALK TO THEM OR ASK THEM A QUESTION THEY BLOW YOU OFF AND DONT TAKE THE TIME TO HEAR YOU OUT. ALL YOU GET IS ATTITUDE AND I DONT HAVE TIME CAUSE I HAVE BETTER THINGS TO DO!!
